Abstrak- Seiring dengan perkembangan teknologi yang begitu pesat, sistem informasi berbasis komputer sangat berpengaruh pesat dalam dunia kerja, begitu juga halnya sistem informasi berbasis web dimanfaatkan sebagai sarana peningkatan informasi. Pemanfaatan tersebut akan mempermudah suatu pekerjaan seperti halnya pengolahan data lebih cepat, keputusan yang akan diambil lebih tepat, menghemat waktu dan biaya. Selain itu, sistem informasi yang berbasis web juga dapat menjadi sarana promosi yang efesien dan sumber informasi yang dapat diakses oleh pengguna internet yang semakin lama semakin luas. Pada kantor Kesehatan Pelabuhan Pekanbaru selalu dihadapi dengan kendala antri atau lama dalam pengurusan vaksin keberangkatan calon Jemaah umrah, karena dalam pengurusan vaksin pada kantor Kesehatan Pelabuhan pekanbaru belum adanya sistem terkomputerisasi, sehingga hal ini memperlambat kinerja kantor Kesehatan Pelabuhan pekanbaru, begitupun bagi calon Jemaah umrah yang selalu tidak puas dalam pelayanan vaksin untuk keberangkatan calon jemaah umrah karena terlalu lama dalam pemprosesan hasil dari analisa vaksin keberangkatan calon Jemaah umrah. Adapun metode yang digunakan dengan mengumpulkan data-data yang ada dan menganalisa permasalahan dalam pengurusan vaksin dengan membangun sebuah sistem berbasis web. Tujuan umum dari penelitian ini memberi suatu efisiensi atau peningkatan dalam pengolahan data yang berbasis web sehingga membantu kegiatan kantor Kesehatan Pelabuhan Pekanbaru, tujuan khususnya dimana calon jemaah umrah bisa melihat jadwal vaksin nya dan bisa melihat pengumuman yang lebih cepat dan tepat tanpa harus datang ke kantor Kesehatan Pelabuhan Pekanbaru, hanya dengan mengakses internet dan mengakses website Kantor Kesehatan Pelabuhan pekanbaru dengan mudah, tidak memerlukan waktu yang lama. Kata kunci: Vaksin, Web, Kesehatan Pelabuhan Pekanbaru. The method used to collect data and analyze the problems that exist in the administration of the vaccine by developing a web-based system. Abstract: In this era of globalization, information technology is speeding up. In managing the information required good technology because the information has a greatvalue for a company. And computer technology today with its increasingly sophisticated processing speed has enabled the development of computer-based information systems. Problems that exist in Kauman Apothecary is about the data processing that is still done manually, ranging from the admission process of incoming drugs, drugs out, often the absence of matching stock between the data with the original drug, as well as in making reports that still use microsoft excel. The design of the system is described by UML modeling, drug sales information system on web-based pharmacy kauman intranet this is the best solution, can improve the quality of data processing drugs in pharmacies kauman. And with the creation of this information system, can help simplify data processing moreleverage, while keeping data safe and minimize the data kerangkapan. The design of web-based drug sales information system is made using PHP and MySQL.Keywords: Information System, Sales, Kauman PharmacyAbstrak: Dalam era globalisasi sekarang ini, teknologi informasi melaju dengan cepatnya.Dalam mengelola informasi dibutuhkan teknologi yang baik karena informasi mempunyai nilai yang besar bagi suatu perusahaan. Dan teknologi komputer sekarang ini dengan kecepatan prosesnya yang semakin canggih telah memungkinkan pengembangan sistem informasi berbasis komputer. Masalah yang ada pada Apotek Kauman yaitu mengenai pengolahan data-datanya yang masih dilakukan secara manual, mulai dari proses penerimaan obat masuk, obat keluar, sering tidak adanya kecocokan stok antara data dengan obat aslinya, serta dalam membuat laporan yang masih menggunakan microsoft excel. Perancangan sistem digambarkan dengan pemodelan UML, sistem informasi penjualan obat pada apotek kauman berbasis web intranet ini merupakan solusi yang terbaik, dapat meningkatkan kualitas pengolahan data obat di apotek kauman. Dan dengan dibuatnya sistem informasi ini, dapat membantu mempermudah pengolahan data lebih maksimal, sekaligus menjaga data tetap aman dan meminimalisir adanya kerangkapan data. Perancangan sistem informasi penjualan obat berbasis web ini dibuat menggunakan PHP dan MySQLKata Kunci: Sistem Informasi, Penjualan, Apotek Kauman.

Abstract: Utilization of computer technology in data processing processing of Balai Pengelolaan Daerah Aliran Sungai in BPDAS Kota Padang still no. All still done manually so that in making the report requires precision and a long time. Therefore, the researcher builds a watershed management information system in BPDAS Kota Padang using Visual BasicNet 2012 programming language. By utilizing computerized system is expected to assist the processing of data management of watersheds in BPDAS Padang so that it can produce fast information , precise and accurate. Dengan memanfaatkan sistem komputerisasi diharapkan dapat membantu proses pengolahan data pengelolaan daerah aliran sungai di BPDAS Kota Padang sehingga dapat menghasilkan informasi yang cepat, tepat dan akurat. Selain itu, sistem informasi yang berbasis web juga dapat menjadi sarana promosi yang efesien dan sumber informasi yang dapat diakses oleh pengguna internet yang semakin lama semakin luas. Pada Fakultas Ilmu Komputer belum adanya media sebagai sarana dalam pengumpulan RPKPS matakuliah sementara penerapan komputer dan internet maupun sumber daya sudah ada, sehingga diktat mata kuliah yang diberikan dosen pengampu terhadap kompetensi program studi tidak sesuai dan untuk pengembangan kompetensi program studi. Adapun metode yang digunakan dengan mengumpulkan data-data yang ada dan menganalisa permasalahan dalam pengumpulan dan penyesuaian RPKPS dengan menyesuaikan dengan kurikulum yang sedang berjalan pada fakultas ilmu komputer. Tujuan umum dari penelitian ini memberi suatu efisiensi atau peningkatan dalam pengolahan data diktat matakuliah dengan meningkatkan kompetensi mahasiswa terhadap jurusannya, tujuan khususnya untuk membuat sistem informasi berbasis online dalam pengumpulan RPKPS sehingga terintegrasi dengan baik dan disesuaikan dengan kurikulum yang sedang berjalan pada fakultas ilmu komputer, hanya dengan mengakses internet dan mengakses website dengan mudah, tidak memerlukan waktu yang lama. The Information System that runs at STAI Sebelas April Islamic High School Sumedang, which in processing its academic data still uses a simple computerized system. Although it has been supported by computers but only uses office standards (Microsoft Office Excel and Word) so that it allows a lot of errors in processing academic data. And cause the academic services provided by STAI Sebelas April Sumedang to be less efficient, and lead to difficulties in finding data and taking up relatively long time in making reports. To help in resolving these problems, it is necessary to have a new academic information system so that any work related to data processing can be reduced by the level of error and can provide satisfactory services to system users.

Research that the author did aim to know how to design inventory system on Planet Phone.The method used is quantitative descriptive method. Data collection techniques used are literature study, observation, and interviews. From the research conducted found that there is a problem on inventory data processing. The process of inventory data processing only by writing using a general ledger. So this causes inaccuracies and delays in reports. Therefore the authors make the information system by using PHP and MySQL database. This system consists of inputting inventory data, inventory reports, sales reports and income reports. As for some suggestions given to tackle the problem is by connecting the system with internet connection, for employees more quickly and effectively in penginputan inventory data and owner can also know the sales reports and income reports more quickly without having to come directly to the store.
