At first syncretism existed only in the fields of religion and philosophy, but now it is developing in the educational aspect. This can be seen in educational institutions in Papua, especially the Papuan Islamic Education Foundation. This study uses qualitative analytical research with a historical approach. The results of this study indicate that Yapis Papua was founded on the initiation of community organizations and Islamic leaders who are in the NU and Muhammadiyah community organizations. The two organizations and Islamic leaders together building the Papuan community through education by establishing the Yapis Papua educational institution and now there are 193 schools and 5 universities in Papua. The defining role of analytical research of personnel training processes for the transport industry is indicated. In particular, the possibility of using the vicious Knall’s circles to identify problems in the development of transport education is investigated. The traditional functionality of the Knall’s circles has been expanded to the study of the mechanisms of positive development of the research object. Two types of models for describing these processes are proposed and analyzed, taking into account both additive and multiplicative effects of development. Using concrete examples, the methodology for constructing various types of process models, selecting the optimal type of model and predicting development is shown. A systematic approach to the study of transport education is also proposed to be implemented using the tools of cenological analysis, which takes into account all participants in the personnel training system in the industry. The scientific and educational values of transport education allow us to determine the completeness and stability of the educational system, the direction of development (degradation, positive development of the system), the role and place of an individual educational institution in the personnel training system. The cytological study is illustrated by the example of the analysis of the results of the activities of branch railway universities. Scientific and educational self-regulating organizations for training specialists for the regional transport system are considered as one of the mechanisms for managing transport education. It is proposed to create self-regulating organizations of personnel training that regulate the activities of educational institutions, both among themselves and with consumers of educational services.

It is at this stage that the reform of Islamic education is ultimately integrated into the national education system.

This paper contains the psychology orientation of Islamic education. Each education level is different in how to educate and how to overcome the problems that occur, the age of the kindergarden is different from elementary school age, as well as elementary schools are different teaching systems with secondary schools, and also level schools. middle school is different in how to teach and how to deal with the problem with upper level schools. All levels have a phase that must be passed as an educator, if the wrong application results in misorientation, or lose direction. So that education is only a formality without any spirit that shapes the ethics of students to become human beings who are desired by Islamic education itself. The success of education depends on the initial orientation of the establishment of an educational institution. Where students will be taught at the institution. There is a lot of moral degradation in education because the empty psychology orientation of Islamic education in educational institutions, if there is an Islamic name is only a label without content, if from the beginning the educational institution has lost its orientation.
