Job satisfaction will affect employee performance. Employees with high job satisfaction can produce maximum work performance. Conversely, employees with low job satisfaction will produce bad work performance. Therefore, job satisfaction is one of the important factors in a company that needs attention from the company's leadership. The science and technology method used is six dimensions in job satisfaction stated by Luthans (2006) which consists of the work itself, salary or wages, opportunities for promotion, supervision, work colleagues and working conditions. This study serves to measure job satisfaction and how it affects to employee performance at PT. Indonesia Stock Exchange North Sulawesi Representative Office.Keywords: job satisfaction, employee performance, dimensions in job satisfaction

This study aims to analyze the effect of job satisfaction on employee performance in a company. The problem raised is whether job satisfaction has an effect on improving employee performance in a company. The results of employee performance appraisal generally differ from one employee to another. This is certainly influenced by a number of factors, so company managers must be truly able to identify and understand these factors, which are then followed by effective management measures.

This study aims to determine employee training and career development and whether the employee is satisfied. The next objective is that the result of this study is to find out the positive relationship impact of training and career development on employee performance with job satisfaction as a moderating variable. This study aims to analyze the data collected from hundreds of respondents working in a company located in Phnom Penh City, Cambodia. The data have been analyzed, applying the statistical techniques SPSS program with correlation, simple regression, and multiple regressions. The research was conducted by a survey sample of the questionnaires according to the theory related to training, career development, employee performance, and job satisfaction online. This paper uses a Quantitative Method to analyze the phenomenon through all level staff working in the company. The research result includes suggestions and recommendations to the phenomenon, which will help management improve employee ability and capacity to work quality and achieve the company goal.

Four-Star Hotels in Bali continue to control the situation of the Covid-19 Pandemic by maintaining employee performance. Social Exchange Theory used to understand a person's behavior at work. A company leader who knows what employees want and can explain what will be obtained if the work results are in accordance with employee expectations will try to show maximum performance. The decline in employee performance indicates an increase in job stress and a decrease in employee job satisfaction. This study aims to determine the effect of job stress experienced by employee on job satisfaction and employee performance at Four-Star Hotels in Bali. The questionnaires were distributed to 130 employees from 10 Four-Star Hotels in Bali, only 117 questionnaires were returned (response rate 90%). The results showed that job stress has a negative effect on employee performance and, job satisfaction, while job satisfaction has no effect on employee performance. The research implies that job condition can cause stress depending on the employee's condition. The salaries they earn do not match the workload they, especially when working from home, and working time of other employees reduce their level of satisfaction at work. However, Covid-19 Pandemic conditions nowadays, employees feel that job satisfaction has no effect on their performance.

The purpose of this work is to present evidence which illustrate the significant effect of leadership and conflict management on employee satisfaction in a range of professions. Leadership and conflict management have a significant effect on job satisfaction. This is illustrated with examples of the interaction between these parameters in a range of professions. It is worth noting that a significant effect of leadership is exhibited in a range of different professional sectors and groups of employees, reflecting the universal value of leadership interacting with a wide range of parameters which may vary according to age, level of education, working conditions, cultural differences and employee expectations. Irrespective of the complexity and variety of determinant parameters, the effect of leadership and conflict management on job satisfaction has been widely exhibited in the reviewed data of the present analysis. Motivated and satisfied employees are a key in achieving organizational goals and leaders should take into account factors related to work performance, motivation and job satisfaction.

Within a company, employees are one of the most valuable assets. Employees are human resources that drive companies to compete with other companies. Employees who have satisfaction in working will certainly be able to increase performance productivity and achieve the goals set by the company. PT Timbul Mandiri Jaya Boyolali is a company engaged in the automotive sector which is addressed at Jalan Boyolali - Semarang KM 1, Winong Village, Boyolali District, Boyolali Regency. PT Timbul Mandiri Jaya Boyolali sells Honda motorcycle products and serves Honda motorcycle services. PT Timbul Mandiri Jaya Boyolali is the largest Honda motorcycle dealer in the city of Boyolali which has 75 employees both sales and ahass, because it has quite a lot  of employees of course need good management so that employees get satisfaction in working, this causes an influence on employee performance working at PT Timbul Mandiri Jaya Boyolali. This study aims to determine the effect of job satisfaction on employee performance at PT Timbul Mandiri Jaya Boyolali and which job satisfaction variables most influence employee performance at PT Timbul Mandiri Jaya Boyolali. This research was conducted at PT Timbul Mandiri Jaya Boyolali, a research period of 3 months by distributing several questionnaires with the object of Timbul Jaya Motor employees as many as 75 correspondents. Methods of collecting data using questionnaires. Analysis of the data used is multiple regression analysis and significance testing using t and F tests. The results show that there is no positive and significant effect of salary, the job itself, promotion and coworkers on employee performance, while the supervisory variable has a positive and significant influence on employee performance with t_table <t_count with a significance of more than 5% or 0.05   Keywords    : Salary, Employment, Promotion, Colleagues, Supervision, and Employee Performance.

CV Cihanjuang Inti Teknik is a company that produces micro hydro and turbine, as well as body warmers drinks in the food and beverage division (makmin). The company has 135 employees. Employee satisfaction is one of the important things that must be considered by a company because as this will impact on the performance of employees. Employees who are satisfied will have the awareness to do the more responsible duties at the company. But the reality on the ground there are some employees who are often absent from work, it is seen through the attendance percentage of employees who are still far from the target of work presence that is equal to 95%, while the rate of attendance of employees in 2015 was only 84.25%. There are also as many as 40% of employees feel less satisfied with promotion opportunities provided by the company. This resulted in employees feel lazy to work because they feel his efforts are not appreciated despite working diligently but can not get the appropriate results in the form of promotion (promotion). This study aims to determine job satisfaction and employee performance as well as the effect of job satisfaction on employee performance in CV Cihanjuang Inti Teknik. The method used is quantitative research methods. Data analysis methods used are descriptive statistical analysis, the classical assumption test, simple correlation analysis, linear regression analysis, and hypothesis testing. The sample in this study were 101 respondents. In the data collection used questionnaire with Likert scale. Based on the results of data processing, employee job satisfaction in the category both in terms of Work Itself, benefits, promotion opportunities, supervision, and Coworkers. Then the employee's performance was in the category good views of the Working Quantity, Quality of Work, Knowledge About Work, Personal Quality, Cooperation, Trustworthy, and Initiative. The conclusion of this research that there is an influence of job satisfaction on the performance of employees is 49,9%.

The current performance of the organization is very low, so many employees cannot complete their work on time. stress and job satisfaction become very influential on employee performance. The purpose of this article is to determine work stress, and job satisfaction with the current performance of employees. The results of this article are: (1) Job Stress and job satisfaction directly have a significant effect on employee performance; (2) Job Stress negatively affects employee performance, which means that the higher the level of work stress the employee will have a negative impact in improving employee performance at this time; (3) Job satisfaction has a positive effect on employee performance meaning that the higher the level of job satisfaction will have a positive impact in improving employee performance. Employee performance is very influential to the success of a company, especially a company based in the field of multi-level marketing (MLM) in which a person in demand hard to be able to use their emotional intelligence in order to get satisfactory results for their customers.The purpose of this study to determine the relationship of emotional intelligence with performance on the distributor of multi level marketing (MLM). This study used a quantitative approach. The variables of this study was emotional intelligence as an independent variable (X) and the interpretation of the work as the dependent variable (Y). The Sampling techniques was 100distributors through proposive sampling based on predetermined criteria. Process analysis using Pearson product moment correlation analysis performed using SPSS-17 For Windouws.Results of correlation (Pearson correlation) obtained = 0689 and p <0.05 (0.000 <0.05), which means that there was a relationship of emotional intelligence with work performance distributors of Multi Level Marketing.

The purpose of this study was to analyze the influence of organizational culture and compensation towards job satisfaction in improving the performance of employees on the baby boomers, generation x, y, and z. Respondents in this research is done by taking a employee population from some random generation of working around the area of West Jakarta and Tangerang. The method is carried out in the form of survey method with the dissemination of questionnaires with population numbers 150 people. The results of this research show that the culture of the Organization and compensation have levels of influence significantly to job satisfaction in improving employee performance. Adjustment of organizational culture in the work environment and the granting of compensation in accordance with the work that is given to the employee can be influential with the job satisfaction of employees in a company as well as improve productivity or performance employees at the company

The effectivity of work performance is affected by the job satisfaction of employees. Most important determinants of this satisfaction include physical working conditions, social relationships, possibility of open and direct communication, etc. Shortcomings in this regard will be reflected in the quality of work performance.
