In the article the analysis of existing agricultural machines in a healthy state, followed by work on the maintenance system subject to the conditions of reforming of the agrarian sector. Under maintenance refers to the complex of works on maintenance of working capacity or serviceability of the products during use by adjusting, knowledgeable, filling and retaining work. For the assessment of the alternatives it is advisable to conduct morphological analysis of the entire set of possible solutions to the research problem presented in a morphological matrix, which presents the basic functions of the machine and options the subject of the forms of their implementation. Theoretical research has provided the answer to two fundamental questions – how to change maintenance system depending on the level of development of agricultural production, and what parameters must have the system maintenance service to perform the appropriate intervention with the minimum technologically necessary costs of resources and investment. Assessment of the level of maintenance of agricultural machinery is provided to carry on the totality of organizational and technical factors, formalized through parts and complex indicators, in two phases. The first evaluation of using of the indicators for each factor separately. Second – assessment of a complex indicator (for all factors).

Changing the system of family values, views of the society on the significance and functioning of the family institution contribute to the transformation of marital role relationships in modern families. The already formed model of role interaction, the ability of spouses to define and clearly distribute family roles and to treat them responsibly is the important factors in building constructive marital relations and creating a favorable psychological climate in the family. Objective. The research deals with the analysis of the essence of the “family role” concept and the classification of family roles; experimental definition and analysis of the main types of family roles in marital relations. Methods. Theoretical research methods were used to solve the research problem: analysis of scientific psychological literature, generalization method, systematization of scientific information. To solve the second part of the set objective, the empirical research methods were used, such as: conversation, psychodiagnostic method “Distribution of roles in the family” by Yu.Ye. Alioshyna, L.Ya. Hofman, O.M. Dubrovska, and also the method of processing and quantitative and qualitative interpretation of results. The research was conducted during September-October 2020. The study involved 11 married couples (husband and wife) with different marital experience of 22 people aged 25 to 47 years (Kyiv). All the couples have children aged 1 to 20 years. The results of an empirical study of the peculiarities of family roles distribution showed that the roles of entertainment organizer (63.64 %), master (mistress), (72.73 % and 63.64 %), the family subculture organizer (54, 55 % and 45.45 %) women and men share almost equally; the roles of educator and “psychotherapist” is more typical for women (90.91 % and 81.82 %); The role of sexual partner and the partner responsible for material support is more often performed by men (90.91 % and 72.73 %). The prospects for further research are seen in the study of role interaction in the parental families of adolescents and young people as a prerequisite for their future family roles.

The article presents a variant for improving the design of a working body of a tunneling shield, its cutting part to be more precise. The working body of the tunneling shield has been improved with the changes in the design of a rotor working surface. The theoretical studies aimed at determining the strength characteristics of the proposed rotor design have been carried out. The proposed rotor model has been visualized with the use of the T-Flex CAD software. On the basis of the results obtained in the course of the theoretical research, a comparative analysis of the strength characteristics of the main and improved model of the cutting working body of the tunneling shield have been made. The studies carried out at T-Flex CAD confirmed the working capacity of the improved design of the tunneling shield working body. The strength of the rotor has been determined as a result of the studies carried out. The maximum values of the displacement module is 2.875E-05 m, the equivalent stresses are 29.47 MPa, a reserve coefficient on equivalent stresses is 9.446E 06.

In the introduction to this chapter, we discuss some of the common problems in maintenance. In order to solve these problems, we find it necessary to think in a new way, including the relationship of businesses to the system maintenance. The world outside organisations changes continuously, and the business processes and functions must change with it. However, if we only maintain information technology (IT) and do not co-manage the business changes accordingly, IT will not change at the same pace as the business changes. It would result a gap between the business needs and services provided by the IT product. In that case, IT systems would not be able to provide sufficient business value. The main part of this chapter contains a management model for solving these problems, based on theoretical research and practical experience. The central theme of the model is the connection between the business needs and systems maintenance. This is achieved by maintaining maintenance objects rather than the systems, establishing micro-organisations for each maintenance object where business processes as well as the system are represented. Our proposed model is widely used in more than 50 organisations in Sweden. In conclusion, some future trends and central concepts of the model are discussed.

Mathematical modeling of biological processes has bridged the fields of experimental as well as theoretical research and has carried forward remarkable innovation. Sclerostin is a fundamental communication element for bone remodeling and its activity regulates the reabsorption and deposition of new bone tissue. During this research, we have presented several studies, which illustrate the function of sclerostin in communication with the Wnt signaling pathways. This article features the sclerostin-based pathological patterns related to diseases such as bone cancer. To have a good remodeling process, the osteocytes must recruit the pre-osteoblast cells from the mesenchymal stem cells with the help of the signal mechanism given by the Wnt pathway. The Wnt signal pathway is a complex transduction of a pool of well-conserved genes whose expression regulates various activities like gene translation, cell adhesion, cell differentiation, mitogenic stimulation and polarity cell. The complexity of the interaction of the Wnt pathway is due to the ligands of Wnt itself, to the proteins R-spondin and norrin. The receptors on the surface of the cell, then, activate a process of transduction of the intracellular signal that initiates gene transduction. The hypothesis of a sort of “steady state” has therefore proved indispensable to establish a sort of common base on which the two phases. This paper seeks to give a qualitative view of the action of sclerostin through a simple mathematical model. We use a logic related to stimulation and inhibition signals of new tissue production and illustrate the role of sclerostin in the mechanical and biochemical interaction during the bone remodeling process.

Purpose In Malaysia, a vertical residential building (VRB) is still facing challenges associated with property management. The lack of experience in property management resulted in the management, acting unprofessionally that cause a lot of problems to the homeowners and their properties. The findings demonstrated that maintenance of the facilities and common areas in a VRB is essential to ensure its optimal performance over its life cycle. This has to be carried out efficiently and professionally by the qualified property manager. Unfortunately, not every property manager can perform all the tasks efficiently and professionally. Thus, this leads to an increasing number of complaints by unsatisfied homeowners’ particularly on the maintenance and management of the buildings and facilities. To satisfy the homeowners, the issue of transparency is one of the area concerns that need to be emphasised in the property management system practiced in Malaysia. This case study area of Klang Valley poses as one of the urban areas that has the highest number of vertical buildings, especially the medium cost of VRB. The purpose of this study is to explore the satisfaction level of homeowners towards the management system, maintenance services and facilities provided by the management of the medium cost VRB in the Klang Valley. Design/methodology/approach The study adopted a quantitative approach. The survey method was used as an appropriate method for inquiry of the data. Face to face survey was conducted with respondents at a medium-cost residential building in Klang Valley, Malaysia. Findings The findings demonstrated that homeowners living in medium-cost VRB in Klang Valley are satisfied and faced issues with the management system, maintenance service and services provided by the management of the medium-cost VRB. The only issue confronted by the homeowners with the medium-cost VRB is the commitment of the management towards their involvement in organising the activities, problem-solving and taking action on residents’ reports or complaints. Practical implications The findings suggest that appointing qualified property managers who understand property management has increased the performance of the management team. Most importantly, qualified property managers are equipped with knowledge in managing people, especially to create awareness on a sense of responsibility and belonging. Originality/value This study has bridged the research gap on property management of the medium-cost of VRB in Malaysia. This will add value to the management of the medium cost of VRB.

In order to improve the standardization, specialization, intelligence and timeliness of the new generation weather radar fault repair, the technical threshold of radar fault repair is greatly reduced, so that the general operators can carry out radar fault repair work. In order to achieve this goal, this paper designs a new generation weather radar fault repair system, which aims to solve two problems: one is to solve the causes and locations of the new generation weather radar faults which can be quickly and accurately detected and diagnosed[1]; the other is to solve the problem that the grass-roots radar operational staff are inexperienced in maintenance and will not be repaired, and to provide visual through the maintenance system. Maintenance methods and steps with expert intelligence level [2], so that general radar operators can operate radar fault repair according to video steps, and have the technical level of maintenance experts, to achieve breakthroughs in technical difficulties of radar fault repair, to achieve both disease detection and treatment effect, to improve the efficiency of the use of new generation weather radar and to achieve modern technical equipment support. Chemistry plays an important role and significance.
