Ornamental plants are plants that have aesthetic and aesthetic value, often used to decorate yards, gardens or rooms in homes, office buildings, hotels, restaurants. Like fashion, trends in ornamental plants come and go and people have tastes that tend to change. Ornamental plants such as Aglonema, Anthurium, Calathea, Monstera Adansoni, Sansevieria are currently the prima donna and in demand by the public. To assist in determining and knowing which ornamental plants are most in demand by the public, it is necessary to build a decision support system using the SAW method. The SAW method is a weighted addition method that has the ability to solve problems from several criteria, so that it will produce alternative ornamental plants based on their level of interest (the most desirable) more quickly and precisely. There are several criteria used in the decision support system to determine the level of public interest in choosing ornamental plants using the SAW method, namely the shape / type of leaf, leaf color, price and care.

The problem that existed in the health service agency in this case is the health center, namely the determination of the recipient of public health insurance (Jamkesmas), although in practice the determination of recipients Jamkesmas already using the computer, but only limited to the support and there is no system that can be used to support the retrieval Decisions based on existing variables. The decision support system for determining the members of Jamkesmas recipients, where the system is used to help determine the recipients of Jamkesmas to be provided in accordance with their respective groups to accelerate the work of determining the provision of Jamkesmas. The system can assist the puskesmas in determining the members of Jamkesmas beneficiaries in accordance with the appropriate class to the community who want to become the members of Jamkesmas beneficiaries at the Puskesmas. This decision support system using the Fuzzy Tsukamoto Method, which will provide a decision solution to the puskesmas in determining the members of the public health insurance (Jamkesmas).

Choosing and determining the most appropriate product is one way that people can do to maintain health. Inappropriate product selection can actually cause great harm to people. Along with the development and advancement of technology, then a reliable system is needed to support public health. To facilitate the public in selecting and determining the best product, then needed a decision support system in determining the best product alternative for helath. This research aims to develop an alternative decision support system of the best product with Electre method. The use of Electre method supported by PHP and MySQL programming languages can improve the efficiency in determining the best product in a short time, and quality. especially for Bana Supermaket store owner who will sell their products to the public. In addition, the implementation of decision support system with Electre method can facilitate the people, especially for store owner Bana Supermaket in choosing and determining the best product to be traded.

Pujasera Hangout Salihara is a company engaged in the business of serving food and beverages for the public. During the Covid 19 pandemic, there were many impacts, one of which was in the restaurant business sector. With the Fuzzy database method Tahani model and Simple Additive Weighting are used in determining the destination of the favorite food menu at the food court according to customer desires accurately, quickly, and easily understandable, helping the food court owner and tenant of the food court at the salihara hangout food court in providing food menu recommendations, the most popular drink menu and the highest and lowest rating of each food court in a week or a month. The method of Fuzzy database model Tahani and Simple Additive Weighting are applied in making a decision support system with stages determined by the researcher. The result of the Decision Support System is a system that can assist in making decisions that are carried out accurately and according to the desired goals. In applications that have been built, the results are based on the value of the degree of membership and the truth value of the calculation process in the application. Nowadays, most decision processes rely not only on the preferences of the decision maker but also on the public opinions about the possible alternatives. The user preferences have been heavily taken into account in the multi-criteria decision making field. On the other hand, sentiment analysis is the field of natural language processing devoted to the development of systems that are capable of analysing reviews to obtain their polarity. However, there have not been many works up to now that integrate the results of this process with the analysis of the alternatives in a decision support system. SentiRank is a novel system that takes into account both the preferences of the decision maker and the public online reviews about the alternatives to be ranked. A new mechanism to integrate both aspects into the ranking process is proposed in this paper. The sentiments of the reviews with respect to different aspects are added to the decision support system as a set of additional criteria, and the ELECTRE methodology is used to rank the alternatives. The system has been implemented and tested with a restaurant data set. The experimental results confirm the appeal of adding the sentiment information from the reviews to the ranking process.

INTISARIKompetisi siswa berprestasi merupakan ajang setiap tahun untuk para siswa menengah kejuruan dalam unjuk kemampuan mereka dalam bidangnya. Banyaknya siswa dari berbagai jurusan yang mengikuti seleksi lomba kompetensi, sehingga dalam proses seleksi pelaksanaan menjadi kurang optimal dalam segi proses penilaian dan penentuan keputusan akhir. Sehingga diputuskan untuk menggunakan sistem pendukung keputusan pemilihan calon peserta lomba siswa berprestasi yang dapat digunakan untuk membantu sekolah dalam menentukan siswa mana yang layak untuk mengikuti kompetisi tersebut. Metode yang digunakan yaitu Simple Additive Weighting. Metode ini merupakan metode penjumlahan berbobot. Metode ini membutuhkan proses normalisasi matriks keputusan (x) ke suatu skala yang dapat dibandingkan dengan semua rating alternatif yang ada. Hasil penelitian yaitu berupa perangkingan siswa mana yang cocok sebagai calon peserta lomba. Dalam penelitian ini, siswa yang terpilih yaitu Siswa ketiga dengan nilai akhir perhitungan yaitu 13,5. Sistem yang dibangun pada penelitian ni telah sesuai dengan perhitungan manual sehingga sistem ini dikatakan telah berhasil diterapkan.Kata kunci— kompetisi siswa, Simple Additive Weighting, Sistem Pendukung Keputusan. ABSTRACTOutstanding student competition is an event every year for middle students in demonstrating their abilities in their fields. The number of students from various departments participated in the competency selection process, so that in the implementation selection process it was less than optimal in terms of the assessment process and final decision making. So it was decided to use a decision support system for the selection of outstanding student candidates who could be used to assist schools in determining which students were eligible for the competition. The method used is Simple Additive Weighting. This method is a weighted addition method. This method requires the process of normalizing the decision matrix (x) to a scale that can be compared with all available alternative ratings. The results of the study are in the form of ranking which students are suitable as potential participants. In this study, the selected students were the third student with the final value of the calculation, 13.5. The system built on this research is in accordance with manual calculations so that the system is said to have been successfully implemented.Keywords— student contestants, Simple Additive Weighting, Decision Support System.

Public service satisfaction is the result of public opinion and assessment for the service performance provided by the public service organizer apparatus. In real action, this public satisfaction survey is conducted periodically to discover the real value owned and anything that the public wants to get for its services. This then becomes one of the commitments of the Regional I BKN Yogyakarta in implementing the predetermined quality policies and service standards which are useful for improving the service quality for the public. Hence, additional efforts are needed in processing the data obtained from the public satisfaction survey report results to follow up according to the real requirements expected by the public in making decisions, so that they can be right on target. Researchers aim to make a decision support system prototype that gives an overview about the public service satisfaction rate, using the TOPSIS Method with the parameter data of satisfaction criteria and the survey data as well as the value range of the public service satisfaction survey in January to March 2019. Based on the data of the public service satisfaction test for that 3 months, either the results of the system prototype calculation or the manual calculation, 3-period compatibility with 100% was obtained.

A re-equilibrium model was developed which ensures that the rights of the Public Private Partnership (PPP) project stakeholders are preserved during renegotiation and minimizes the chances of disputes. The model develops the typical renegotiation scenarios which include: increasing the service charges, increasing the concession period, or paying a lump sum amount to the party of concern in order to maintain a fixed rate of return and keep the return on equity constant. Moreover, a decision support system was developed with the aid of Microsoft Excel 2013, Visual Basic for Applications (VBA) programming language, and the Precision Tree 5.5 for Excel addin, in order to facilitate the process of selecting the optimum scenario which maximizes the satisfaction of both parties (the private sector and the public sector). In this paper, data is obtained from a case study of a wastewater treatment plant in Egypt, and applied to the proposed model. The results obtained from the model are close to the ones obtained from the Independent Financial Expert (IFE) of the wastewater treatment plant project. This verifies and validates the objectives of the model.

ABSTRAK : Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk membantu menentukan pemenang tender proyek pada Dinas Pekerjaan Umum dengan cara membuat aplikasi Sistem Pendukung Keputusan dengan menerapkan metode TOPSIS. Aplikasi ini diharapkan dapat mempermudah proses pemilihan pemenang tender proyek tersebut. Dalam penelitian akan membahas masalah yang akan diangkat yaitu membuat dan menghitung variabel pada metode TOPSIS dalam Sistem pendukukung keputusan untuk menentukan pemenang tender pada Dinas Pekerjaan Umum dan Penataan Ruang Provinsi Bengkulu. Waktu dan tempat pengumpulan data dan  penelitian dilaksanakan di Dinas Pekerjaan Umum dan Penataan Ruang Provinsi Bengkulu yang beralamatkan Jalan Prof. Dr. Hazairin, SH No. 901 Bengkulu. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian waterfall. Dimana metode penelitian waterfall ini Terdiri dari perancangan sistem, analisis sistem, desain sistem, pengkodean program, uji coba program, implementasi sistem dan pemeliharaan sistem. Hasil penelitian ini adalah metode TOPSIS dapat diterapkan pada Sistem Pendukung Keputusan pemilihan pemenang tender proyek pada Dinas Pekerjaan Umum Provinsi Bengkulu menggunakan aplikasi visual basic net 2010. Hasil dari penerapan metode ini dalam aplikasi Sistem Pendukung Keputusan memperoleh hasil yang akurat sehingga dapat menentukan pemenang tender proyek pada Dinas Pekerjaan Umum Provinsi Bengkulu. Kata Kunci: Sistem, Pendukung-Keputusan, Tender.ABSTRACT: This study aims to help determine the winner of a project tender at the Public Works Department by making a Decision Support System application using the TOPSIS method. This application is expected to simplify the process of selecting the winner of the project tender. This research will discuss the problems to be raised, namely creating and calculating variables in the TOPSIS method in the decision support system to determine the winner of the tender at the Bengkulu Province Public Works and Spatial Planning Office. The time and place for data collection and research were carried out at the Bengkulu Province Public Works and Spatial Planning Office which addressed Prof. Dr. Hazairin, SH No. 901 Bengkulu. This study uses the waterfall research method. Where this waterfall research method consists of system design, system analysis, system design, program coding, program testing, system implementation and system maintenance. The results of this study are the TOPSIS method can be applied to the Decision Support System for selecting project tender winners at the Public Works Office of Bengkulu Province using the visual basic net 2010 application.
