The modern educational space is characterized by its gradual digitalization and inclusion of electronic educational platforms not only in distance education, but also in online interaction between a teacher and a full-time student. Moreover, students devote more time to learning on their own. In such conditions, teachers spend more time on developing and providing electronic teaching materials, which means changes in the requirements for the teacher’s information literacy. It is getting more important to look for the most effective methods of teaching, the ways of providing information and material. Moreover, it is necessary to create a natural learning environment in the conditions of digitalization, which provides for productive activities, the development of a student’s personality, and cognitive processes. Methodologists try to obtain traditional results from online interaction. Modern universities often use electronic educational platforms where teachers can provide their courses supplementing the classroom work. The success of such teaching combined with computer technologies will largely depend on the teacher’s ability and willingness to use the Internet. This article is devoted to a foreign language teacher’s professiogram in the conditions of digitalization of the educational process and a wide use of electronic educational platforms. We will focus on the teacher’s professional competence, which allows to organize online interaction between teachers and students and to promote e-learning.

The article focuses on the peculiarities of teaching speaking in E-learning educational environment, which today is a must for organizing educational process of high quality. The material to analyze is based on the on-line part of the course "Foreign language practice (English)", worked out for the students of Bachelor’s Program "Pedagogical Education (double major) and Second Foreign language " (5 years, full time) of Kazan Federal University. The status of foreign language teachers has always been high as they play an important role in fostering cross-cultural communication, in promoting tolerance and bridging nations and countries. It is up to teachers to make students understand the essence of successful communication that lies in respecting the diversity of cultures, peoples, nations, and languages. In this respect being culturally competent is of great importance (MINGAZOVA; MELLO; GAFIYATOVA, 2017). The course "Foreign language practice (English)" is located on the platform edu.kpfu.ru. Special attention is paid to the implementation of a communicative approach when teaching speaking, considering the individual educational trajectory of the student or the study group. In addition, the research gives the gist of the theoretical analysis and the results of the experimental testing of the teaching speaking approaches, the effectiveness of the methods used when forming speaking skills of the students. Thus, we could state that when teaching speaking in E-learning educational environment, it is necessary to conduct preparatory stages in the form of studying and training new vocabulary online, which leads to the possibility to give more time to group forms of work during face-to-face classes. The groundwork and analysis of the selected factual material indicate that, teaching speaking can be effectively carried out online, if certain requirements are met, such as the use of a communicative approach, the proper organization of individual and group work, high self-discipline and motivation of the student and the teacher. The use of E-learning educational environment can improve the quality of training speaking skills in higher educational institution.

Purpose of the study. The relevance of the article is due to the digital transformation of the educational process and the increasing requirements for digital education. The purpose of this study is to develop a cognitive model of the learning path based on the digital footprint and analyze the results of its testing.Materials and methods. The study includes a review and analysis of bibliographic sources on the problems of using the digital footprint in the education system, as well as the construction of a model of the e-learning path management system taking into account the digital footprint of students with its implementation in the e-learning system based on LMS Moodle.Results. In this paper, the concept of the digital footprint of trainees is given, the structure of its components is considered. In this case, the digital footprint is understood as the electronic form ofpresenting data based on the results of the educational, professional and social activities of a person, characterizing the level of their professional competence in terms of the trajectory of personal and professional development. At the same time, components of digital footprint are distinguished as technical, technological, personality-psychological, behavioral, active, competent, communicative, and reflective. The concept of the cognitive model structure of a learner is also given, which includes personal experience and competence, cognitive abilities, socially-determined and biopsychic characteristics, the ability to reflect, and technical equipment. At the same time, we can conclude that the digital footprint of the student is to a certain extent a digital imprint of the current cognitive model, fixed at a certain point in time and showing the place of a particular person in social and professional environment.Based on the results of modeling the e-learning trajectory, the concept of an electronic training course has been designed to form and evaluate the professional competencies of students taking into account their digital footprint. The model was tested in the LMS e-learning system of the Bashkir State Agrarian University for both full-time students and students of a distance group of continuing education courses as part of further professional education. The proposed electronic course allows, in particular, to realize the cognitive model of the educational process by varying the learning tasks and their learning paths.Conclusion. The considered methodology for formation of an educational trajectory based on a digital footprint is intended to improve the educational process, increase its efficiency by strengthening control over the current level of formation of students’ competencies. The proposed concept of e-learning, taking into account the cognitive model of the learner, allows you to build a flexible learning path that takes into account the existing level of professional competence of the student and individual characteristics and needs. At the same time, it is concluded that the formation and assessment ofprofessional competencies of students is a complex task, the effective solution of which requires the integration of the efforts of all participants in the educational process, including lecturers and students.

The article analyzes modern methods of teaching a foreign language and justifies the expediency of their use in technical institutions of higher education. The process of teaching English in non-linguistic higher educational institutions has certain features related to the different initial level of language training of first-year students; the number of academic hours allocated to the study of this discipline; the quantitative composition of groups; low motivation to learn a foreign language. It is noted that motivation plays an important role in the educational process, the formation of which among students of technical universities should be one of the main tasks of the educational process. It is established that it is possible to significantly increase the effectiveness of the lesson provided that the content of the discipline "foreign language" is professionally oriented in technical universities. It is found that the use of interactive learning technologies involves the use of communicative, in particular cognitive-communicative, and constructivist methods of teaching a foreign language. It is proved that the use of innovative approaches to teaching English and multimedia teaching tools allows students to increase motivation to learn foreign languages, provide access to new, alternative sources of information, develop independent mental activity, form communication skills, cultural and professional competence.
