<em>The purposes of this research are to analyze and obtain empirical evidence on the effect of usefulness perception, ease perception, and risk perception toward the use of BRI Internet banking in (Politeknik Negeri Semarang) Polines students both simultaneously and partially. The population of this research was Polines students of all departments from 2017 to 2019 as customers of BRI Internet banking users with a sample of 87 respondents. The research used primary and secondary data. The data analysis model uses the Multiple Linear Regression Analysis Model while the data analysis technique uses F Test, t Test, and R<sup>2</sup> Test. The results of the discussion analysis shows that the variables of usefulness perception and ease perception have a significant effect toward the use of Internet banking while variable of risk perception has no significant effect toward the use of Internet banking.</em><br /><em></em>

This study aims to determine and analyze the effects of service quality, product, price, and place towards the customers satisfaction (Case Study at PT Bank Rakyat Indonesia (Persero) Tbk. Unit Ngesrep Semarang) both simultaneously or partially. The population in this study are all the customers at PT Bank Rakyat Indonesia (Persero) Tbk. Unit Ngesrep Semarang. The data used in the research are primary and secondary data. The sample used of 100 respondents collected through the questionnaire by following the accidental sampling technique. Data analysis model using Multiple Linear Regression Analysis Model. Meanwhile, data analysis techniques use Statistical F Test, Coefficient of Determination Test (Adjusted R Square), and Statistical t Test. The result of the analysis and discussion show that the variables of service quality, product, price, and place simultaneously have a significant effects towards the customers satisfaction at PT Bank Rakyat Indonesia (Persero) Tbk. Unit Ngesrep Semarang. Partially, the variables of service quality, product, price, and place each have a positive and significant effect towards the customer satisfaction at PT Bank Rakyat Indonesia (Persero) Tbk. Unit Ngesrep Semarang.

This study aims to determine how many the effect of Expected Years of Schooling and Average Length of Schooling on Open Unemployment Rates in the District/City of Riau Province, from 2017 to 2020 with a total of 44 samples. The data taken is sourced from secondary data, namely from the Central Statistics Agency of Indragiri Hilir Regency. The data analysis technique used is Multiple Linear Regression Analysis. The final result can be concluded that the variables of Average Length of School and Expected Length simultaneously or together have an influence on the open unemployment rate even though in a small percentage.   Penelitian ini bertujuan mengetahui seberapa besar pengaruh dari Harapan Lama Sekolah dan Rata - Rata Lama Sekolah terhadap Tingkat Pengangguran Terbuka di  Kabupaten/Kota Provisinsi Riau, mulai tahun 2017 sampai tahun 2020 dengan jumlah 44 sampel . Data yang diambil bersumber dari data sekunder yaitu dari Badan Pusat Statistik Kabupaten Indragiri Hilir. Teknik Analisis Data yang digunakan adalah Analisis Regresi Linear Berganda. Hasil akhir dapat di simpulkan bahwa variabel Rata- Rata Lama sekolah dan harapan Lama secara simultan atau secara bersama-sama memiliki pengaruh terhadap tingkat pengangguran terbuka walaupun dalam persentase yang sedikit.

This study aims to determine the effect of Regional Original Income and Capital Expenditures on Local Government Financial Performance. This research was conducted in 38 Regional Organizations (OPD) found in Gianyar Regency. This study uses secondary data, namely the report on the realization of the APBD in 2015-2017. Sampling uses a saturated sample technique. OPD selected as a sample of 36 OPDs. The data analysis technique used in this study is multiple linear regression analysis. Based on the results of data analysis shows that the Regional Original Income variable has a positive and significant effect on the financial performance of local governments, while the capital expenditure variable has a negative and significant effect on the financial performance of local governments. Poverty is a problem in development. With the existence of poverty, development is hampered. The factors causing poverty include population and GDP. This study aims at determining the effect of population and GDP on poverty in North Sumatra in 2008-2017 so that the bias is used as a basis for determining policies and strategies in overcoming poverty in North Sumatra. The data used in this study is secondary data obtained from the Central Statistics Agency (BPS) while the data analysis technique used in this study is multiple linear regression analysis with the help of SPSS 24. The results show that the population and GRDP had a significant effect on poverty in North Sumatra.

Syariah banking has experienced a fairly rapid and widespread development in Indonesia. Syariah banking is currently experiencing very significant progress, the occurrence of the global financial crisis on the one hand has made Islamic banking develop rapidly. This study aims to examine the effect of mudharabah and musyarakah financing on profitability at BRI Syariah Bank (2012-2019). Sources of data in this study are secondary data in the form of financial reports on the Bank BRI Syariah website www.brisyariah.co.id. The method used in this research is quantitative with descriptive research type. The data analysis technique used in this study is multiple linear regression analysis. In mudharabah financing, capital is provided by the bank as the owner of the funds to facilitate capital for customers as managers in running a business. The results showed that the funding of mudharabah and musyarakah results had a significant effect on profitability (ROA). This influence can be seen from the amount of mudharabah and musyarakah funds distributed by Islamic Commercial Banks. Testing and data analysis found that mudharabah and musyarakah had a significant effect on profitability. Profit sharing financing for mudharabah and musyarakah has a positive and significant effect on profitability at BRI Syariah banks. This shows that an increase in mudharabah and musyarakah financing can increase the profitability of BRI Syariah Bank.

The problem in this study is whether there is an influence of leadership and work discipline on the employees’ performance of PT.Sucofindo Palembang City. This research includes associative research. The sample in this study were 88 respondents, with propotionate random sampling analysis technique. The data used were primary data and secondary data. Data collection method through questionnare. Analysis techniques using multiple linear regression analysis, F test (Simultaneoys) and t test (partial) and determination coeffiecient. The results show that there is influence of leadership and work discipline on the performance of PT.Sucofindo Palembang City.

<em>Bond ratings are a scale of risk of all bonds traded, which indicates how safe a bond is. The security of a bond is indicated by its ability to pay interest and repay the loan principal. The purpose of this study is to find out empirical evidence that good corporate governance has an effect on bond ratings. This study uses secondary data. The population in this study are non-financial companies listed on the IDX in 2014-2018. The research sample was selected using purposive sampling method. After subtraction with several criteria, as many as 20 companies were set as the sample. The analysis technique in this study uses multiple linear regression analysis. The results of this study indicate that institutional ownership and audit committee have a significant effect on bond ratings. Meanwhile, the independent board of commissioners has no significant effect on bond ratings</em>

The industrial sector can develop with government policies and trade between countries. Industrialization plays an important role in improving the quality of human resources and optimally utilizing natural and other resources. To analyze the effect of government policies partially on exports of four- and six-wheeled CBU vehicles in Indonesia from 2015 to 2019. The purpose of this study is to analyze the effect of the rupiah exchange rate against the US dollar partially and simultaneously on exports of four and six-wheel CBU vehicles in Indonesia in 2015. 2015 to 2019. The type of data used is quantitative data, with the data source being secondary data. The analysis technique used in this study uses multiple linear regression analysis techniques. The results of this study indicate that simultaneously government policy variables, exchange rates, and world oil prices have a significant effect on the value of Indonesia's CBU exports in 2014-2019, and partially government policy variables and world oil prices have a positive and significant effect on Indonesia's CBU exports. While the exchange rate variable has a negative and significant effect on Indonesian CBU. This means that if the exchange rate of the rupiah against the dollar increases or the strengthening of the value of the dollar against the rupiah will cause a decrease in the price of exported goods, the value of export goods will also decrease.

The purpose of this research is to obtain empirical evidence through data analysis of the influence of work culture, organizational commitment, and strandar operational procedures on employee work productivity at PT Kimia Farma Apotek Tbk (Persero) East Bandung Region. The research method used in this research is descriptive and verifikatif method with quantitative approach and using multiple linear regression analysis. Technique of collecting data that is used is by observation at 6 pharmacy chemical pharmacy of East Bandung area through questionnaires completed by interview. the esult of this study indicate that both partially and simultaneously between work culture, organizational commitment and standart operational process have a positive effect on employee work productivity. It means that the more work culture organizational commitment, and ordinary operational procedures, will make the work productivity of employees more and more tense. As well as the most dominant most affecting work productivity is comitment organization, meaning with high organizational commitment, automatically employees will work hard for the company, proud of the company and have good emission ties the company.

This research was conducted to determine the price and product quality towards consumer loyalty in the city of Bandung. The purpose of this research is to determine and analyze how the price and quality of products provided by Xiaomi to its consumers, as well as the magnitude of the effect of product quality and price simultaneously and partially on consumer loyalty in Bandung. This research uses quantitative methods with descriptive and causal research types. Sampling was done by using non-probability sampling method, purposive sampling type, with the number of respondents as many as 100 people. The data analysis technique used descriptive analysis and multiple linear regression analysis. Based on the results of data analysis with SmartPLS software, it was found that the price and product quality factors together had a positive and significant effect on consumer loyalty in Bandung..
