The influence of a set of exercises on the development of endurance of secondary school students is revealed in the article. One of the factors that adversely affects the health of school-age children is the low mobility of life. Therefore, physical education occupies a special place in the system of physical education of school-age children. Physical fitness testing is an element of stage control both  in the sports training system and in the practice of physical education. However, the ability of children of different ages to exercise some physical activity is limited by the adaptive potential of the growing organism's systems, and as practice shows, the reserve capacity of the student body is significantly reduced, which negatively affects the physical qualities of children, and especially endurance. Endurance is considered one of the basic motor abilities of the person. The endurance index with great precision indicates the overall health of the person and the functionality of the respiratory and cardiovascular systems. Analyzing the indicators of the level of endurance development in the studied contingent of children it is established that the level of endurance development of students of 4-5 grades, is equal to the mark of 3 points, which corresponds to the "average level". The study shows changes in the level of endurance development in students engaged in the recommended complexes and the relationship of endurance types with indicators of overall physical performance. The results of the correlation analysis showed the presence of a high correlation of static endurance with dynamic endurance (r = 0,883). Also, a high statistical relationship is observed in the study of the relationship of dynamic strength endurance and speed-endurance (r = 0,858). Preparing a physically healthy and in all  respects  advanced generation is an important task of our society. Properly organized physical education and sports, which should be included in the daily life of young people from an early age, occupy the first place in this task.

This study examined the relationship of students’ goal orientation to their beliefs about what leads to success in physical education and perceptions of the purposes of physical education. High school students (N = 144,78 females and 66 males) completed a modified version of the Task and Ego Orientation in Sport Questionnaire and measures of beliefs and perceived purposes specific to physical education class. Results indicated that students high in task orientation were significantly more likely to believe that success is achieved through intrinsic interest/effort/cooperation than were those low in task orientation. High ego-oriented students believed that success is achieved when students possess high ability more so than low ego-oriented students. The high task/low ego students were most likely to reject the notion that success in physical education occurs when students know how to use deceptive tactics and were less likely to perceive that an important function of physical education is to provide an easy class.

Abstract Increasing parental attention to their children because they both work, resulting in limited interaction between parents and children. The development of personality become disturbed, personal not independent and asocial. The study aimed to determine the relationship of parenting parents to work on personality development in pre-school age children (aged 3-5 years) in Prabumulih. An analytical descriptive study involving 60 respondents of mothers who have pre-school children (aged 3-5 years). Research instruments are questionnaires, check list and approval sheet of willingness to be the respondent of the research. Based on the results of statistical tests with fisher exact obtained p value of 0.00 (<0.05), so it was concluded there was a significant relationship between parenting parents with the development of pre-school child behavior. In Pre-School Age Children should begin to instill the attitudes and norms of life that support the formation of his personality in the future. The condition of both parents who work outside the home cause the parenting pattern is also limited and even disconnected, for that busy parents working must provide time chatting to stimulate children develop optimally. Parents should seek to establish democratic parenting and do not give excessive love so that children are not spoiled and socially inadequateKeywords : Parenting Patterns, Working Parents, Child Personality Abstrak Semakin  berkurangnya perhatian orang tua terhadap anaknya karena keduanya sama-sama bekerja, mengakibatkan terbatasnya interaksi orang tua dengan anak. Perkembangan keperibadian anak menjadi menjadi terganggu, menjadi pribadi tidak mandiri dan asosial. Penelitian bertujuan mengetahui hubungan pola asuh orang tua bekerja terhadap perkembangan kepribadian pada Anak Usia Pra sekolah (umur 3 – 5 tahun). Merupakan penelitian deskriptif analitik melibatkan 60 responden ibu yang mempunyai anak pra sekolah (umur 3-5 tahun) di Kota Prabumulih. Instrumen penelitian berupa kuesioner, cek list dan lembar persetujuan kesediaan menjadi responden penelitian. Berdasarkan hasil uji statistik dengan fisher exact diperoleh nilai p sebesar 0.00 (< 0.05), sehingga disimpulkan ada hubungan yang signifikan antara pola asuh orang tua dengan perkembangan perilaku anak pra sekolah. Pada Anak Usia Pra sekolah harus mulai ditanamkan sikap dan norma kehidupan yang menunjang pembentukan kepribadiannya pada masa mendatang. Kedua orang tua yang bekerja diluar rumah menyebabkan pola pengasuhan juga terbatas bahkan terputus,  untuk itu orang tua yang sibuk bekerja harus menyediakan waktu bercengkrama untuk menstimulasi anak berkembang secara optimal. Orang tua harus berupaya  membentuk pola asuh demokratif dan tidak memberikan kasih sayang berlebihan sehingga anak tidak manja dan kurang matang secara sosial.Kata Kunci : Pola Asuh, Orang Tua Bekerja, Kepribadian Anak

Around 1.5 billion children have been dismissed from school due to the outbreak of Covid-19,as a result of which many of them are spending more time using electronic devices during the lockdown.According to data from the American Children's Academy, 75% of 9-10 year olds experience sleep deprivation due to unsupervised use of technology.The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship between gadget use and sleep quality in school age children.This study used a correlation design with a cross sectional approach.The data collection tool used a questionnaire. Data analysis used the Spearman-rho test.The results of this study found that there was no relationship between the use of gadgets and the quality of sleep during the Covid-19 pandemic with a P-Value of 0.653> 0.05 (insignificant). Recommend that parents can increase their activities and activities with children,such as involving children in home activities and exercising together to distract children from gadgets.

The article mainly focuses on the relationship between the physical education (PE) lesson and Syrian refugeestudents (SRS), who have been enrolled in public schools in Adiyaman/Turkey. The study investigates how PEcontributes to the adaptation of SRS and which parameters are more effective on reducing the traumas which comewith immigration. The data collected from public schools where the SRS are highly enrolled. 20 closed endedquestions were asked to 50 PE teachers and it has been concluded that the PE has a considerable effect on theadaptation processes of SRS.

ABSTRAKPerkembangan psikososial merupakan perubahan dan kestabilitas dalam emosi, kepribadian dan hubungan sosial yang dapat berpengaruh terhadap fugsi kognitif dan fisik pada anak usia sekolah. anak usia sekolah (6-12 tahun) berada dalam industry vs inferior dimana perkembangan psikososial anak akan mampu menghasilkan keterampilan atau karya, berinteraksi dan berprestasi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan perkembangan psikososial dengan prestasi belajar anak usia sekolah di SD N 01 Patukangan Kendal. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif. Sampel sebanyak 100 responden. Teknik penelitian menggunakan Total Sampling. Variabel dependen penelitian ini adalah perkembangan psikososial yang diukur dengan kuesioner, dan variabel independen adalah prestasi belajar yang diukur dengan nilai rata-rata raport siswa. Analisis penelitian ini menggunakan Kendall Tau b yang dilakukan selama 5 hari di SD N 01 Patukangan Kendal. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan Tidak ada hubungan antara perkembangan psikososial dengan prestasi belajar anak usia sekolah di SD N 01 Patukangan Kendal dengan hasil r= 0,600 > 0,05. Peneliti menyarankan bagi peneliti selanjutnya agar dapat meneliti faktor-faktor yang membuat anak takut ketika tampil di kelas sehingga diketahui perkembangan psikososial anak yang menyimpang.Kata Kunci : Anak Usia Sekolah, Perkembangan Psikososial, Prestasi Belajar  ABSTRACTPsychosocial development is a change and stability in emotions, personalities and social relationships that can affect cognitive and physical function in school-age children. school age children (6-12 years) are in the industry vs inferior where the child's psychosocial development will be able to produce skills or work, interact and achieve. This study aims to determine the relationship of psychosocial development with school-age learning achievement in SD N 01 Patukangan Kendal. This research is quantitative research. Samples of 100 respondents. The research technique uses total sampling. The dependent variable of this study is psychosocial development as measured by a questionnaire, and the independent variable is learning achievement as measured by the average value of student report cards. The analysis of this study used Kendall Tau b which was conducted for 5 days in SD N 01 Patukangan Kendal. The results showed there was no relationship between psychosocial development and learning achievement of school-aged children in SD N 01 Patukangan Kendal with results r = 0,600> 0, 05. Background: Increased smoking habits in school-age children Impact on perceptions about the dangers of smoking in school-age children. Perceptions in the form of school-age children are based on children’s experiences of exposure to smokers and smokers’ environments. Positive perceptions of the dangers of smoking school-age children who consider smoking habits to be a natural thing to do school-age children. Objective: The purpose of this study was to examine the relationship of factors following the trends and factors of family smokers with perceptions about smoking in school-age children in Karawang, Indonesia. Methods: Data was taken from the Karawang Community Health Center, where 67% of students found smoking behavior, 356 students were recruited in the district. t-tests and spearman ratings are used to analyze the relationship between smoking and factors following trends and family smoker factors. Results: The relationship between following trends with perceptions of smoking for school-age children (p value = 0.02, r = 0.122) and the relationship between family smokers and smoking perceptions of school-age children (p value = 0.002,r=0.161). Conclusion: Boys,smokingstatus,gettinginformationaboutsmoking, children Having parents who smoke, those who follow trends are a concern. It is recommended for health workers to provide innovative health information about the dangers of smoking in school-age children.

INTRODUÇÃO: A Educação Física é a disciplina do currículo escolar que aborda a cultura corporal, com a finalidade de introduzir e integrar o estudante a essa esfera do conhecimento, formando o cidadão que vai produzir, reproduzir e transformar essa cultura. Possibilitar experiências diversificadas no âmbito das práticas corporais e fortalecer a participação dos estudantes nas aulas são fatores fundamentais no desenvolvimento da disciplina. OBJETIVO: Este relato que tem como objetivo apresentar e discutir a proposta de oficinas temáticas nas aulas de Educação Física escolar, a partir das opiniões de estudantes do ensino fundamental 2 e médio de uma escola pública federal no município de Niterói (RJ). MÉTODOS: Se caracteriza como uma pesquisa qualitativa crítica que utilizou como registro, as respostas dadas por aproximadamente 160 estudantes nas avaliações da disciplina, que, além de nortear a tomada de decisão para a realização das atividades, constituiu o corpo da investigação que ora apresentamos. RESULTADOS: Percebemos que as oficinas temáticas possibilitaram a ampliação dos conhecimentos e vivências relacionados à cultura corporal e uma maior maturidade na relação dos estudantes com a disciplina, com os colegas das diferentes turmas e com a professora. CONCLUSÃO: Foi perceptível a modificação da percepção dos estudantes sobre a Educação Física escolar, bem como ampliação da consciência crítica, colaborando com desenvolvimento da cidadania.ABSTRACT. Thematic workshops in school physical education.BACKGROUND: Physical Education is the discipline of the school curriculum that addresses body culture, with the purpose of introducing and integrating the student into this sphere of knowledge, forming the citizen who will produce, reproduce and transform this culture. Enabling diverse experiences within the scope of body practices and strengthening the participation of students in classes are fundamental factors in the development of the discipline. OBJECTIVE: This report aims to present and discuss the proposal for thematic workshops in school Physical Education classes, based on the opinions of elementary and high school students from a federal public school in the city of Niterói (RJ, Brazil). METHODS: The investigation is characterized as a qualitative critical research that used as a record, the answers given by approximately 160 students in the evaluations of the discipline, which, in addition to guiding the decision making for the performance of the activities, constituted the body of the investigation that we present here. RESULTS: We realized that thematic workshops enabled the expansion of knowledge and experiences related to body culture and greater maturity in the relationship of students with the discipline, with colleagues in different classes and with the teacher. CONCLUSION: It was noticeable that students’ perception of school Physical Education changed, as well as the expansion of critical awareness, collaborating with the development of citizenship.

El objetivo de esta investigación fue validar la versión española del Physical Education Predisposition Scale (PEPS) en una muestra de estudiantes de secundaria. Se pretende determinar si es un instrumento válido y fiable para su utilización en futuras investigaciones. Se administró a un total de 345 alumnos (172 hombres; 173 mujeres) de 12 a 16 años (M = 14.78; DT = 1.29), analizándose la estructura del instrumento mediante procedimientos confirmatorios. Los análisis apoyan el modelo teórico hipotetizado de dos factores (percepción de habilidad en Educación Física y percepción de esfuerzo en Educación Física), así como un modelo de orden superior de tipo reflectivo. La estructura se mostró invariante respecto al sexo. La versión española del instrumento mostró niveles aceptables de consistencia interna y estabilidad temporal. Las evidencias de validez se exploraron examinando la relación de la escala estudiada con las Metas de Logro 2x2. La aproximación-rendimiento es la principal variable predictora de la habilidad entre los varones, mientras que entre las féminas es la aproximación-maestría; en la percepción del esfuerzo los resultados son similares en chicos y chicas, aunque la relación de predicción positiva de la aproximación-maestría es más potente en varones. Los resultados de este estudio proporcionan evidencias para la fiabilidad y validez de la PEPS en una muestra de adolescentes españoles.Abstract. The purpose of this research was to validate the Spanish version of the Physical Education Predisposition Scale (PEPS) in a sample of high school students. It is intended to determine whether it is a valid and reliable instrument to be used in future researches. It was administered to a total of 345 students (172 men, 173 women) from 12 to 16 years old (M = 14.78, SD = 1.29), analyzing the structure of the instrument by confirmatory procedures. The analyzes support the hypothesized theoretical model of two factors (Perceived Physical Education Worth and Perceived Physical Education Ability) as well as a model of higher order reflective type. The structure was invariant with respect to sex. The Spanish version of the instrument showed acceptable levels of temporal stability and internal consistency. Evidence of validity was explored by examining the relationship of the scale studied with the 2x2 Achievement Goals. The approach-performance is the main predictor of skill among men, while among females it is the approach-mastery; in the perception of effort the results are similar in boys and girls, although the ratio of positive prediction-master approach is stronger in males. The results of this study provide evidence for reliability and validity of the PEPS in a sample of Spanish teenagers.
