The article considers issues related to the formation of training of future coaches. Identified the prerequisites for access to education, orientation and the main focus of programs on professional competencies, etc. We determined the direction of training, developed a logical-structural model for the formation of basic knowledge in the professional field, explaining the essence of professional functions and professional competencies of the coach. Today scope trainer profession has expanded recently. This is primarily because the fact that the trend is a healthy lifestyle. The coach is interested not only in CYSS or sports sections, but also in numerous private gyms, fitness clubs, sanatoriums and health centers or children's camps. With the reform of higher education, a number of adjustments are being made to train specialists in this specialty and in education in general. Each educational institution puts forward its views on the training of young professionals. The proposed training model consists of five main areas that we believe decide issues concerning formation of training the trainer, namely: a cycle of general training, a cycle of professional training consisting of four subgroups, a cycle of elective disciplines, practice in a professional direction and independent scientific research workwith elements of independent research. Actuality primarily due to the fact that the reform of higher education. Secondly, there is a lot of competition both in Ukraine and in the world for the training of sports coach. Third, you need to constantly improve your knowledge and skills in the context of informatization of society as a whole. Fourth, regarding the forcing of scientific approaches, principles, means, methods and forms of organization and self-organization during the distance learning process, control of training sessions, loads and rest of the athlete in the conditions of crisis situations, and timeliness of epidemic covid-19. The analysis and generalization of scientific, educational- methodical and special literature is carried out.

In the article on the basis of scientific and pedagogical sources the ways of perfection of the system of professional education with the purpose of preparing the future specialist for the practical realization of the idea of health saving of the nation at all stages of educational activity are analyzed and solved; the general structure of the system of quality assurance of education at the higher educational institution level is substantiated; determined the effective use of didactic principles; new approaches to the development of content, forms and methods of professional training of specialists in the new formation; the content of professional training of future specialists is investigated, covering the set of knowledge, skills and abilities, possession of which enables to work for the chosen type of profession; The set of principles, functions and factors that influence the content of the training is outlined in the curricula and programs of higher education institutions. An analysis of the structure of training of future specialists in higher education institutions is presented, which predicts mastery of a complex of professional and personal components of a future specialist. The peculiarities of preparation of future specialists for the implementation of health-saving technologies in the educational programs offered by educational establishments have been clarified. Types of variety of industrial and research practices are shown, forms and methods of teaching are named. The content of the professional training of future specialists is characterized, the prerequisites for creating the concept of forming the future specialists' willingness to carry out innovative activity are outlined; conditions of effective use of health-saving technologies are formulated, essential characteristics and stages of preparation of future specialists in educational establishments are explained; The basic provisions are substantiated, the observance of which ensures the training of new formation specialists for the implementation of health-saving technologies. It is noted that the capacity for self-organization is the basis of successful professional activity of the future specialist and the educational disciplines of the programs of preparation of domestic higher education institutions are observed, the study of which contributes to the formation of the competence of selforganization. The essence of the problem under consideration and the technology of its solution are revealed.

One of the important problems of training competitive specialists in creative professions is the theoretical substantiation and practical implementation of the idea of integrating science and technology, education and production, searching on this basis for innovative approaches to creative education. Taking this into account, the problem of integrating knowledge in higher education acquires significance and has a number of advantages. This article explores the problematic form of students, higher education institutions, a responsible attitude to learning. The concept of motivation from the point of view of scientists, the problem of preventing student motivation, emotions, as well as all the motivations that are in the port, and we who provide recommendations to students, as well as the responsibility for training. The professional formation of a young person during studying at a higher educational institution is an important stage in its socialization, where the leading kind of activity becomes educational-professional. Motivation is one of the leading factors in successful learning. But its features and inefficiencies differ at different stages of the educational process through which students go. From the first to the last course education and professional activity and its change of motivation. Experimentally investigated features of the motivation of learning in institutions of higher education of applicants of various courses, found dynamic changes in the dominant motives of learning in a specially organized impact. The results suggest that the motivation of students to succeed during the academic period tends to increase. Their educational activity is influenced by the system of internal motives, which ensures the effective assimilation of the future specialty.

<p class="0abstract">The purpose of the study is to test the effectiveness of visualization of learning and memorization in the educational process in higher educational institutions. The research was carried out in higher educational institution in the Russian Federation among 1-4-year students as well as teachers. The sample included 200 students and 35 teachers. The experiment consisted of three stages - introductory, experimental, and final. The initial assessment of students’ professional knowledge was carried out at the introductory stage. The goal of the experimental stage was to introduce visualization of learning and memorization, mainly, the use of mind maps and charts in students’ professional training. Tasks were developed and used, providing for the creation of mini projects, construction layouts with charts, mental maps (reflecting the professional role of a specialist in construction and architecture fields), features and stages of design, priorities of architectural and construction activities. At the final stage, the final assessment of students’ progress in vocational training and a comparative analysis of the data were carried out, conclusions were drawn about the advisability of visualizing the processes of learning and memorizing in higher education. Teachers’ attitude towards the active implementation of visualization of learning and memorizing was also studied at the introductory and final stages. To determine teachers’ attitude towards the active implementation of visualization of learning and memorizing, the survey was conducted. The introduction of the above-mentioned tasks gave the following results in the experimental group. Namely, there were high growth rates of students with a high level of knowledge (11.5%), 16.4% - with a sufficient level of knowledge and 13.7% - with an average level of knowledge; there was also a decrease in the number of students with low grades (by 16.6%) compared to the control group at the final stage. The number of teachers with positive-promising and positive attitude towards visualization of learning and memorizing increased by 14.3%, the number of respondents with positive-neutral attitude decreased by the same percentage, and there was not a single teacher who retained a negative attitude. The practical value of the results lies in the possibility of using the questionnaire and tasks developed in the real educational process of modern higher education institutions.</p>

The article substantiates the training of specialists in education management in Ukraine. The Standard of Higher Education of Ukraine in the field of knowledge 07 «Management and Administration», specialty: 073 «Management» of the second (master's) level, which partially regulates professional training in the field of management, in particular in the field of education management, is analyzed. It is emphasized that socio-economic changes in Ukraine, the processes of globalization and integration of the world community, Ukraine’s intentions to enter the European educational space have necessitated the modernization of the system of professional training of future professionals. The principles of providing the educational labor market with highly qualified specialists in education management are highlighted: the national idea of higher education, focusing on filling the content of vocational training with the latest materials, the introduction of modern innovative learning technologies based on a high level of informatization of the educational process; development of professional training of specialists in education management in the context of development trends in global education systems, in particular European ones. Professional competencies in many educational programs are defined as the preservation of moral, cultural, scientific values and increase the achievements of society, the use of various types and forms of physical activity to lead a healthy lifestyle, demonstration of knowledge of theories, methods and functions of management, modern concepts of leadership, skills to identify problems and justify management decisions, organizational design, interaction, leadership, teamwork, situation analysis and communication in various areas of the organization, independent work, flexible thinking, openness to new knowledge, critical thinking and self-criticism. It is concluded that the conceptual ideas for the training of specialists in education management are the ideas of humanistic education, which reflect the recognition of personal rights of educational entities, focusing on the personification of their relationships and interactions based on the acceptance of mutual responsibility for the modeling the educational context.

The article describes the humanistic paradigm of Ivan Ziaziun on the harmonious synthesis of art and pedagogy in teacher training. In particular, the philosophical and pedagogical and organizational and managerial ideas of a scientist- philosopher and teacher, a long-time rector of Poltava V. G. Korolenko State Pedagogical Institute have been discovered. Pedagogy of humanity of Academician I.   Ziaziun through the system of professional training in Poltava V. G. Korolenko State Pedagogical Institute – the formation of a person, the formation of a strategy for person’s development and self-development, the basis of which is the value-semantic constituency of a man have been estimated from the diachronic-synchronous positions. A significant feature in the research is given to the ideas of the personal subject-subject and environment approaches to the training of the future teacher, the idea of forming the image of a higher educational institution as a leader of the region, self-management and autonomy of higher education institutions. Moreover, the system of professional training (careful selection and individual work with young people who show a tendency to pedagogical activity) through the establishment (on the initiative and with the direct participation of Ivan Ziaziun) a comprehensive target program «Teacher» (School – teacher – school), and its implementation into schools with the help of introduction of an optional course «Young teacher», with the help of selecting institutions that interviewed university entrants, and recommended those who are capable to study in higher educational institutions. The constituents of Ivan Ziaziun's humanistic conception are presented in the projection on the basis of the continuity of education postulates: formal, nonformal, and informal. In this aspect, the following priorities were determined such as training at Poltava Pedagogical Institute, first of all through the introduction of the special course «Fundamentals of Pedagogical Teaching Excellence», the opening of blended majors, additional qualifications at the Faculty of Public Professions, through the development of informal artistic and educational activities in higher education, which has its contemporary creative sustainable development. Exclusive attention was paid to Poltava Pedagogical Institute as a leader of higher educational institutions during the rectorship of Ivan Ziaziun and the rector himself.

The article is devoted to theoretical analysis of the value of graphic competence. The basic scientific positions concerning the formation of graphic competence as an important component of the professional formation of specialists in the system of higher education of Ukraine are considered. The analysis of modern approaches, highlighted in domestic sources, concerning the definition of the essence of the concept of "graphic competence" as a component of qualitative training of a specialist has been carried out. The author emphasizes the demand for the formation of graphic culture in the future bachelors of computer sciences, on the basis of which the author's view on the definition of graphic competence as a component of qualitative professional training of competitive future bachelors on computer sciences in the conditions of a pedagogical institution of higher education taking into account modern social processes. The urgency of forming graphic competence is also substantiated by its role in education, development and upbringing, namely, in the development of thinking, cognitive abilities and spatial imagination of future bachelors in computer sciences, the development of practical skills. Due to the fact that the target preparation of the Bachelor of Computer Science is aimed at training highly skilled professionals, then each graduate of this profile must have a wide range of basic knowledge, skills and abilities in computer graphics and design for effective presentation of the developed Software to the end user. In order to develop the graphic competence of future bachelors in computer sciences, their training should be based on the development of basic knowledge of students on systems of computer design and graphics, computer animation and visualization, and work with graphical packages of 3D design. This will ensure conditions for the graduate to adapt to their professional activities and the subsequent successful application of acquired skills. The results of the analysis of the scientific experience of the mentioned authors, we have determined that graphic competence is versatile, and includes not only the features inherent in artistic or creative activity, but also solid knowledge and skills of the technical component, which are rapidly expanding and branching in view of rapid pace of development of computer technology and modernization of graphic tools.

Abstract Background The Study discusses education through health work in Brazil through socio-historical and political-economic analysis to face the movement for reorienting professional training in health. Workforce planning, successful experiences and alternatives in inter-ministerial programs show a policy of professional training in health with an international influence on the health paradigm for tackling social inequalities (WHO, 2006). Importance of the research lies in the analysis of the health needs of the population with no answers. Guiding question inserts the dissociated character between the professional training model of higher education schools in health and the work redefined by the Unified Health System (SUS). Methods Integrative Bibliographic Review of documents related to the model of training through health work in the database of the Virtual Health Library (VHL), Mapping of Interministerial Programs to design the model for reorienting the National Policy for Permanent Education in Health (PNEPS) and National Curricular Guidelines (DCN's). The selected information sources with inclusion criteria used studies in the form of articles, ministerial documents and professional training. Results Brazil portrays the replacement of the health care model by SUS and by the political ordering of professional health education curricula, however, higher education institutions, still remain resistant. Conclusions The curricular reorientation is identified in successful experiences of higher education courses and practices, creation of the Secretariat for Management through Health Work (SGTES), insertion of inter-ministerial education programs through health work that promote change through alternative curricula within health schools. The purpose of the article is to cover innovative approaches to conducting hydro-geomorphological researches of water objects, using modern devices by students to form their special competencies as a result of professional training of a specialist-geographer. The main material. Experimental results of scientific researches of the authors in this direction, obtained on the basis of their own teaching experience of students-geographers at V.N. Karazin Kharkiv National University. The methods of modern hydro-geomorphological research of water objects presented in the work and the highlight of their importance for the formation of integral competence of the future specialist-geographer is an important stage of its preparation. Emphasis is placed on the use of modern devices and technologies in the process of practical training of students, proposals for the formation of their special competencies in the process of hydro-geomorphological researches based on the consistent introduction of various types of educational and scientific work during various years of study. The paper presents a successful experience of combining academic and research activities in a higher education institution. It is proved that in this way modern and high-quality training of geographers can be provided, determining their real competitiveness on the labor market. Conclusions and further research. The example of hydro-geomorphological research organization and various types of work involving students, shows how the basic knowledge in physical geography disciplines is consistently established, as well as the following competencies are formed: the ability to conduct field geographic researches and use special devices, accessories and laboratory equipment; the ability to process a field study results; the ability to organize, prepare and plan hikes, expeditions, excursions, etc.; the ability to fulfill the requirements of safety in the field and many others. This is important in the context of introducing a competency paradigm into the higher education system of Ukraine. Scientific novelty and practical significance consist in the theoretical substantiation of approaches to the combination of educational and scientific activity in higher education institutions and practical confirmation of the provisions, developed by the authors, training highly-qualified specialists-geographers at the classical university and provides them with high competitiveness in the labor market.

The article substantiates the necessity to create an educational space for student development to solve problem nodes. The aim is to substantiate an experimental training model of students in the Pedagogical College. The organization of the educational process partly transfers to school base. This model of student training includes four components: the educational program, the results of student training, resources, and the college school interaction. The emphasis is placed on preparing students for professional activities through the development of professional competencies and solving professional problems. The article reveals three forms of organizing classes: immersion, workshop, and club. The student's training in this model is checked by a demo exam, in the playback of the model situation of the project task. Analysis of the results of the pilot study demonstrated that the implementation of the experimental model of student training provides productive interaction with employers. Introduction of experimental models of training contributed to enrich the psycho-pedagogical knowledge, improve professional skills, acquire terminology of project activities and methodology to students of pedagogical college. However, the model also helped to identify issues in need of improvement: the adjustment of the content of work programs in order to strengthen the practical training of students, the formation of a unified system of control assessment tools for assessing students' professional competencies for school teachers and college teachers, and also emphasized the need to organize and conduct reflexive analytical seminars.
