According to the statistical data of the 44th China statistical report on Internet development, as of June 2019, the number of Internet users in China has reached 854 million, and the penetration rate has reached 61.2%. The number of mobile Internet users reached 8.47 million, accounting for 99.1% of the total Internet users [1]. The number of Internet users in China continued to grow steadily. With the rapid development of high-tech and Internet, the continuous expansion of Internet users, the continuous optimization of the network environment, the gradual formation of the network society, the network life tends to be a regular state, and the network culture is also formed in this environment, which has become an important part of China’s cultural system. This paper takes netizens as the core, studies the construction of network cultural data trading platform based on netizens’ behavior. Through the establishment of netizens influence model and online cultural data trading platform, this paper studies the consumption intention of online cultural products and the characteristics of online cultural data trading platform from the perspective of netizens. Based on the data of strong research results, this paper puts forward suggestions and strategies for the construction of network cultural data trading platform and the innovation of network cultural products in China.

OA (Office Automation, OA) has been developed rapidly in the 1970s and introduced into China. In the 1990s, it has entered the high-speed development stage. With the rapid development of mobile internet technology, it will be a trend to apply such a high-tech to office automation. Meantime, there has introduced the workflow development approach to development in the overall system implementation. This thesis presents strategy on design and implementation on workflow based mobile office automation. The article is meant to analyze current problems and prospects for the development of effective tax policy as part of digital transformation of Russian economy. Introduction of a digital tax and the consequences of the digital tax reforms in the EU, the USA and OECD countries are highlighted. The necessity of qualitative transformation of the tax system of the Russian Federation in response to modern challenges is substantiated, taking into account the changes of the Tax Code of the Russian Federation adopted at the end of July 2020. The authors suggested their own concept of a digital tax and the prospects for its adoption in Russia, and consider it inappropriate to impose taxes on Internet users who do not use the Internet for business. Today, the main focus should be made on creating and testing effective technologies that allow on-line monitoring the tax basis of digital economy entities, taking into account the cross-border movement or use of digital products (goods and services). In addition, it would be extremely important to provide for a potential tax exemption for part of the profits of international ICT companies that are received on the territory of the Russian Federation and reinvested in joint with Russian companies projects in the high-tech for civil purposes area.

Harnessing the rapid development of mobile internet technology, the sharing economy has experienced unprecedented growth in the global economy, especially in China. Likely due to its increasing popularity, more and more businesses have adopted this label in China. There is a concern as to the essential meaning of the sharing economy. As it is difficult to have a universally accepted definition, we aim to map the sharing economy and demystify the use of it in China in this paper. We propose seven organizing essential elements of the sharing economy: access use rights instead of ownership, idle capacity, short term, peer-to-peer, Internet platforms mediated, for monetary profit, and shared value orientation. By satisfying all or only parts of these elements, we propose one typology of sharing economy, and to differentiate bona fide sharing economy from quasi- and pseudo-sharing economy. Finally, there are still many problems that need to be solved urgently in the real sharing economy from the perspective of the government, companies and individuals.

As the rapid development of mobile Internet and smart devices, more and more online content providers begin to collect the preferences of their customers through various apps on mobile devices. These preferences could be largely reflected by the ratings on the online items with explicit scores. Both of positive and negative ratings are helpful for recommender systems to provide relevant items to a target user. Based on the empirical analysis of three real-world movie-rating data sets, we observe that users’ rating criterions change over time, and past positive and negative ratings have different influences on users’ future preferences. Given this, we propose a recommendation model on a session-based temporal graph, considering the difference of long- and short-term preferences, and the different temporal effect of positive and negative ratings. The extensive experiment results validate the significant accuracy improvement of our proposed model compared with the state-of-the-art methods.

With the rapid development of mobile Internet, the social network has become an important platform for users to receive, release, and disseminate information. In order to get more valuable information and implement effective supervision on public opinions, it is necessary to study the public opinions, sentiment tendency, and the evolution of the hot events in social networks of a smart city. In view of social networks’ characteristics such as short text, rich topics, diverse sentiments, and timeliness, this paper conducts text modeling with words co-occurrence based on the topic model. Besides, the sentiment computing and the time factor are incorporated to construct the dynamic topic-sentiment mixture model (TSTS). Then, four hot events were randomly selected from the microblog as datasets to evaluate the TSTS model in terms of topic feature extraction, sentiment analysis, and time change. The results show that the TSTS model is better than the traditional models in topic extraction and sentiment analysis. Meanwhile, by fitting the time curve of hot events, the change rules of comments in the social network is obtained.

With the rapid development of information technology, facing the problems and new challenges brought by mobile Internet and Internet of things technology, as one of the key technologies of 5G, millimeter-wave mobile communication (28/38/60/70 GHz) which can realize gigabit (GB/s, or even higher) data transmission rate has also attracted extensive attention of wireless researchers all over the world, it has quickly become a research hotspot in the field of wireless communication. In the millimeter-wave massive MIMO downlink wireless sensor system, a block diagonal beamforming algorithm based on the approximate inverse of Neumann series is improved to obtain complete digital beamforming. Then, when designing hybrid beamforming, channel estimation and high-dimensional singular value decomposition are required for traditional analog and digital hybrid beamforming. A low complexity hybrid beamforming scheme is designed. An improved gradient projection algorithm is proposed in the design of analog beamforming, which can solve the problem of high computational complexity and less damage to guarantee and rate. Simulation results show that the hybrid beam terminal of the sensor reduces the number of RF links required for full digital beamforming and is as close to the spectral efficiency performance of full digital beamforming as possible. The results show that the performance of the designed hybrid beamforming scheme can still be close to that of the pure digital beamforming scheme without involving channel estimation and SVD decomposition.

With the continuous deepening of medical reforms and the continuous attempts and explorations of various management models, the traditional health care model is undergoing tremendous changes, and patients’ needs for medical institutions are becoming more and more comprehensive. Medical institutions are meeting the needs of providing medical services to patients at the same time. It is even more necessary to change our thinking and enhance the service concept. This article is based on case-based deep learning hospital nursing business process reengineering and the application and feasibility study of integrated nursing information construction in nephrology nursing. This article uses the literature analysis method, the social survey method, and other methods to discuss the construction of integrated nursing information. On the one hand, the content of this article uses the concept of process reengineering to analyze the current development status and existing problems of the hospital care industry and find countermeasures to solve problems. On the other hand, the main research content of this article is the construction of integrated nursing information and its analysis of the application and feasibility of nursing in the nephrology department. At the same time, under the background of the rapid development of the mobile Internet, we will carry out extended thinking on the continuous transformation of the construction of nursing information. According to the survey results, 87.5% of patients in the nephrology department are dissatisfied with the current hospital’s work efficiency, and 85.7% of the nursing staff in the nephrology department are generally satisfied with the information management of the current department. After the implementation of the hospital information integration system, patient satisfaction is as high as 98.2%, and the satisfaction of medical staff reached 94.2%. The construction of integrated nursing information has played a great role in the application of nephrology nursing.

Nowadays, with the rapid development of the Internet, all walks of life are closely connected with the development of the Internet. Differences in the degree of integration between different industries and the Internet make the leading industries of the national economy constantly change, thus promoting the transformation and upgrading of the industrial structure. The impact of Internet development on the upgrading of industrial structure is not only that the interconnected technologies and platforms change the traditional economic model, but also that the integration of Internet and industry has a profound impact on the industrial structure.
