One of the most important things in the work process is the presentation of information that is fast and accurate. Data is processed in a short time, it will increase work efficiency, one of which is by using the system to process and display data into information. Information systems are needed considering technology is growing and now people are required to use more technology to reduce activities outside the home. Problems that often arise are the tight location of registration and the length of service for one registrant due to filling out registration forms and screening examinations for new students. In addition, the large accumulation of registration and trial files also takes a long time so that announcements of new student graduations cannot be made. The goal is to build a new student admission information system for all faculties at the Indonesian Methodist University, reduce applicants who come to the registration location, reduce the use of paper registration forms, help submit and fill in student data, conduct online screening exams, provide information on new student registration, schedule and payment of tuition fees. The result of this initialization is building a new student registration information system using the Codeigniter Framework and Application Programming Interface (API).   Index Terms—Application Programming Interface (API); Codeigniter framework; information systems; online registration

This research has the aim of building a system of acceptance for new students with a website-based method, so that it can help prospective new students in the subject make it easier to obtain information about the registration of new students. Data processing in the acceptance of new students at Al Amanah Vocational School Pasar Kemis still uses Conventional systems, namely prospective registrants come directly to the school then fill out the registration form then the registration data is recorded in a book and reports are made also using manual recapitulation resulting in archival loss and needing a very long time in the process of making a report. Using research methods namely Library Studies, Analysis, Observation, Designing, Trial and Implementation. The information system at the admission of new students is designed using the PHP programming language and using the MySQL database as a Database Server. The output of this research is that the information system on admission of new students with web-based can have the ability to provide convenience for parents of new students in terms of getting all information about acceptance to new students and doing the registration process flow online.   Keywords: New Student Admissions, PHP, MySQL Database.

Kebutuhan akan webGIS dewasa ini sudah sangatlah penting. Tingkat mobilitas pengguna juga bertambah secara drastis seiring kemajuan teknologi. Salah satu GIS-API (Geographic Information System - Application Programming Interface) yang cukup populer adalah ArcGIS API. ArcGIS API merupakan sebuah API dari ArcGIS yang digunakan untuk membangun aplikasi GIS yang di-customized. Neraca sumber daya mineral, batubara, dan panas bumi disusun berdasarkan titik koordinat keterdapatan sehingga dapat dimodelkan dengan menggunakan webGIS. Implementasi webGIS neraca sumber daya mineral, batubara, dan panas bumi yang saat ini ada ternyata belum sepenuhnya mengakomodasi kebutuhan pengguna yang ingin mengakses dengan menggunakan perangkat mobile-nya. Oleh sebab itu, dilakukan pencarian alternatif lain dalam pengembangan webGIS neraca sumber daya mineral, batubara, dan panas bumi. Salah satu alternatif yang dirasa cukup mengakomodasi kebutuhan pengguna yang ingin mengakses dari perangkat mobile adalah dengan menggunakan ArcGIS API.

This paper is dedicated to the current state of the Geometry Database (Geometry DB) for the CBM experiment. The geometry DB is an information system that supports the CBM geometry. The main aims of Geometry DB are to provide storage of the CBM geometry, convenient tools for managing the geometry modules, assembling various versions of the CBM setup as a combination of geometry modules and additional files, providing support of various versions of the CBM setup. The development is based on the analysed users’ requirements (which were formulated in User Requirements Document) and takes into account peculiarities of the workflow for simulation of particle transport through the setup. Both the Graphical User Interface (GUI) and the Application Programming Interface (API) are available for the members of the CBM collaboration.

Plastic waste has reached pandemic levels worldwide. It adversely affects wildlife, wildlife habitat, and humans. Meanwhile, adopting information technology may reduce plastic waste problem. In this study, a Zerowaster application was developed that can provide green spot information. The idea of the developed application is unique from existing applications. Zerowaster application does not make plastic waste as an object that is informed, but rather shows information on clean places or where there is no trash. Prototype method is used in this study. And Blackblox is chosen as a method to test the application. Application development is started by desgining interface, then developinng a webpage admin, implementing Application Programming Interface (API) and Geographic Information System (GIS). The result shows that Zerowaster application running well on mobile application as well as showing green spot for the users.

Operasional sektor perkebunan di Indonesia sebagian besar masih mengandalkan sistem konvensional yang menggunakan tenaga manusia untuk melakukan kontrol ke lapangan. Dengan kondisi tersebut, masih sulit jika ingin melakukan peningkatan kinerja operasional menjadi lebih efisien, efektif, dan produktif. Ditambah lagi, kondisi pandemi yang tengah dihadapi saat ini secara tidak langsung sangat berdampak dan berpotensi menurunkan angka produktivitas. Sistem operasional ataupun pengelolaan lahan perkebunan harus mengalami perubahan. Pemanfaatan teknologi dan inovasi sangat dibutuhkan untuk membantu mempertahankan ataupun meningkatkan kualitas dan kuantitas hasil produksi. Oleh sebab itu, dibutuhkan suatu rancangan sistem informasi berbasis website, yang bekerja menyampaikan informasi kondisi geografis suatu area secara real-time sebagai solusi dari permasalahan pemantauan kondisi geografis. Sistem informasi tersebut bekerja menggunakan informasi berupa data spasial (bereferensi geografis) yang dikenal dengan Sistem Informasi Geografis atau Geographic Information System (GIS).Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk  membangun GIS berbasis web guna memberikan informasi dan menggambarkan kondisi (normal, rawan, kritis) pada suatu area/lahan secara real-time. Metode penelitian ini terdiri dari lima tahapan, yaitu persiapan penelitian (studi literatur), pengkajian objek (observasi, analisis kebutuhan sistem), perancangan dan pembangunan GIS dan integrasi dengan IoT, analisis dan pengujian penerapan GIS, serta penarikan kesimpulan. Sistem informasi geografis yang dibuat adalah dengan menampilkan peta (maps) area yang dipantau. Perangkat lunak yang digunakan untuk menampilkan maps adalah Google Maps Platform yang mana pada platform tersebut terdapat interface yang disebut API (Application Programming Interface). Google Maps API digunakan untuk menghubungkan sistem informasi geografis yang berbasis website dengan google maps. GIS memberikan informasi dan menggambarkan kondisi geografis suatu area secara real-time, kondisi area yang normal ditandai dengan warna hijau, kondisi antara (rawan kritis) ditandai dengan warna kuning serta kondisi area yang kritis ditandai dengan warna merah. Dengan adanya sistem informasi geografis, maka membantu para pekerja lapangan dalam memantau kondisi geografis suatu area secara real-time tanpa harus berada langsung di lokasi. Berdasarkan hasil penilaian pengguna, sebagian besar menyatakan “sangat setuju” bahwa GIS ini bermanfaat, bersifat user-friendly, mudah diakses kapanpun dan di manapun, serta memiliki kecepatan akses yang baik. Selain itu, sebagian besar juga menyatakan “setuju” bahwa GIS mampu menampilkan informasi yang akurat dan dapat membantu pekerjaan.

The use of information systems for institutional management is to help management in knowing what causes the institution's target to be achieved or not achieved. The new student admission process (PMB) is a routine activity carried out by a university every year to get new students. Subang State Polytechnic (POLSUB) utilizes technology in the form of information systems in PMB activities, especially for online registration processes, announcement of results, management of administrative data, and information on PMB.The Importance of the New Student Admissions Information System (SI PMB), there arises interest in discussing and analyzing whether the current PMB SI has been in accordance with the function and checking whether SI PMB can help complete the work in accordance with the objectives. The study was conducted to create a model that can analyze the application of SI PMB by utilizing Operation Management Technique (OMT) and the Capability Maturity Model (CMM) theory as a benchmark of success. This research is still in the process of processing, a temporary product is a model that contains the determination of variables and measuring indicators that will be used in measuring the maturity of the New Student Admissions Information System, as well as the instrument of questions that will be filled by previously determined respondents. The models and instruments made are expected to be used to analyze the maturity of the New Student Admissions Information System at Subang State Polytechnic.Keywords: Maturity Model, Operations Management Technique, New Student Admission.

Internet of Things (IoT) is a concept where all products can interact with each other to help human activities by utilizing the internet. The IoT system can help solve problems such as the schedule-based retrieval system at a temporary shelter in Indonesia. This paper creates a web-based geographic information system along with the IoT-based waste temporary shelter prototype. The prototype also integrated with an Arduino Microcontroller so that it can sort the waste automatically into three types of waste, then record data in the form of height and weight, and send the results of the data to the database so that the geographic information system can display the results of the data. Node-RED serves as an Application Programming Interface (API) that sends data from the server to the database belonging to a web-based geographic information system. The results of the performance analysis are that the prototype has sorted waste well, and the system also produced good QoS by ETSI standards when looking at the network traffic from the MQTT server to the database, and from the end-user to the web. As for the QoE results for tools and systems have produced good results according to the ITU-T standard.

This study aims to determine the management of information systems, supporting and inhibiting factors in the acceptance of new students at the Puteri Khadijah Islamic Boarding School Pamekasan. This study uses a qualitative approach with a descriptive type of research. Data obtained from observation, interviews, and documentation. The results showed that first, in managing the information system for admitting new students at the Islamic boarding school, they planned by forming a committee, determining the opening and closing dates, the conditions that must be met, providing website-based forms, and file deposits and evaluating each process carried out. This has been done directly or in writing, after the entire program has been carried out with the evaluation, of course, to find out what is still lacking from the performance to the new student admissions committee then corrected in the future. Second, the supporting factors are the guidance from the caregivers, the direction from the coaches, and also the cooperation of the New Santri Admission committee, completeness of facilities, and infrastructure. The inhibiting factor is the lack of communication between fellow New Santri Admission committees
