Material and methods. The research used the following methods: analysis of scientific and methodological information and Internet sources; generalization of best practical experience; analysis of protocols and videos of the competitive activity of men and women fighters from the TOP-10, regardless of weight; methods of mathematical statistics. The performance output of the strongest male and female MMA fighters is taken from the UFC website. Results: the analysis of the strongest fighters of women and men from the TOP-10, regardless of weight, showed that the average age of women is 32,7±3,74 years, and of men – 33,2±2,75 years. The average fight time for women is 16,25±3,43 minutes, and for men – 12,76±3,05 minutes. The TOP-10 strongest female fighters, regardless of weight, include representatives of six countries (four fighters from the United States, two representatives from Brazil and one athlete each from Kyrgyzstan, China, and the Netherlands), and the TOP-10 strongest male fighters regardless of weight also includes representatives of six countries (four fighters from the USA, two representatives from Russia and one athlete each from France, Nigeria, Brazil, Australia). It was found that male fighters from the TOP-10, regardless of weight, during their sports careers won 204 fights and lost 17 fights. For female fighters, these results are worse – 151 wins and 35 losses. Conclusions. Comparative analysis of the indicators of the competitive activity of the strongest fighters of women and men from the TOP-10, regardless of weight, showed that fighters of women and men deliver the same number of punches per minute (4,52 punches), and women fighters miss more punches (3,36 punches) than male fighters (2,60 strokes). The greatest number of punches was carried out by women and men in a standing position (women – 66,9 %; men – 64,6 %), then on the ground (women – 19,0 %; men – 21,6 %) and in a clinch (women – 14,1 %; men – 13,8 %). The largest number of blows are in the head (women – 60,2 %; men – 68,4 %), then on the body (women – 20,9 %; men – 18,3 %) and on the legs (women – 18,9 %; men – 13,3 %). The strongest fighters, women and men, defend against takedowns more efficiently (women – 77,5 %; men – 81,6 %) than against punches (women – 56,8 %; men – 59,8 %). The number of takedown attempts in 15 minutes is greater (women – 1,53 times; men – 1,86 times) than performing a submission in 15 minutes (women – 0,55 times; men – 0,53 times). Keywords: competitive activity, mixed martial arts MMA, TOP-10, indicators, fighters, men, women.

Objective. To identify the differences in the structure of competitive activity of elite athletes competing in different versions of boxing tournaments. Methods. An analysis of the official protocols of boxing matches was carried out to identify the leaders in the middleweight category among amateurs, semi-professionals, and professionals based on the results of the performance of the athletes. When analyzing video records of matches, the notation system was used for recording the bouts with the scores characterizing competitive performance and activity of an athlete as well as diversity of his actions. Results. The differences were identified in the structure of competitive activity of semi-professional (WSB) and professional boxing compared to amateur boxing as the initial stage in the development of professional career of high-class boxers. Professional boxers showed a markedly high density of the bout and a level of activity in the bout, which is expressed in greater differences when compared to both amateur boxers (15.96–107.39 %) and semi-professional boxers (8.71–37.85 %). The differences between qualified amateur boxers and semi-professionals were smaller and ranged from 6.67 to 9.58 %. It is noticeable that more successful boxers of a high class, above all, are distinguished by the higher competitive performance due to having more punches that reached the target. Conclusion. The current trends in improving the system of sports training consist in the need to bring it in line with the rules of different versions of boxing matches. The evolution of modern boxing has demonstrated a tendency for the changes in the rules of boxing matches towards an increase in the number of rounds with a duration of 3 minutes from three to five, which is accompanied by a further increase in the intensity of the boxers actions as well as a growth of the effectiveness of their technical and tactical actions in all rounds of the bout. Key words: boxing, competitive activity, professional boxers, amateur boxers.

The purpose of the article is to present the experience of practical implementation of educational and professional training program for practical psychologists as the first one in Ukraine that meets the requirements of EuroPsy. The method of proving the effectiveness of the Program was a statistical comparison of performance indicators and quality of students' knowledge conducted in 2016-2017 and 2018-2019 academic years. A comparative analysis of students' marks obtained during two academic years showed the effectiveness of the program. Estimates show a positive trend with the number of «excellent» and «good» marks increasing by 12.64% and 4.59% respectively, and «satisfactorily» marks decreasing by 8.05%. It was concluded that the main contributing factor in the improvement was the students' training in the program.

The aim of the study is to analyze the main results of optimization of the work of aviation medical brigades in a metropolis and the dynamics of typical reasons for refusal to use an ambulance helicopter. Materials and research methods. The article presents the characteristics of the BK-117C-2 (EC-145) helicopter used to deliver patients to a specialized medical organization. A retrospective analysis of all aviation medical brigades flights of the Scientific and Practical Center for Emergency Medical Aid of the Moscow Department of Health in 2017–2019, as well as a comparative analysis of aviation medical brigades performance indicators for 2005–2007 and 2017–2019, was carried out. The main compared indicators: time from the call to the departure of an ambulance helicopter to a patient; time of aviation medical brigade arrival to the place of call; total time before the patient is admitted to a specialized hospital; typical reasons for a refusal to use a helicopter when there is a call for it. Research results and their analysis. The analysis of the research results led to the following conclusions: use of helicopters to provide emergency medical care and to carry out air ambulance evacuation of patients in a metropolis makes it possible to successfully solve a number of complex problems. With the start of optimization and the introduction of algorithms for the operation of ambulance helicopters, flight time to a patient decreased by 2019, compared to 2007, by 1.9 times – from (33.2±1.07) to (17.8±0, 72) min; when evaluating the results of optimizing the aviation medical brigades work in Moscow, it should be borne in mind that there are objective limitations when using an ambulance helicopter. If you do not take into account reasons such as a patient’s refusal or a lack of indications for helicopter evacuation, impossibility of using an ambulance helicopter in the metropolis was on average: in 2017–2019 – 6.51% (210 cases per 3227 applications); in 2005-2007 – 10.23%. For about 10 years, impossibility of evacuating a patient to a specialized hospital has decreased for objective reasons by 3.72%, which emphasizes the effectiveness of the developed algorithms for air ambulance evacuation of urgent patients in a metropolis.
