INTERACTION OF GIFTED PERSONALITY WITH ARTISTIC CULTURE WITHIN THE CONDITIONS OF OPEN EDUCATIONAL AND CULTURAL SYSTEMS: EXPERT ANALYSIS

The purpose of the article is to analyze the opportunities and prospects for the development of open educational and cultural systems in Ukraine, aimed at meeting the special cultural needs of gifted individuals. The methodology of the research is general scientific principles of systematization and generalization of the researched problem, as well as interdisciplinary approach, which allows to study the problem with wide involvement of scientific achievements from different fields of knowledge, including culturology, art history, theory and practice. socio-cultural activities. Methods of questionnaires, surveys and expert analysis of written documents and video courses revealed the peculiarities of the development of open educational and cultural systems. The scientific novelty of the study is to identify the features of the interaction of a gifted person with artistic culture, opportunities to activate its creative forces and intellectual abilities by engaging in open resources of education and culture. During the research, students of National Academy of Managerial Staff of Culture and Arts (Kyiv) were involved in working on the platforms "Coursera" and "Prometeus", after which their written feedback was analyzed. A survey of managers and specialists (hereinafter referred to as experts) working in the field of management, planning and development of artistic culture in Ukraine (2,100 respondent experts) was also conducted. The article presents the results of a study of the patterns of functioning of art (past, present and future) in the context of its impact on the cultural development of a gifted person; the possibilities of using the potential of open educational and cultural systems in order to meet the special cultural needs of a gifted person are analyzed. Conclusions. The results of the research work showed that in the process of interaction of a gifted person with art, there are certain problems in activating his creative forces and intellectual abilities, due to limited access to many types of artistic and creative activities in reality during quarantine. To this end, it is necessary to use the potential of open educational and cultural systems online, which contributes to the internalization and exteriorization of cultural values, meeting the cultural and artistic needs of the gifted individual in the structure of his professional activities and daily life; allows to more actively involve the young generation of Ukraine in virtual creativity, artistic design and modeling.

Introduction. The article deals with the problem of using an interdisciplinary approach to future pharmacists’ professional training in the system of teach-ing professional disciplines in modern universities, in particular during practical classes. To solve the main tasks of interdisciplinary integration, consistency and systematicity in the study of professional disciplines, adaptation of the presented material in an accessible form for a wide range of students, use of active learning meth-ods, introduction of modern information technologies in teaching professional disciplines of Pharmacy are im-portant. The main teachers’ work at an educational estab-lishment is aimed at obtaining a quality product of their work, namely – a high-class specialist in practical Phar-macy, whose work requires the same comprehensive approach in solving situational problems that arise in the working order. The relevance of the study is due to the need to im-prove the process of interdisciplinary approach to training future specialists in the pharmaceutical industry in the teaching of professional disciplines, because teaching a professionally oriented set of disciplines should be aimed at forming a holistic comprehensive perception of educa-tional material. The purpose of the article is to analyze scientific and methodological sources on the formation of an interdisci-plinary approach to future pharmacists’ training in the system of teaching professional disciplines and justify the importance of using this approach in the formation of future specialist’s professional competence in the phar-maceutical industry. Methods. Theoretical and empirical. Results. The implementation of interdisciplinary links in educational activities is one of the necessary didactic tools for the formation of students’ professional knowledge and skills, that helps to use time rationally and promotes the best and stronger assimilation of educa-tional material needed by students in further practical activities. But for this method to be effective, one needs a comprehensive approach to its study and development, practical experience of teachers of professional disci-plines, painstaking research work, cooperation with other educational establishments and pharmaceutical institu-tions and, of course, a motivating moment for both stu-dents and teachers. Originality. The own experience of using the interdis-ciplinary approach in the academy confirms the im-portance of its use in the process of forming the profes-sional competence of the future graduate of medical estab-lishments of higher education. It also provides an oppor-tunity to change the approaches to the preparation and conduct of final control and state certification of graduates of the specialty 226 Pharmacy, to increase motivation for self-education and self-improvement of both students and teachers. Conclusion. Summarizing the above mentioned, we can say that one of the priority areas of training students majoring in Pharmacy is an interdisciplinary approach, which currently needs updating, improvement and imple-mentation to use. After all, the use of interdisciplinary technologies for the training of future pharmacists allows to raise it to a qualitatively new level of clinical thinking, able to comprehensively solve the problems of pharmaceu-tical practice on the basis of broad integration in the study of various disciplines. Among the prospects for further study of this problem is the study of the use of interdisci-plinary integration in theoretical and practical classes.

The purpose of the research work is to analyze the norms of Federal laws, as well as the laws of the Russian Federation's constituent entities, devoted to the definitions and classification of the concepts “cultural heritage”, “historical and cultural monuments”, “cultural values”. Conclusions obtained in the course of the research: based on the study of current legislation, it is concluded that the definitions of “cultural values”, “cultural property”, “objects of cultural inheritance” contained in various normative legal acts differ in content. Based on the research, the author proposes the concept of “cultural values”.

In 1880, when the British moved their Federated Malay States administrative centre to Kuala Lumpur, the Padang quickly became a symbol of British economic and administrative colonisation, and a nucleus of the socio-cultural development of Kuala Lumpur. This paper discusses the layers of history, symbolism and cultural values that the Padang contributes to the socio-cultural tapestry of both Kuala Lumpur and Malaysia, and the lack of relevant planning and heritage measures to conserve these attributes and characteristics. Proverbs are important data depicting the traditional culture of each nation. Vietnamese proverbs, dated thousands of years ago, are an immense valuable treasure of experience which the Vietnamese people desire to pass to the younger generations. This paper aims to explore the unique and diversified world of intelligence and spirits of the Vietnamese through a condensed and special literary genre, as well as a traditional value of the nation (Nguyen Xuan Kinh 2013, Tran Ngoc Them 1996, Le Chi Que and Ngo Thi Thanh Quy 2014). Through an interdisciplinary approach, from an anthropological point of view, approaching proverbs we will open up a vast treasure of knowledge and culture of all Vietnamese generations. The study has examined over 16,000 Vietnamese proverbs and analysed three groups expressing Vietnamese people’s behaviors toward nature, society and their selves, and compared them with English and Japanese proverbs. The research has attempted to explore the beauty of Vietnamese language, cultural values and the souls and personalities of Vietnam. Approaching Vietnamese proverbs under the interdisciplinary perspective of language, culture and literature is a new research direction in the field of Social Sciences and Humanity in Vietnam. From these viewpoints, it is seen that proverbs have remarkably contributed to the language and culture of Vietnam as well as and constructed to the practice of language use in everyday life which is imaginary, meaningful and effective in communication. Furthermore, the study seeks to inspire the Vietnamese youth’s pride in national identity and to encourage their preservation and promotion for traditional values of the nation in the context of integration and globalisation. In the meantime, it would be favourable to introduce and market the beauty of Vietnamese language, culture and people to the world, encouraging the speakers of other languages to study, explore and understand Vietnam.

Globalization, Nationalism, and Music Education in the Twenty-First Century in Greater China examines the recent developments in school education and music education in Greater China – Mainland China, Hong Kong, and Taiwan – and the relationship between, and integration of, national cultural identity and globalization in their respective school curriculums. Regardless of their common history and cultural backgrounds, in recent decades, these localities have experienced divergent political, cultural, and educational structures. Through an analysis of the literature, official curriculum documents, approved music textbooks, and a survey questionnaire and in-depth interviews with music teachers, this book also examines the ways in which policies for national identity formation and globalization interact to complement and contradict each other in the context of music education in respect to national and cultural values in the three territories. Wai-Chung Ho’s substantive research interests include the sociology of music, China’s education system, and the comparative study of East Asian music education. Her research focuses on education and development, with an emphasis on the impact of the interplay between globalization, nationalization, and localization on cultural development and school music education.

The article is devoted to the use of interdisciplinarity as an innovative approach in the educational process of art institutions of higher education on the example of studying the discipline «Evolution of artistic styles in art» included in educational master's programs. This discipline is based on the theory and practice of professional development of a teacher-musician, who provides the Master of Arts education process, shapes their professional development necessary for their future musical and pedagogical creativity, skills, and pedagogical culture. The content of the discipline consists of the introduction of artistic styles’ scientific and theoretical fundamentals to the future specialists. The objectives of the course are 1) the theoretical generalization of the historical experience of the evolution of artistic styles, 2) acquaintance with the best examples of artistic culture, representing different styles and directions, 3) mastering complex problems of stylistic analysis. The aim of the course is the establishment of a strategy for a professional growth as part of the vocational training of masters in the following educational areas «Secondary education. Musical Art» and «Musical Art»; mastering the scientific and theoretical foundations of the artistic styles’ analysis as a formative student course of the music and pedagogical education in higher education. The interdisciplinary approach can be implemented in two main formats. A. Kolot believes that with the help of the first format he builds bridges between different sciences, brings them together on an informal basis without violating their individuality and uniqueness. In this format, the discipline «Evolution of artistic styles in art» «builds bridges» with such disciplines as: philosophy, history, foreign languages, general psychology, culturology, sociology, art culture, aesthetics. In the second format, interdisciplinarity is presented as a real tool for unifying sciences, and the emergence of integrative products. In this format the course «Evolution of Artistic Styles in Art» involves an organic combination of such disciplines as history and theory of music, theater, ballet, art history, philosophy, art culture and literature, analysis of musical form, choral class, music psychology, and others. Therefore, we propose to define the student course «Evolution of artistic styles in art» as a complex, interdisciplinary field of knowledge and consider the application of an interdisciplinary approach in the practice of a teacher of artistic institutions.

Purpose The purpose of this paper is to establish the place of the printed book in the era of technological advancement with the assumption that the print media is facing imminent death in the face of readily available and convenient online information. Also the paper aims to assess how the development of new technologies have affected the production, circulation and readership of the printed book, especially among the young generation. Design/methodology/approach Explanatory study was used with closed-ended approach to collect data from 50 students of the Technical University of Kenya and 5 key informant interviews with selected book publishers in Nairobi. The uses and gratification theory was used to explore the knowledge-seeking behavior among the respondents. Findings Findings showed that more than 80% of the respondents preferred the internet to the printed book, which, according to them, has no future in the face of technological advancement. Book publishers, on the other hand, felt that the printed book has a bright future among specific audiences who are committed to it, and especially those in the rural areas who have no access to the internet. While they agreed that the internet has posed a major challenge to the sales and readership of the printed book significantly, it is helping in marketing the printed book as opposed to killing it. New bookshops in Nairobi and modern libraries in high schools, tertiary institutions and universities demonstrate that the printed book is not dying soon. Research limitations/implications The researcher experienced challenges in data collection as the respondents were busy preparing for final examinations and hence many of them were not willing to spare time to fill the questionnaire. To solve this, the researcher had to spend more time to collect data as opposed to if the students were free and ready to participate in the study without any pressure. Practical implications The findings can be used as a basis for further research to widen the scope that can help bring a wider perspective to the topic. The results can also inform policy guidelines on the topic and also contribute to the body of knowledge. Social implications The topic touches on social phenomena that are affecting a number of young people and their information-seeking habits in the era of digital revolution. The way the young generation seek and use information should be of interest not only to academic staff but also to policymakers. Originality/value The paper is original based on primary data that was collected by the researcher from the respondents. It is backed by secondary data to bridge the gap between theory and practice.

The concept of ‘agency’ is regularly put forward as an analytic tool to help understand, evaluate and act upon places around the world, through social development policies and programmes ostensibly designed to support or increase children’s agency. This article reflects on empirical research into children’s agency spanning a range of international contexts over two decades and offers new insights through critical engagement with a growing body of work on the ‘localisation’ of social development and humanitarian responses in international settings. It suggests that the largely normative ways in which the concept of agency is invoked as an analytic tool for understanding human experience universally effectively renders children’s agency invisible to us. This is because it is more a description of a particular discourse than something which actually helps us to understand and make visible children’s socio-culturally grounded ‘agentic practice’ from place to place. This article argues for new directions in research and practice to localise agency that are critical to the central commitments of interpretive social science. These new directions include (a) a new research agenda which can go beyond children’s ‘own perspectives’ to the discovery, description and analysis of agency in socio-cultural terms, to ensure it can function as an analytic tool for learning about socio-cultural phenomena which help animate local concepts of agency; and (b) the development of agency-related policies and programmes that are grounded in such locally situated concepts of agency developed through understanding local socio-cultural systems rather than externally derived socio-cultural assumptions about childhood and children’s agency.

Fertilization is an action in plant care. Fertilization provides additional nutrients for the soil. Fertilization has a large influence on plant growth and production. Fertilization consists of organic and inorganic fertilizers. Both of these fertilizers must be balanced so that the nutrient content can be maintained properly. The use of fertilizers an organic fertilizer that is widely used, but the use of chemical fertilizers on an ongoing basis will reduce the level of soil fertility. This must be balanced with organic fertilizer. One of the organic fertilizer is guano fertilizer. This fertilizer is fertilizer made from animal waste, namely bats. This fertilizer has a very good content including nitrogen, phosphorus, and potassium. Knowledgethis fertilizer will still be low, so that an introduction and practice about guano fertilizer is needed. Therefore a community service activity was carried out on the development of the manufacture of guano fertilizer. Guano fertilizer development is carried out in the form of granules (granules). The targets of this service are vocational students who are related to agriculture. Vocational students are selected as the young generation to know about organic fertilizers and are able to contribute to the implementation of the agricultural industry. Community service activities were carried out with a presentation of the theory and practice of making guano fertilizer. As a result of this activity, students learned about organic fertilizer, namely guano fertilizer and its contents, nutrient content in the soil, balance in maintaining nutrient content in the soil, the practice of making guano fertilizer, and the creation of granule form from guano fertilizer.
