Introduction: talent management is a comprehensive strategy and an approach to international human resource practices and a commitment to widespread sharing of the belief that human resource is a priority and a source of competitive advantage. Talent management ensures the organizations that competent individuals with the right skills have taken the right position. The aim of this study was to investigate the relationship between talent management and organizational entrepreneurship. Methodology: The present study is an applied one in terms of its nature and purpose, and it is a descriptive and correlational one in terms of the data collection method to test the hypothesis. The population of this study included experts, officials, supervisors and middle and top managers of Golestan province Gas Company who have at least 7 years’ experience. Accordingly, a total number of 51 participated in the study. A questionnaire was used to collect data. Data analysis was carried out through SPSS software for descriptive data and SMART PLS software for inferential data. Results: This study shows that there is a significant positive relationship between talent management and organizational entrepreneurship, and components of each of the main criteria also have a significant relationship with each other. Conclusion: The findings suggest that managers should improve their organization's talent management system in order to increase innovation and competitiveness. These systems can complete and implement various initiatives by creating opportunities to achieve talent resources and providing transparency in selection criteria.

PurposeThis paper aims to examine the effect of perceived work–life balance on the perceived level of employer branding attraction valueand organizational talent management. Accordingly, the structural model is developed that delineates the interactions among these and explores the mediating effect of employer branding attraction value between the relationship of work–life balance and organizational talent management.Design/methodology/approachThis study is based on survey results and review of literature in terms of their implications for the proposed framework. Data have been collected by convenience incidental sampling from middle-level executives working in different information and technology (IT) companies. The model and posited hypotheses were tested through structural equation modeling analysis.FindingsPerceived work–life balance was found to be positive and significantly predicted the employer branding attraction value and organizational talent management. The study also showed that there exists a significant and positive correlation between employer branding attraction value and perceived organizational talent management. Further, employer branding attraction value found to be a mediating construct between the relationship of work–life balance and organizational talent management.Research limitations/implicationsThe present study will add insight into the human resource practitioners to design cost-effective and prolonged popular practices in order to meet the employees work and personal expectations under the organizational association. The research investigated issue within focused IT sector employees to understand and solve the issues generated with changing factors in an organizational environment such as increasing women participation, duel earning couple, and maintaining the difference between various categories of employees at the practice level.Social implicationsThe study has value at both the scholarly and practice level. At a scholarly level, the research investigated an important contemporary issue at both level individual as well as organizational level. In practice if organization implements people friendly work-life balance policies, then this will be surely be helpful in organizational productivity in form of talent management and employer branding and further this will improve the personal and professional performance of most elementary component of developing society.Originality/valueWork–life balance much more depends upon employees' perception, but so far the study has neglected the impact of this perception on other organizational attributes maintained under human resource management. Changes in demographic characteristics and interchangeable role of the youth population in organizations and society as well thrive for the newer approach to deal with the personal and professional aspects of the employees.

Today the performance measurement of Muhammadiyah Luwuk uUniversity’s performance has not formulated yet based on University’s vision and mission. It will affect the strategic steps needed and performance improvement efforts in the future.  Human resource scorecard is the right system to be applied in Muhammadiyah Luwuk University. The purpose of this study is to designed a performance measurement system at Muhammadiyah Luwuk University using the Human Resource Scorecard with four perspectives: stakeholder, academic management and kemuhammadiyaan, operational and innovation, as well as and learning. Data was analyzed by analytical hierarchy process method. This research was conducted by distributing questionnaires, focus group discussions and in-depth interview with stakeholders at Muhammadiyah Luwuk University. The results showed that there were 14 strategic objectives and 33 key performance indicators to be achieved by the priority objectives, which are: empowerment and development of faculty, increased administrative process quality, improved sound budget performance and, improvement of the relationship with stakeholders.

AbstractHans Kelsen is known both as a legal theorist and as an international lawyer. This article shows that his theory of international law is an integral part of the Kelsenian Pure Theory of Law. Two areas of international law are analysed: first, Kelsen's coercive order paradigm and its relationship to the bellum iustum doctrine; second, the Kelsenian notion of the unity of all law vis-à-vis theories of the relationship of international and municipal law. In a second step, the results of Kelsenian general legal theory of the late period – as interpreted and developed by the present author – are reapplied to selected doctrines of international law. Thus is the coercive order paradigm resolved, the unity of law dissolved, and the UN Charter reinterpreted to show that the concretization of norms as positive international law cannot be unmade by a scholarship usurping the right to make law.

Excess fat in lamb is regarded as an important reason for less lamb meat being purchased by consumers. This has encouraged the development and use (particularly in Terminal Sire breeds) of selection indices that can identify animals that will sire leaner progeny. These indices usually include live weight and in vivo predictors of body composition, such as an ultrasonic measurement of muscle and fat depth, as selection criteria (Simm and Dingwall, 1989). But the usefulness of such in vivo measurements as predictors of carcass composition depends on the correlation between, and the variation in, live and carcass measures. The objectives of this study were to determine the strength of the relationship between ultrasound and dissection measures of carcass composition, and the degree of genetic variation in these measures, in crossbred progeny of Suffolk rams.

Patient as service users have right and obligations to be hospitalized and patients also have the right to medical information in receiving medical practice services. This study aims to determine the relationship between patient attitudes towards the rights and obligations of being hospitalized in the hospital Pekanbaru Medical Center (PMC). This research method using observational analytic method with cross sectional design. The total sample used in this study 107 sample were taken as simpel random sampling. Chi square test is used to determine the relationship between variables. The data were processed using SPSS statistical software and analyzed using univariate and bivariate analyzes. Of the result obtained of the study namely the relationship between patient attitude to the rights and obligations of patient with chi-suare obtained pvalue 0.016 (<0,05), the relationship of attitude patients to the rights and obligations of choosing a doctor and class of patient care with chi-square obtained pvalue 0,070 (<0,05), the relationship of patient attitudes to the right and obligations of confidentiality of disease by inpatient medical staff with chi-square obtained pvalue 0,000 (<0,05), the relationship of patient attitudes to the rights and obligations of consent to the patient treatment with chi-square obtained pvalue 0,000 (<0,05), the relationship of patient attitudes to the right and obligation of patient safety with chi-square obtained pvalue 0,000 (<0,05), the relationship between patient attitudes towards the right and obligations of patient safety with chi-square obtained pvalue 0,000 (<0,05). The speed-torque relationship of the right knee extensor muscle group was investigated in eight untrained subjects (28 +/- 2 yr old). Torque was measured at a specific knee angle during isokinetic concentric or eccentric actions at nine angular velocities (0.17-3.66 rad/s) and during isometric actions. Activation was by "maximal" voluntary effort or by transcutaneous tetanic electrical stimulation that induced an isometric torque equal to 60% (STIM 1) or 45% (STIM 2) of the voluntary isometric value. Torque increased (P less than 0.05) to 1.4 times isometric as the speed of eccentric actions increased to 1.57 rad/s for STIM 1 and STIM 2. Thereafter, increases in eccentric speed did not further increase torque. Torque did not increase (P greater than 0.05) above isometric for voluntary eccentric actions. As the speed of concentric actions increased from 0.00 to 3.66 rad/s, torque decreased (P less than 0.05) more (P less than 0.05) for both STIM 1 and STIM 2 (two-thirds) than for voluntary activation (one-half). As a result of these responses, torque changed three times as much (P less than 0.05) across speeds of concentric and eccentric actions with artificial (3.4-fold) than voluntary (1.1-fold) activation. The results indicate that with artificial activation the normalized speed-torque relationship of the knee extensors in situ is remarkably similar to that of isolated muscle. The relationship for voluntary activation, in contrast, suggests that the ability of the central nervous system to activate the knee extensors during maximal efforts depends on the speed and type of muscle action performed.

<strong><em>Naval base as one of the integral components of the SSAT is the spearhead of power in carrying out support for the tasks of the operating units both in peacetime and during war. In carrying out its duties the Navy has an Integrated Fleet Weapon System (SSAT) which is the integration of strength of the capabilities of the KRI, Aircraft, Marines and Naval base components. To find out the professional level of the soldier, it is necessary to hold a Test of Combat Naval Base Task Force in order to realize, maintain and improve the skills of both individuals and groups, which in turn will increase the establishment of Operational Command and Control, Operational Procedures and the establishment of mastery of appropriate techniques and tactics. With the implementation of the test, it is expected to know about Naval Base Combat Readiness, a condition where the base can carry out its main tasks. Combat Duty Rehearsal is an exercise carried out by KRI or base to maintain the ability and professionalism of soldiers both programmed and programmed. This study aims to determine whether the relationship of human resource readiness influences the professional abilities of the Naval Base on west coast.</em></strong>

The purpose of the article. The article considers the features of strategic human resource management as the basis of strategic potential, which affects the competitiveness of the enterprise, determines the directions of its development. The scheme of the system of strategic human resources management is presented. The goals of personnel policy and a set of tasks that allow them to be implemented are determined. The ways of realization of the strategy of human resources management at an industrial enterprise are offered. It is established that the process of implementing the strategy of the enterprise should be divided into certain conditional stages, which should be included in the action plan for the implementation of the strategy.Methodology. The strategic goal of human resources management system is to ensure the development of the enterprise through the efficient use of human capital. When forming a human resources management strategy, the main task is to identify and take into account future changes and trends, to justify changes that contribute to the sustainable development of the enterprise.The process of strategy development and implementation is continuous, which is covered in close connection with the solution of strategic tasks both in the long run and in the medium and short term, i.e. their solution in terms of strategic, tactical and operational management. Such specification of human resources management strategy and bringing it to strategic objectives and individual actions is embodied in the strategic plan – a document containing specific tasks and measures to implement the strategy, the timing of their implementation and responsible executors for each task, the amount of resources required.Results. Implementation of human resources management strategy is an important stage of the strategic management process. For it to be successful, the organization's management must adhere to the following rules: firstдн, the goals, strategies, tasks of personnel management must be carefully and timely communicated to all employees of the organization in order to obtain from them not only understanding of the organization and service personnel management, but also informal involvement in the implementation of strategies, in particular, the development of obligations to employees of the organization to implement the strategy; secondдн, the general management of the organization and the heads of personnel management service must not only ensure the timely use of all necessary resources (material, equipment, office equipment, financial, etc.), but also have a plan for implementing the strategy in the form of targeted guidelines for the state and development labor potential and record the achievement of each goal.Practical implications. The process of implementing the strategy of an industrial enterprise requires fundamentally different approaches than the process of strategy formation. First of all, because it is mainly organizational process, while the formation of strategy is mainly an analytical one. The process of implementing the company's strategy can also be divided into certain conditional stages, more precisely, areas of activity that should be included in the action plan to implement the strategy. Initial among them is decomposition, i.e. the development on the basis of a strategic plan of tactical, operational plans, as well as policies, programs, projects, rules and procedures.Value/originality. Thus, the relationship of personnel strategy and general strategy of enterprise development is realized through a mechanism that includes: coordination of goals of both strategies, the relationship of their functions, coordination of business processes of personnel management with other business processes, integration of personnel strategy results to aggregate results of the organization, control of compliance of the obtained results with the defined strategic goals of the organization. Of particular importance is the approach to human resource management as a business process. Personnel processes as a certain sequence of interrelated actions for the implementation of personnel management functions are aimed at: transformation of human assets of the organization in accordance with its strategic priorities; transformation of working conditions of employees of the organization in accordance with the expectations and needs of staff; creation of new management technologies and other HR-products.

The current study aims to analyze the relationship of selected kinematic variables to the technique of pull shot in cricket. For the purpose of the study the researcher purposively selected five male inter-university cricket players from lnipe, gwalior of 18 to 24 years., the technique of pull shot in batting performance of each selected subjects was recorded on the basis of certain criteria (point system). It was divided into 2 components; 1. placement of feet and 2. execution (contact) each consist of maximum 10 points. The angles at selected joints were recorded to the nearest degree. The c.g. was measured nearest to the 1/10th of the centimetre. On the basis of sequence photographs obtained from the videography, the scholar developed stick figures from which selected kinematic variables was calculated. The center of gravity of whole body was determined by kinovea software. To find the the relationship of selected kinematic variables to the technique of pull shot in cricket pearson product moment correlation coefficient was used by means of spss software. It was found that, in case of moment execution angle at left shoulder joint and angle at left elbow joint showed significant relationship with performance.

La policía comunitaria es una institución de los pueblos indígenas de Guerrero conocida por su capacidad para enfrentar a la delincuencia y generar alternativas de paz social., através de un sistema de justicia y seguridad autónomo. En los últimos años, sin embargo, el sistema comunitario enfrenta el acoso de actores diversos vinculados al incremento de la violencia y la inseguridad que se vive en el país y especialmente en el estado de Guerrero; dicha situación está impactando a la institucionalidad comunitaria, obligando a su redefinición. En este trabajo destaco aspectos centrales de dicha conflictividad así como las respuestas que han dado los comunitarios para hacer frente a las tareas de justicia y seguridad en el marco de nuevos contextos marcados por el despojo neoliberal y la impunidad de actores estatales y no estatales. En este proceso se actualiza la relación de la policía comunitaria con el Estado revelando el peso de la ambigüedad legal y los juegos del poder así como los usos contra-hegemónicos del derecho para disputar la justicia. ---SEGURANÇA E JUSTIÇA SOB ACOSSO EM TEMPOS DE VIOLÊNCIA NEOLIBERAL: respostas do policiamento comunitário de GuerreroO policiamento comunitário é uma instituição dos Povos Indígenas do Guerrero conhecidos por sua capacidade de lidar com o crime e gerar paz social de forma alternativa, usando um sistema próprio de justiça e segurança. In recent years, however, the EU system faces harassment from various people responsible for the increase of violence and insecurity within the country and especially in the state in Guerrero; this situation is impacting instituitions in the community, forcing their redefinition. In this paper I highlight key aspects of the conflict and the community's responses to deal with the tasks of justice and security in new contexts marked by neoliberal plunder and impunity of the state (as well as non state figures). In this process, the relationship of the community police with the state is updated revealing the weight of legal ambiguity and power plays, as well as counter-hegemonic use of the right to dispute justice.key words: neoliberal vilence; Guerrero; indigenous people.
