AbstractThe importance of studying foreign experience to enhance the efficiency of teacher training in higher education institutions has been justified. Peculiarities of future technology teachers’ training in Poland and Great Britain have been considered. Special attention has been paid to revealing the ways of enhancing the level of teachers’ professional competency while and after studying at university. The requirements for technology teachers’ have been specified. It has been indicated that apart from the requirements for professional training, future specialists should follow moral rules, cooperate with the participants of the education process and manage information and communication technologies. Qualification categories of teachers in Poland as well as educational routes for future technology teachers’ training in Great Britain have been found out. Based on the generalization of the study results, the authors have singled out the main cycles of professional disciplines needed for professional training of technology teachers’ training in Great Britain. The role of school placements in future teachers’ training for professional activity has been considered. It has been proved that the great amount of hours is allotted for practical training of students and forming of those skills and abilities needed in professional activity. Relative stages of students’ practical training in higher education institutions have been identified.

The article defines that in modern Ukrainian realities the teacher of Ukrainian language and literature of the new generation appears as a person who is aware of national, cultural and linguistic values, preserves and continues Ukrainian cultural and historical traditions, has creative personality, is a true patriot, professional teacher (active citizen of Ukraine), spiritual mentor. Accordingly, there is the demand to improve philology teachers’ professional training, taking into account different concepts, approaches and principles; ensuring a harmonious combination of purpose, content, structure, stages, forms, and methods of organization the educational and communicative environment of higher education institutions. Any system can function and develop successfully only under certain conditions, as well as the result of future philology teachers’ professional training in an educational and communicative environment.The optimal pedagogical conditions for future philology teachers’ training in the educational and communicative environment of higher education institutions have been identified: 1) increasing motivation and pedagogical reflection on the professional and communicative activities of future teachers of philology by means of interactive technologies; 2) the use of communicative learning strategies during the training of future teachers of philology; 3) improving the content and forms of practical training to gain experience in future professional and communicative activities; 4) creation of educational-methodical and educational-informational support of educational-communicative environment for training of teachers of philology. It was found that such pedagogical conditions would improve the educational and communicative environment, create a mechanism of mental activity of students, which will contribute to the accumulation of knowledge and life experience, as well as support studentsʼ intellectual efforts, stimulate cognitive and communicative activity. It has been confirmed that pedagogical conditions optimize the improvement of the educational process, the creation of such a mechanism of students' thought process, which will promote the accumulation of knowledge and life experience, as well as support studentsʼ intellectual efforts, stimulate cognitive and communicative activity.

The article considers the main aspects of professional and pedagogical training of a teacher of music disciplines in higher education institutions and reveals its educational functions in the artistic and pedagogical process. The specifics of the professional activity of a music teacher are outlined, the approaches of scientists to the condition and ways to improve it are presented. The connection between the theoretical and practical training of a music teacher and the real specifics of future pedagogical activity is established. The scientific directions, focused mainly on the specifics of musical activity, providing improvement of preparation of teachers of musical art for work in general education system are investigated. Identified the methodological approaches. Emphasized the importance of musical and pedagogical knowledge of a music teacher, the interdependence of his theoretical training and performance practice. Scientific sources are analyzed, where the methodological aspect in the system of training future art specialists is considered. Revealed the necessity of forming and further improvement of artistic, pedagogical and performing training students as the essence of pedagogical skill of the future teacher of musical disciplines.

In the article on the basis of scientific and pedagogical sources the ways of perfection of the system of professional education with the purpose of preparing the future specialist for the practical realization of the idea of health saving of the nation at all stages of educational activity are analyzed and solved; the general structure of the system of quality assurance of education at the higher educational institution level is substantiated; determined the effective use of didactic principles; new approaches to the development of content, forms and methods of professional training of specialists in the new formation; the content of professional training of future specialists is investigated, covering the set of knowledge, skills and abilities, possession of which enables to work for the chosen type of profession; The set of principles, functions and factors that influence the content of the training is outlined in the curricula and programs of higher education institutions. An analysis of the structure of training of future specialists in higher education institutions is presented, which predicts mastery of a complex of professional and personal components of a future specialist. The peculiarities of preparation of future specialists for the implementation of health-saving technologies in the educational programs offered by educational establishments have been clarified. Types of variety of industrial and research practices are shown, forms and methods of teaching are named. The content of the professional training of future specialists is characterized, the prerequisites for creating the concept of forming the future specialists' willingness to carry out innovative activity are outlined; conditions of effective use of health-saving technologies are formulated, essential characteristics and stages of preparation of future specialists in educational establishments are explained; The basic provisions are substantiated, the observance of which ensures the training of new formation specialists for the implementation of health-saving technologies. It is noted that the capacity for self-organization is the basis of successful professional activity of the future specialist and the educational disciplines of the programs of preparation of domestic higher education institutions are observed, the study of which contributes to the formation of the competence of selforganization. The essence of the problem under consideration and the technology of its solution are revealed.

The article considers the didactic conditions of musical training of choreographers in higher education institutions of our state. In this work the structural didactic features of musical competence of choreographers are defined, such as: feature of professional activity planning; ways and methods of performing professional activities; communication techniques; organizational skills of choreographers; features of dance and motor motility. The article also states that the author considers an individual approach to take into account the ways of adapting the properties of studentsʼ nervous system to the requirements of professional activity as an effective method of musical training of choreographers in domestic higher education institutions. The article also deals with an individual approach, which takes into account the individual differences of students, the development of techniques, tools and methods of forming professional and musical skills of choreographers, due to the typological properties of the nervous system. At the heart of the individual approach considered in the study there is the idea of understanding a developing student as a person with a unique set of individual qualities. This involves the recognition of different, but equivalent in effectiveness methods of educational and creative activities that meet the objective requirements of the professional activity of the teacher and the individual characteristics of the future specialist.Also, in this paper, it is noted that in pedagogical science didactics is connected with the methods of teaching courses. The method of teaching folk dance is somewhat different from other choreographic disciplines due to the specifics of national dance. All textbooks, programs and methodical materials on folk choreography are authorʼs versions and naturally cannot be accepted by all experts identically. The article highlights the specifics of professional activity of future foreign language teachers, which proves that increasing their competitiveness and reforming the system of general secondary and higher education in Ukraine increase the requirements for professional training of future foreign language teachers. It is stated that in the process of introduction of the latest information technologies in all spheres of activity of educational institutions the problem of formation of their information communicative competence in the process of studying in higher education institutions acquires special significance in the training of future foreign language teachers. The article describes the phenomenon of «multimedia technology» as a computer technology that allows you to flexibly manage the flow of various information. It is emphasized that there is no single approach to this phenomenon. The purpose of this article is to characterize the problem of multimedia technologies as a means of improving the effectiveness of professional training of future foreign language teachers. The author’s research proves that at the present stage the work on the introduction of multimedia in the educational process of higher education is carried out in two directions: the first is that multimedia is included in the educational process as an «aid» using traditional methods of education; the second direction involves changing the content of education, reviewing the methods and forms of organization of the educational process, building holistic courses based on the use of content in certain disciplines of higher education institutions that train future foreign language teachers. The article states that the use of multimedia by applicants for higher education, future teachers of foreign languages and ensuring the systematic use of multimedia technologies should be consistent with the didactic goals of professional training of applicants for higher education in foreign languages.

The needs of the tourist domestic market and the integration of education into the international educational space require understanding of the phenomenon of multiculturalism and finding new ways of its realization in the process of professional training of bachelors in tourism. Creating a multicultural educational space requires the introduction of an innovative field of cultural interaction through the introduction of innovative technologies based on the dialogue of cultures, which will be aimed at activating the emotional, intellectual and creative sphere of personality development. Such technologies can be considered as a reserve of qualitative training bachelors in tourism to the professional activity in terms of multicultural education space. The main purpose of the article is to analyze the state of tourism potential of Ukraine and the conformity of the system of professional training of specialists in this field; to determine the possibilities of creation and realization of multicultural educational space through modeling of cultural interaction and to determine the ways of its implementation in higher education institutions. To achieve it, a set of theoretical and empirical methods was used to identify a number of problems that slow down the process of training bachelors in tourism to meet the challenges of the modern tourist services market. To eliminate them, a structural and functional model of forming a multicultural educational space in the process of professional training of bachelors in tourism has been developed, and mechanisms of its realization through technologies of cultural interaction are characterized.

The attitude of higher education aspirants of the II master's level to the use of innovative approaches and health technologies in physical education of higher education institutes is considered in the article. The system of higher education needs constant improvement, which is specified to the increase in requirements for the future specialists’ vocational training, in particular masters of education in the field of physical education and sports. At this time, the introduction of innovative approaches to the training process of higher education aspirants in the field of physical education and sports is relevant and necessary. It will allow future specialists to meet the needs of modern society, to be confident, more flexible in the system of training of higher education aspirants of a pedagogical profile, to have a sufficient level of adaptation to the fast-changing requirements of the world labor market, to be mobile to changing directions of the pedagogical activity, and to have the opportunity to choose new modern professions that arise with the advent of new sports. The analysis of the results of the research shows that respondents consider the decisive motive for higher education to have the possibility of employment in higher education institutions; young professionals note the need to reform the existing system of physical education in higher education institutions, offering for this the widespread use of innovative technologies and the exchange of international experience; point out the desirability of complementing the process of practical training of masters with combined and dance innovations and modern unconventional motor activity such as mixed martial arts (MMA), TRX and CrossFit; note the preparedness to introduce innovative technologies in their future professional activity. The main barriers to the introduction of innovative approaches and health technologies in the process of physical education of higher education institutions, according to aspirants, are excess of document circulation, reporting, and insufficient funding. The analysis of the questionnaire shows the need to modernize the modern system of physical education in higher education institutions through the use of innovative approaches and health technologies.

The article characterizes the special features of the motor transport profile teaching engineers’ professional activity in vocational institutions (teacher of vocational training, master of vocational training), higher education institutions (engineering teacher) and in manufacturing. The purpose is to clarify the special aspects of motor transport profile teaching engineers’ professional training in higher education institutions of Ukraine. The following research methods are used observation, description through individual interviews, expert evaluation method and questionnaire. The results are the following. It is stated that engineering and pedagogical education involves the rational integration of psychological, pedagogical and engineering components of professional training. It is noted that the professional training of teaching engineers is aimed at the formation their professional engineering and professional pedagogical competencies. This integrated training includes two equivalent integrated components: engineering (technical and technological, manufacturing, special, industrial branch) and pedagogical (humanitarian and social). It is stated that successful professional activity of a teaching engineer of motor transport profile is connected with professional training in institutions of higher education and the content and organization of their self-education in the process of professional development. To ensure proper training of a teaching engineer for successful activities, it is necessary to keep a continuous connection between the engineering and technical awareness and pedagogical activities. Modern professional activity of a teaching engineer is characterized by their innovative activities, the specifics of them is caused by the peculiarities of professional-pedagogical education and conditions of engineering-pedagogical activities, which provide generation and transformation of new ideas into innovations and form the management system. The innovative activity of teaching engineer is the basis of creative approach to professional responsibilities. It is concluded that a teaching engineer of motor transport profile is a teacher with higher pedagogical and technical education, who performs educational-methodical, engineering-technical, scientific-innovative, communicative-psychological, organizational, managerial and legal activities.

Abstract In the article, the importance of studying foreign experience in order to improve quality of future Masters’ training in higher education institutions has been justified. The main peculiarities of training Masters in Technology education in European countries, namely, in Germany, Sweden and France have been outlined. It has been revealed that European education systems aim at developing future handicraft and technology teachers’ practical abilities and skills. It has been established that organization of teacher placements in each European country somehow differs: in Germany, teacher placement lasts approximately one or two years; in Sweden, teacher placement is rather cross-cutting; in France, teacher placement contributes to individualizing future technology teachers’ training. It has been determined that syllabi for training handicraft and home economics teachers in Germany are oriented toward not a specific discipline, but toward a set of specialties within the framework of general professional industry. It has been specified that modern challenges and paradigm shifts in education have led to implementation of the latest reform in training Future Masters in Technology Education in Sweden. It has been justified that modern French teacher education, in particular, education of technology teachers, is based on the principles of individualization. It has been noted that syllabi of European higher education institutions are rather variative, yet they always contain three types of disciplines – compulsory, partially elective and completely elective. Based on the research findings, it has been concluded that exchanging experience is extremely necessary nowadays and will contribute to improving Ukrainian system of teacher education. It has been determined that education systems in Germany, Sweden and France possess several advantages, namely, information openness, a diversified network of higher education institutions, favourable conditions for lifelong learning.

The article discusses the problem of the formation of the future Technology teachers’ professional thinking. The concept of «professional thinking of the Technology teacher» is clarified, which is considered as the features of the teacher’s thinking, letting him/her perform professional and pedagogical tasks successfully at a high level of mastery: quickly, accurately solve both the ordinary and extraordinary tasks of teaching and upbringing students in an original way. It has been established that the professional training of Technology teachers is a multi-faceted and time-consuming process. On the one hand, the student must master various work operations and technological processes at the industrial level or close to it, and on the other hand it must have general pedagogical knowledge and methods of their sharing. The peculiarities of the formation of the future Technology teachers’ professional thinking are determined by their activity specifics, which is defined by the goals, tasks, content, external and internal conditions, means, difficulties, features of the mental processes occurrence, motivation displays, the state of a person and a team towards the implementation of management and guidance. That is why the formation of the Technology teachers’ professional thinking should be carried out in an integral system of educational process at a pedagogical institution of higher education, and the methods of teaching students technologies to solve pedagogical tasks should be widely used at training sessions and pedagogical practices, contributing to the professional thinking formation. Moreover the research proves the necessity of wider informational technologies elements’ application with the use of computerized and audio-visual complexes as leading means and a leader, which allow synthesizing the intellectual components of professional thinking and activating its structural components development. The benefit of the article is the defined conditions for the formation of the future Technology teachers professional thinking, they are: a motivation, new means of mastering professional activity, a mental activity intensification, the scientifically substantiated selection of educational material, students’ age possibilities and individual peculiarities. As a result, the article reveals the need to include the material that reflects the specifics of the future Technology teachers professional thinking formation to the content of their subject and psychological and pedagogical training, as well as to combine individual and collective forms of students' work in the process of forming a professional thinking and to carry out a step-by-step control and correction of the future Technology teacher professional thinking formation.
