The attitude of higher education aspirants of the II master's level to the use of innovative approaches and health technologies in physical education of higher education institutes is considered in the article. The system of higher education needs constant improvement, which is specified to the increase in requirements for the future specialists’ vocational training, in particular masters of education in the field of physical education and sports. At this time, the introduction of innovative approaches to the training process of higher education aspirants in the field of physical education and sports is relevant and necessary. It will allow future specialists to meet the needs of modern society, to be confident, more flexible in the system of training of higher education aspirants of a pedagogical profile, to have a sufficient level of adaptation to the fast-changing requirements of the world labor market, to be mobile to changing directions of the pedagogical activity, and to have the opportunity to choose new modern professions that arise with the advent of new sports. The analysis of the results of the research shows that respondents consider the decisive motive for higher education to have the possibility of employment in higher education institutions; young professionals note the need to reform the existing system of physical education in higher education institutions, offering for this the widespread use of innovative technologies and the exchange of international experience; point out the desirability of complementing the process of practical training of masters with combined and dance innovations and modern unconventional motor activity such as mixed martial arts (MMA), TRX and CrossFit; note the preparedness to introduce innovative technologies in their future professional activity. The main barriers to the introduction of innovative approaches and health technologies in the process of physical education of higher education institutions, according to aspirants, are excess of document circulation, reporting, and insufficient funding. The analysis of the questionnaire shows the need to modernize the modern system of physical education in higher education institutions through the use of innovative approaches and health technologies.

The article characterizes the special features of the motor transport profile teaching engineers’ professional activity in vocational institutions (teacher of vocational training, master of vocational training), higher education institutions (engineering teacher) and in manufacturing. The purpose is to clarify the special aspects of motor transport profile teaching engineers’ professional training in higher education institutions of Ukraine. The following research methods are used observation, description through individual interviews, expert evaluation method and questionnaire. The results are the following. It is stated that engineering and pedagogical education involves the rational integration of psychological, pedagogical and engineering components of professional training. It is noted that the professional training of teaching engineers is aimed at the formation their professional engineering and professional pedagogical competencies. This integrated training includes two equivalent integrated components: engineering (technical and technological, manufacturing, special, industrial branch) and pedagogical (humanitarian and social). It is stated that successful professional activity of a teaching engineer of motor transport profile is connected with professional training in institutions of higher education and the content and organization of their self-education in the process of professional development. To ensure proper training of a teaching engineer for successful activities, it is necessary to keep a continuous connection between the engineering and technical awareness and pedagogical activities. Modern professional activity of a teaching engineer is characterized by their innovative activities, the specifics of them is caused by the peculiarities of professional-pedagogical education and conditions of engineering-pedagogical activities, which provide generation and transformation of new ideas into innovations and form the management system. The innovative activity of teaching engineer is the basis of creative approach to professional responsibilities. It is concluded that a teaching engineer of motor transport profile is a teacher with higher pedagogical and technical education, who performs educational-methodical, engineering-technical, scientific-innovative, communicative-psychological, organizational, managerial and legal activities.

The article highlights the level of interest and motivation of students with different levels of health of students during physical education classes. The influence of various factors on the attitude of students to a physically active, healthy lifestyle has been studied. The study of motives that enhance the desire of student youth to regular physical education and sports is one of the important pedagogical problems in physical education, as motives are crucial in behavior and stimulation of active activities. Due to the low motivation to engage in physical education among modern student youth, there is a need to find ways to increase this motivation and highlight the experience of its implementation in the educational process of the medical university, which determines the relevance of our study. The aim of the study is to study the mechanisms of personal health of students of medical institutions of higher education and ways to strengthen and preserve it through physical self-improvement with the use of health technologies, which is vital for professional development of students in distance learning. Data from a questionnaire survey of students of 1-2 courses of medical, dental and pharmaceutical faculties of Donetsk National Medical University aged 17-23 years to different types, forms and means of physical activity in free time were used. The proposed algorithm for compiling a preventive and health program for the development of health of EG students contributed to their physical self-improvement, which was reflected in the state of functional systems of the body, resulting in significant changes in personal health. Thus, the obtained data revealed a positive trend: the high level of health of future professionals increased by 5.5%, above the average by 14.5%, and the average by 8.9%. The low and below average health levels of the subjects decreased by 10.0% and 18.9%, respectively. Involving students in physical education classes is an integral part of overall development, an important factor in strengthening all aspects of health. In turn, the study of the mechanisms of personal health of students of higher medical institutions and ways to preserve it, based on physical self-improvement with the use of health technologies, will increase students' motivation to exercise, which will positively affect their emotional and physical health. During the study it was found that the formation of a healthy lifestyle of students of higher medical education is a process of acquiring knowledge, skills, abilities about a healthy lifestyle, which provides the foundation of physical, spiritual well-being and success in professional activities; the formation of a stable motivation for caring for their own health and physical training, development of physical and mental qualities, creative use of physical culture, to ensure high efficiency and creative longevity, the ability to work professionally without psychological costs for successful professional activity in the chosen specialty. conditions of distance learning. The formation of a socially active personality in harmony with physical development is an important condition for preparing a graduate of a higher education institution for professional activity in society.

Aim: Theoretically substantiate and experimentally test the method of using innovative technologies, aimed at improving the health of students in the process of physical education with the use of crossfit in medical institutions of higher education. Materials and Methods: The research was carried out within the framework of the discipline “Physical Education”, among students of 1-2 courses of medical specialties. In the experimental group, classes were held once a week for 90 minutes with the method of using crossfit for boys and girls, also there were additional extracurricular classes once a week (60 minutes). The control group was engaged in the usual program of physical education. Students of higher education institutions were offered a method of classes using crossfit tools. Results: In the educational process in higher education institutions, physical education is a way to achieve strategic goals by preserving the health of young people. An important aspect of our study is the use of innovative technologies in physical education process through crossfit. Crossfit refers to strength training and has an extreme system of general physical training, based on the alternation of basic movements in different sports. The crossfit training system allows you to easily adapt it for people with different levels of physical fitness. Students of higher education institutions were offered a method of classes using crossfit tools in physical education process. Conclusions: Thanks to the implemented methodology, the usage of functional all-around (crossfit), we proved that during our study, students who were engaged in the experimental method, improved their general physical condition, level of physical fitness and motivation to engage in physical culture and sports.

The article considers the main aspects of professional and pedagogical training of a teacher of music disciplines in higher education institutions and reveals its educational functions in the artistic and pedagogical process. The specifics of the professional activity of a music teacher are outlined, the approaches of scientists to the condition and ways to improve it are presented. The connection between the theoretical and practical training of a music teacher and the real specifics of future pedagogical activity is established. The scientific directions, focused mainly on the specifics of musical activity, providing improvement of preparation of teachers of musical art for work in general education system are investigated. Identified the methodological approaches. Emphasized the importance of musical and pedagogical knowledge of a music teacher, the interdependence of his theoretical training and performance practice. Scientific sources are analyzed, where the methodological aspect in the system of training future art specialists is considered. Revealed the necessity of forming and further improvement of artistic, pedagogical and performing training students as the essence of pedagogical skill of the future teacher of musical disciplines.

AbstractThe importance of studying foreign experience to enhance the efficiency of teacher training in higher education institutions has been justified. Peculiarities of future technology teachers’ training in Poland and Great Britain have been considered. Special attention has been paid to revealing the ways of enhancing the level of teachers’ professional competency while and after studying at university. The requirements for technology teachers’ have been specified. It has been indicated that apart from the requirements for professional training, future specialists should follow moral rules, cooperate with the participants of the education process and manage information and communication technologies. Qualification categories of teachers in Poland as well as educational routes for future technology teachers’ training in Great Britain have been found out. Based on the generalization of the study results, the authors have singled out the main cycles of professional disciplines needed for professional training of technology teachers’ training in Great Britain. The role of school placements in future teachers’ training for professional activity has been considered. It has been proved that the great amount of hours is allotted for practical training of students and forming of those skills and abilities needed in professional activity. Relative stages of students’ practical training in higher education institutions have been identified.

The article reveals the technological approach to the formation of an innovative tourism complex in higher education institutions. It is determined that tourism is considered a global socio-economic phenomenon of the modern world. The relevance of the study of innovative processes of tourism is dictated by practical and scientific considerations. Practical recommendations for the introduction of innovative approaches to tourism during physical education are offered. It is established that the decrease in physical activity is one of the main reasons for the deterioration of students' health. It is confirmed that the introduction of new means of physical culture in the process of physical education of students is one of the promising areas for improving physical education in higher education. Today, tourism is rightly considered a global socio-economic phenomenon of the modern world. The relevance of the study of innovative processes of tourism is dictated by practical and scientific considerations. In practical terms, the tourism industry is developing rapidly, development reserves are used for tourism activities, which need a new impetus, in search of innovations to justify their positions in the competition. Organizations take especially big risks when implementing strategic guidelines. Ukrainian tourism, forming its own path, requires consideration of new modern innovative approaches, including the training of specialists in the field of tourism. Theoretically, the development of innovation attracts special attention of researchers for a number of reasons.

The article reveals the features of the implementation of health technologies in the process of physical education of students of higher education institutions. It is determined that the design is aimed at changing the type of thinking of project participants in accordance with the needs of the modern labor market and globally is seen as a global trend in connection with increasing levels of production, training, life in general. The concept of health-preserving technologies of physical education based on a healthy lifestyle has been developed, which in accordance with the laws of morpho- functional development of the body and social expectations provides the formation of a young specialist, whose spiritual, physical, social and moral characteristics are adequate to new living conditions. The psychological and pedagogical conditions for the implementation of health-preserving technology in the process of physical education are determined. Socio-economic and socio- political reorganization of all spheres of Ukrainian society is inevitable and entails changes in the spiritual life of people, in the motives of their behavior, values, social attitudes. In this regard, the higher education system faces the problem of transition from the traditional pedagogical paradigm to innovative learning based on the development of a culture of designing various technologies and, above all, technologies for developing and promoting the health of students potential of the nation. The analysis of theoretical and practical lessons in the discipline of physical education and profiling physical training of students in higher education institutions of Ukraine shows that physical exercises and training regimes are considered from the point of view of increasing the level of physical fitness and physical development of students in the educational process of physical education. In the educational process of higher education institutions of Ukraine in the discipline of physical education are considered such tasks as: formation of personal and physical qualities, preparation for future professional activity, promotion of the proper formation of a healthy lifestyle and promotion of health, ensuring a high level of special professional capacity for work the whole period of study. Physical education in the process of education in higher education institutions of Ukraine are of great importance in the future professional activity of the civic environment. The essence and task of profile physical training is to reduce adaptation to future professional activity, increase the level of special professional capacity, stress resistance to unfavorable conditions of professional activity, promote prevention of occupational diseases, eliminate psychological fatigue in working day mode, promote emotional state.

Management in the higher education system is usually carried out by managers from representatives of scientific and pedagogical personnel who do not have special professional training to realize the rights and fulfill obligations determined by legislative and regulatory documents. The management effectiveness of a manager in a higher education institution depends largely on the personal characteristics of a leader, but competencies that cannot be formed without special knowledge are a mandatory component of his productivity. The article examined the extent to which the requirements for creating standards and already existing standards provide the basis for the formation of readiness of graduates of educational programs of the second (master's) level of higher education for managerial activities in higher education institutions. Based on the analysis of the legislative and regulatory framework, it has been found to what extent the State standards of higher education of the new generation, the requirements for their creation, the description of general and subject competencies, the program results of training determined by their content, the National Framework of Qualifications of Ukraine, the description of the framework levels of higher education provide the foundations for preparing for managerial activities graduates of educational programs of the second (master's) level. It was established that at the seventh level of the NQF, the formation of specialized conceptual knowledge is provided, including modern scientific achievements in the field of professional activity or the field of knowledge and is the basis for original thinking, critical understanding of problems in the industry and on the verge of knowledge industries; Problem solving skills/skills required for... innovation to develop new knowledge and procedures, the ability to integrate knowledge and address complex challenges in broad or multidisciplinary contexts, problems in new or unfamiliar environments with incomplete or limited information, taking into account aspects of social and ethical responsibility; communication (interaction of persons for the purpose of transmitting information, coordination of actions, joint activities), as an understandable and unambiguous communication of their own knowledge, conclusions and arguments to specialists and non-specialists; responsibility and autonomy, such as the management of work or training processes, which are complex, unpredictable and require new strategic approaches, assessing the results of teams and teams. On the basis of the analysis of internal relations, which are mandatory in the process of creating standards and educational programs, it is necessary that the existing system, combined with the requirements for the quality of higher education, fully provide the basis for the formation of general competencies among graduates of educational programs of the second (master's) level of higher education for managerial activities in higher education institutions.

The purpose of the article is to analyze the use of project-based technologies in the process of distance learning of a foreign language at higher education institutions. Based on the study of pedagogical, psychological and methodological literature, programmes and methodological documentations of higher education institutions and practical experience it was found that the use of project-based technologies in the process of distance learning of a foreign language at higher education institutions has been insufficiently studied. It has been noted that the technology of project-based learning allows the creation of pedagogical conditions for further development of a student’s creative abilities and personal traits, essential for successful professional activity in the future, which determines the relevance of the study. Theoretical (analysis of scientific sources, pedagogical, psychological literature, educational and methodical materials, comparison) and empirical (questionnaire, interviews, testing, generalization of pedagogical experience, observation) research methods were used to solve the tasks in order to understand the problem and identify difficulties associated with the use of innovative technologies, namely, project-based technologies, in the process of distance learning of a foreign language. The purpose of the article is to highlight the theoretical foundations and features of the use of project-based technologies in the process of distance learning of a foreign language at higher education institutions. It has been found that there is a problem associated with lack of professionalism in the use of innovative technologies in distance learning by teachers, which is negatively affects the efficiency, productivity and level of teaching, as well as lack of ability on the part of students to communicate in the information environment. It is substantiated that the project-based technology allows to teach students to acquire knowledge independently, to activate them, to be able to use the obtained information for solving of new cognitive and practical problems.
