This article presents an analysis of the process of routing process lines in the elevator, which is carried out by an automated control system. The relevance of this topic is justified on the basis of the mismatch of elevator productivity to modern needs and volumes of grain products. As the organizational and functional structure of elevator complexes remains without significant changes, which directly affects the characteristics of the management of the technological process of transportation and as a consequence on the quality of grain products. And since the volumes and requirements will always only increase, the question arises in the increased efficiency of elevator processes under the same conditions, with possible changes that will result in modernization, optimization and improvement of the process itself without changing the technological layout of equipment. Therefore, the purpose of the study was to analyze the methods of organization and management of technological routes of transportation at the elevator complex, to determine opportunities to improve its productivity. During the study of the control process and technological routes of the elevator complex, the structural control scheme and the algorithm for laying the route of grain movement at the specified coordinates were analyzed. According to the found shortcomings, one of the directions of increase and improvement of technological process on the elevator was defined, which consists in improvement of control algorithms towards optimization of technological processes of the elevator on many criteria which should improve not only operational indicators, but also qualitative indicators of production. What is the problem in optimizing the modes and structural parameters of control of the electromechanical complex of the elevator, by improving existing and developing new methods, software and hardware means of operational intervention in the modes of electromechanical equipment of the elevator to improve energy saving and product quality.

Theoretical calculations and experimental studies show that during the technological process of transporting seeds by technical means, in particular ladle conveyors, macro- and especially microtrauma of grains occurs, which affects a decrease in quality indicators. Analysis of the studies shows that the structural parameters of the working bodies, the biological and physico-mechanical properties of the kernels, as well as the material for the manufacture or coating of the working elements, affect the trauma and quality of the seeds. Experimental data showed that microtrauma of winter wheat grains before transportation was in the range of 22,9- 23,5%, and after completion of the transportation process was 45,3-46,4%, that is, doubled. Further studies to improve the quality of seeds of grain crops, reduce the harmful effects of microorganisms on caryopsis and reduce macro- and microtrauma should be carried out in the relationship and the complex of biological and physico-mechanical features of the entire technological process.

A mathematical model of the iron removal process taking into account the factors influencing the quality of cleaning was presented. Based on the mathematical model, a control algorithm was developed, which became the basis of the structural control scheme. Further, was set up the graphical screen for automatic and manual control, display errors and main parameters of information technology projects.

Achievements in the area of automated ultrasonic control of quality of rails, solid-rolled wheels and tyres, wheels magnetic powder crack detection, carried out at JSC EVRAZ NTMK. The 100% nondestructive control is accomplished by automated control in series at two ultrasonic facilities RWI-01 and four facilities УМКК-1 of magnetic powder control, installed into the exit control line in the wheel-tyre shop. Diagram of location, converters displacement and control operations in the process of control at the facility RWI-01 presented, as well as the structural diagram of the facility УМКК-1. The automated ultrasonic control of rough tyres is made in the tyres control line of the wheel-tyre shop at the facility УКБ-1Д. The facility enables to control internal defects of tyres in radial, axis and circular directions of radiation. Possibilities of the facility УКБ-1Д software were shown. Nondestructive control of railway rails is made at two facilities, comprising the automated control line of the rail and structural shop. The УКР-64Э facility of automated ultrasonic rails control is intended to reveal defects in the area of head, web and middle part of rail foot by pulse echo-method with a immersion acoustic contact. The diagram of rail P65 at the facility УКР-64Э control presented. To reveal defects of the macrostructure in the area of rail head and web by mirror-shadow method, an ultrasonic noncontact electromagnetic-acoustic facility is used. It was noted, that implementation of the 100% nondestructive control into the technology of rolled stuff production enabled to increase the quality of products supplied to customers and to increase their competiveness.

The article is devoted to solving one of the most important problems of the development of the sugar industry in Russia – the modernization of sugar production processes. Today, sugar production is actively being modernized, shifting most of its processes to the path of avomatization and optimization to improve the quality of products. This article describes one of the main ways to obtain information about the concentration of sucrose in syrup in the production of sugar.

Subject. The article considers functioning and development of process flows of transportation and logistics system of a smart city. Objectives. The study identifies factors and dependencies of the quality of human life on the organization and management of stream processes. Methods. I perform a comparative analysis of previous studies, taking into account the uniquely designed results, and the econometric analysis. Results. The study builds multiple regression models that are associated with stream processes, highlights interdependent indicators of temporary traffic and pollution that affect the indicator of life quality. However, the identified congestion indicator enables to predict the time spent in traffic jams per year for all participants of stream processes. Conclusions. The introduction of modern intelligent transportation systems as a component of the transportation and logistics system of a smart city does not fully solve the problems of congestion in cities at the current rate of urbanization and motorization. A viable solution is to develop cooperative and autonomous intelligent transportation systems based on the logistics approach. This will ensure control over congestion, the reduction of which will contribute to improving the life quality of people in urban areas.

Reducing the duration of construction works requires additional organizational measures, such as selecting construction methods that assure a shorter realization time, engaging additional resources, working overtime, or allowing construction works to be performed simultaneously in the same working units. The simultaneous work of crews may affect the quality of works and the efficiency of construction processes. This article presents a simulation model aimed at assessing the impact of the overlap period on the extension of the working time of the crews and the reduction of a repetitive project’s duration in random conditions. The purpose of simulation studies is to provide construction managers with guidelines when deciding on the dates of starting the sequential technological process lines realized by specialized working crews, for sustainable scheduling and organization of construction projects.

The Specialized Dental Care Centers (SDCC) have the mission to expand access to public medium complexity dental care and support the primary health care actions at this level of complexity. However, it is necessary to ensure the quality of services and to evaluate such services continuously to identify weaknesses and strengths that support the processes of leadership/management. Nevertheless, there is a dearth of studies on the assessment of oral health in specialized care that may indicate which factors should be investigated. Therefore, this integrated literature review sought to explore the plethora of publications on the evaluation of SDCC in the LILACS and MEDLINE data bases in October 2013 to identify factors possibly related to the performance of such health services. Thus, 13 references were included in this review pointing to forms of organization and management of work processes related to the creation of healthcare networks (operation of regulation centers and setting up of health consortiums). They include the contextual characteristics of the places where SDCCs are located (population size, Family Health Strategy coverage, Municipal Human Development Index, governance, governing capacity) were factors that influenced the SDCCs performance.
