This work is based on the use of distance learning technologies in education, which will make it possible to individualize training, and in turn contributes to the formation of professionally important qualities for students of the direction of "Computer Engineering". The experimental work was aimed at developing a technology for the formation of students' professional competence. The article shows that the mastery by students of knowledge, skills and abilities in the field of computer engineering was aimed at their conscious application in solving problems of the educational and cognitive process, and subsequently in professional activity. The article presents the results of research, and an objective assessment of the effectiveness of this type of training for students on the basis of the Tashkent University of Information Technologies named after. Muhammad al-Khwarizmi, which allows us to identify promising methodological directions in the preparation of a highly qualified technical specialist.

The article outlines certain methodological aspects of substantiating ways to increase the efficiency of using freight transport. One of the priority areas in training highly qualified specialists in the economic field is teaching them the most rational and objective methods of analysis, the results of which are necessary for the development and substantiation of real and objective management decisions, the implementation of which in production and financial activities of enterprises will help to increase the economic efficiency of using material resources, including trucks. The system of performance indicators for the work of freight transport includes summarizing and particular indicators. The research results show that the efficiency of trucks has significantly decreased: the truck availability rate by 5.6%, the loaded mileage proportion by 24.0%, the load factor by 26.8%. The decrease in the efficiency of using trucks indicates the need to develop and substantiate optimal management decisions in order to improve the use of trucks. In order to increase the validity of management decisions, it is proposed to use a new coefficient characterizing the level of use of the operating factor of technically ready trucks. This makes it possible to improve the accuracy of calculating reserves and planning the work of freight transport.

Purpose: determine the level of individual functionality referees qualifications. Objective of the study was to determine the physiological parameters characterizing the functionality of football referees qualifications. Material : mainly experiment involved 29 highly qualified referees aged 21-45 years. In the main experiment participated 29 referees and 40 assistant referees (n = 69) Ukrainian Premier League. Results: found that the means and methods that use Ukrainian football referee high qualification in the special physical training for a competition, are not effective enough. Consequence of poorly planned training process is to increase the number of wrong decisions of the referees during the match associated with poor motor activity. Conclusions: data obtained in the course of educational research confirmed our theory about the necessity of individualization process special physical training qualifications of referees, which would entail increasing the functional and motor abilities of the referees, and as a consequence of better and successful completion of the work.

The article discusses the current state of existing approaches to programming classes in professionally oriented education of students in institutions of higher education. The following research methods were used in the work: analysis, comparison and generalization of scientific literature, practical research, personal work experience, comparisons. The data of scientific and methodological literature and practical studies are analyzed and summarized, which argue that the current approaches to programming physical education classes and professionally-applied physical training of students need improvement. It was found that the methods of rational planning of these classes depend on many indicators: a combination of various means, their dosages, orientation, taking into account the functional state of the body, physical fitness, and the direction of future students' professional activities. The conditions for programming classes are determined under which physical education of students would be an effective method of strengthening personal health, increasing the level of physical condition, their physical performance: regularity of classes, their variability, individual approach, taking into account the interests and preferences of students, as well as the use of wellness technologies, which in turn, will contribute to the formation of positive motivation for physical education classes, the basics of self-healing Noah activities, development of professional skills. The studies made it possible to argue that at the present stage in the system of physical education, professionally oriented training is of particular importance, as a result of which the market of highly qualified specialists can provide. An analysis of the existing approaches to programming physical education classes and professionally-applied training of students needs to be improved, and despite the scientific studies of domestic and foreign scientists, the problems of professionally-applied physical training can be solved only if thorough scientific research is carried out.

Eight college students enrolled in group therapy for stuttering were divided into two equal groups for 20 weeks. The training group supplemented therapy with endurance running and calisthenics three days per week. The subjects were tested prior to and at the conclusion of the training on a battery of stuttering tests and cardiovascular measures taken at rest, after stuttering, and after submaximal exercise. There were no significant differences (0.05 level) prior to training. At the conclusion of training, the training group was significandy better in cardiovascular response to exercise and stuttering. Although physical training did not significantly aid the reduction of stuttering as measured in this study, training did cause an increased ability to adapt physiologically to physical stress and to the stress of stuttering.
