This research is entitled “ effors to improve learning Outcomes and Student Activity on Physycs through Learning Model Discovery Learning Practicum Methode class XI-IPA SMAN 106 Jakarta. “ This research as a breakthrough in increasing creativity of learning management, base on the curriculum 2013. The prosess is directed to produce Indonesian people who are productive, creative, innovative, affective through strengthening integrated attiude, skills and knowledge. Thus the educators must improve the creativity of teaching methodes so that students are not bored and motivate student learning. Base on this discription, it is hope that the teacher is able to play role as on innovator through learning. This study uses a qualitative approach to optain data and analysis through reflective, participatory and collaborative studies. Program development is base on data and information from students, teachers and social setting naturally through twoncycles off classroom research, each of which is planning, implementing, observing and reflecting. To enhance the learning outcomes and student activities in learning physycs of action research, this class(CAR) presents Learning Guided Discovery learning Model Practicum Methode. This research was conducted at SMAN 106 Jakarta with two cycles. In the first cycle, some student are not familiar with the learning condition that use Learning Guided Discovery Learning Model Practicum Mthode. In the second cycle, progress has been seen in the learning process and student beging to creat learning condition that lead to learning approach of Learning Guided Discovery Learning Model Practicum Methode. From observations student activities increased from 45,14 % in the pre-cycle to 74,69% in cycle1 and 76,74 % in cycle 2. While the learning outcomes or daily assessment experienced an average increase of 66 in the pre-cycle assessment(before using the learning Guided Discovery Learning Model Practicum Methode) to 80,25 in the first cycle an average 84,06 in the 2 cycle. From this implemtation of Classroom Action Research(CAR), the first cycle, the second cycle can be concluded thad the Guided Discovery LearningModel Practicum Methode can improve learning outcomes and student activity in Physics learning at SMAN 106 Jakarta.

This research aims to increase the learning outcomes of students and the activity of students and teacher by applying Discovery Learning Model. The classroom action research conducted using two cycles. Each cycle consists of 2 meetings.        This study also equipped with teacher activities and student activities, which are assessed using observation sheets while teaching and learning activities take place in class. Activities of students and teacher assessed by the observer. The results obtained, in test I, in the first cycle, 72% of students have achieved completeness, and fall into enough category. While in test 2, in the second cycle, 92% of students have achieved completeness, and fall into the very good predicate. The average learning activieties of students from the first cycle is 74% with enough category and the second cycle with an average of 96% is in the very good category. The average activities of teacher from the first cycle was 77,6% with a good category and the second cycle with an average of 97,5% is in the very good category. Based on the results of the research, it could be concluded that the implementation of the Discovery Learning Model can improve the activity and learning result of students of class VII A MTs Negeri 2 Bengkalis.

In the effort of improving the learning process, teachers must try to apply learning models that are appropriate to the character of the subjects so that the students are more active and learning becomes more meaningful. Based on data taken from the results of the daily tests of class VII J, as many as 67.65% of the students scored below the passing grade, and the average daily tests were 67.73. Factors causing the low learning outcomes are learning models that are still teacher-centered, so students are less active. Therefore we need an effort to improve the students’ activities and learning outcomes. This study aims to improve the students’ activities and learning outcomes in the Organizational System of Life through Guided Discovery Learning Model. The subjects of this study were the students of class VII J of SMPN 2 Demak, totaling 34 people, consisting of 10 men and 24 women. This research is a Classroom Action Research conducted in two cycles. The research is said to be successful if the average daily test minimum reaches passing grade (80), classical completeness is at least 80%, and the percentage of student activity is at least 75%. The data collection techniques are using student test results, observation sheets of teacher and student activities. The results showed an average grade of 82.0 in the first cycle and 90.9 in the second cycle. Completeness of classical learning outcomes reached 82.34% in the first cycle and 94.12% in the second cycle.
