Currently, the coffee shop is one of the growing trends in the coffee businesses that are of great interest, not only in Pekanbaru but throughout Indonesia, the existence of a coffee shop business is increasing growth. However, in early 2020, the world faced Covid 19 pandemic that is greatly impacting the life aspects including the coffee shop business. This research aims to know the opportunities and challenges as the reference for the owner to run the business ahead in Covid 29 Pandemic and to be more creative to take advantage of its opportunities and challenges to keep the business survived and to make a profit. The Descriptive qualitative analysis was employed in this research with a SWOT framework. Primary and secondary data were used in this research, it was obtained from observation and in-depth interview related to opportunities and challenges of coffee shop business in Covid 19 Pandemic and also the distribution of the questionnaire. SWOT analysis and SWOT matrix show that the Coffee Shop business in Pekanbaru is in cell 1 (Grow and Build). Intensive strategy (market penetration, product development, and market development) was the most appropriate strategy to be implemented in this cell part of the Coffee Shop business in Pekanbaru

Djuanda Forest Park as a conservation forest has great potential as a tourist destination because there are a lot of attractions in one area. Nevertheless, the number of domestic and foreign visitors in several months is still low. Therefore, this study was aimed at determining and analyzing the internal and external environment of Djuanda Forest Park as well as formulating the marketing strategies to increase the number of visitors. This study first set the internal and external factors and formulated the SWOT Matrix. The analysis results based on the internal-external analysis suggested that the strategic position of the forest park lies in cell V (five) by which the applied strategies are to hold and maintain through the market penetration and product development. The SWOT analysis generates several strategies that can be grouped into market penetration and product development

This article aims to find the best strategies which help increase petrochemical products sales in Iran using multivariate regression model, Grand Strategy Matrix (GSM), and SWOT matrix. Market Development, Market Penetration, Product Development by creating and developing chemical cities or parks, petro-chemical refineries, and Especial Economic Zones, Vertical Integration, and Concentric Diversification with Diverse Portfolio were considered independent variables, while Increasing Petrochemical Product Sales is dependent variable. Then, each of above mentioned factors affecting the sales were ranked in order to take advantage of the highest added-value. The statistical population consisted of 140 experts, managers, directors, and customers involved in National Iranian Gas Company and Iran Petrochemical Company. Random sampling method was employed. A total of 57experts, managers, directors, and customers were enrolled as sample size. Data were collected using a five-option Likert scale questionnaire. SPSS, Grand Strategy Matrix (GSM), and SWOT[1] matrix were employed to analyze the data. According to the Cronbach's alpha (0.86), the reliability was verified. Market Development, Market Penetration, Product Development, and Concentric Diversification with Diverse Portfolio were found to be suitable offensive strategies to increase the petrochemical product sales. Product Development and Market Penetration are the most effective factors in increasing the petrochemical product sales. Therefore, they need to be taken into account. Hijab Alila (HA) is one of the Muslim fashion brands in Indonesia. This brand has 52 distributors to distribute its products to all customers in Indonesia, one of which is the Karawang distributor. In carrying out its distribution in the Karawang region, this distributor had internal and external constraints. The purpose of this study is to determine the company's external and internal environmental factors and find out appropriate alternative strategies. The method used are SWOT and QSPM. The data used are secondary and primary data. Secondary data were obtained from company data, literature studies, books, internet, and journals. While the primary data obtained from the questionnaire, interviews and observation. Based on the results of data processing, it is found that the value of the internal matrix is 3.15 and the value of the external matrix is 2.71. Then for the results of the IE matrix, it is found that the Karawang distributor occupies position IV which is called the growth and develop the position. In this position, the company carries out market penetration strategies, market development, and product development. Then for the results of QSPM, the company is advised to promote the product through as many social media accounts in the most possible creative way to reach a wider and more market.

This research purpose to analyze the strategic and technical to encourage the potential of Regional Original Revenue (PAD) from the Groundwater Tax sector owned by Garut Regency. In this research used the descriptive method of research and qualitative approach to obtain the illustration of groundwater tax potential in Garut Regency. The primary and secondary data obtained by depth-interview technique to The Regional Revenue Office of Garut Regency. The data analysis using the formula on the growth, contribution and potential. Besides that, in this research use SWOT analysis to identify internal and external factors that influence the achievement of organizational goals based on strengths, weakness, opportunity, and threatness. The result of this research based on the growth measurement obtained the average of the ground water tax reached -13.65% while the contribution of ground water tax to the regional tax was 0.83%. Thus, to repair this condition based on the SWOT analysis the government of Garut Regency needs to conduct the intensification and extensification to increase groundwater tax revenues in Garut Regency as rejuvenating the policy of groundwater tax strategy in Garut Regency.

The development of tourist areas is directed as a mainstay sector to boost economic growth, increase local revenues, empower the economy of the community, expand employment and increase the introduction and marketing of typical tourism areas. Ngebel Lake is a natural lake located in District Ngebel, Ponorogo Regency which has a stunning natural scenery with the condition is still natural, save a million potential to be developed. Development of Ngebel Lake tourism area should be planned thoroughly and use appropriate strategies in order to obtain optimal benefits for the community. The objectives of this research are: 1) to analyze the condition of external factors including opportunities and threats, 2) to analyze the condition of internal factors including strengths and weaknesses, appropriate for the development of tourism area Ngebel Lake using SWOT Analysis. Based on SWOT analysis, Telaga Ngebel tourism area has an external opportunity as well as an enormous internal strength to be developed. Result of internal and external matrix (IE), hence alternative of appropriate strategy to develop tourist area of Telaga Ngebel is SO Strategy (Strenght-Opportunity) that is a strategy chosen by using strength to utilize or seize opportunity. Implementation of the strategy is done through the development of tourism products, market development and market penetration. Important policies need to be taken, such as improving road infrastructure, developing tourism products, promoting promotion, providing souvenir shop area, handicraft and food, providing street lighting, improving hygiene and waste handling and cooperating with various parties including investors. Keywords—: strengths; weaknesses; opportunities; threats; development.

<p>Andesite stone mining activities in Bogor area is now growing, one of the andesite stone processing business is PT Duta Keluarga Imfaco located in Bogor Regency, West Java. The economically valuable andesit stone is expected to be the mainstay of the income of the surrounding community, characterized by the increasing market demand and the growing interest of the community towards andesite stone. The purpose of this study are (1) to identify internal and external factors of PT Imfaco Family Ambassador; (2) Developing appropriate market development strategies; and (3) Develop alternative strategies of andesite stone marketing development. The study used descriptive and analytic methods that are case studies. Determination of respondents with purposive sampling method, with consideration that mastered the problems to be asked. Data analysis with IFE and EFE matrix to identify internal and external factor of company, then mapping with IE matrix, to see company position. Preparation of strategy with SWOT matrix, yield several alternative strategies that can be implemented. The final stage with the QSP matrix, to determine the priority of the most appropriate strategy to be implemented. Based on the results of IFE and EFE matrix analysis, indicates the company is in a stable position in responding to external situations. The result of analysis with IE matrix, company is in quadrant V, that is growth and stability, where strategy that can be done is market penetration and business development. Results of analysis with SWOT matrix obtained alternative strategies that can be implemented and with the QSP matrix obtained the most appropriate strategy to be implemented in order to develop the company's marketing strategy is to expand the marketing network.</p>

Floriculture based economy is slowly increasing throughout the world. Orchids, which were once found only in the wild are now being widely cultivated and being sold in the market. In this chapter, an attempt has been made to understand the inter-relational dynamics of different factors impacting the cymbidium orchids-based economy in Sikkim, India using DEMATAL. A total of 14 factors were identified in this regard and based on expert opinion, these factors were rated and analysed using DEMATAL. The cause and effect relationship of the different factors was established in the process. It was found that policy, technology, e-commerce, floricultural parks, certification and infrastructure are the causes while cold chain, quality, pricing, promotion, market development, product development, entrepreneurs, and farming are the effects.

The research aim is to determine development strategy of Banjar Samu as a tourism village. This research used qualitative and quantitative data with source from primary and secondary data. Observation, interview and documentation are data collection techniques. The sample method used purposive sampling while data analysis used descriptive qualitative and SWOT analysis.  Based on the results, the research indicate is that Banjar Samu have tourism potential which is consisted of natural potentials include panorama of rice fields and water springs. While the potential of culture include: community activities, hospitality and attitude of mutual cooperation, temples: building architecture and religious activity, sacred art of barong landung and another arts entertainment such as joged bumbung, arja, gambelan geguntangan, as well as local craft communities such as wood carving, silver handicrafts, yoga-meditation activity and sekaa such as sekaa gong,  joged, geguntangan, arja, angklung, subak and sekaa santi. Based on the analysis of SWOT Matrix, the results obtained by SO strategies are improving the quality of tourism potential and establish tourist activity. ST strategy is improving the security services. WO strategies are increasing cooperation with the government college, arranging some promotion. Potential Beji Guwang Hidden Canyon with the beauty of the river that flanked by rocks cliff, this natural beauty can be enjoyed by doing tracking to find a good spot to take photo. Beji guwang hidden canyon present a unique view of nature to tourist that can not be find in another place in bali, this is why I choose this topic “Potential of Beji guwang hidden canyon as a nature tourist attraction in Guwang village Sukawati district, Gianyar” The type and data resources that used in this research are qualitative data, primer and secondary data. This collecting data method was done by observation, in depth interview and documentation by research instrument by in form of interview guide lines. Data analysis that been use was interactive data analysis by use 4A component and SWOT analysis matriks to extract and analysis the potential in Beji Guwang Hidden Canyon The result of the research show that the potensial Beji guwang hidden canyon has is quiet big because having more than one nature tourist attraction. In addition of a tourism activity in Beji Guwang Hidden canyon getting a good respond from the local government and local people.  Beji Guwang Hidden Canyon has a big potential, even though there are lack of knowledge in management and development that must be completed.
