Purpose: determine the level of individual functionality referees qualifications. Objective of the study was to determine the physiological parameters characterizing the functionality of football referees qualifications. Material : mainly experiment involved 29 highly qualified referees aged 21-45 years. In the main experiment participated 29 referees and 40 assistant referees (n = 69) Ukrainian Premier League. Results: found that the means and methods that use Ukrainian football referee high qualification in the special physical training for a competition, are not effective enough. Consequence of poorly planned training process is to increase the number of wrong decisions of the referees during the match associated with poor motor activity. Conclusions: data obtained in the course of educational research confirmed our theory about the necessity of individualization process special physical training qualifications of referees, which would entail increasing the functional and motor abilities of the referees, and as a consequence of better and successful completion of the work.

The article is devoted to the history of the Department of physical training of the military medical Academy named after S. M. Kirov. The article briefly highlights the key periods of education and formation of the Department of physical training, since 1900, when the initiative of a number of progressive professors of the Academy was formed by the Commission on physical exercises of students, which included the great Russian scientists, professors I.P. Pavlov and G.I. Turner. For students, optional classes in gymnastics, fencing, skating, game in small towns, riding began to be carried out. It was 1900 consider the beginning of the introduction to the educational process of the Academy of physical education classes, which became the basis for the formation of Throughout the period, the faculty of the Department of physical training worked outstanding athletes, the merits of which the Department of physical training and the Academy will always be proud. This is the honored master of sports of the Soviet Union and Russia, Champions and winners of Olympic, World, Europe, Soviet Union, and Russia: a fencer B.B. Melnikov, biathlete N.W. Puzanov, volleyball A.N. Einhorn and P.I. Voronin, gunner M.B. Umarov, a fighter, A.B. Novikov, honored coach of Russia and honored worker of physical culture of the Russian Federation A.S. Rakhlin, and others. For the glorious, eventful history of the Department of physical training, repeatedly changed its name, but one thing has always remained unchanged: at the Department of physical training worked and work highly qualified specialists, and a historical essay about the Department of physical training allows us to come close to all generations from the date of its formation to the present time.

The article discusses the current state of existing approaches to programming classes in professionally oriented education of students in institutions of higher education. The following research methods were used in the work: analysis, comparison and generalization of scientific literature, practical research, personal work experience, comparisons. The data of scientific and methodological literature and practical studies are analyzed and summarized, which argue that the current approaches to programming physical education classes and professionally-applied physical training of students need improvement. It was found that the methods of rational planning of these classes depend on many indicators: a combination of various means, their dosages, orientation, taking into account the functional state of the body, physical fitness, and the direction of future students' professional activities. The conditions for programming classes are determined under which physical education of students would be an effective method of strengthening personal health, increasing the level of physical condition, their physical performance: regularity of classes, their variability, individual approach, taking into account the interests and preferences of students, as well as the use of wellness technologies, which in turn, will contribute to the formation of positive motivation for physical education classes, the basics of self-healing Noah activities, development of professional skills. The studies made it possible to argue that at the present stage in the system of physical education, professionally oriented training is of particular importance, as a result of which the market of highly qualified specialists can provide. An analysis of the existing approaches to programming physical education classes and professionally-applied training of students needs to be improved, and despite the scientific studies of domestic and foreign scientists, the problems of professionally-applied physical training can be solved only if thorough scientific research is carried out.

Eight college students enrolled in group therapy for stuttering were divided into two equal groups for 20 weeks. The training group supplemented therapy with endurance running and calisthenics three days per week. The subjects were tested prior to and at the conclusion of the training on a battery of stuttering tests and cardiovascular measures taken at rest, after stuttering, and after submaximal exercise. There were no significant differences (0.05 level) prior to training. At the conclusion of training, the training group was significandy better in cardiovascular response to exercise and stuttering. Although physical training did not significantly aid the reduction of stuttering as measured in this study, training did cause an increased ability to adapt physiologically to physical stress and to the stress of stuttering.

The aim of this study was to determine how facial attractiveness of applicants influences pre-selective evaluation in two different occupational fields (one relational and one non-relational). A total of 224 participants (working individuals and students) were asked to judge a fictitious applicant based on a resumé (applicant’s qualifications: highly vs. less qualified) and a photograph (attractive vs. unattractive). Overall, the results showed that facial-attractiveness effects on interpersonal judgments are not absolute, and that their occurrence partly depends on the situation in which the judgments are made. Regardless of occupational field, when the applicants were highly qualified (whether attractive or unattractive) they were systematically judged positively, whereas in the case of less qualified applicants, facial attractiveness differentially affected judgments in the two occupational fields: less-qualified but attractive applicants were only judged more favorably than less-qualified and unattractive ones when the job involved relational skills.
