The article discusses a number of basic and prospective types of «end-to-end» digital technologies in the «New production technologies» class, which are being implemented at modern advanced enterprises for the production of precast concrete structures in Russia and Europe, for industrial and residential construction, such as CAD and BIM. In an era of markets digital transformation, it is important for companies to rethink all elements of their own business model, from product development and production to customer relationships. The experience of leading international and Russian companies in the precast industry shows the effectiveness of the intro-duction of digital technologies.

In the context of digitalization, the functioning of the QMS necessitates the development and application of qualitatively new management technologies, as well as fundamentally new production technologies. Science is faced with the question of studying the main ways of developing the QMS, determining its place and role in modern conditions and realities, including the use of digital technologies. The article defines the sections of the QMS (GOST R ISO 9001-2015), in which digital technologies can and should be implemented: clause 8.3 Design and development of products and services, clause 8.4. The COVID-19 pandemic, a worldwide health and humanitarian crisis, has created unique challenges for citizens, governments, and organizations alike. Business leaders ask ‘what is the new normal, post-pandemic?’ while industries become more complex and uncertain. Premises sit empty, employees work remotely, and customers possess less disposable income. However bleak, opportunities do exist. Organizations will, however, need to transform. Technology will need to be used to respond to the pandemic, and organizations must re-structure to better function. This paper examines the role that digital technologies can play in responding to pandemics and outlines four classifications of digital technologies for pandemic response. An as-is/to-be pathway analysis is presented using case studies from Chinese enterprises to provide trajectory guidance for moving forward to the new normal. After analysis from an incorporated technology-centric and business model-based framework perspective, six fundamental enterprise strategies are presented that are derived from literature and empirical observations.

This paper proposes a new tag anticollision algorithm. On the basis of the common query tree algorithm, this algorithm increases the number of query bits, so that the algorithm has a faster tag identification amount in the state of full time slots. Collision bit and total response bit are used to estimate the number of tags, and combined with the highest collision bit to determine whether it is continuous, the number of query crosses is adaptively adjusted, and a variable bit dynamic query tree tag anticollision algorithm is designed. In conjunction with the settlement environment, improvements have also been made in the status of the identified tags. The new algorithm has improved progress in reducing idle time slots and reducing search depth. Under the premise of ensuring stability, the recognition efficiency of the algorithm is improved. From the perspective of different dimensions of corporate network and marketing dynamic capabilities, based on the strength of network relationships and product development processes, it can promote value creation model innovation in business model innovation. That is, when the network partners communicate very frequently, they can provide new ideas and resources for enterprise product development and creation and then can better integrate innovation through product innovation, quality improvement, product development cycle shortening, and development advance management. Typed products and resources are put into the operation process of the industrial chain of product output to better create new products for customers and lay the foundation for realizing the innovation of corporate value creation models. Based on the network density and customer relationship process, it can promote the value proposition model innovation in the business model innovation. Enterprise business model innovation should not only pay attention to the collaborative innovation between different elements within the enterprise but also pay attention to the overall coordination mechanism of the company’s external interest network, pay attention to the different value propositions of stakeholders through the enterprise network, and cultivate the enterprise’s rapid response to market changes. Network centrality has the greatest positive impact on the supply chain process. The company develops new products, manages customer relationships across departments, and implements supply chain management across departments.

Введение. В настоящее время развитие социально-экономических систем немыслимо без цифровой трансформации, которая является не только драйвером такого развития, но и его обязательным условием. В последние десятилетия информационно-коммуникационные технологии существенно упростили ряд организационных и операционных процессов компаний всех без исключения секторов экономики. В здравоохранении ИКТ нашли свое применение в части совершенствования коммуникационных решений. Однако в целом цифровая трансформация данной сферы гораздо шире, а современные тенденции, проблемы и перспективы ее активизации нуждаются в дополнительных научных изысканиях. Данные и методы. Методология исследования основана на существующих теоретических разработках в области управления развитием сферы здравоохранения в условиях цифровизации экономики. В ходе работы над статьей были применены диалектический, абстрактно-логический и другие общенаучные методы познания, а также табличные и графические приемы визуализации статистических данных и результатов опросов, что обеспечивает высокую степень обоснованности и достоверности полученных результатов и выводов. В исследовании обозначены перспективные направления развития сферы здравоохранения, базирующиеся на внедрении искусственного интеллекта, робототехники, 3D-принтинга и других сквозных цифровых технологий. Произведен анализ мировой и российской практики в данном направлении. Результаты. Рассмотренные в ходе исследования тенденции позволили говорить не только о перспективных направлениях внедрения ключевых цифровых технологий в сфере здравоохранения, но и о наличии ряда ограничений. В частности, активизации этих процессов препятствуют пробелы в патентном праве и лицензировании. Заключение. В статье обозначены возможные управленческие и регуляторные решения для преодоления сложившихся ограничений. Результаты исследования могут быть использованы в качестве теоретической основы для управления развитием сферы здравоохранения в условиях цифровой экономики. Introduction. Currently, the development of socio-economic systems is unthinkable without digital transformation, which is not only a driver of such development, but also a prerequisite for it. In recent decades, information and communication technologies have significantly simplified a number of organizational and operational processes of companies in all sectors of the economy. In healthcare, ICTs have found their application in terms of improving communication solutions. However, in General, the digital transformation of this sphere is much broader, and current trends, problems and prospects for its activation need additional scientific research. Data and methods. The research methodology is based on existing theoretical developments in the field of health care development management in the context of digitalization of the economy. In the course of the article, dialectical, abstract-logical and other General scientific methods of cognition were used, as well as tabular and graphical methods for visualizing statistical data and survey results, which provides a high degree of validity and reliability of the results and conclusions. The study identifies promising areas for the development of the healthcare sector based on the introduction of artificial intelligence, robotics, 3D printing and other end-to-end digital technologies. The analysis of world and Russian practice in this direction is made. Results. The trends considered in the course of the study allowed us to speak not only about promising areas for the introduction of key digital technologies in the healthcare sector, but also about the presence of a number of limitations. In particular, gaps in patent law and licensing hinder the activation of these processes. Conclusion. The article outlines possible management and regulatory solutions to overcome the existing restrictions. The results of the research can be used as a theoretical basis for managing the development of the healthcare sector in the digital economy.

The rapid growth of digital technologies and the extraordinary amount of data that devices and applications collect each day are increasingly driving companies to radically transform the business architecture through which they create and appropriate value. However, companies may fail to extract value from digital transformation due to the disconnection between strategy formulation and strategy implementation. Through the analysis of three case studies of firms that digitally transformed their business—namely ABB, CNH Industrial, and Vodafone—this article presents a framework than can help companies implement their digital transformation strategy and thereby renovate their business model.

In times of progressive digital transformation and constant change, a continuous reorientation of stationary retail is indispensable in order to be successful in the future. The practical recommendations for action provide a guideline for the transformation of stationary retailing based on digital change processes. Various factors are taken into account, which is identified as critical success factors for stationary retail. These include a reorientation of the business model, the introduction of new digital technologies and data protection. In general, stationary retail must rethink the business model holistically and be open to radical innovations in order to be successful in the long term. More than ever, the influence of digital technologies and the influence of online retailing can be felt. Adapting successful digital and technological megatrends is, therefore, a critical success factor. If the necessary change is lacking in stationary retail, successful digital companies – such as Amazon or Alibaba – will replace entire industries. Subtotaling, the following questions are answered: What problems does stationary retail face – caused by the digital transformation? What digital solutions already exist? How can stationary retail remain successful in the digital age?

This study analyses whether and how digital transformation affects business models. Digitalization influences businesses regardless of size, industry, and structure. Thus, companies are often forced to rethink their value architecture in order to remain competitive and not vanish from the business world. Therefore, deepening the understanding of the relationship between digitalization and business models is of utmost importance for both practice and academia. We examine the interdependencies of the utilization of digital technologies and the execution of a digital strategy on business model innovation, and the extent to which the digitalization level is influencing this relation. Furthermore, we depict the results from a quantitative study among a sample of 166 German companies. The results indicate that business model innovation is positively influenced by a higher pursuit of digital technologies and the adoption of certain digital strategies. The digitalization cluster further stresses the importance of digital actions for the companies’ sustainability.

Purpose of the study. The purpose of the study is to develop proposals for the formation of a neuroeducational environment that ensures that students acquire the competencies necessary to solve the problem of introducing end-to-end digital technologies within the framework of the digital economy program. The analysis showed that improving the training of specialists in the field of neurotechnology and artificial intelligence in the digital economy is an urgent and demanded task. The paper discusses an approach to solve the problem of improving the training of specialists in the field of neurotechnologies, taking into account the requirements of the federal project “Personnel for the digital economy” by creating a technological platform for a neuroeducational environment that ensures the acquisition of the necessary competencies by students.Materials and methods of research. In the process of carrying out the research, theoretical provisions in the field of the theory of neural networks were developed, a new class of neurons and neural networks was proposed, which are close in functions to biological neural networks and are called selective. The technology of training and application of selective neural networks has been developed. The advantage of selective technologies in comparison with classical neural networks is shown. Hardware models of neural networks, which are part of the neuroeducational system, have been developed and used in the educational process. A general methodology for teaching neural network technology as one of the end-to-end technologies of the digital economy has been developed, as well as a methodology for using neural networks in solving economic problems in the context of digital transformation.Results. A technological platform for a neuroeducational environment has been developed, including software, hardware models of classical neurons and perceptrons (McCulloch-Pitts), as well as neurons and perceptrons of a new class, called selective. A software tool for teaching standard and selective neurotechnologies was developed and proposed, for which a certificate of state registration of a computer program was obtained. For the assimilation of theoretical material and the acquisition of practical skills, methodological materials, author’s practical tasks and author’s laboratory works have been developed, which are part of the technological platform. The approaches proposed in the article can be used in organizing the study of the theory of neural networks and methods of applied application of neurotechnologies in solving the problems of introducing end-to-end digital technologies within the framework of the digital economy program. The development results are confirmed by 4 patents for inventions. In order to more effectively master the theoretical provisions and features of the practical application of neurotechnologies, the main attention is paid to the physical meaning and presentation of the processes occurring during the functioning of a neural network in the form of formal descriptions that provide a more effective assimilation of the foundations of the theory of neural networks and neurotechnologies using existing standard neural network architectures, as well as architectures built on the basis of selective neural networks.Conclusion. The architecture and components of the technological platform of the neuroeducational environment based on neuroeducational complexes have been developed. A general methodological approach has been developed for teaching the basics of neurotechnology based on standard and selective neural networks and the peculiarities of their application in the framework of the digital economy program. A methodology for teaching the basics of neurotechnology based on standard and selective neural networks has been developed, which includes the mathematical theory of standard and selective neural networks, a description of the learning process for standard neural networks based on McCulloch-Pitts neurons, as well as selective neural networks based on selective neurons.

In response to travel bans, school closures, and advice not to gather in large groups and stay away from other people to limit the spread of the virus, many people have turned to digital tools to maintain some semblance of normality. Digitizing our workplaces and education is essential for us to be effective. Those companies that can make good use of technology to continue to evolve and rethink their business model for the future through rapid digital transformation will stay ahead of their competitors. So, the purpose of this article is to consider how digital technologies have transformed since 2020.
