The research design uses a quantitative cross-sectional study. The research sample of 70 respondents who were determined by total sampling technique. Data were analyzed by univariate analysis, bivariate chi-square test. Chi-Square test results indicate that spiritual intelligence with nurse performance is worth p = 0.007 which means that there is a relationship between spiritual intelligence and nurse performance. The breakdown of the relationship between performance components and spiritual intelligence is nurse quality p = 0.005, quantity p = 0.005, effectiveness p = 0.021, cooperation p = 0.000, independence p = 0.022, commitment p = 0.001. Based on these data, it can be concluded that there is a relationship between quality, quantity, effectiveness, cooperation, independence and commitment of nurses to nurse performance

The type of research used is a descriptive analytic survey using a cross sectional study. The sampling technique used accidental sampling with 150 as population and 30 people is involved as the research sample.  The data analysis applied chi square test to determine the relationship between two variables. The results of this study revealed that there is a relationship between mother's knowledge of exclusive breast feeding with a significant level (ɑ) = 5% (0.05) and df = 2, the result is value = 0.026 at df = 2 where sig <ɑ (0.026 < 0.05) then Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted.  Therefore, mothers are advised to continue to provide exclusive breastfeeding to their babies even though they work by storing breast milk in the refrigerator.

Bivariate data analysis with test of chi-square test. Based on the results of the univariate analysis showed that the majority of mothers breastfeed as much as 56.7% exclusive. The results of the bivariate analysis pvalue values obtained for each variable with α 0.05 is for attitude p = 0.000, husband support the value of p = 0.004, p = success IMD 0,007, maternal age the value of p = 0.031. The conclusion of this study that the attitude of the mother, husband support, the success of IMD and the mother's age is a factor that affects exclusively breastfeeding mothers do IMD in BPM Khairani Asnita Year 2015. The problem that often arises in the implementation of nursing care is that many nurses have not done a complete documentation of nursing care. The provision of incentives is one of the factors that influence the performance of nurses in documentation. This study aimed to identify the relationship between incentives and nurses' performance in documenting nursing care at Sari Mutiara Lubuk Pakam Hospital. The research design used a description of the correlation with the cross sectional approach. The population in the study were 56 nurses in the inpatient room. There were 56 respondents as total sampling for the sampling technique. Data collection tools used questionnaire sheets and observation sheets. The statistical test used the chi square test. The results of the univariate analysis for the incentive variable the majority of incentives were classified as high as 69,6% and the performance of nurses in the complete documentation was 67.8%. From the results of the bivariate analysis showed that there was a relationship between the provision of incentives and the performance of nurses in documenting nursing care (p = 0.017; p <0.05). It is hoped that nurses will be able to complete documentation not only because of a high incentive, but it is a nurse's responsibility that must be carried out.
