In the European Union and Poland, one of the priorities within the framework of the policy of quality and distinguishing food products is to preserve regional traditions and customs. This is realized through European and Polish food quality systems, which aim to protect specific agricultural products and food, including traditional, regional and ecological food. This protection is based on high quality, a recipe that adds authenticity to products, as well as unique and unchanging character. For several years, there has been a growing interest in the European Union and Poland in high quality products with appropriate markings. The aim of the article was to present European and Polish food quality systems and to indicate the possibility of financial support for food manufacturers within the framework of these systems. Participation of Polish food manufacturers in programs for the development and maintenance of the quality of manufactured products and their distinctions is crucial to exist and stay in the highly globalized and competitive market. The geographical location of our country, rich cultural heritage, culinary tradition and an unpolluted natural environment are the advantages that undoubtedly contribute to the development of these systems. The purpose of supporting food quality systems is also evident by the involvement at the level of the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development and in activities of individual regions and entities applying for these quality certificates. It can be assumed (by observing the set requirements and reported needs of customers and available financial support options for food manufacturers) that the quantity of reported products within the framework of European and Polish quality systems will grow and be appreciated by customers and manufacturers.

The article presents the methodology of regulation of environmentally friendly land use. We found that the methodology for regulating environmentally friendly land use will include several levels: international legislation, state regulation, the level of integrated structures, agricultural enterprises. A number of tasks to be solved by the methodology of regulating ecologically safe land use have been identified. It is established that the methodology of agroeconomic research of regulation of ecologically safe land use will include: assessment of natural and ecological properties of land use, economic, technological and social components. In the current conditions of making, a profit is not the only and ultimate goal of the producer. Much more important today is the preservation of the natural environment and the development of the social sphere. In order to integrate into the trade space of the European Union, the manufacturer must think about the quality of manufactured products. It is under such conditions that the production of environmentally friendly products began. For effective business development in the field of this business, it is necessary to establish relations with local authorities and develop a regulatory framework that will contribute to the formation of effective sales channels and promotion of products among the population. Polish membership in the European Union (instruments of the CAP) and national agricultural policy in that area have an influence on the market of agricultural land in Poland. Financial support for agriculture is justified, because agriculture supplies public goods, but at the same time it inhibits agrarian transformation and increases the phenomenon of rent seeking. This concerns mainly farmers carrying out easy and highly supported activities such as agri- -environmental programme. The results of field studies carried out among the beneficiaries of this program in Warmia-Mazury region showed that the scale of rent-seeking can be evaluated even at the level of approx. 30%. This concerns mainly members of larger-area farms, acquired through purchase after 2000. These are usually farms supported within actions organic farming, receiving no revenue from the sale of agricultural products.

Дове-дено, що тенденції попиту на органічну продукцію в Європейському Союзі та наявні якісні й екологіч-но чисті земельні ресурси в Україні створюють передумови для активізації органічного виробниц-тва і відповідного експорту. Визначено проблеми, що стримують впровадження даної системи землеробства, та пропозиції щодо їх розв’язання. The necessity of the development of organic farming in Ukraine, as a condition of growth of exports of agricultural products to the European Union was grounded. That at the same time ensures the preservation and reproduction of the qualitative characteristics of land resources. It is proved that the trend of demand for organic products in the European Union and the available high-quality and environmentally friendly land resources in Ukraine create the preconditions for enhancing organic production and corresponding exports. The problems hindering the implementation of the farming system and proposals for their solution were defined.

Abstract The production and promotion of high-quality traditional food are playing an important role in the European Union. One of the main indications of the production quality is the awarding of signs confirming the quality of the traditional products. Meat and meat products play an important role in preserving the tradition. They are produced according to traditional recipes, passed down from generation to generation, and their preparation uses products typical of the region, from local crops and breeding. Thanks to this, they gain specific taste values, unheard of in other parts of the country.

In conditions of climate change, when temperature and precipitation fluctuations occur more and more frequently during the growing season, it is necessary to obtain high quality seedlings with "immunity" to various stress factors, including high weediness, the damage from which is associated with a decrease in yield (by 25 -35%) and with a deterioration in the quality of agricultural products. Due to the imbalance in production technology, seedlings are often weakened, overgrown, with a low yield per unit area and survival rate in the field. One of the solutions to this problem is the use of PP for pre-sowing seed treatment to increase the competitiveness of seedlings in the field.

In the year before the accession to the European Union, the Slovak agricultural sector reported a loss of SKK 2.4 billion and following a profitable year, the earnings were reduced by SKK 2.8 billion. The situation was caused by a number of reasons, namely reduced sales of agricultural products, damage resulting from adverse weather effects (cold weather, hail, drought and  swine fever), as well as widening of the price gap compared to the year before (increasing input prices in agriculture and decreasing purchase prices of agricultural products, especially in livestock production). Legal entities and natural persons experienced mixed business success. While 51% of legal entities made profit, the figure rose to 76% in the group of natural persons. Both the agricultural cooperatives and trading companies performed with a loss. The loss per hectare of agricultural land (a.l.) was substantially lower in the case of business companies. Natural persons - private farmers were profitable over the period. The gap between the profitable and loss-making enterprises has widened. Some 60% of profitable enterprises owned by legal entities made only a small profit below SKK 0.5 million. The loss-making performance was typical for more productive areas of Slovakia. This was related to stronger effects of adverse climate in 2003.

The article examines the financial support (not tax) of the economy in the EU countries due to the pandemic. A comprehensive vision of the situation and strategic planning are the foundation of the Euro-pean Union's economic policy. These qualities help to develop comprehensive measures to stabilize the labor market and entrepreneurship in the countries of the European Union in the context of a global emergency. A positive factor is also the fact that in an epidemic situation, political decisions of various states are aimed at introducing socially oriented measures that support their citizens.

The research represents a real attempt to show the contemporary competition and conflict that erupted between countries to control the countries that affected by The Arab Spring. Especially the oil-rich, including Libya, which has a distinguished geographical location, so this is what made France and Turkey engage in a political adventure, an economic competition, and an attempt to establish influence in Libya. The State of Libya was completely destroyed in order to control its oil, which is targeted by Western countries and their oil companies. The Turkish government tried to exploit its Islamic identity to influence the emotions of the Libyan parties and provided support for them. Then, it made an agreement with the Libyan government headed by Fayez al-Sarraj to demarcate the maritime borders, which gave it space to pressure against its opponents in the Mediterranean, after its negotiations to join the European Union failed due to France's refusal to join. The research was divided into five parts, the first dealt with contemporary Turkish-French relations, while the second one dealt with Turkey's position on the French intervention in Libya in 2011. The third one showed France's position on Turkey's accession to the European Union. The fourth one clarified the Turkish-French relations after the 2011 Libyan crisis. The fifth one included the contemporary French strategy in Libya, and finally the sixth one revolved around the impact of the Turkish-French competition on Libya. In 2004, the European Commission approved the specific support action 'Integration of Mycotoxin and Toxigenic Fungi Research for Food Safety in the Global System' (MycoGlobe, contract FOOD-CT-2004-007174) within the Sixth Framework Programme, Food Quality and Safety. The aim of the MycoGlobe project (http://mycoglobe.ispa.cnr.it) was to implement the outcomes of a wide range of European research projects in the area of mycotoxins and toxigenic fungi by supporting, stimulating and facilitating cooperation between countries in the European Union and other countries that have bilateral scientific and technological cooperation agreement with the European Union (such as USA, Australia and South America). Through a series of conferences and interactions between scientists worldwide, MycoGlobe was a very successful project. The scientific significance of the MycoGlobe project consisted in the spread of knowledge of advanced research tools in genomics and sophisticated and rapid detection systems for mycotoxins and toxigenic fungi; and evaluation of research policy and procedures to achieve best practice for enhancement of food quality and safety by elimination of mycotoxins and toxigenic fungi from commodities. The socio-economic significance of the project was the setting up of a global collaborative network for research and technology transfer in the field of mycotoxins and toxigenic fungi, particularly for the benefit of the developing countries. A relevant outcome of the project was also the launching of the International Society for Mycotoxicology (http://www.mycotoxsociety. org) to promote research on mycotoxins and toxigenic fungi, thereby leading to prevention and reduction in exposure to mycotoxins, enhanced food safety and a greater public awareness of this area.
