The article states that post-neoclassical rationalism, which is approved, not only significantly expands, but also complicates the worldview of a modern person, changes his outlook positions, causing the need to develop new methodological approaches and value-purpose objects in scientific knowledge. Today there was a need to rethink the issue of methodological benchmarks in the humanities research, which is actualized by the leading role of humanitarian knowledge in the socio-cultural development of modern society. To study this issue, the following research methods are used: analytical-synthetic, inductive-deductive and generalized, and modelling ones. On the basis of scientific reflection, the essence of methodological approaches in the humanities research, which are diversified and acquire new meaningful characteristics in the conditions of changing the paradigm of humanitarian knowledge, is considered. The theoretical and methodological positions in relation to the value dominant in humanitarian knowledge, which is oriented towards subjectivity and existentialism and provides in-depth reflection on artistic phenomena, are singled out. It is noted that in the humanitarian methodology the following research methods are found: ideographic method (research of individuals, events), methods of hermeneutics (interpretation of meaningful personal actions), qualitative analysis (understanding of the phenomenon, and not its calculation), method of phenomenology (knowledge of the causes and essence of artistic educational phenomena), methods of self-understanding, allowing to understand subjectity and spirituality of a person, humanitarian expertise, humanitarian design, existential dialogues, etc. The article outlines promising vectors of the epistemological environment of artistic pedagogy, which serve as the basis for developing new scientific strategies at the methodological, theoretical and methodical levels.

This article is dedicated to determination of the role of “generation dialogue” in development of the world culture. The author substantiates the ontological status of this phenomenon, which exists in the Oriental and Western, ancient and modern cultural space. It is demonstrated that the concept of “generation dialogue” is broader than the concept of “cultural universals”, introduced by social and cultural anthropologists in the XX century, since it not only incorporates not only fundamental comparability of ethnic cultures and possibility of comparative analysis, but also allows working with any modern forms of self-organization and determining the principal cause of the existence of culture. The main goal of this research consists in the analysis of cultural inheritance and transmission of knowledge. The key regimes of cultural development indicate two foundations of cultural dynamics dichotomous by means of implementation: 1) one ensures acquisition and arrangement of the accumulated knowledge, including classification and improvement of users interface, being realized in acceptance and preservation of all kind, beautiful and valuable left by the predecessors; 2) the second is aimed at destruction of the traditions, alienation from the native, including neglect, borrowings, and creative synthesis of the miscellaneous. The latter contributes to revitalization of culture. Such form of intercultural dialogue is illustrated by the modern Benedict Abbey of Saint Willibrord in Doetinchem, which is known for Zen meditation practices by the Catholic monks and parishioners. The general conclusion is made that having the ontological status, the generation dialogue contributes to the development of culture in space and time. Dichotomous regimes of realization of this dialogue employ the incompatible means of revival of cultural memory. The article demonstrates that the determined mechanism of generation dialogue are universal and archetypical, although complicate the reality in different ways. Their balanced coexistence is essential for the full-fledged cultural development in the present time and foreseeable future.

Laughter and death in Russian cultural tradition: Origins and transformation of the motiveThe author studies the mythological basis of attitude to death in the Russian national culture of laughter, the role of ritual laughter in folklore and post-folklore, and various ways of its presentation in Russian literature. Special attention is paid to the component of the game in Russian rituals, and to laughter in Russian fairy tales. The balance of laughter and death in Russian and, moreover, the Slavic world view is connected with its liminality, i.e. with the situation of transition and “on the border”. The article analyzes the transformation of different features of laughter as a means of overcoming death, as well as the way to create irony and absurd in the modern “mortal” discourse regarding ritual tradition. In symbolism and avant-garde literature of A. Blok, N. Evreinov, F. Sologub, D. Kharms, V. Khlebnikov etc. laughter is considered as a means of overcoming the absurd of death. This literature synthesizes the western model of “dance of death” into Russian folklore and buffoon tradition. In contemporary Russian literature it performs a genre-forming role jokes about death, “sadistic rhymes” etc..

The role of glycoconjugates in tumor cell differentiation has been well documented. We have examined the expression of the two anomers of the Thomsen-Friedenreich antigen on the surface of human, canine and murine tumor cell membranes both in vitro and in vivo. This has been accomplished through the synthesis of the disaccharide terminal residues in both a and ß configuration. Both entities were used to generate murine monoclonal antibodies which recognized the carbohydrate determinants. The determination of fine specificities of these antibodies was effected by means of cellular uptake, immunohistopathology and immunoscintigraphy. Examination of pathological specimens of human and canine tumor tissue indicated that the expressed antigen was in the β configuration. More than 89% of all human carcinomas tested expressed the antigen in the above anomeric form. The combination of synthetic antigens and monoclonal antibodies raised specifically against them provide us with invaluable tools for the study of tumor marker expression in humans and their respective animal tumor models.

It has been suggested that heparin caused potentiation of aggregation induced by ADP or epinephrine. The exact mechanism of heparin-induced platelet activation, however, remained unknown. In this paper, we have investigated the role of anti-thrombin III ( AT ) in heparin-induced platelet activation using purified AT and AT depleted plasma. When ADP or epinephrine was added to citrated PRP one minute after addition of heparin ( 1 u/ml, porcine intestinal mucosal heparin, Sigma Co. USA ), marked enhancement of platelet aggregation was observed, compared with the degree of aggregation in the absence of heparin. However, in platelet suspensions prepared in modified Tyrode’s solution, heparin exhibited no potentiating effect on platelet aggregation induced by epinephrine or ADP. Potentiation of epinephrine- or ADP-induced platelet aggregation by heparin was demonstrated when purified AT was added to platelet suspensions at a concentration of 20 μg/ml. AT depleted plasma, which was prepared by immunosorption using matrix-bound antibodies to AT, retained no AT, while determination of α1-antitrypsinα2- macroglobulin and fibrinogen in AT depleted plasma produced values which corresponded to those of the original plasma when dilution factor was taken into account. The activities of coagulation factors were also comparable to those of the original plasma. Heparin exhibited potentiating effect on ADP- or epinephrine-induced aggregation of platelets in original plasma, but no effect in AT depleted plasma. When purified AT was added back to AT depleted plasma at a concentration of 20 μg/ml, potentiation of platelet aggregation by heparin was clearly demonstrated. Our results suggest that effect of heparin on platelet aggregation is also mediated by anti-thrombin III.

Teaching novice qualitative researchers how to move beyond first-cycle themes is a challenging endeavor. In this essay, we articulate four harmful habits that tend to impede our success: moving too quickly, privileging product over process, providing cursory coverage of analytic technique and artistry, and overlooking the role of synthesis in qualitative research. As a step toward replacing harmful habits with more healthy ones, we offer a number of practical suggestions for reimagining the qualitative research methods curriculum.

Relevance and problem statement. Modern unstable society is characterized by narrowing the boundaries of controlled socialization and expanding the boundaries of spontaneous socialization of a teenager based on his immersion in the question arises about the importance of the family in the process of socialization of a teenager in the conditions of expanding the space of socialization. There is a need to study the role of the family in this process, to search, develop and test research methods that allow us to reveal the phenomenon of socialization from the side of its value characteristics. The purpose and methodology of the study: to identify the possibilities of a systematic and anthropological methodology for studying the role of the family in the process of socialization of adolescents in modern conditions, testing research methods: photo research on the topic “Ego – I” (author of the German sociologist H. Abels), profile update reflexive processes (by S. A. Raschetina). Materials and results of the study. The study showed that for all the problems that exist in the family of the perestroika era and in the modern family, it acts for a teenager as a value and the first (main) support in the processes of socialization. The positions well known in psychology about the importance of interpersonal relations in adolescence for the formation of attitudes towards oneself as the basis of socialization are confirmed. Today, the frontiers of making friends have expanded enormously on the basis of Internet communication. The types of activities of interest to a teenager (traditional and new ones related to digitalization) are the third pillar of socialization. Conclusion. The “Ego – I” method of photo research has a wide range of possibilities for quantitative and qualitative analysis of the socialization process to identify the value Pillars of this process.
