Home visits are carried out to recognise family conditions related to problems faced by children, such as learning difficulties during the Covid-19 pandemic, students lack of concentration, do not understand the course material, and indifference in learning. The purpose of this study is to describe home visits, learning difficulties and to determine the contribution of home visits to students' learning difficulties. The research design in this study is quantitative with a simple regression analysis method. The population is 684 students using purposive sampling technique and recruiting as many as 65 students in class X. The instrument is the scale of home visits and learning difficulties. The results showed that home visits contributed to learning difficulties experienced by students by 12%. Based on the ANOVA test, it can be seen that the significance value of .005 which is smaller than .05. It can be concluded that home visits have a significant effect on student learning difficulties and the implications in guidance and counselling in the form of follow-up to guidance and counselling teachers in the implementation of group guidance services, content mastery and group counselling.

Abstract. The means of payment such as money non-cash lifestyle electronic able to regulate becoming more efficient and more consumptive. A mmuslim consumes in order to meet his needs so as to obtain the highest benefit for his life. One of the principles of consumption in Islam namely the principle of simplicity forbids the existence of ishraf (waste). However, observations show that some students become more wasteful because they use electronic money. The formulation of the problem in thus research is how is the behavior of consumers according to Islam, how is the behavior of consumers of the 2015 sharia economic law majoring students and how is the effect of the use of electronic money on the consumer behavior of the 2015 sharia economic law majoring students. This study aims to determine consumer behavior according to Islam, consumer behavior of the 2015 sharia economic law majoring students after using electronic money and the influence of the use of electronic money on the consumer behavior of sharia economic law majoring students. This research is a quantitative study with a simple regression analysis method. The sample in this study amounted to 55 respondents. The sample used is probability sampling with simple random sampling technique. The results showed the use of electronic money influence consumer behavior with a significance value of 0,000<0,05 t value of 4,704 > t table of 2,006 and the results of the calculated F value of 22,127 > F table of 4,02 with a significance value of 0,000<0,05 then the electronic money variable has a significant effect on consumer behavior variables by 28,1% while the remaining 71,9% is influenced by other factors.Keywords : electronic money, consumer behaviorAbstrak. Alat pembayaran non tunai seperti uang elektronik (e-money) dapat mengatur pola hidup menjadi lebih efisien maupun lebih konsumtif. Seorang muslim berkonsumsi dalam rangka untuk memenuhi kebutuhannya sehingga memperoleh kemanfaatan yang setinggi-tingginya bagi kehidupannya. Salah satu prinsip konsumsi dalam Islam yakni prinsip kesederhanaan melarang adanya sikap ishraf (pemborosan). Namun hasil observasi menunjukkan beberapa mahasiswa menjadi lebih boros karena menggunakan e-money. Rumusan masalah dalam penelitian ini yaitu bagaimana perilaku konsumen menurut Islam, bagaimana perilaku konsumen mahasiswa jurusan hukum ekonomi syari’ah angkatan 2015 dan bagaimana pengaruh penggunaan uang elektronik terhadap perilaku konsumen mahasiswa jurusan hukum ekonomi syari’ah angkatan 2015. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui perilaku konsumen menurut Islam, perilaku konsumen mahasiswa jurusan hukum ekonomi syari’ah angkatan 2015 setelah menggunakan e-money dan pengaruh penggunaan uang elektronik (e-money) terhadap perilaku konsumen mahasiswa jurusan hukum ekonomi syari’ah. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif dengan metode analisis regresi sederhana. Sampel dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 55 responden. Sampel yang digunakan adalah probability sampling dengan teknik simple random sampling. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan penggunaan uang elektronik (e-money) berpengaruh terhadap perilaku konsumen dengan nilai signifikansi 0,000<0,05 nilai t hitung sebesar 4,704 > t tabel sebesar 2,006 dan hasil nilai F hitung sebesar 22,127 > F tabel 4,02 dengan angka signifikansi sebesar 0,000<0,05 maka variabel uang elektronik mempunyai pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap variabel perilaku konsumen sebesar 28,1% sedangkan sisanya 71,9% dipengaruhi oleh faktor lain.  Kata kunci : uang elektronik, perilaku konsumen

This research aims to explain the effect of digital literacy partially on entrepreneurial readiness in the digital era of Economics Faculty students, Padang State University.Type of research is associative descriptive. The study population was of Economics Faculty students, Padang State University, totaling 1579 people. The sampling technique used was proportional to random sampling, and the technique obtained 94 students as samples. The technique used in data collection is a questionnaire. The data analysis method used is a simple regression analysis. The coefficient of determination (R2) indicates that 15.1% entrepreneurship readiness of Economics Faculty students, Padang State University is influenced by digital literacy, while the remaining 84.9% is influenced by variables not examined in this research. Therefore, it is expected that researchers can then examine other variables beyond the variables that have been studied to obtain more varied results to increase entrepreneurial readiness. Regarding digital literacy, students are expected to be able to maintain and improve communication and collaboration skills so that information related to entrepreneurship obtained on the internet can be better utilized.Keywords: digital literacy, entrepreneurship readiness

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of simultaneous and partial personal selling on the decision to buy glasses at Agung Optik in Palu city. The independent variable used in this study is personal selling (X) while the dependent variable is the purchase decision (Y). The research method used in this study is a descriptive causal sample method used in this study as many as 90 respondents with the form of sampling using purposive sampling technique. Data analysis method used in this study is a multiple linear regression analysis method. The results of this study indicate that: 1). Simultaneously personal selling has a significant influence on the decision to buy glasses at Agung Optik in Palu city. 2). Approach variables, presentation and demonstration, handling objections, closing, and follow-up partially have a significant effect on the decision to purchase glasses at Agung Optik in Palu city.                                    Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh secara simultan dan parsial personal selling terhadap keputusan pembelian kacamata pada Agung Optik di kota Palu. Variabel independen yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah personal selling (X) sedangkan variabel dependen adalah keputusan pembelian (Y). Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode deskriptif kausal sampel yang digunakan pada penelitian ini yaitu sebanyak 90 responden dengan bentuk pengambilan sampel menggunakan teknik purposive sampling. Metode analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode analisis regresi linear berganda. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa : 1). Secara simultan personal selling berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian kacamata pada Agung Optik di kota Palu. 2). Variabel pendekatan, presentasi dan demontasi, penanganan keberatan, menutup, dan tindak lanjut secara parsial berpengaruh signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian kacamata pada Agung Optik di kota Palu.

The rapid digitization of education in a pandemic has an impact on academic stress conditions. Counsellors have not implemented various innovative media but need relevant and millennial media to support consulting services with podcasts. This article aims to analyze the feasibility of podcast media in consulting services to develop academic stress prevention skills. Research and development limited to five stages help know the feasibility of podcasts as support for consulting services, especially academic stress prevention skills. The data analyzed the feasibility questionnaire instrument through expert validators, media, and practitioners (counsellors) quantitatively with percentages and inter-rater analysis. The results of the research show that podcast media is quite relevant to use in consulting services. The relevance and accuracy of podcast media can adjust to the content of the supporting material. Prevention of academic stress isn’t only with knowledge but skills to cope with academic stress in all conditions, especially in pandemic and post-pandemic situations. Professional and millennial counsellors can develop skills in the use of podcast media in consulting services. Can use Podcast media directly in consulting services. Recordings of podcast results can be used indirectly in consulting services or group guidance services, group counselling, individual counselling, and classical guidance as a follow-up.

Lesson study is a systematic, collaborative, and sustainable method of improving the quality of learning. Lesson study emphasizes the exploration of students’ learning needs; teacher openness towards learning difficulties encountered; the willingness of teachers to receive and provide advice and solutions to the difficulties encountered; and the consistency of the various parties to follow up the suggestions and solutions. Implementation of lesson study involving teachers, principals, and experts in the field of education. Kurikulum tingkat satuan pendidikan or abbreviated KTSP is operational curriculum formulated and implemented by each educational unit. KTSP has the characteristics, namely: giving broad autonomy to the educational unit, involving the community and parent participation, involving the democratic leadership of the principal, and require the support of a working team that is synergistic and transparent. KTSP based on the learning process, needs to be supported by a conducive learning environment and fun to be created by teachers.Teachers and principals in a professional, systematic and collaborative create an atmosphere that fosters independence, tenacity, entrepreneurial spirit, adaptive and proactive nature of the learning process. Thus, the learning needs of students who fulfilled optimally and professional ability of teacher who have increased on an ongoing basis, may usher in success – based learning KTSP. It means that the lesson study provides positive implications for the KTSP – based learning.

This reasearch is conducted on MSME (Micro Small Medium Enterprises) that are participated in the MSME Syari’ah Mentoring Program by Academition and Practitioners (PUSPA) organized by Bank Indonesia in Bandung. MSME who participated in PUSPA program 2016 is MSME that included in necessity entrepreneur where MSME operated just to fullfil the life necessities. This program aims to improve the competence of entrepreneurship owned by MSME in term of knowledge, attitudes, and skills. Increased in the entrepreneurial comptence will have an impact on MSME perfomance both on financial term by the increase in income and non-financial term namely by the increased of the knowledge and skills like simple accounting, managing the production process, how to market the product, and know the procedures for obtaining the venture capital. The purpose of this reasearch was to investigate the influence of the entrepreneurial competence on the MSME performance in PUSPA program 2016.Researcher used quantitative research method. This research use sampling technique on non-probability sampling that is saturated sampling because the members of population less than 30 people and the entire population is a sample. Total sample in this research is 20 respondents. Data collecting in this research is done by distributing questionarries to all respondents that is MSME that pariticaped in PUSPA program 2016. Data were analyzed using simple regression analysis and descriptive-causal analysis.The result showed that entrepreneurial competenec affect the performance of MSME that participated in PUSPA Program 2016. Based on the calculation, coefficent of determination (R2) can be seen the influence of entrepreneurial compentence variable (X) on the performance (Y) is 61.7%. While the remaining 38.3 is influenced by other factors such as mentoring, motivation, and human resources.

Background: Many pediatric studies describe the association between biological parameters (BP) and severity of sickle cell disease (SCD) using different methods to collect or to analyze BP. This article assesses the methods used for collection and subsequent statistical analysis of BP, and how these impact prognostic results in SCD children cohort studies. Methods: Firstly, we identified the collection and statistical methods used in published SCD cohort studies. Secondly, these methods were applied to our cohort of 375 SCD children, to evaluate the association of BP with cerebral vasculopathy (CV). Results: In 16 cohort studies, BP were collected either once or several times during follow-up. The identified methods in the statistical analysis were: (1) one baseline value per patient (2) last known value; (3) mean of all values; (4) modelling of all values in a two-stage approach. Applying these four different statistical methods to our cohort, the results and interpretation of the association between BP and CV were different depending on the method used. Conclusion: The BP prognostic value depends on the chosen statistical analysis method. Appropriate statistical analyses of prognostic factors in cohort studies should be considered and should enable valuable and reproducible conclusions.

This research is motivated by the phenomenon of the number of students from non-intact families lacking self-confidence, thus causing him to be less able to see himself positively. The purpose of this study is to see the difference in self-concept of students from intact families and families not intact. This research is a quantitative type of research with a comparative descriptive method. The population in this study were all students of SMP 25 Padang in the 2018/2019 academic year, totaling 744 students. The total sample of 260 students (150 students from intact families and 110 students from non-intact families) was selected using the Stratified Random Sampling technique. The research instrument used was a Likert scale questionnaire. Data were analyzed by percentage formula technique and formula t test with the help of SPSS for Windows 16. 0. The results revealed that (1) self-concept of students from intact families were in the high category (2) self-concept of students from non-intact families in the category quite high, and (3) there is a significant difference between the self-concept of students from intact families and non-intact families with a significant level of 0,000. Based on the results of the study it was suggested to counselors to be able to provide guidance and counseling services, information services, individual counseling services, group guidance services and group counseling services to students from non-intact families, in order to help students realize positive self-concepts.
