ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui serta menganalisis kesulitan matematis siswa dalam menyelesaikan soal matematika terutama pada materi segitiga dan segiempat. Subjek penelitian ini yaitu siswa kelas VIII SMP di Bandung. Instrumen yang digunakan yaitu tes tulis berupa esai yang berjumlah 5 soal. Penelitian ini menerapkan metode analisis deskriptif, agar dapat mengetahui kesalahan dan kekeliruan siswa dalam menyelesaikan soal. Pengolahan data dihitung kedalam bentuk rata-rata skor siswa yang diperoleh dengan analisis berdasarkan tahapan Van Hiele. Hasil penelitian ini menyatakan bahwa ketercapaian siswa dalam memecahkan soal materi segiempat dan segitiga berdasarkan tahapan berpikir Van Hiele terbanyak berada pada tahap 1 (analisis) sebesar 87,87%. Ketercapaian berpikir pada tahapan Van Hiele yang baik baru mencapai tahapan visualisasi (tahap 0) sebesar 12,12%. Pada tahap 2 (deduksi informal) dan tahap 3 (deduksi) siswa belum mampu mencapai tahapan tersebut. Dengan demikian dapat dilihat bahwa tingkat pemahaman siswa terhadap materi segiempat dan segitiga masih tergolong rendah sehingga terdapat kesulitan dan kendala bagi siswa dalam mengerjakan soal pada materi segiempat dan segitiga berdasarkan tahapan Van Hiele. Kata kunci: kesulitan siswa, segiempat dan segitiga, tahap berpikir Van Hiele.   ABSTRACT The purpose of this research is to analyze student’s mathematical difficulties in solving mathematics problems, especially in quadrilateral and triangular material. The subject of this study were students of class VIII of Junior high school in Bandung. The instrument used were written tests in the form of essays consists of 5 questions. This research method uses descriptive analysis of students mistakes in solving problems. The data is analysis based on Van Hiele theory. The results of this study stated that the students' achievement in solving rectangular and triangle material problems based on Van Hiele's thinking stage was mostly in stage 1 (analysis) of 87.87%. The achievement of Van Hiele's good thinking stages has only reached the visualization stage (stage 0) of 12.12%. For stage 2 (informal deduction) and stage 3 (deduction) no student has been able to reach that stage. Thus it can be seen that the level of student understanding of rectangular and triangular material is still relatively low so that there is difficulty in solving students' problems on rectangular and triangular material based on Van Hiele's thinking stages. Online learning is a new alternative for the continuity of learning activities during the Covid-19 period, where learning is carried out online through various media or ICT used. This research aims to see the analyze how difficult students mathematical in working on mathematical problems, especially in quadrilateral and triangular material. The subject of this study were students of class VII at MTs Negeri Kabupaten Bandung Barat. The instrument used were written tests in the form of essays which numbered 5 questions and a student questionnaire via a google form. This research method uses descriptive analysis, to find out the student's mistakes in solving problems. Processing data is calculated in the form of average student scores obtained by analysis used on Taksonomi Bloom cognitive.  The results showed that students achievement in the process of solving triangular and quadrilateral problems based on the stage of Taksonomi Bloom is based on the stage of Taksonomi Bloom, namely, at the cognitive stage the most is in stage C5 and C6 there is evaluation and creation, then in C2, C3, and C4 also still less than 60%. Thus it can be seen that the level of student understanding of rectangular and triangular material is still relatively low so that there is difficulty in solving students' problems on rectangular and triangular material based on Taksonomi Bloom stages. Abstrak:Tujuan penelitan ini adalah untuk mendeskripsikan penerapan model Pembelajaran Van Hiele untuk meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa pada materi Luas Permukaan serta Volume Balok dan Kubus di kelas VIII  SMP N 18 Palu. Rancangan penelitian mengacu pada model Kemmis dan Mc.Taggart, yang terdiri dari 4 komponen yaitu: 1) perencanaan, 2) tindakan, 3) pengamatan, dan 4) refleksi. Subjek penelitian ini ialah siswa kelas VIII  SMP N 18  Palu yang berjumlah 20 siswa. Teknik pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini yaitu observasi, tes, wawancara, dan catatan lapangan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penerapan model pembelajaran Van Hiele dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa dengan mengikuti fase-fase: 1) informasi, 2) orientasi terarah, 3) uraian, 4) orientasi bebas, dan 5) integrasi. Kata Kunci: model Pembelajaran Van Hiele, Hasil Belajar, Luas Permukaan serta Volume Balok dan Kubus. Abstract: The purpose of this research is to describe the application of Van Hiele Learning model to improve student learning outcomes on Surface Surface and Block and Cube in Grade VIII SMP N 18 Palu. The study design refers to the Kemmis and Mc.Taggart model, which consists of 4 components: 1) planning, 2) action, 3) observation, and 4) reflection. The subject of this research is the students of class VIII SMP N 18 Palu, amounting to 20 students. Data collection techniques in this study are observation, tests, interviews, and field notes. The results showed that the application of Van Hiele learning model can improve student learning outcomes by following the phases: 1) information, 2) orientation directed, 3) description, 4) free orientation, and 5) integration. AbstrakMatematika memiliki peranan penting dalam kehidupan. Namun, dalam praktik pembelajarannya sebagian siswa masih menganggap matematika sebagai mata pelajaran yang sulit. Bukti-bukti di lapangan menunjukkan bahwa hasil belajar geometri masih rendah. Kesulitan pada materi geometri dapat berdampak pada kesulitan-kesulitan bagian lain dalam materi geometri itu sendiri, karena banyak pokok bahasan dalam geometri yang saling berhubungan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui faktor penyebab kesulitan siswa dalam proses pemecahan masalah geometri berdasarkan tahapan berpikir Van Hiele serta untuk melihat ketercapaian siswa dalam pemahaman geometri berdasarkan tahapan berpikir geometri Van Hiele. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode penelitian kualitatif dengan jenis penelitian studi kasus. Subjek penelitian yang diambil sebanyak 6 siswa dari kelas VII C SMP Negeri 6 Garut. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa ketercapaian siswa pada proses pemecahan masalah geometri berdasarkan tahapan berpikir Van Hiele paling banyak adalah pada tahap 0 (visualisasi). Hal ini ditunjukkan dengan tingginya persentase pencapaian siswa pada tahap visualisasi yaitu sebanyak 96,87 %. Ketercapaian tahapan berpikir Van Hiele yang paling baik dicapai sebesar 3,13% pada tahap 1 (Analisis). Untuk tahap 2 (deduksi informal) dan tahap 3 (deduksi) belum ada siswa yang mampu mencapai tahapan tersebut. Faktor yang menjadi penyebab kesulitan siswa dalam materi segiempat disebabkan karena beberapa hal, yaitu pemahaman mengenai konsep dan sifat-sifat segiempat yang kurang, pemahaman sebelumnya mengenai materi bangun datar segiempat yang masih kurang kuat, kurangnya keterampilan menggunakan ide-ide geometri dalam memecahkan masalah matematika yang berkaitan dengan bangun segiempat, serta kondisi kelas yang kurang kondusif untuk belajar.Kata Kunci: Kesulitan siswa pada geometri, tahapan berpikir Van Hiele, Kualitatif, Studi Kasus.AbstractMathematics has an important role in life. However, in the practice of learning some students still regard mathematics as a difficult subject. The evidence in the field shows that the geometry learning result is still low. Difficulties in geometrical matter can affect the difficulties of other parts of the material itself, since many of the subjects in the geometry are interconnected. This study aims to determine the factors causing student difficulties in the process of solving geometry problems based on the stages of thinking Van Hiele and to see students' achievement in understanding geometry based on the stages of thinking geometry Van Hiele. The research method used is qualitative research method with case study research type. Research subjects taken as many as 6 students from class VII C SMP Negeri 6 Garut. The results showed that students' achievement in the process of solving geometry problems based on the stage of thinking Van Hiele at most is at stage 0 (visualization). This is indicated by the high percentage of student achievement in the visualization stage that is as much as 96.87%. The achievement of the best stage of Van Hiele thinking was achieved at 3.13% in stage 1 (Analysis). For stage 2 (informal deduction) and stage 3 (deduction) no students have been able to reach that stage. AbstrakBimbingan belajar merupakan salah satu metode belajar dengan cara memberi bantuan berupa penjelasan materi pelajaran secara terstruktur dan perlahan kepada siswa dalam mengatasi kesulitan belajarnya. Kegiatan bimbingan belajar ini bertujuan untuk 1). mengkaji peningkatan pemahaman siswa dalam mempelajari ilmu kimia, 2). mengkaji ketuntasan dari hasil belajar yang diperoleh siswa. Sasaran kegiatan ini adalah tiga siswa SMA kelas X yang tinggal di daerah Penfui – Binilaka, Kupang. Metode pelaksanaan kegiatan ini adalah bimbingan belajar yang meliputi diskusi, penjelasan materi dan latihan soal. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah tes. Data hasil kegiatan ini dianalisis dengan 1). persamaan N-Gain untuk mengkaji peningkatan pemahaman siswa, 2). analisis deskriptif untuk mengkaji ketuntasan dari hasil belajar siswa. Hasil analisis menunjukan bahwa 1). peningkatan pemahaman siswa pada setiap pertemuan tergolong tinggi yang ditunjukan dengan rata-rata nilai N-Gain adalah 0,83, 2). hasil belajar siswa tergolong tuntas yang ditunjukan dengan rata-rata ketuntasan dari hasil belajar siswa adalah 76,02%.Kata Kunci: Bimbingan belajar, kimia, hasil belajar, N-Gain, pembelajaran kimiaAbstractTutoring is a learning method that provides assistance in the form of structured and slow explanation of the subject matter to students in solving their learning difficulties. The purpose of this tutoring are to 1). examines the increase of student understanding in studing chemistry, 2). Examines the completeness of student learning outcomes. The target of this activity are  tree high school stutents class X who live in the Penfui - Binilaka. The methods used in this activity are discussion, explanation of the material and exercises. The technique of data collection used was a test. The data of this activity were analized by 1). N-Gain equation to assess the increase in student understanding, 2). descriptive analysis to assess the completeness of student learning outcomes. The analysis results showed that 1). the increase of student understanding at every meeting was high, which was indicated by the average of N-Gain value was 0.83, 2). the learning outcomes of students was complete, which was indicated by the average completeness of student learning outcomes was 76.02%.Keywords: Tutoring, chemistry, learning outcomes, N-Gain, chemistry learning

This study aimed to analyze the results of student books based on inquiry validation for class VIII Junior High School. Validation was done by 6 validators consisting of three lecturer and three teachers. Data obtained from the questionnaire validation. The questionnaire results were analyzed with descriptive analysis. The analysis showed that the average student book based inquiry validation results were 91.51 with very valid criteria. It can be concluded that the students books based on inquiry can be used to science teaching for students of class VIII Junior High School.

The objective of this research was to know the improvement of students’ ability in writing descriptive text by using picture series media. The subject of the research was students on class H at VII (seven) Junior High School 19 Bengkulu City, there were 23 students. The form of this research was a classroom action research. The data of this research were gathered from the descriptive writing test and analyzed by using descriptive analysis. The result showed that there are an improvement of students’ ability in writing descriptive text by using picture series media on class H at VII (seven) Junior High School 19 Bengkulu City. It can be seen from the writing result on cycle I that students’ average score 70 (enough) and increased with 76,04 (good) after repaired on cycle II, then increased again after repaired on cycle III with 86,17 (very good).

This endeed of  research is to describe the place of the kolintang music ensemble to accompany the singin of the flag ceremony at SMP Sw. St. Paulus Sidikalang. This research is a qualitative descriptive research. The subject of this research is flag ceremony. The research focussed on the role of Kolintang music ensemble as song chanting. The data of the final research was obtained from the observations of the flag-raising activities, interview with teachers, student adan kolintang’s players in junior high school and take a documentation. Data were analyzed with qualitative descriptive analysis techniques. Data validity is obtained through data triangulation, observer triangulation, theory triangulation and method triangulation. The purpose of this research is to know and descriebing  kolintang music. Example, in this research is by using numbered data such as document, archieves, interview results, observation result or also by interviewing more thn one subject that is consideret to have a different point of view.The result showed that : (1) In accompaniying singing at the flag-ceremony, students used the basic notes G, C and F. (2) the tecnic to performed kolintang    were not wheeled with a kolintang played general. (3). After carrying out their duties as chanting accompaniment in the ceremony, students who performed kolintang first practice on kolintang extracurricular activities. (4) in the process of playing kolintang, each player must have a strong feeling so that the technic kolintang is harmonious. Keywords : Descriptive Study, Ensemble, Kolintang music

<div class="WordSection1"><p>The purpose of this study was to increasing students motivation to study biology with implementation of <em>Think talk write </em>learning strategy through increased motivation to learn.This research was a classroom action research through the implementation of <em>Think talk write </em>learning strategy. The research was conducted in two cycles, with each cycle consisting of four phases, namely planning, implementation actions (acting), observation, and reflection. The subject were students in grade VIII D SMP Negeri 22 Surakarta academic year 2010/2011. The sources of data derived from teacher and student information, places and events of the ongoing learning activities, and documentation. The techniques and data collection tool used observation, questionnaires, and interviews. The data was analysized techniques with descriptive analysis techniques. The data validation used  triangulation techniques.The result proved that the implementation of the classroom action research through the application of <em>Think talk write </em>learning strategy write could be improving the motivation of learning biology in grade VIII D SMP Negeri 22 Surakarta.. Based on observations, questionnaires and interviews. The percentage of each indicator is based on students motivation observation sheets, precycle 39,05%, first cycle 69,52% and second cycle 89,52%. This study aims to describe the use of material concept mapping by teachers to help students understand theoretically music subject. The literature review used in this research is related to the notion of school instruction; learning during a pandemic; Learning of cultures and Arts (music) according to K13; and conceptual mapping of subject matter. This research belongs to a quantitative research using a descriptive analysis approach. Based on the research results during three online learning meetings in class X-2, it can be explained that the use of concept mapping of music art subject matter by the teachers based on the concept map made on the blackboard and PowerPoint slides has encouraged an increase in student understanding especially in terms of mastering the materials. The concept mapping made by teachers and assigned to students helps students better understand the subject matter of music in a more structured and organized way. Thus, it is in accordance with the theoretical ideas of the subject matter studied.

PISA-based science problem instruments have been developed on physical, earth and space content that is valid, practical and reliable. The PISA-based question instrument was developed used as one of the teaching materials in science learning in junior high school so students are familiar with the problem of metacognitive dimensions.The development model used is the development model of Borg and Gall. The subject of this study is a PISA-based science problem instrument for earth and space physical and content content. Data were collected using walkthroughs, questionnaires, and tests. While the instruments of data collection using a validation sheet, questionnaire questionnaire, and test questions. The data obtained were then analyzed descriptively. The results showed that the product developed was very valid with an average of 4.6; practical with an average of 0.88; and reliable with an average of 0.88. Based on the results of the research obtained, it was concluded that the PISA-based science problem instrument for physical content and earth and space content is feasible to use.
