Practical significance. Storytelling is now a tool for information transmitting, a form of organization of cognitive activity in the process of which conditions are created for the comprehensive development of the student’s personality and an influential method of achieving results. The aim is to study previous experience and analyze the features and ways of implementing storytelling strategies in the teaching of professional disciplines for bachelors of information, library and archive science. Methodology. The methodology consists in the application of theoretical methods (documentary analysis, analytical and synthetic information processing, comparison), which allows to identify and generalize the features of storytelling in the educational process of bachelors of information, library and archive science, change the content of vocational education. Novelty. There was no use of the storytelling method in the teaching of professional disciplines for bachelors of information, library and archive science. The results prove that storytelling is now an important tool for information transmitting, a form of organization of cognitive activity in the process, which creates conditions for the comprehensive development of the student’s personality and an influential method of achieving results. The practical significance of the introduction of storytelling in the development of courses in disciplines (“Information and analytical activities”, “Visual analytics”, “Information monitoring”, “Information management”), given the latest technologies in revealing the application of elements of virtual reality and augmented reality during training of future bachelors in information, library and archive science. Conclusions. Thus, on the basis of theoretical research, the method of storytelling allows the most effective presentation of educational material, which causes positive motivation to know the subject in students, develops critical thinking, promotes the formation of their own opinions, allows discussions of different views, encourages to find different options of problem solving and use of interactive forms of work. It is noted that the main difference of storytelling is the lack of obsessive suggestions, simplicity, listening or reading such a story, the audience will draw the right conclusion and remember a much larger amount of information. Theoretical developments of scientists on the application of storytelling in the practice of modern higher education are considered. In the current conditions, modern students of Generation Z and higher school professors must apply the latest trends and modern techniques in their work, use modern educational tools, as well as develop their abilities.

The article deals with the value orientations, attitudes, life views of modern students - representatives of Generation “Z”, for whom digital technologies are an everyday reality. The experience of working with students during class and independent work is given. The authors, based on the latest research, prove that the modern generation with its peculiarities needs new creative methods and teaching methods that will take into account the specifics of cognitive activity of modern youth, its values, needs, psychological characteristics and technical skills. It is necessary to change not only teaching and learning methods, but also the style of communication between the subjects of the educational process, the form of presentation of information, knowledge, preparation of a new type of educational and methodical literature, active use of information and communication technologies.

В статье рассматриваются вопросы повышения эффективности изучения сложных технических дисциплин путем совершенствования образовательных технологий через использование инновационных цифровых средств и ресурсов, основанных на визуализации учебных элементов. Цель статьи — рассмотреть сущность визуализации учебной информации, которая направлена не только на демонстрацию инженерных процессов и систем, но и на активизацию познавательной деятельности обучающихся и стимулирование мотивации к изучению специальных дисциплин будущей профессиональной деятельности. Теоретическая значимость статьи заключается в обосновании необходимости использования цифровых технологий визуализации для обеспечения эффективности изучения сложных инженерных дисциплин. С помощью созданного визуального фрейма работа позволяет обучать на практике будущих педагогов профессионального образования разрабатывать, модифицировать и использовать в дальнейшем компьютерные модели для подготовки инженеров. В статье по-новому на трех уровнях рассматривается сущность визуализации учебных элементов, что важно при использовании данной технологии в образовательном процессе. The article deals with the issues of increasing the efficiency of studying complex technical disciplines by improving educational technologies through the use of innovative digital tools and resources based on the visualization of educational elements. The purpose of the article is to consider the essence of visualization of educational information, which is aimed not only at demonstrating engineering processes and systems but also at activating students’ cognitive activity and motivating them to study special disciplines of future professional activity. The theoretical significance of the article lies in the justification of the necessity of using digital visualization technologies to ensure the effectiveness of studying complex engineering disciplines. The practical significance is presented through the created visual frame, which enables high-quality training of vocational training teachers in the development, modification and further use of computer models for engineering training. The article considers the essence of educational elements visualization in a new way at three levels, which is important when using this technology in the educational process.

The article is devoted to the significance of the irrational in education processes and to the role of teacher as an actor of psychological influence on the formation of child’s personality. Unfortunately, teacher education programs at universities do not properly introduce to the students all the aspects (including unconscious ones) of the interaction between people, in particular in the “teacher – student” system. At the same time, in the pedagogical literature there are no special works related to this issue. Psychological theories and methods of education, which are designed to form and develop a personality, can simply destroy the necessary qualities in a child that lead to his independence and self-affirmation. Teachers who are incompetent in pedagogical issues often defend themselves by appealing to the well-known names of scientists and their theories. The theories should not become a dogma and a main path in education. They should serve as an auxiliary instrument. The theory of education is obliged to revise the content and form of the organization of educational process in accordance with the understanding and sense of the rhythm of the New World, taking into account the integration of educational concepts that provide a balance of the rational and irrational in the cognitive activity of a student. This balance is necessary for the full and comprehensive development of child’s personality, for the formation of his/her identity. The author of the article believes that under the conditions of large-scale simulacrization, virtualization, digitalization of the educational space, it is necessary to strengthen the emotional component of the educational process to avoid the final elimination of the aura (W. Benjamin) of the class area from the sphere of human relations in the “teacher – student – teacher” system.

Introduction. The concept of the Federal State Educational Standard (FSES) involves the ideas of the system-activity approach, according to which a student becomes a full member of the pedagogical process; educational activity is based on the principles of cooperation and mutual understanding. The main purpose of this approach is to promote student’s interest in the knowledge of the world around, to acquaint him or her with the experience of self-education and to bring up a personality with an active living position. Teacher capacity to project and carry out own professional activity with a support on the provisions of system-activity approach is a key prerequisite of successful performance of labour duties in modern realities, indicating the objective need to form related new skills in students of pedagogical higher education institutions. However, the ideology of system-activity approach, the logic and regularities of its implementation at comprehensive school have not yet been sufficiently studied and understood by scientific and pedagogical community. It is necessary to reconsider widespread ideas about the role and functions of the teacher and to make serious corrections to the programmes of vocational training and all components of educational practice.The aim of the article was to study the pedagogical phenomenon “readiness of future teachers for implementation of system-activity approach” and the development of its science-based model.Methodology and research methods. The methodological basis of the research involves the conceptual provisions of the system-activity approach to the organisation of educational process. The analysis, comparison and synthesis of the Russian and foreign scientific literature and the method of modelling were carried out. The methods of open observation, discussion and interview were employed as the main empirical methods of the research.Results and scientific novelty. The peculiarities of application in the teacher’s practice of system-activity approach are designated. The options for interpretation of the main concepts of system-activity approach are analysed; it is proposed to improve the list of concepts by adding the concept of “readiness of future teachers for implementation of system-activity approach”. A structural-informative model of similar readiness is theoretically proved; motivational and axiological, cognitive, activity and reflexive-evaluative levels of such model are identified. The criteria and indicators of competency assessment of pedagogical students in terms of system-activity approach are formulated. The structural and informative model presented by the authors is oriented to provide assistance in completing the content of high school pedagogical programmes required by FSES. Clarification of informative components of the model, taking into account the specialisation of students and specifics of academic disciplines mastered by them, will allow this theoretical construct to be transformed into a matrix form of objectives of teachers’ vocational training.Practical significance. The materials presented in the article set the vector for the development of appropriate procedural and technological activities focused on the formation of necessary competencies in future teachers. The proposed criterial apparatus is the framework for the development of diagnostic tools.

The purpose of the article is to investigate the role of state supervision and control over compliance with labour legislation in ensuring decent work. Methodology. The research is based on the analysis and generalization of the available practical, scientific and theoretical material and the formation of relevant conclusions. The following methods of scientific cognition were used in the research: logical-semantic, system-structural, terminological, system-functional, structural-logical, normative-dogmatic, method of generalization. Results. It is established that the effectiveness of supervision and control over compliance with labour legislation is ensured by many factors: regularity, the right choice of goal, the actual elimination of violations, the presence of clear legal regulations for control and supervision. Scientific novelty. It is established that supervision and control over observance of labour legislation is an important and necessary form of protection of labour rights, freedoms and legitimate interests of employees. With the help of this form of protection of labour rights and legitimate interests of employees, the following tasks are solved: ensuring strict implementation of regulations in the field of labour; achieving the quality of implementation of decisions; timely taking measures to eliminate identified violations; identifying positive experiences and putting them into practice. The practical significance lies in the possibility of using materials in law enforcement activities - to improve the practice of applying current legislation in the field of labor rights; educational process - in the teaching of disciplines: "Labour Law of Ukraine", "Employment Protection", "Labour Rights Protection in European Union Countries".

Purpose. The purpose of the study is to determine the forms of protection of interests in family law. It is also necessary to disclose the features of forms of protection of interests in family law, and consideration of jurisdictional and non-jurisdictional forms of their protection. Methodology. Among the philosophical, general and special scientific methods used such as is the technical and legal method, which is used in the study of methods and forms of protection of interests in family law. Scientific novelty is that the article states that under the form of protection of interests in Family law should be understood as an internally agreed set of family law-based organizational and other measures carried out within a single type of procedures, agreed on a common goal, aimed at preventing, terminating violations and restoring them, by a special jurisdiction The study further developed the provision that the list of ways to protect family interests should go beyond the Family Code, be open, which determines the possibility of their protection in other ways not prohibited by law. Under the jurisdictional form of protection of interests in family law means e activity of the bodies authorized by the state on protection of family rights and interests of participants of family relations. The bodies that provide such protection include: the court, guardianship authorities, notary and prosecutor. The universality of the judicial form of protection of interests in family law is substantiated. At the same time, an approach has been adopted, according to which not only the violated interest is subject to protection, but also such an interest, which has not been violated at the time of protection in order to prevent violation. A non-jurisdictional form of protection of family interests is a factual action that a subject of family law commits to protect his or her own interest or the interest of another person without recourse to the relevant jurisdictions. Results. The author singles out two ways of exercising the right to self-defense of interest in family law: 1) self-defense of one's interest; 2) self-defense of another person's interest. The article proves the effectiveness of mediation as a jurisdictional form of protection of family interests. Practical significance. The results of the study can be used in lawmaking to improve legislation in the field of legal regulation of the category of interest; in the educational process - in the development of textbooks, teaching materials on the subject "Family Law of Ukraine".

The article deals with defining the role of modern technologies in training future specialists in the system of higher education. The article explores the use of information and communication technologies in the classroom and describes the means of forming professional communicative competence. Distance education is considered to be one of the most popular in the organization of educational process in modern conditions. Particular attention in the article is paid to the tools that are used during this form of education; they require comprehensive development. The training different skills and thus individual mastering of different actions algorithms are realized by educational computer programs. Further development of distance education systems involves ensuring maximum interactivity. Studying becomes complete only when the imitation of real communication with the teacher is achieved. The teacher's activity is given a significant place in distance education technologies. The task of a teacher is to promote the fullest immersion of students into the educational environment, the formation of independent cognition skills and intellectual growth, readiness to solve non-standard tasks and situations. The teacher should promote the activation of students’ cognitive activity. It is necessary to use different types of electronic communications combinations, which allow to compensate for the lack of personal contact through virtual communication. However, the use of only distance education technologies in the academic process deprives students of the opportunity to communicate live with the teacher and with each other, which does not contribute to the formation of the necessary communicative competence. One of the ways to solve this problem can be blended learning, i.e. a justified and harmonious combination of face-to-face and distance education technologies. This combination will preserve the advantages and eliminate the disadvantages of certain technologies.

Определяются и теоретически обосновываются факторы подготовки студентов педагогического вуза к проявлению заботы в процессе их будущей профессиональной деятельности. Процесс подготовки будущих учителей к проявлению заботы включает в себя внутренние и внешие факторы. Внутренние факторы связаны с личностными особенностями и субъектным опытом студентов-педагогов, внешние – с содержанием и организацией образовательного процесса в вузе. Обусловлена необходимость определения теоретико-методологических основ подготовки будущих учителей к проявлению заботы, интерпретация которой затрагивает этические, онтологические и экзистенциальные аспекты. Практическая значимость исследования заключается в том, что определенные факторы, с одной стороны, могут выступать в качестве методологической основы для построения современных педагогических исследований, а с другой – быть включены в практику современного образования в высшей школе. В статье использованы аналитический и синтетический методы исследования. The article defines and theoretically substantiates the factors of preparation of students of a pedagogical University to show care in the process of their future professional activity. As a result, it is determined that the process of preparing future teachers for caring includes internal and external factors, namely: the personal meaning of the knowledge acquired by students and the practical experience of humane interaction; the subjective experience of the individual; social and cognitive activity of students; the content of education, which includes knowledge of existential philosophy, humanistic pedagogy and psychology; organization of the educational process that models the social and subject content of future professional activities; creation of dialogical interaction between teachers and students. The relevance of the research is primarily due to the need to determine the theoretical and methodological foundations of training future teachers to show care, the interpretation of which affects ethical, ontological and existential aspects. The practical significance of the research lies in the fact that certain factors, on the one hand, can act as a methodological basis for building modern pedagogical research, and on the other hand, can be included in the practice of modern education in higher education. The article uses analytical and synthetic research methods.

The article discusses the psychological effects of using computer technologies in the educational process on young schoolchildren. The issue was approached both from a theoretical and a practical point of view. This includes ideas put forward in various literature. The research has shown that computerized learning has a positive effect on the motivation of students, as well as on the development of thought processes in accordance with the learning process. The problem of the influence of information technology on students has both psychological and social significance. Teachers should be able to solve this problem in favor of the educational process. Thus, without prohibiting access to computers and electronic games, the child should be taught to make the right choice in terms of development, to understand the peculiarities of the development of information technologies in the modern world. The article discusses the problem of using the didactic ideas of the outstanding domestic teacher Anton Semyonovich Makarenko for the successful teaching and comprehensive development of Russian junior schoolchildren, improving modern educational systems, and implementing socially active pedagogy in practice. Particular attention is paid to the role of the teacher’s personality in the formation of a positive attitude of students to cognitive activity. The methodological techniques that were developed and tested in the pedagogical experience of A.S. Makarenko so that the process of acquiring knowledge and mastering skills becomes interesting, useful and personally significant for each student.
