The purpose of this study was to analyze the influence of organizational culture and compensation towards job satisfaction in improving the performance of employees on the baby boomers, generation x, y, and z. Respondents in this research is done by taking a employee population from some random generation of working around the area of West Jakarta and Tangerang. The method is carried out in the form of survey method with the dissemination of questionnaires with population numbers 150 people. The results of this research show that the culture of the Organization and compensation have levels of influence significantly to job satisfaction in improving employee performance. Adjustment of organizational culture in the work environment and the granting of compensation in accordance with the work that is given to the employee can be influential with the job satisfaction of employees in a company as well as improve productivity or performance employees at the company

The purpose of this study is to explain the influence of the Work Environment and Organizational Culture on Employee Performance Mediated by Job Satisfaction. The research approach used was a survey method, data collection was carried out using an instrument in the form of a questionnaire. The study population was all 60 people of the Konawe Kepulauan District Hospital, because the population was relatively small, all of the population became respondents. The analytical tool used in testing the hypothesis is Partial Least Square (PLS)The results of this study indicate that the work environment has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction, organizational culture has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction, the work environment has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, organizational culture has a positive but not significant effect on employee performance, and job satisfaction. positive and significant effect on employee performance. Thus job satisfaction mediates the influence of the work environment and organizational culture on employee performance.

Organizational culture, job satisfaction and organizational commitment in a company or organization are variables that are thought to be relatively significant in influencing the performance of Springfield School Cibubur employees. In order to prove the presence or absence of the influence of organizational culture and job satisfaction on performance with organizational commitment as an intervening variable, research was conducted with the aim of analyzing the presence of influence of these three variables on the performance of Springfield School Cibubur employees. The study was conducted at Springfield Cibubur school by taking saturated samples from the whole employee population excluding researcher. The questionnaire was distributed to 59 respondents with returned rate of 100%. Margin of error of 5% is used for the research. The study produced 5 main findings as follows: (1)Organizational culture has influence on performance of Springfield School Cibubur employees; (2) Job satisfaction has no influence on performance of Springfield School Cibubur employees; (3) Organizational culture has influence on organizational commitment of Springfield School Cibubur employees; (4) Job satisfaction has no influence on organizational commitment of Springfield School Cibubur employees; (5) Organizational commitment has no influence on performance of Springfield School Cibubur employees. ABSTRAK Budaya organisasi, kepuasan kerja dan komitmen organisasi dalam suatu perusahaan atau organisasi merupakan variabel yang diduga relatif signifikan mempengaruhi kinerja karyawan sekolah Springfield Cibubur. Untuk membuktikan ada atau tidaknya pengaruh budaya organisasi dan kepuasan kerja terhadap kinerja dengan komitmen organisasi sebagai variabel intervening, maka dilakukan penelitian dengan tujuan untuk menganalisa adanya pengaruh dari ketiga variabel tersebut terhadap kinerja karyawan pada sekolah Springfield Cibubur. Penelitian dilakukan di sekolah Springfield Cibubur dengan pengambilan sampel jenuh terhadap seluruh populasi karyawan, dengan tidak mengikutsertakan peneliti. Kuesioner diberikan kepada 59 responden dengan tingkat pengembalian 100%. Untuk penelitian ini digunakan margin of error 5%. Penelitian menghasilkan 5 temuan utama sebagai berikut : (1) Budaya organisasi berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan sekolah Springfield Cibubur; (2) Kepuasan kerja tidak berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan sekolah Springfield Cibubur; (3) Budaya organisasi berpengaruh terhadap komitmen organisasi karyawan sekolah Springfield Cibubur; (4) Kepuasan kerja tidak berpengaruh terhadap komitmen organisasi karyawan sekolah Springfield Cibubur; (5) Komitmen organisasi tidak berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan sekolah Springfield Cibubur. Kata kunci: Budaya organisasi, kepuasan kerja, komitmen organisasi, kinerja karyawan.

The purpose of this study are: 1) To explain the presence or absence of influence of leadership style, organizational culture and job satisfaction on employee performance at Bhayangkara Padang Hospital. and 2) Measuring the magnitude of influence of leadership style, organizational culture and job satisfaction on employee performance at Bhayangkara Padang Hospital. The samples used in this study were 85 respondents by using saturated sampling. This research is an explanatory research. Data collection techniques are questionnaires. Data analysis techniques using Descriptive Analysis and Inferential Analysis. To know the influence of independent variable to dependent variable partially, used t test. While to know the influence of independent variable to dependent variable simultaneously, used F test. The assumption used in validity test is if R-count> R-table item declared valid. Based on the instrument validity test the influence of leadership style, organizational culture and job satisfaction on the performance of employees known all items declared valid and reliable. The Leadership Regression Coefficient (X1) of 0.608, marked as positive indicates Leadership (X1) influences the direction of Performance (Y), which means that each increase of 1 unit of Leadership (X1) will cause the effect on Performance (Y) of 0.608 The coefficient of regression of Organizational Culture (X2) equal to 0,127, marked positive indicate Organizational Culture (X2) have influence on Performance (Y), meaning every increase of 1 unit of Organizational Culture variable (X2) will cause influence to Performance equal to 0,127 The coefficient of regression of Job Satisfaction (X3) is 0,305, marked as pos itive indicating Job Satisfaction (X3) influential in the direction of Performance (Y), which mean every increase of 1 unit of Job Satisfaction variable (X3) Leadership independent variable (X1) has a significant effect on Performance (Y), Organizational Culture (X2) has a significant effect on Performance (Y), Job Satisfaction variable (X3) has significant effect on Performance (Y). The First Hypothesis (H1), Second Hypothesis (H2) and Third Hypothesis (H3) are proven and accepted.

This research was conducted to determine the relationship between the quality of the Principal's leadership and organizational culture with the performance of SMAN 28 Tangerang District employees. The study uses a quantitative approach with a descriptive correlational survey method, using correlation theory which is about product moment. Research data collection techniques from respondents carried out through questionnaires or questionnaires. The sample population was 103 employees in each section of SMAN 28 Tangerang, with simple random sampling technique. The magnitude of the effect of leadership quality and organizational culture together on employee performance by 87.2% This shows the higher the quality of leadership and organizational culture, the better the performance of employees, and vice versa the lower the quality of leadership and organizational culture will have an impact for employee performance.

Recently a company faced by a very rapid changing and competitive environment. In order to win the competition, a company must increase their performance. Business globalization evoke continuously changing in all business aspect so an alteration became a normal condition. On of the management tool that often used by the management to manage their company is budget. Budget can be used by management as tool to plan and control the company activity. The purpose of the research is to examine the relationship between participative budget with job satisfaction and employee’s performanceand also the role of Job Relevant Information (JRI) as the intervening variable between participative budget with job satisfaction and employee’s performance. Variable that is used this research is participant budget, job satisfaction, employee’s performance and job relevant information (JRI). This research using survey method in which the researcher distribute questionnaire which include list of question to chosen respondents. Data analyses that were used in this research are validity and realibility test, Structural Equation Model and path analysis. The result shows that relationship between participative budget and job satisfaction figure out that participation in budgetary has positie in direct effect on employee’s job satisfaction and relationship between participative budget  and job performance figure out that participation in budgetary has positive in direct effect on employee’s job performance. In addition, the relationship between participative budgetary and job satisfaction through job relevant information as an intervening variable shows that there is a significantly positive direct effect., while the relationship between participative budgetary a job performance through job relevant information as an intervening variable shows that there is a significantly positive direct effect.Keywords: participative budgetary, job satisfaction, job performance and job relevant information.

PT Bandar Abadi Shipyard is a company engaged in manufacturing and the company is working to improve the quality and quantity of production in the ship building and ship repair. The purpose of this study was to determine the influence of organizational culture variables and work motivation on employee performance at PT. Bandar Abadi Shipyard. The study population was 50 people and the samples used are saturated sampling technique. This study using multiple linear regression data analysis with the help of computer software SPSS version 20.00. Analysis of the data used to test the validity and reliability levels, classical assumptions and hypothesis testing. Results from this study indicate that the organizational culture (X1), and work motivation (X2) positive and significant impact on employee performance (Y) and simultaneously the organizational culture (X1) and work motivation (X2) positive and significant impact on employee performance (Y)

The purpose of this study is to determine: the implementation of remuneration based performance in sharia state university in Indonesia (IAIN-Institut Agama Islam Negeri). This study aims to determine the influence of remuneration, job satisfaction, achievement motivation, and organizational culture on employee performance. Research method used in this study using a survey within the university staff. The multiple regression results indicate that remuneration, job satisfaction, achievement motivation, and organizational culture has a significant positive contribution to the performance of employees.

The number of respondents taken in this study were 52 respondentsusing probability sampling. This study uses a survey method using a quantitative approach.The analytical tool used in this study is multiple regression analysis with SPSS software.Based on the conclusion that transformational leadership style and intrinsic motivation havea positive effect on employee performance with job satisfaction as a mediating variable.

<p>The purpose of this research is to know and examine whether their effect compensation, motivation and organizational climate on employee job satisfaction in PT. Source Alfaria Trijaya Tbk. in Gedangan-Sidoarjo.</p><p>This type of research in this study is an explanatory research and research using quantitative approach with the survey method. This study will determine the effect of pre-defined variables that explain the effect of compensation, motivation and work discipline and employee performance on office PT. Source Alfaria Trijaya Tbk. in Gedangan Sidoarjo. This research was conducted at the office of PT. Source Alfaria Trijaya Tbk. in Gedangan Sidoarjo. Total population in this study is as many as 400 people. Samples taken as many as 80 people, based on the Slovin formula with techniques proportional stratified random sampling procedure. Data collection techniques with survey method were using a questionnaire. Instruments used in collecting the data must meet two requirements, namely the validity and reliability. And the results are all valid and reliable. So that the instrument can be used in research methods analysis in this research is the analysis of descriptive and inferential statistical analysis was using the Linear Regression Analysis.</p>This research result significant influence compensation, motivation and organizational climate on job satisfaction with compensation and motivation significance value of 0.000 &gt; 0.05 and a significance value of 0.019 job satisfaction. This case shows that both variables expressed Ho rejected. It can be concluded that there is significant influence compensation, motivation and organizational climate on employee job satisfaction in PT. Source Alfaria Trijaya Tbk. in Gedangan, Sidoarjo.<p> </p>
