Behavior change is one that can be seen is student achievement is the result or level of ability that has been achieved by students after following the teaching and learning process in a certain time either in the form of behavioral changes, skills and knowledge and then will be measured and assessed which then manifested in the numbers or statements.The learning process and its results can only be observed from changes in different behaviors that were previously in a person in terms of knowledge, affective and psychomotor. Broadly speaking, the learning process is influenced by duafaktor, namely internal factors and external factors. Internal factors include physiological factors, ie student body and psychological factors, ie students' intelligence or intelligence, motivation, interests, attitudes, talents. External factors include the natural environment and the socio-cultural environment, while the non-social or instrumental environment, ie the curriculum, the program, the learning facilities, the teacher.

The learning process is considered successful when the ability to absorb the teaching material has reached high achievement, both individual and group and the behavior in the specific instructional objectives has been achieved by students. Teachers as learning designers have a role in designing learning to produce optimally students achievement. The headmaster as a leader has a role to create a conducive and controlled school so that produces the best graduates. This research tries to analyze about professionalism of headmaster and teacher in improving student achievement. In this study found the conclusion that the success of students can be achieved due to students’ internal factors and external factors such as environment, school leadership, teacher methods in teaching and learning climate.

Self-Regulated Learner is a student who can stand alone, not dependent on others. His or her behavior and attitude do not come in sudden but through a process since their childhood. Among individuals are different because of many factors. Factors that greatly influence student's self-regulated attitude categories into two factors from internal and external. Internal factors, namely, physiological factors; including the physical condition of students, healthy or unhealthy, and psychological factors; including talents, interests, attitudes, motivation, intelligence, and others. Meanwhile, external factors; including family, school, and society. This study discussed how good student self-regulated learning, its characteristics, its benefits, and its process.

Learning is a process that must be done by every individual to get knowledge. It is considerably a fundamental element in the implementation of any education level. The success of education depends on the student learning process both within and outside the school. In formal education the learning process is inseparable from to the teaching and learning process. Both of these processes are synergized to realize the ideals of the nation in order to educate the life of the world. As learning creatures and educational practitioners, whatever related to learning is important to know. Learning is a conscious activity undertaken by individuals through training and experiences that produce behavioral changes that include the cognitive, affective and psychomotor aspects. While teaching and learning is a system or process of teaching subject matters that are planned, implemented, and evaluated systematically so that students can achieve the learning objectives effectively and efficiently. Three learning characteristics are: (a) learning is a conscious effort of a person, (b) learning is characterized by a change of behavior that encompasses all aspects (cognitive, affective, and psychomotor), and such changes are relatively permanent, (c) changes in behavior are derived from the interaction process with the environment and exercises. Factors that influence learning and teaching process are internal factors (physiological and psychological) and external factors (family, school and community). Five principles of learning: subsumption, organizer progressive differentiation concolidation integrative Reconciliation.Keywords: Learning process, education, environment

The purpose of writing this article is to find out how the administration process of students in order to achieve the objectives of education, the technique used is the study of literature that is collecting some material from journals, books, and others.Administration of students (students) is the entire process of activities planned and planned deliberately and continuous guidance for all students in the relevant educational institutions in order to be able to follow the teaching and learning process (PBM) effectively and efficiently, to achieve educational goals has been established.The purpose of the administration of students in education is generally to regulate all activities related to students so that the teaching and learning process runs effectively and efficiently so that the educational goals can be maximally achieved.In administrative students there is a process or activity carried out by the administrator, namely 1) the activities of the beginning of the school year which include planning, 2) during the school year, 3) the end of the school year.Instruments in student administration are master books, book clusters, student condition lists, student attendance books, school discipline records, student achievement notebooks, and mutation books.

The goal to be achieved in this study is to determine the effect of teacher teaching style on student achievement at SMK Sasmita Jaya, South Tangerang. The time of the research takes place from December 2020 to April 2021. In improving education, of course, it is influenced by teaching and learning interactions during the learning process. The intended interaction is a reciprocal relationship between teachers and students in the teaching and learning process. This research method is an associative research using a quantitative approach. The subjects of this study were 75 students of class XI majoring in Marketing at SMK Sasmita Jaya, South Tangerang. While the sample used was 75 respondents using the saturated sample technique. Collecting data using interviews, questionnaires, documentation, and literature study. While the data analysis using Validity Test, Reliability Test, Simple Linear Regression, Correlation Coefficient, Coefficient of Determination and Significance Test. The results in this study indicate that the value of Y=16.948+0.550x. The results of the calculation of the correlation coefficient indicate that there are not examined in this study. From the results of the significant test calculation, it is known (4.282 > 1.993) then H0 is rejected and H1 is accepted, thus it is evident that there is a significant influence between teacher teaching styles on student achievement at SMK Sasmita Jaya, South Tangerang.

<p>The experience of anxiety when performing music is considered problematic for musicians of various levels. Feelings of fear and nervousness when perform music in front of audience also happened in pianist. By knowing the concept of anxiety, hopes both lecturer and students can reduce this syndrome. This article aims to determine the characteristics of anxiety that appear in undergraduates piano majors. Literature review method was conduct to search information related to MPA on undergraduates piano majors. The results of this study are MPA in undergraduates piano majors occurs due to internal factors including gender, lack of practice, perfectionist student character and piano students’ perceptions of the audience and the future careers and external factors which include the piano learning process mostly uses a teacher centered approach, teacher and audience evaluations of piano student performances, and room conditions.</p>

The purpose of this research is to describe the factors causing the Low Learning Outcomes of Historical learning in Students grade X IPS1 at SMA Negeri 12 Padang. The design that researcher used in this research was a qualitative design. The sample of this research is students of X IPS1 and history teachers at SMA Negeri 12 Padang. The researcher used observation, interview, and documentation technique to get primary data and secondary data. The validity data used triangulation theory to test the accuracy of the data. The analysis of data collection techniques, data reduction showed the conclusions. The results of this research is Internal factors that cause student learning outcomes to decline are in terms of intelligence, attitudes, talents and interests of many underachieved and talented students in the learning process, students' interest in history subjects is still lacking. Students’ Attitude in the learning process are less comfortable, generally students struggle and do not pay attention to the teacher in the teaching and learning process.

ABSTRACT This research is entitled the teaching of public speaking for MICE student. It is improvement teaching for MICE student in order to make them able to deliver the speech and also to be able to make presentation, able to make negotiation and able to deliver the speech as master of ceremony. It is very important, because we can not adapt the sillabus from business admiinistration departement, but we must provide the sillabus for the MICE studi program. The research activity is done during the teaching and learning process on the classroom.it is happened on sixt semester. The program is done by teaching and practicing them the principle of speech. Making presentation, negotiating, speech delivery, being a master of ceremony, and being moderator. This field research is done directly to the MICE student on the sixth semester and the this research is aimed to up grade thir capability to speak english in many variant situation. It could be reach by presenting and making certain sillabus of english for public speaking tefor MICE study program, on sixth semester. It does not imitate Business Administration silabus anymore like used to be on the last 5 years. This research finally is able to produce and create public speaking for MICE study program containing material that support their student achievement on the classroom. Key word : MICE study program, sillabus, achievement, presentation, delivery speech, negotiation and master of ceremony.

Abstract Sports psychology has a great deal of potential for interpreting and interpreter training, as stress seems to be one of the major psychological factors influencing an interpreter’s professional behaviour. A competitive sports situation is similar to an interpreting assignment, as both are characterized by the need of the performers, the athlete or the interpreter to achieve. They cannot escape from the situation, and they need to achieve what they have undertaken to do. Their performance on the day depends on external and internal factors that they need to control efficiently. Stress is and has for some time been a widely-researched topic in interpreting studies, as it seems to be a fact of life for interpreters. Stress research in interpreting has, however, focused mainly on the external factors influencing an interpreter’s performance. This paper presents an outline of sports psychology and reviews the literature on the psychology of stress. It then presents research conducted on stress in the context of interpreting. Finally, it examines how we can help our students cope with stress and control the internal factors influencing their performance as interpreters.

ABSTRAK   Penelitian Tindakan Kelas ini dilakukan oleh karena rendahnya hasil belajar siswa pada materi konsep mol dan masih belum terlaksana dengan baik penerapan metode pembelajaran terutama pada proses pembelajaran Kimia di kelas X MIPA Sma Negeri 6 Kota Bekasi. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa metode pembelajaran Problem Solving memiliki dampak positif dalam meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa. Berdasarkan analisis data, aktivitas guru dalam proses pembelajaran Problem Solving dalam setiap siklus juga mengalami peningkatan serta berdampak positif terhadap prestasi belajar siswa. Hal ini dapat ditunjukkan dengan nilai rata – rata siswa pada setiap siklus yang terus mengalami peningkatan. Dengan demikian hipotesis tindakan dalam penelitian ini terbukti bahwa penerapan metode pembelajaran problem Solving dalam proses belajar mengajar dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa pada materi konsep mol.   Kata kunci: Hasil Belajar , Kimia, Konsep Mol, Metode Pembelajaran Problem Solving ABSTRACT   The Classroom Action Research was conducted because of the low learning achievements of MOL concept and still has not done well the use of  learning methods, especially in the learning process in Chemistry class of X MIPA SMAN 6 Bekasi . This research outputs indicated that Problem Solving has a positive impact in improving learning achievements of students. Based on data analysis the activity of the teacher in the learning process using Problem Solving method in each cycle also increased as well as the positive impact on the student achievement. This can be shown by the average value of student in each cycle which is constantly increasing. Thus the hypothesis of action in the study proved that the application of the problem solving method in the teaching and learning can enhance learning achievement student to learn Chemistry with the material theory of Mol concept.   Keywords: achievement, Chemistry, Concept Mol, Problem Solving Method
