Problems faced today both teachers and students in learning mathematics, among others: the lack of variation of teaching methods teachers in the delivery of materials for students, still low student motivation in learning, the lack of media used by teachers in delivering the material. From the facts obtained, then the research team tried to provide solutions of these problems is the right to do the development of teaching materials / interactive media-based computer. Computer technology can be utilized to design interactive teaching materials/media. This computer-based interactive teaching material presents digital material with animations that are more interesting and fun for counting times, for, plus and less. The form of research conducted is Research and Development. This development is done based on elementary students’ characteristics. So they are quicker to grasp the lessons of concrete matters combined with animation. Validation results from expert show that computer-based interactive mathematical teaching materials on integer material have been valid (teaching material has been in accordance with the forbidden). The results of trials conducted in the fourth class of elementary school showed that computer-based interactive learning materials on digital material have been practical. It can be concluded that the teaching materials effective in generating student learning activities and can make students learn independent and fun.

Tujuan penelitian yang dilakukan adalah untuk melahirkan media interaktif berbasis komputer yang dapat digunakan untuk materi penjumlahan dan pengurangan bilangan bulat oleh guru dan siswa karena media interaktif berbasis komputer ini dapat menyampaikan konsep matematika khususnya penjumlahan dan pengurangan bilangan bulat menggunakan animasi yang menyenangkan sesuai dengan tahap berpikir siswa SD yang masih berada pada tahap konkrit atau semi abstrak. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian pengembangan (development research) dengan rancangan penelitian (langkah-langkah) berikut: 1. tahap analisis meliputi: a) melakukan wawancara dengan guru kelas IV SD tentang pembelajaran matematika; b) menganalisis silabus mata pelajaran matematika kelas IV SD; c) menganalisis buku teks matematika yang digunakan oleh guru SD; d) mereview literature tentang bahan ajar. 2. Tahap Prototype, meliputi: a) tahap validasi,, mliputi validitas isi dan konstruk; b) tahap paktikalita, dilakukan uji coba pada SD Babussalam Pekanbaru; 3. Tahap penilaian, meliputi kegiatan dipusatkan untuk engevaluasi apakah prototype (uji coba) dapat dipakai sesuai yang diharapkan dan efektif meningkatkan kualitas pembelajaran. Hasil validasi dari para validator menunjukkan bahan ajar matematika interaktif berbasis computer pada materi penjumlahan dan pengurangan bilangan bulat telah valid (bahan ajar telah sesuai dengan yang diharapkan). Hasil ujicoba yang dilakukan pada kelas IV SD Babussalam Pekanbaru menunjukkan bahwa bahan ajar interaktif berbasis komputer pada materi penjumlahan dan pengurangan bilangan bulat sudah praktis, terbukti dari hasil deskripsi dan analisis data yang diperoleh dapat disimplkan bahwa bahan ajar efektif dalam memunculkan aktivitas belajar siswa dan dapat membuat siswa belajar mandiri dan menyenangkan.   The purpose of the research is to construct computer-based interactive media that can be used for the addition and subtraction of integers by teachers and students because this computer-based interactive media can convey mathematical concepts in particular integers using fancy animations according to students' thinking stages (Elementary school) who is still at a concrete or semi-abstract stage. This research is developmental research with the design of the study (steps) following: 1. the analysis phase includes: a) conducting interviews with fourth grade teachers about mathematics learning; b) analyze the syllabus of 4th grade elementary school mathematics subjects; c) analyze mathematical textbooks used by elementary school teachers; d) reviewing the literature on teaching materials. 2. The Prototype stage, includes: a) validation stage, including content and construct validity; b) paktikalita stage, conducted a trial on Babussalam Pekanbaru Elementary School; 3. The assessment phase, including activities focused on evaluating whether the prototype (trial) can be used as expected and effectively improving the quality of learning. The validation results from the validators show that the computer-based interactive mathematics teaching material in integer addition and subtraction material has been validated (expected). The results of experiments conducted at the fourth grade of Babussalam Pekanbaru Elementary School showed that interactive computer-based teaching materials in integer addition and subtraction material were practical, as evidenced from the results of the description and analysis of the obtained data that it could be effective in generating student learning activities and promoting students self-learning and interests.

One of the 2013 curriculum transformation elements in elementary schools is strengthening the learning process and familiarizing the development of higher-order thinking skills (HOTS) for students.  This needs to be supported by teaching materials to support HOTS-based learning.This research aims to analyze the need for HOTS-based mathematics teaching materials in elementary schools. This research uses a descriptive approach. The subjects of this research were fourth-grade students of public elentary school in Tunjungan Blora area. The data collected in this research uses observation sheets, interviews, and document studies. Observations and interviews were carried out to teachers and fourth-grade students. Otherwise, the document studies were carried out on learning resources used in mathematics learning. The validity test data was conducted by using triangulation techniques. The results showed that:  first, the characteristics of mathematics teaching materials used in elementary schools of Blora Regency have not described the HOTS material. Second, the need for teachers shows that the problems faced by teachers in learning mathematics have limited learning resources. Third, the student's need toward teaching material products is shown by the low interest of students in learning mathematics. Fourth, students have not been invited to think critically in learning mathematics.

Abstrak Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan bahan ajar berupa modul fisika SMA berbasis kontektual. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian pengembangan yang menggunakan model dick&carey dengan beberapa tahap yaitu analisis kebutuhan, perencanaan media, pengembangan produk, uji coba perseorangan, revisi, uji coba kelompok kecil, revisi dan uji coba kelompok besar, revisi dan penyebaran. Instrumen yang digunakan berupa kuisioner yang diberikan kepada ahli materi, ahli media, dan praktisi yakni guru dan siswa. Sampel sekolah yang digunakan adalah SMA N 2 Kupang dengan menggunakan 15 orang siswa untuk kelompok kecil dan 60 orang siswa untuk kelompok besar. Hasil yang diperoleh adalah bahan ajar berupa modul fisika SMA berbasis kontekstual pada materi hukum newton yang telah diuji validitasnya pada tim ahli serta praktisi. Hasil uji kelayakan oleh ahli materi mencapai 70%, ahli media 87%, kelompok kecil 84% dan kelompok besar 85%. Hal tersebut menunjukkan bahwa bahan ajar yang dikembangkan layak untuk digunakan. Kata kunci: Bahan ajar; kontekstual; fisika; hukum newton Abstract This study aims to develop teaching materials that consist of contextual high school physics modules. This research is a research development that uses the model of dick & carey with several ways of needs analysis, media planning, product development, individual trials, revisions, small group trials, revisions and large group trials, revisions and distribution. The instrument used consisted of questionnaires given to material experts, media experts, and supporting teachers and students. The school sample used was SMA N 2 Kupang by using 15 students for small groups and 60 students for large groups. The results obtained are teaching materials consisting of high school physics modules based on contextuality in Newton's legal material that have obtained validity on the expert team and are accepted. The results of the feasibility test by material experts reached 70%, media experts 87%, small groups 84% and large groups 85%. This shows the developed teaching material is suitable for use. The purpose of research is to know the characteristics, feasibility and effectiveness of developing teaching materials viruses based on Socio-Scientific Issues (SSI) to improve critical thinking skills. Research method using Research and Development (RD) with a 4D step (define, design, develop, disseminate) Thiagarajan et all. The subjects of the study are 34 students class X MIPA 1 as the experimental class and 34 students class X MIPA 4 as the control class. The eligibility of teaching material is derived from the results of expert validation questionnaires, responses of biology teachers and students' responses, and effectiveness of critical thinking skills from the results of the test questions pretest and posttest. The results of the characteristics teaching material viruses based SSI include: cover, introduction, news analysis, material, summary, evaluation, bibliography and glossary. The results of the eligibility from the material expert validation questionnaire were 88,67%, 94,67% of media experts, 83,55% of teacher responses and 82,29% of students' responses. The effectiveness of teaching materials used was obtained from the difference in the average value of experimental learning outcomes of 81.84 and 76.84 kontrol class with tcount = 4.338 and ttable = 1.6682 which means tcount ttable and Ha accepted, concluded that there were differences in posttest results experimental class with kontrol class. The n-gain results obtained the value of the experimental class of 0.63 and the control class of 0.54 with their respective categories being moderate. So it can be concluded that the use of biological material teaching material based on Socio-Scientific Issues (SSI) is effective to improve students' critical thinking skills class X SMA 12 Semarang.

<p>Learning local history is very important in the development of education in Indonesia. Local history is able to understand society about the origin of its history, so that the community is able to better deal with the future. Local history learning needs to be maximized in school education, one of which is by adding local history teaching material itself. This research was conducted with the aim to analyze the use of local history teaching materials in learning to support the literacy of local historical culture. This study uses descriptive qualitative methods that involve teachers and students. Research techniques used by observation, interviews, and reviewing several related documents. Observations were made at two high schools in Madiun Regency, namely SMAN 1 Mejayan and SMAN 1 Geger. The results showed that: (1) historical teaching materials used did not support the literacy of local historical culture, (2) students needed additional local history materials that allowed them to conduct research and improve the history of literacy connected with local history.</p><p><strong><em>Keywords: literacy; local history; madiun; teaching materials</em></strong></p>

Recently, with the development of network and technologies, the traditional teacher-centered mode is gradually losing its main status. Multimedia-assisted foreign language teaching is becoming the most popular way of teaching. At present, computer based multimedia is broadly used in classrooms. Multimedia-aided English teaching can introduce video, figure, and text into teaching practice, and improve English teaching efficiency. Teachers, teaching materials and learners, as the three main elements in English teaching, play an essential part in classroom. Although relevant surveys have been done investigating English classroom under the conventional educational mode, very few people have thought the change of the three elements more specific. Therefore, the paper talks about the difference between the conventional educational model and multimedia-aided teaching method in English classroom. The author takes the teachers and students in Linfen NO.1 senior school as the research object, aiming to study the role and the interrelationship of the three. Through interviews, classroom observation and questionnaire, the thesis concisely summarizes the role and functions of the three elements in Linfen NO.1 senior school. It is a rational analysis and summary of multimedia-assisted English teaching theoretically and practically. Thus it will be helpful for the improvement of English teaching effect.

Nowadays it is unquestionable that audiovisual has become a widely used tool for the development of knowledge in the classroom. Based on this assumption, the research that I have developed aims to produce documentaries as helping diffuser product and content for students of Basic Education and also as a form of training, put graduate students to deepen the practices developed in the classroom. The audiovisual aid that will be developed is the documentary which will be the matrix for the development of teaching material that fits the process of cognition between teachers and students. This will be achieved through the interaction between University and Basic Education Institutions and will include the involvement of teachers and students. The activity is of extension and social order and aims to promote integration between the University and the Basic Education Institutions for the development of teaching materials.

This research development aims to produce an effective learning media which is more effective to fulfil the needs of teachers and students in the teaching and learning process in schools. Learning Media which was produced in the form of teaching materials in the subject history. The teaching material is about the biography of Raden Inten II to improve critical thinking skills and strengthening the character of the students in SMAN 2 Sekampung.This type of research is to develop the teaching media using a model ADDIE (Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation , Evaluation) . Population in this research is class XI IPS SMAN 2 Sekampung. The sample of this study is implemented in three classes, they were class XI IPS 1 as an experimental class, a class XI IPS 2 as the control class, and class XI IPS 3 as the trials class.The results showed that: (1) the teaching media of history at SMAN 2 Sekampung used is student worksheets, handbook and textbooks; (2) teaching materials of history in high school about the biography of Raden Inten II made through model of ADDIE and generate materials teaching media to form a module that has undergone numerous revisions and has been validated by the experts of media and the expert of materials and subsequently successfully tested in the classroom of XI IPS 3 SMAN 2 Sekampung, (3) test of the effectiveness in teaching material history of biography Raden Inten II is done by comparing the value of post-test experimental class and control class with a significance level of 5% and result of students’ ability to have critical think. It was proved from thit 3,700> 2,756 ttab and the strengthening of character with thit 4,168> 1,697 ttab. Therefore, H0 is rejected. It can be concluded that the teaching media of history in the form of teaching materials about the history of biography Raden Inten II is effective to improve critical thinking skills and strengthening the character of the students SMAN 2 Sekampung.

This research aims to develop multimedia teaching materials for teaching Japanese language at the senior high school. Using Adobe Flash CS5 software, this interactive media was technology based and provided some features found in the source book, such as vocabularies or sentence patterns introduction, etc. In addition this media also equipped by Japanese words pronounciation practice using Online Japanese Accent Dictionary (OJAD). This research was conducted with pre-experimental method, survey questionnaire and a short interview. Research subjects were teachers and students of senior high schools majoring Japanese language in Indonesia. Survey questionnaire result showed that this media was high rated as an attractive media and user-friendly media based on the contents and features provided on it. Further, it was found that this media was very useful not only for teachers as a teaching materials, but also for learners who are eager to learn Japanese independently.

This research is aimed to develop teaching material in numerical methods in the faculty of teaching and education, Batanghari University (Jambi, Indonesia). The Research and Development (R&D) approach was used in the study. The development model used in the research is the instructional development model. After being developed, validation is done by design experts, material experts, and media experts. Then one to one learning, learning in small groups, and field trial trials were conducted. The results of the study based on validation by experts were categorized as feasible with a feasibility percentage for design validation of 90%, media validation of 87.7% and material expertise of 90.1%. On the basis of validation results and tests it is concluded that the teaching materials for learning mathematics are efficient to use.
