Cooking Machine Application of Ginger Drink (Zingiber officinale) with Automatic Stirrer at UKM Polanmadu. The trend of instant spice drinks that function to maintain the body’s immunity is growing rapidly in the era of the Covid-19 pandemic. Ginger, which is a spice with various benefits, has made many Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs) industry players take advantage of this potential. One of them is the instant spice drink SME industry player "Polanmadu" which produces natural instant spice drinks. The processing of instant spice drinks is still done conventionally, making Polanmadu SMEs unable to reach consumer demands. The purpose of these activities was to the introduction of appropriate technology in the production of instant spice drinks to produce products with more guaranteed quality and able to generate additional income for partners. The application of the cooking machine is useful so that the stirring process which has been going on for 3 hours conventionally using human power is replaced with electric power so that it is more efficient and profitable. The implementation begins with identification, planning, assembling tools, testing tools, and introducing tools to the spice instant drink production unit. The result showed that the introduction of a spice instant drink cooking machine can produce 20% more crystal ginger extract, automatic stirring while at the same time speeding up the formation of crystals from 3 hours to 2.5 hours, and the product crystal size is more homogenous and an increase in profit of Rp906,000-/day. Overall, the introduction of this spice-cooking machine makes the productivity of SMEs for instant spice drinks increase in quality and quantity.

Abstract. Energy-efficient systems that will enable the implementation of abiotic conditions - important components of adaptive technologies, such as air temperature, relative humidity, air mobility, lighting levels, etc., must meet the requirements of environmental friendliness and minimize economic and energy costs. This requires the use of modern energy efficient technologies, equipment and devices. The purpose of the research is the development of a system for providing abiotic factors in the implementation of adaptive technologies for crops of guaranteed quality, characterized by resource savings and environmental safety. Methods. Analysis of the introduction of technologies and equipment in the process of cultivation of uterine entomocultures, which will increase the efficiency of technological processes of entomoproduction production. Results. The key abiotic factors in adaptive technologies of cultivation of uterine cultures are determined. Technologies, equipment and devices for their provision are studied and the initial requirements to the energy efficient systems consisting of them are formed. Conclusions. The analysis showed the advantages of using film contact devices and ultrasonic ones for energy treatment in adaptive technologies of cultivation of uterine entomocultures in terms of energy efficiency by almost 20% and efficiency by 15%. To ensure the required type and level of lighting, it is recommended to use incandescent lamps and LED lamps. Nozzles with nozzles and perforated panels are defined as distributive elements for air supply, which will almost double the efficiency of using the potential of the air prepared by the microclimate system.

Abstract Concrete adhesion is a decisive factor in restoring performance of reinforced concrete structures. Peeling of the repair concrete is observed, during the structures restoring that have been in operation for a long time in aggressive conditions. The studies of the carbon dioxide effect on cement stone showed crystalline framework destruction of the material and a decrease in its cohesive strength. This has a significant effect on grip. The use of forced heating of the repair mixture when it is placed in contact with the restored structure leads to the temperature gradients that enhance thermal diffusion and thus the impregnation of the damaged cement stone with the liquid phase from the repair concrete mixture. Crystallizing, the cement dissolution products form a new crystalline structure in the damaged cement stone, which enhances its cohesive strength and binds the repair concrete to the intact concrete structure of the restored structure, ensuring adhesion quality.

The development of a modern electric power grid has triggered the need for large-scale monitoring and communication in smart grids for efficient grid automation. This has led to the development of smart grids, which utilize cognitive radio sensor networks, which are combinations of cognitive radios and wireless sensor networks. Cognitive radio sensor networks can overcome spectrum limitations and interference challenges. The implementation of dense cognitive radio sensor networks, based on the specific topology of smart grids, is one of the critical issues for guaranteed quality of service through a communication network. In this article, various topologies of ZigBee cognitive radio sensor networks are investigated. Suitable topologies with energy-efficient spectrum-aware algorithms of ZigBee cognitive radio sensor networks in smart grids are proposed. The performance of the proposed ZigBee cognitive radio sensor network model with its control algorithms is analyzed and compared with existing ZigBee sensor network topologies within the smart grid environment. The quality of service metrics used for evaluating the performance are the end-to-end delay, bit error rate, and energy consumption. The simulation results confirm that the proposed topology model is preferable for sensor network deployment in smart grids based on reduced bit error rate, end-to-end delay (latency), and energy consumption. Smart grid applications require prompt, reliable, and efficient communication with low latency. Hence, the proposed topology model supports heterogeneous cognitive radio sensor networks and guarantees network connectivity with spectrum-awareness. Hence, it is suitable for efficient grid automation in cognitive radio sensor network–based smart grids. The traditional model lacks these capability features.

Commercial feed produced by the factory has a guaranteed quality and quantity. However, the problem is the price of commercial feed produced by factories that are getting more and more expensive and troubling to fish breeders, thus making fish breeders have to look for other alternatives to reduce the cost of feed. Cultivation of maggots or larvae of black soldier fly flies (Hermetia illicens) the right solution to overcome the problem in lieu of high-protein fish feed. Maggot cultivation training activities as an alternative to fish feed are carried out in Carawali Village. The implementation method is done by means of lectures, discussions and practices. The result of this community service activity is the amount of enthusiasm of participants to the training activities by evidenced that the active participants follow the activity from start to finish. In addition, many participants are active in discussion and question and answer sessions. So it can be concluded that the maggot cultivation training in Carawali Village went successfully and smoothly. The continuation of this PKM activity is to train the understanding and attitude of the trainees on the importance of organic waste management for maggot cultivation as an alternative to fish feed.
