Abstract: This study aims to investigate the regeneration of endek weaving craftsmen in Klungkung, Bali. The research method used is descriptive qualitative research. The research location is in Klungkung, Bali. The technique of collecting data through interviews was conducted on four groups of informants, namely business owners, craftsmen, children of craftsmen, and community leaders. The data analysis technique used is the interactive model of Miles and Huberman, namely: data reduction, data display, and verification. The results showed that regeneration attempts have not yet been successful due to several factors, including: 1) the younger generation’s lack of interest in weaving, 2) the number of promising job alternatives, and 3) the lack of love and pride in the younger generation for endek woven fabric products. The regeneration process functions through outreach carried out by networks of family, friends, and neighbors.Keywords: regeneration, socialization, weaving Mengungkap Regenerasi Pengrajin Tenun Endek di BaliAbstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui regenerasi pengrajin tenun endek di Klungkung, Bali. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian kualitatif deskriptif. Lokasi penelitian berada di Klungkung, Bali. Teknik pengumpulan data melalui wawancara dilakukan terhadap empat kelompok informan yaitu pemilik usaha, pengrajin, anak pengrajin, dan tokoh masyarakat. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah model interaktif Miles dan Huberman yaitu: reduksi data, display data, dan verifikasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa upaya regenerasi belum berhasil karena beberapa faktor, antara lain: 1) kurangnya minat generasi muda dalam menenun, 2) banyaknya alternatif pekerjaan yang menjanjikan, dan 3) kurangnya rasa cinta dan bangga pada yang lebih muda. generasi untuk produk kain tenun endek. Proses regenerasi berfungsi melalui sosialisasi yang dilakukan oleh jaringan keluarga, teman, dan tetangga. Kata kunci: regenerasi, sosialisasi, tenun

Abstract: This study aims to determine the function of the sun in the perspective of science and al-Qur'an . The research method used is qualitative research methods with the type of research library (Library Research). This research applies data analysis technique of Milles and Huberman model, with steps: 1) data reduction; 2) data display; 3) verification. The result of this research is, the theories that science explain related to the function of the sun in accordance with what is also described in the Qur'an. Science explains that the sun as the greatest source of light for the earth can produce its own energy. This is explained in the Qur'an that the sun is described as siraj and dhiya' which means sunlight is sourced from itself, as the center of the solar system is not static but also moves this matter in the Qur'an explained in QS Yāsin verse 38, besides science and the Qur'an also equally explain that the sun can be made as a calculation of time.Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui fungsi matahari dalam perspektif sains dan al-Qur’an..Metode penelitian yang digunakan yaitu metode penelitian kualitatif dengan jenis penelitian pustaka (Library Research). Penelitian ini menggunakan teknik analisis data model Milles dan Huberman, dengan langkah-langkah: 1) reduksi data; 2) display data; 3) verifikasi. Hasil dari penelitian ini yaitu, teori-teori yang sains jelaskan berkaitan dengan fungsi matahari sesuai dengan apa yang juga di jelaskan dalam al-Qur’an. Sains menjelaskan bahwa matahari sebagai sumber energi cahaya terbesar bagi bumi dapat menghasilkan energinya sendiri hal ini dijelaskan dalam al-Qur’an bahwa matahari dideskripsikan sebagai siraj dan dhiya’yang berarti sinar matahari bersumber dari dirinya sendiri, sebagai pusat tata surya matahari tidaklah statis melainkan juga bergerak hal ini dalam al-Qur’an di jelaskan dalam QS Yāsin ayat 38, selain itu sains dan al-Qur’an juga sama-sama menjelaskan bahwa matahari  dapat di jadikan sebagai perhitungan waktu serta petunjuk dari bayang-bayang.

The purpose of this research is to know the performance of Dinas Tenaga. Work andTransmigration in implementing the unemployment reduction program of Bogor City. Thetheory used to measure the performance of Disnakertrans in implementing unemploymentreduction program of Bogor City is the theory put forward by Dwiyanto (in Pasolong 2007)on bureaucratic performance measures. This theory says that there are 6 (six) indicatorssuch as productivity, quality, responsiveness, service, accountability, and responsibilitas.The method in this research using descriptive qualitative research method. Whilethe data analysis technique used is using Interactive model developed by Miles andHuberman (in Sugiyono 2010), which includes data reduction, display data, and conclusiondrawing / verivication data collection techniques used are interviews, direct observationand documentation. The informants that the researchers took were two types ofinformants, firstly some employees of Disnakertrans were considered to be involved in theprogram of reduction of unemployment rate and second was 2 participants who hadattended the program.The results of research on the performance of the Department of Manpower andTransmigration in implementing the program of reduction of unemployment rate in thecity of Bogor is good. Because so far, the Manpower has done everything possible inimplementing the existing program despite some obstacles. With this result, it is expectedthat the Manpower and Transmigration Office will be able to overcome the obstaclesexperienced and the better performance and reduce the unemployment rate in Bogor citytoday.Keywords: Performance, Bureaucratic Performance, Unemployment Program

This study aims to determine and analyze the implementation of the management of the Cibalanarik Village-Owned Enterprises of Tanjungjaya District, Tasikmalaya Regency. The implementation can be seen from the factors of policy size and objectives, resources, characteristics of implementing agents, disposition of implementers, communication between organizations and implementing activities. The research method used is qualitative methods through observation and in-depth interviews with people who have information related to the management of the Cibalanarik Village-Owned Enterprises in the Tanjungjaya District of Tasikmalaya Regency. Data analysis technique is done through data reduction, data display up to the conclusion. Based on the results of the study showed that the implementation of the management of the Entrepreneurship of the Village of Cibalanarik, Tanjungjaya District, Tasikmalaya Regency. Implementation can be effective by fulfilling aspects of achieving policy objectives, availability of resources, the ability of the implementers / managers of Village-Owned Enterprises, the spirit required to build and develop Village-Owned Enterprises, and the ability to communicate with various parties.

This paper examines philosophy in the Pancasila value system. This research can be qualified in philosophical research, the method used in this research is qualitative research method through literature review. The type of method used is descriptive qualitative. While the data analysis technique, the writer uses the technique introduced by Miles and Huberman, which includes data reduction, presentation, and conclusion. This article begins with the formulation of the meaning of philosophy in the Pancasila system. Then describe descriptively related to the function of philosophy in the Pancasila system. Pancasila is the basis as well as the ideology of the Indonesian nation, which can be implemented in the life of the nation and state. While philosophy can be understood as a way of deep thinking to get a truth. Philosophy in the Pancasila system is a philosophy on the basis of the state which consists of five precepts as derivations that have their respective roles, but the goal is the same, namely to manage and realize the values contained in it in the life of the nation and state in Indonesia. Each of the precepts contained in Pancasila is basically a unity that cannot be separated and interrelated. The five precepts as the basis of the philosophy of the Indonesian state are each a representation of the civilization of the Indonesian nation.

This study aims to describe the fuction of extracurricular art of dance for students of SD Negeri 01 Kota Bengkulu. Type of qualitative research and descriptive naturalistic research method.the subject of this research is the extracurricular coach of dance art and the student of extracurricular activities of dance art. Data collection techniques use observation, interviews, and documentation. Data analysis is done by data reduction, data presentation (data display), data verification(coclusion drawing/verification) and withdrawal of conclusion (verification data). Testing the validity of the data using persistence of observation, membercheck and triangulation. The result of the research show the extracurricular function of dance which includes 1) development fuction, 2) sosialfuction, 3) rekreativefuction, the three fuctions have been done, but there are some indicators in the function of extracurricular art of dance that has not been done, that is development function in indicator the formation in indicator the formation of the character of discipline. In this indicator the formation of the character of students who follow extracurricular activities of dance art came too late because before the extracurricularschedule of dance art there are students who are still in the canteen and rest. Therefore, there should be a break between classroom hygiene activities and extracurricular activities of dance, so that the indicators of character building discipline are done.

The purpose of this study was to investigate the cultural values in the ritual of Bulangan Londong Sembangan Suke Barata as part of the Toraja indigenous people life. The research method used in this study is a qualitative method. Meanwhile, the respondents involved in this study include culturist, linguists, and the Toraja community. The research instruments used in this study were document files, interviews with the subjects, and observations using a video recorder that recorded the ritual process of Bulangan Londong Sembangan Suke Barata. The data analysis technique in this study includes three main steps, namely data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The results showed that the cultural values contained in the rituals of the Bulang Londong Sembangan Suke Barata were 'Manuk' which symbolized the value of the work ethic, 'Ussembang Suke Barata' which represented the religious value of bamboo slashed by 'Mina', and 'Kayunan Londong' which personifies the leader's patriotic value.Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menyelidiki nilai-nilai budaya dari ritual bulangan londong sembangan suke barata dari masyarakat adat Toraja. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif. Responden penelitian ini adalah budayawan, ahli bahasa, dan komunitas Toraja. Instrumen penelitian yang digunakan adalah file dokumen, wawancara dengan subjek, dan pengamatan dengan menggunakan perekam video pada ritual bulangan londong sembangan suke barata. Teknik analisis data mencakup tiga langkah utama, pengurangan data, presentasi data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa nilai-nilai budaya yang terkandung dalam ritual bulangan londong sembangan suke barata adalah manuk yang melambangkan nilai etos kerja, ussembang suke barata yang mewakili nilai religius bambu yang ditebas oleh mina, dan kayunan londong sebagai personifikasi nilai patriotik pemimpin.

The Village

The people of Tilatang Kamang, Agam Regency, West Sumatra have a tradition, namely the tradition of khatam Qur'an children. This tradition is a celebration / gratitude for the success of children in completing their recitation of the Koran (khatam). Usually this activity is held once a year, to be precise during school holidays. This tradition is a tradition that is ingrained in the life of the Tilatang Kamang community. This Quranic tradition of khatam is also found in several other areas in Minangkabau, but each region has its own uniqueness. In Tilatang Kamang this ceremony is enlivened by barracks around the village, the aim is to inform the crowd that there are several children in this area who have successfully finished reading the Qur'an (finished their studies) and can read the Koran properly and correctly. . The ceremony ended with the announcement of the winners of the khatam participants in the recitation of the Qur'an. The research method used is descriptive qualitative with an ethnographic approach. The data collection technique was done by interview and observation, while the data analysis technique used data reduction, reflection, and conclusion. The results of this study illustrate that the Khatam Qur'an ceremony has become a tradition for the Tilatang Kamang community of the Agam Regency for children who have completed their studies and also as one of the requirements for children to continue their education to a higher level.

This study aims to provide information about the history, processions and shifting values that occur in the Wiwitan Tradition in Mangunan, Dlingo, Bnatul, Yogyakarta and the factors behind it. This study used qualitative research methods. Data collection techniques with observation, interviews and documentation. The data analysis technique used was data collection, data reduction, data presentation and conclusion drawing. The results of this research is that the history Wiwitan Tradition which going on for hundreds of years. The stages in the Wiwitan Tradition are the stages of preparation and implementation. The form of a shift in the value of the Wiwitan Tradition is in the form of shift in value in terms of economy, social, tourism, religion and spirituality. The shift in value that occurs is caused by external factors and internal factors.

AbstractThe growing of character values has an important role to build the development of the learners potencyin order to behuman who are faithful and devoting to Almighty God, gracious, competitive, honorable, having good moral, polite and be able to interact to society. Through education given, learners is expected to be able toimprove independently, use and review knowledge, internalize and personalize the character values and be graciousso these can be implemented in their everyday behavior.This study aims to describe the planning of the main character values implementation in the IPS learning conducted by IPS teachers in SMP Negeri 3 Kelua, describe the executing of the main character values implementation in the IPS learning conducted by IPS teachers in SMP Negeri 3 Kelua, describe the assessment of the main character values implementationin the IPS learning conducted by IPS teachers in SMP Negeri 3 Kelua.This research method uses observation method, interview, and documentation bya qualitative research approach. The research is held in SMP Negeri 3 Kelua. The data analysis is by data reduction, display data and Verification.The results of this study and discussion illustrate, This research suggests that  the results of research can be used as additional repertoire of the application of character values about the analysis of character values implementation in IPS learning. Melalui pendidikan diharapkan peserta didik mampu secara mandiri meningkatkan dan menggunakan pengetahuannya, mengkaji dan menginternalisasi serta mempersonalisasi nilai-nilai karakter dan akhlak mulia sehingga terwujud dalam perilaku sehari-hari. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan perencanaan, pelaksanaan,  penilaian implementasi nilai karakter utama dalam pembelajaran IPS yang dilakukan oleh guru IPS di SMP Negeri 3 Kelua. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan metode observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi dengan pendekatan penelitian kualitatif. Dilaksanakan di SMP Negeri 3 Kelua. Analisis data dengan reduksi data, data display dan verifikasi. Hasil penelitian dan pembahasan ini, menggambarkan bahwa: Perencanaan implementasi pendidikan nilai karakter dalam pembelajaran IPS di SMPN 3 Kelua dengan menyiapkan Silabus dan RPP terlebih dahulu, Pelaksanaan implementasi pendidikan nilai karakter dalam pembelajaran IPS di SMPN 3 Kelua dengan cara tugas kelompok dengan presentase dan diskusi, Penilaian implementasi pendidikan nilai karakter dalam pembelajaran IPS di SMPN 3 Kelua dengan menyiapkan lebih dahulu lembaran penilaian untuk peserta didik. Penelitian ini menyarankan hasil penelitian bisa dijadikan sebagai tambahan khasanah penerapan nilai karakter tentang analisis implementasi nilai karakter dalam pembelajaran IPS. Bagi guru bisa meningkatkan kreatifitasnya merancang dan merevisi rencana proses pembelajaran dengan penerapan nilai karakter sesuai kondisi sekolah dan materi pelajaran. Yang menjadikan peserta didik mampu mandiri, meningkatkan dan menggunakan pengetahuannya, mengkaji dan menginternalisasi serta mempersonalisasi nilai-nilai karakter dan akhlak mulia terwujud dalam perilaku sehari-hari.Kata Kunci: Analisis, Implementasi, Nilai Karakter, IPS

AbstractThis study aims to analyze multiculturalism in Indonesia in terms of the diversity of cultural values in Indonesia as a form of creative community work.This study uses a qualitative research method with a descriptive analysis approach, which describes multiculturalism in Indonesia as seen from the diversity of cultural values in Indonesia as a form of creative community work. The data source used in this study is literature related to multiculturalism in Indonesia. Data analysis was carried out through data reduction, data presentation and conclusions or verification.The research results point to multiculturalism as an approach and as a National Policy. As stated above, multiculturalism is an ideological way out of the problem of the decline in the forces of integration and awareness of nationalism of a nation as a result of changes at the global level.
