The problem considered in this article is to determine the role of the corporate culture of educational organizations in the process of forming the professional identity of teachers. Emphasis is placed on the indicative approach, within the framework of which the potential of teachers is supported; detection by teachers of their own problems and giving them a developmental character by turning the problem into a task of activity. It has been determined that the indicative approach brings closer to understanding the mechanisms of formation of new subjective qualities of teachers in the process of putting forward and achieving goals at the stages of mastering certain types of activities, as a result, the development of the fragmentary experience of teachers into a stable motivation for professional improvement in the process of collective activity.

The article deals with the phenomena of lifestyle and educational environment of confessional educational organizations. The methodological basis of the research is based on general scientific methodological approaches (system, comparative, historical, ontological) and special scientific methodological approaches: a system-activity approach, which assumes a motivated solution of problems in the educational process determined by problem situations; a cultural approach that allows us to correlate general, individual and special cultural phenomena, in particular religion and education; an anthropological approach that allowed the interpretation of knowledge from various spheres of life from the point of view of pedagogy. The article contains definitions of the following concepts: «Lifestyle of a confessional educational organization» and «Educational environment of a confessional educational organization». The role of religious worship in the development and functioning of the confessional educational environment is noted. The main factors of the external environment that have a determining influence on the confessional educational environment are highlighted. The author emphasizes the open nature of the modern confessional educational process, which unfolds in the context of a dialogue between all its parties: the religious denomination, the state and the individual.

The article reveals the relevance of studying the problems of formation of value-semantic guidelines for future specialists who study in the digital environment of educational organizations. The role of the digital environment in training competent specialists is noted. The theoretical basis of the article is the current approaches in teaching, highlighted on the basis of the analysis of psychological and pedagogical literature, research on the formation of value and semantic orientations of future specialists. The article reveals the principles of organization and conduct of educational work of a teacher of an educational organization that ensure the formation of value-semantic orientations of a person receiving a profession. The need for the teacher in the basics of social psychology, the knowledge in the field of theory and methods of professional education is justified. The author reveals and describes the role of a teacher in conducting educational work in order to successfully establish value and semantic guidelines for future specialists in the digital environment of an educational organization.

In article criteria for assessment of corporate culture at school as the organizations of special type are offered. The main approaches to assessment of corporate culture of the organizations on the basis of which the system of criteria for it assessment in the educational organizations is developed are considered. Within article rather independent system of criteria and indicators for assessment of corporate culture, in relation to specifics of the educational organization is offered. Offered systems assumes assessment of corporate culture in points. It allows to conduct monitoring and to compare the level of this culture at different schools and in dynamics.

The paper reveals the characteristic features of an individual’s professional identity in the context of public-private partnership and the role of the employer as the main participant of such interaction. The authors present a structural-functional model as well as organizational and educational requirements for its implementation. The article summarizes the experience of a large industrial enterprise in creating conditions that facilitate professional identity of young people. The findings of the study indicate the effectiveness of the employer's participation in building a system of interaction with educational organizations in order to help graduates to make an informed choice of their future profession.

The aim of this literature review is to recognize the important role of motivators on job satisfaction at educational organizations. The results of this study illustrate that motivators play a considerable role in changing the level of employees’ job satisfaction; additionally, they have influence on employees views and reactions. This study is focused also on job satisfaction as a main factor that improves level of organizational outcomes. Moreover, lack of attention to job satisfaction which is influenced by various motivators can reduce employees well-being as well as management in educational organization. This paper supports employees’ requirements based on different organizational motivators to attain job satisfaction at workplace.

The article reveals the features and conditions of digital technologies in the inclusive education of preschool children with different nosologies. The very concepts used by modern teachers of preschool educational organizations are disclosed. Data on the role of parents in the digital education space and the peculiarities of working with them on the use of these technologies in a distance form are presented. Joint actions of teachers and parents in the preschool educational organization and separate parents’ actions only on the organization of work on this or that digital platform and their application in the education of preschool children are shown. The tools and technologies used in preschool educational organizations by different professionals are reflected. The main goal of the article is to describe project management used in education. The concept of “project management” and its main components in the conditions of educational organizations as a system mechanism in resource management have been theoretically analyzed. The role of investments and state support for training and education on project management not only in the national but also foreign education has been shown. The main goals and areas of the implementation in the educational sector have been revealed through the example of the Education national project. The role of the methodology for network planning of the employees’ activities in an organization has been considered. This creates guidelines for organizing the research on optimizing human resources in the organization and improving their efficiency. The article has focused on one of the approaches in project management, namely, the projective-resource one, where the head of the educational organization plays an important role both in project management and in the formation of a team for its implementation.
