The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of collateral and perceived quality on consumer satisfaction at AHASS 0501. Workshop This research method uses the type of sampling included in the random sampling sample. The analysis technique used is multiple linear analysis techniques, and for testing the hypothesis is a simultaneous test (f test). Based on the coefficient of determination test of 0.868 can be interpreted that the effect of service assurance and perceived quality on customer satisfaction is 75.3%. The remaining 24.7% is influenced by other factors not explained in this study. Based on the f test, a probability value of sig is obtained. 0,000 <0.05 and the F test calculation shows that the F count is greater than the F table which is 129,777> 2.37. Conclusions, Service Guarantee (X1) and Perceived Quality (X2) have a significant effect on Consumer Satisfaction (Y). Keywords: Guarantee, Quality Perception, Consumer Satisfaction

Financial distress is a condition where the results of the company's performance are unable to meet the company's obligations. The purpose of this research is to find out the effect of Liquidity and Profitability in measuring financial distress in PT .eterindo wahanatama Tbk and PT. Waskita Karya Tbk. The analysis technique used is multiple linear analysis techniques, and for hypothesis testing is a partial statistical test (t test) and simultaneous test (f test). The results of the t test show that liquidity (CR) (X1) has an effect but not significant to financial distress, Profitability (ROA) (X2) has a significant effect on financial distress. Based on the simultaneous F test means that together Liquidity (CR) and Profitability (ROA) have no significant effect on purchasing decisions (Y). Based on the test of the coefficient of determination of 0.354 it can be interpreted that the effect of Liquidity (CR) and Profitability (ROA) on purchasing decisions is equal to 28.4%. The remaining 71.6% is influenced by other factors not explained in this study. Keywords : Liquidity, Profitability, financial Distress.

Promotion is a strategy used to introduce products or services that are owned in order to increase room revenue in hotels. Grand Mirage Resort & Thalasso Bali carries out promotional activities by means of advertising, personal selling and sales promotion. However, in reality the cost of the promotional mix and room income do not go hand in hand, so the main point of this research is how the effect of the promotional mix costs on room income at Grand Mirage Resort & Thalasso Bali and the purpose of this study is to find out how the effect of the promotional mix costs in the form of advertising costs, personal costs selling and sales promotion costs to room revenue at Grand Mirage Resort & Thalasso Bali. The data analysis technique used in this research uses descriptive quantitative analysis techniques through classical assumption analysis methods, multiple regression analysis, t test, f test and the coefficient of determination. The results of the t test indicate that partially the advertising cost variable has a significant effect on room income. Based on the F test, advertising costs, personal selling costs, and sales promotion costs simultaneously have a significant effect on room revenue. Based on the results of the analysis, the variable advertising costs, personal selling costs, and sales promotion costs, the advertising cost variable that has the most dominant influence on room income at Grand Mirage Resort & Thalasso Bali.

The purpose of this study was to measure the interests of consumers and interest in the interest of repurchasing consumers of Handmade Addictive Cibatu Sukabumi Regency. The method used in this study uses a sampling method that is included in the method of random sampling by distributing 157 questionnaires consumers. The analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis techniques, including test coefficient of determination, multiple correlation coefficient, simultaneous test (F test), and partial test (t test). The results of the test coefficient of determination seen from the value (adjusted R2) of 0.980 can be interpreted as the experience of Consumer Experience and Trust in the interest of repurchase is 98.0%. The remaining 0.02% was not approved by other studies. Based on multiple coefficient trials seen from the R value of 0.990, shows a very strong real relationship between consumer experience and trust with repurchasing interest. Based on the F test the probability value sig. 0.00 <0.05 which means together Consumer Experience (X1) and Trust (X2) significant confidence in Repurchase Interests (Y). Based on the t test showing Consumer Experience (X1) has a significant effect on Repurchase Interest (Y), Trust (X2) has a significant effect on Repurchase Interest (Y).

This study aims to determine the effect of product differentiation on consumer satisfaction on Jasuke Cikarasa Langsa, and how much infl uence the product differentiation on customer satisfaction on Jasuke Cikarasa Langsa. The method used is a quantitative method. The population in this study were all consumers who bought Jasuke Cikarasa Langsa. Implemented by distributing questionnaires to 96 respondents. Data analysis techniques in this study used simple linear regression by looking at the coeffi cient of determination, correlation coefficient and F test. The results showed that there was a signifi cant infl uence between product differentiation variables and customer satisfaction. From the calculation of the F test it is known that the F count = 82.088 with a signifi cance level of 0.000 <0.05. Product differentiation has a coefficient of determination of 0.466. It can be concluded that the product differentiation variable infl uences consumer satisfaction on Jassuke Cikarasa Langsa.

The purpose of this study was to analysis the effect of food quality and perceived value on consumer satisfaction in the restaurant industry. The sample used in this research was 98 respondents and data collection methods using a questionnaire. The method used in this study is the use the type of probability sampling includes in the simple random sampling. The analysis technique using validity test, reliability test, multiple linear regression analysis, including test coefficient of determination, multiple correlation coefficient, and simultaneous test (F test).The results of the test coefficient of determination seen from value (Adjusted R2) of 0,473 can be interpreted that the effect of Food Quality and Perceived Value on consumer satisfaction is 4,73%. The remaining 52,7% is influenced by other factors not explained in this study. Based on the multiple correlation coefficient test seen from the R value of 0.696, it shows that there is a strong relationship between food quality and perceived value with customer satisfaction. Based on the F test the probability value sig. 0,000 <0,05, which means that together Food Quality (X1) and Perceived Value (X2) significantly influence customer satisfaction (Y).

The purpose of this study was to examine the effect of supervision on employee discipline in the Office of Communication and Information Technology of South Sumatra Province, in this study the authors used a quantitative descriptive type of research. The samples taken in this study were 53 people. The data analysis technique used in this study is simple linear revelation f test, t test, coefficient of determination analysis. The results of the study show that all existing instruments are valid and realistic and that from the regression calculation it is proven that there are influences between independent and bound variables. This can be seen from the regression coefficient value of 0.761X, which means that every increase in the supervision variable 1%, the employee discipline increases by 0.761. This can also be supported by the f test and t test which shows that there is a positive and significant influence between the supervisory variables and work discipline jointly or individually and can be seen also from the coefficient of determination which has a value of 0.587 which means the supervision variable has influence of 58.7% on work discipline variables.

This study aims to determine the effect of promotion and price on purchasing decisions at PT. Shopee International Indonesia in the city of Manado, where Shopee consumers in the city of Manado also often shop through this application by looking at the promotions that PT. Shopee International Indonesia often holds and the prices offered so that in purchasing decisions there are several factors that influence in it, and this research the writer takes the promotion and price factors. In this research quantitative associative research is used with data collection techniques by observation and questionnaire. The analysis technique used is the validity test, reliability test, normality test, multiple linear regression analysis, coefficient of determination analysis. In testing the hypothesis using partial test and simultaneous test. Based on the results obtained from this study, it shows that the influence of promotion is 52.9% and the influence of price is 40.3%. and the effect of promotion and price simultaneously that is equal to 56.6% while the remaining 43.4% is explained by other variables not included in this study that include products, places, people, processes, advertising, physical evidence.

<em>The aim is to see the effect of work influence on employee performance, which represents employee performance, as well as work discipline and workers on employee performance. Which is the object of research at the Social Service for Women's Empowerment and Child Protection in Pematangsiantar City with 40 employees. The analysis used is the validity and reliability test, normality, coefficient of determination, simple and multiple equations, then partial test (t test) and simultaneous test (F test). The results of the study found that all variables of this study: work discipline, individual appraisal and performance were declared valid and reliable. To test for normal distribution that the value of the variable is stated as normal distribution, then the coefficient of determination shows that each independent variable contributes to the employee performance variable. The results of the equation carried out with simple regression show positive results and with multiple equations it is found that the greater the contribution of individual factors to employee performance than work discipline. Partial test (t test) found a positive and significant effect of work discipline on employee performance, as well as to assess individual performance. Simultaneous test (F test) that work discipline and people have a positive and significant effect on employee performance</em>

There were many unconsistent research result about “what and how” tax avoidance’s influencers. This study aims to determine the factors that influence the tax avoidance of banking companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) in the 2016-2018 period. The research population consisted of 26 Food and Beverage Companies listed on the IDX, with 9 companies that successfully sampled and meet the criteria. Cross section data is used in this research. The data analysis techniques used multiple regression analysis, simultaneous test, coefficient of determination test, and partial test. The results of the study state that profitability as measured by ROA has a significant effect on tax avoidance in the banking industry on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2016-2018 period. Leverage as measured by DER has a significant effect on tax avoidance in the banking industry on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2016-2018 period. Profitability (ROA) and leverage (DER) simultaneously have a significant effect on tax avoidance in the banking industry on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2016-2018 period.

The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of investment opportunity set (IOS) and profitability on dividend policy in insurance companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The use of the method uses purposive sampling. The analysis technique used is simple linear analysis, multiple linear analysis, and hypothesis testing is a partial statistical test (t test) and simultaneous test (f test). The results of the t test show that the investment opportunity set (IOS (X1) influences positive but not significant to dividend policy, Profitability (X2) has a negative and not significant effect on dividend policy.Based on the F value test together the investment opportunity set and profitability do not have a significant effect on dividend policy (Y) Based on the test the coefficient of determination is 0.361 It can be interpreted that the effect of Investment Opportunity Set (IOS) and Profitability on dividend policy is 13.03%, while the remaining 86.97% is influenced by other factors not explained in this study.
