PT Indomobil Sukses International Tbk. (The Company) is the main company of the automotive group of companies. This company has many well-known automotive subsidiaries in Indonesia. This automotive company attaches great importance to products to meet customer needs and satisfaction. Guaranteed quality standards are the company's principle by supporting after-sales service in the 3S network (Sales, Service, and Spare parts) that already exist throughout Indonesia. The target of this company's business process must optimize customer data so that the company's target is not difficult to achieve in order to compete with other companies that have used computerized systems. Based on the description, the theme of research on designing customer data collection applications at PT. Indomobil Trada Nasional.

Expo Motor Shop is a company engaged in the sale of motorcycle spare parts. Conventional and manual promotion and data collection systems slow down market share outreach achieved by the Expo Motor Store. Therefore, marketing and sales through the Internet or E-Commerce are made which aim to provide convenience to sellers and buyers in the process of buying and selling products and customers. Visual modeling uses the Unified Modeling Language (UML). And in the end e-commerce buying and selling can bring benefits to the company in marketing and meeting customer needs for up-to-date information.

This article looks back over the past two decades to describe how teaching of undergraduate marketing research has (or has not) changed. Sweeping changes in technology and society have certainly affected how marketing research is designed and implemented—but how has this affected teaching of this important topic? Although the purpose of marketing research is still to better understand target customer needs, the tools are different now: customer data are typically collected using technology-based interfaces in place of such instruments as mailed, telephone, or in-person surveys. Observational techniques collect more data electronically rather than requiring a human recorder. Similarly, sampling has changed: sample frames are no longer widely used. Many of these changes are not yet fully discussed in marketing research courses. On the other hand, there is increasing interest in and availability of courses and programs in marketing data analytics, which teach specialized skills related to analysis and interpretation of electronic databases. Perhaps even more importantly, new technology-based tools permit greater automation of data collection and analysis, and presentation of findings. A critical gap is identified in this article; specifically, effort is needed to better integrate the perspectives of data collection and data analysis given current research conditions.

This study aimed to identify the role of the school administration in applying the quality standards in teaching among Islamic education teachers Perspectives in the Directorate of Education in the Zarqa Region study sample consisted of (72) male teachers and (88) female teachers. To achieve the objectives of the study,  The descriptive approach was used a questionnaire was used as a tool for data collection; The result showed that the level of the role of the school administration in applying the quality standards in teaching among Islamic education teachers was High with (3.71) score the stander of planning gets the highest score with (4.85) degree then the stander of implementation the lesson was also high with (3.83) score finally the stander of the evaluation was moderate with (3.56) score The finding also showed there are no statistically significant differences between the level of Islamic Education teachers sex (male and female) in addition there were statistically significant differences refers to years of experience in favor of the five and less. - In light of these results, there are a set of recommendations and suggestions to maintain quality standards in teaching and to improve evaluation quality in Zarqa School and in the whole of the kingdom of Jordan and Arab countries.

This study aims to determine customer perceptions of service quality and products of Kaltimtara Sharia Bank Samarinda Branch. This type of research is field research. The nature of this study is qualitative descriptive by using interviews and questionnaires as data collection techniques. The population in this study are all priority customers of Samarinda Bank Kaltimtara Syariah Branch, amounting to 300 customers, using purposive techniques. sampling, the research sample was 75 respondents and interviews with related parties. The results showed that customer perceptions of service quality and products at Bankaltimtara Syariah Samarinda branch were measured using the CARTER dimension (Compliance, Assurance, Reliability, Tangibles, Emphaty, and Responsiveness). Whereas for products measured through 6 dimensions which include Performance, Features, Realiability, Durability, Conformance to specifications and aesthethic shows positive results which are very good but the things that need to be considered are regarding the need for additional park land specialized and financial consultations to meet priority customer needs. This is in line with the results of interviews with relevant parties that indicate the quality or quality of services and products that are sharia standard and in accordance with the vision and mission of Bankaltimtara Syariah.

Water Supply Company (PDAM) on Nganjuk Regency is a company engaged in services namely the provision of clean water needs. In its operation, the Nganjuk Regency PDAM is still faced with various problems. This can be seen from the large number of customer complaints related to the provision of clean water needs, looking at problems that occur in the provision of clean water services in Nganjuk Regency, it is important to see how responsive public services are in handling customer complaints so that the services provided are in line with what the community expects as a recipient of services so that better service can be realized. This type of research is qualitative research. The research location is in the Nganjuk District Water Supply Company (PDAM). The focus of this study is based on the size of responsiveness according to Zeithaml cited Hardiyansyah (2018: 63), namely: 1. Responding to each customer, 2. Speed ​​of service, 3. Accuracy of service, 4. Accuracy of officers, 5 Accuracy of service time, 6. Officers respond to all customer. Data collection techniques by observation, interview, and documentation. The results obtained based on 6 indicators used are, there are still some shortcomings such as the lack of response of officers in responding to customer complaints by telephone, there are still obstacles experienced by officers such as the number of technical officers available in the field, the presence of customers is difficult to adjust to the officers, conditions in the field which causes slow handling, and the officer does not provide information about the certainty of time and delay in handling. The conclusion obtained in this study is the responsiveness of services in PDAM Nganjuk Regency is good, but in its implementation there are still some shortcomings.Keywords : Responsiveness, Public services, customer complaints

Pre-processing merupakan tahap yang penting dalam melakukan klasifikasi data. Pre-processing berguna untuk mempersiapkan data sehingga teknik klasifikasi yang diterapkan menghasilkan pola yang berkualitas dan akurat. Salah satu teknik data pre-processing yang sering digunakan untuk mengetahui atribut yang paling berpengaruh pada sebuah dataset adalah feature selection. Data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah customer data collection dari a Portuguese banking institution in UCI Machine Learning Repository. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode feature selection correlation-based yang dikombinasikan dengan metode klasifikasi Multilayer Perceptron Neural Networks. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengidentifikasi atribut yang paling relevan dan berpengaruh dari dataset dalam memprediksi nasabah yang potensial untuk penawaran deposito berjangka. Penelitian ini menghasilkan 10 atribut yang memiliki ranking teratas. Atribut-atribut tersebut adalah duration, previous, contact, cons.price.idx, month, cons.cof.idx, age, job, marital, dan housing. Hasil klasifikasi dari atribut yang terpilih memiliki tingkat akurasi tertinggi sebesar 80.5% dan tingkat akurasi terendah 79.1%.

Data collection system in Fish Landing Base of Dumai was traditionally. Data written manually using books and collected by agents. This fact illustrates the weakness of the catch data collection system that occours. The effect is low data accuracy and requires a longer time in reporting. Data collection system based on technology will facilitate the process and important to do. The purpose of this study was to design a data collection system for fish catches landed at Fish Landing Base of Dumai. The research was conducted in February-June 2020 in Dumai city. The method used observation, interviews and literature review. Data analysis is used the process of analyzing data, literature review, analysis of existing systems, analysis of new systems and system design using data flow diagrams (DFD), entity relationship diagrams (ERD) and HIPO. System design starts from input, output and database design. The data design inputted is fishermen data, fishing gear, fish production and price of day, fish distribution, customer data and data employees. The output data are reports of user data, fishing gear specifications, fish production and fish distribution. The database is structured and presented using a flow chart. A technology-based of catch data collection system designed to improve the efficiency of the presentation of the reports needed for agencies.Keywords:Fish LandingDFDReportAgencies

Defined as the favorite drink to celebrate good times, beer has been making the drink market one of the most competitive in the Brazilian industry. Given this scenario, brewery industries need to maintain quality standards to gain consumer preference. In the company under study, located in Manaus Industrial Pole, it was found that in the beer production process, the brewhouse stage was not satisfying the brewery wort manufacturing time requirements, which is why it became the focus of this study. This paper aims to investigate and standardize a method to reduce the variability of beer time production in the brewhouse area. The data were collected from the monitoring of the wort production process, raising each time of the equipment of that stage, both before and after the application of the method. After data collection and analysis, it was concluded that it is possible to significantly reduce the variability in the wort production process by treating critical brewhouse equipment.

When consumers repair motorbikes at the Desa Wage workshop, many employees take the spare parts and resell them such as chains, batteries and other spare parts that can still be repaired. From the used spare parts collected without the permission of the owner of the used spare parts, the perpetrators sell them to other consumers for reuse at a lower price. The formulation of the problem in this study is how the practice of buying and selling used spare parts at the Village Workshop of Upah Subdistrict, Bendahara District, Aceh Tamiang Regency and how is the Fiqh Muamalah review of the practice of buying and selling used spare parts in the Workshop of Upah Village, Bendahara District, Aceh Tamiang Regency. This research includes field research conducted on workshop employees and consumers in Upah Village, Bendahara District, Aceh Tamiang Regency. The type of research in this research is sociological normative which is carried out by looking at the facts that occur in the field related to legal aspects in social interactions in society. Data collection methods are observation, unstructured interviews and documentation. From the results of the study, the researcher concludes that in the practice of buying and selling used spare parts, consumers are given the option when repairing vehicles, namely with new or used spare parts. used spare parts are obtained from the property of consumers where the damaged spare parts have been replaced with new ones and the damaged spare parts are taken by the employee without asking the consumer and repaired by the employee and resold. The sale and purchase of used motorcycle spare parts in the workshop of Upah Village, District Treasurer, Aceh Tamiang Regency. In terms of Fiqh muamalah, the sale and purchase of used motorcycle parts is not allowed, because the used spare parts are not the property of the employee but rather the property of the consumer. The ownership has not yet been transferred to the employee, because there is no one of the reasons for ownership.
