This study aimed to fi nd out factors that infl uencing costumers loyalty about murabahah fi nancing at Bank Pembiayaan Rakyat Syariah Adeco Langsa and to determine the effects partialy and silmutanously to murabahah fi ancing costumers loyalty. There are factors that infl uencing murabahah fi nancing costumers loyalty including the infl uence of service factors, facility factors, and location factors. This study used the quantitative approach. The total of respondent are 80 costumers. Sampling this study was carried through probability sampling and simple random sampling , rarely the technique of determining to selected sample without regard to the levels in the population. This study used quesioners as many as 20 items questions that were assesed with a likert 1-5 scale and used validity and reliability test. The test of assumptions were, tests of multicollinearity, heteroscedastisitas, normality, linearity then analyzed using multiple regression analysis with the determination test method F test and t test. Base on multiple regression analysis at 5% signifi cance level show that simultaneously service factors, facility factors, and location factors have signifi cant positive effect to murabahah fi nancing costumers loyalty at Bank Pembiayaan Rakyat Syariah Adeco Langsa, and then there are signifi cant positive effect of the facility factors to murabahah fi nancing costumer loyalty and the location also has a signifi cant positive infl uence on murabahah fi nancing costumer loyalty at Bank Pembiayaan Rakyat Syariah Adeco Langsa, facility factor have the most dominant infl uence on murabahah fi nancing costumer loyalty at Bank Pembiayaan Rakyat Syariah Adeco Langsa, with a signifi cance of 0,000 less than 0,05.

Penelitian ini bertujuan menguji pengaruh Etika Pegawai, Pelayanan Publik dan Reformasi Birokrasi terhadap Penerapan Zona Integritas. Pengaruh Etika Pegawai, Pelayanan Publik dan Reformasi Birokrasi terhadap Penerapan Zona Integritas pada Lembaga Pemasyarakatan Kelas I Makassar Responden dalam penelitian ini adalah Pengunjung dan keluarga nara-pidana Lembaga Pemasyarakatan Kelas I Makassar. Jumlah pengunjung yang menjadi sampel penelitian ini adalah 55 orang. Metode penentuan sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Simple Random Sampling, sedangkan metode pengolahan data yang digunakan peneliti adalah analisis regresi berganda. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa Etika Pegawai dan Pelayanan Publik berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Penerapan Zona Integritas di Lembaga Pemasyarakatan Kelas I Makassar.     This study examines the effect of employee ethics and the improvement of public services on the implementation of the integrity zone. The effect of employee ethics, and improvement of public services on the implementation of integrity zone on Lembaga Pemasyarakatan Kelas 1 Makassar. Respondents in this study were Makassar class in penitentiary visitors. the number of visitors who sampled this study was 55 people. the method of determining the sample used in this study is simple random sampling, while the data processing method used by researchers is multiple regression analysis. the results of this study indicate that employee ethics and public services have a significant effect on the implementation of the integrity zone in Makassar class in penitentiary.

In this study, there are results that contradict the theory which states that the higher the level of training and motivation, the employee's performance should increase.  In this study, training had no effect and motivation had no positive effect. This study aims to determine the effect of training and work motivation on employee performance in Kopiloka 3.0.  The population in this study were all employees at Kopiloka 3.0, which amounted to 15 people with a sample of 15 people using saturated sampling.  The data analysis technique in this study used SPSS 24 software, which consisted of data quality test, classical assumption test, multiple regression analysis, and hypothesis testing. By using multiple regression analysis, the results of the study show that training has no effect on employee performance.  Motivation has a significant effect on employee performance.  Simultaneously (together) the independent variables of training and motivation have an effect on employee performance.

Company's aniual report is one of the information that connecting the company's management and their stockholders. The study about voluntary disclosure in an.annual report will provide some insight about disclosure practiees in Indonesian firms. The objective of this research was to give empirical evidence about the effects of leverage, liquidity,firm public own proportion and independent audit committee proportion on voluntary disclosure both partially and simultaneously. Seventy four companies were analyed by multiple regression analysis. The resul*show that leverage insigniJicantly hat positive effect on voluntarydisclosure. Liquidity also insignificantly has positive effect on voluntary diselosure. Butfirm publi  own proportion insignificantly has negative effect on voluntary disclosure. Independent audit committee proportion also insigniJicantly has negative effect on voluntary disclosure. <p>This study aimed to analyze the extent to which the effect of satisfaction, compensation and discipline on the performance of employees at PT. Lion Air in Batam as well as to analyze the most dominant variables affect the performance of employees at PT. Lion Air in applying Batam. For goal then used descriptive analysis, multiple regression analysis, validity and reliability test and partial test and test simultaneously.</p>From the results of the regression equation the influence of variables (job satisfaction, compensation and working discipline) with the performance of employees at PT. Lion Air Batam, there was a strong and significant influence, because the higher job satisfaction, compensation and working discipline, the higher the employee’s performance because it has a probability value of less than 0.05. Thus, in this study proved the first hypothesis. The most dominant variable affecting the performance of employees is job satisfaction, reasons for job satisfaction has a standardized coefficient of the largest value when compared with the variable compensation and work discipline.

This research aims to analyze the influence of trust, consumer satisfaction, perceived value, and commitment in loyalty and to analyze the influence of trust, consumer satisfaction, and the perceived value toward commitment.There are 500 respondents used in this research. They were taken using convenience sampling. The confirmatory factor analysis is employed to find out the validity and reliability of the data. The multiple regression analysis is used to analyze the data.The result of this research shows that in the first analysis, the trust, the perceived value and the commitment positively influences the loyalty, whereas consumer satisfaction had no significancy influence on the loyalty; the second analysis shows that consumer satisfaction and the perceived value positively influence the commitment, whereas the trust had no significant positively influence on the commitment.

This study aims to determine and analyze the effect of price, promotion, and product quality on Telkomsel customer loyalty to Management Study Program Students at Universitas Prima Indonesia. This research is descriptive quantitative. The population of this study was 582 Students of odd semester Management Study Program at Universitas Prima Indonesia and a sample of 100 respondents using the purposive sampling method who had met the requirements. This study uses multiple regression analysis. The results of this study indicate that price, Promotion, and product quality have a positive effect on Telkomsel customer loyalty to Management Study Program Students at Universitas Prima Indonesia. This research purposed to test wheter or not there is the effect of credit risk as measured by the ratio of  Non Performing Financings (NPF) and Capital Adequacy as measured using the Capital Adequacy Ratio (CAR) to the level of profitability as measured using the ratio of Return On Equity (ROE) on Baitul Maal wat Tamwil (BMT) Pringsewu.Population in this research that the Baitul Maal wat Tamwil Pringsewu. As a sample of financial statement BMT Pringsewu for five years from 2010 until 2014. The analutical method used is multiple regression analysis. Based on the result of  multiple regression analysis with significance level of 5% or 0.05 , then the result of this research can be concluded that (1) simultaneous independent variables that affect the NPF and CAR to ROE (2) NPF has a negative influence on the ROE while (3) CAR positive effect on ROE..

The purpose of this study is to examine the impact of covid 19 on financial performance and the factors that are thought to influence it, namely capital adequacy, risk and efficiency. The study was conducted on banking companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) in the 2019 and 2020 periods. , which results in a total of 21 banking companies as a sample. The test method used is to test the average difference and multiple regression analysis. The results show that the average ROA, CAR, NPL, LDR and BOPO before covid and during covid are significantly different. Multiple regression results show that LDR has a positive effect on ROA and BOPO has a negative effect on ROA while CAR and NPL have no effect on ROA.Tujuan penelitian ini adalah menguji dampak covid 19 atas kinerja keuangan serta faktor yang diduga mempengaruhinya yakni kecukupan modal, risiko dan efisiensi.Penelitian dilakukan pada perusahaan perbankan yang terdafrat di Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI) pada periode 2019 dan 2020. Penentuan sampel berdasarkan purposive sampling method, yang menghasilkan jumlah  21 perusahaan perbankan sebagai sampel. Metode pengujian yang dipakai adalah dengan melakukan pengujian beda rata-rata dan analisis regresi berganda. Diperoleh hasil bahwa rata-rata ROA, CAR, NPL, LDR dan BOPO sebelum covid dengan selama covid adalah berbeda signikan, Hasil regresi berganda memperlihatkan bahwa LDR berpengaruh positif atas ROA dan BOPO berpengaruh negatif atas ROA sedangkan CAR, dan NPL tidak berpengaruh atas ROA.

This research aims to know whether the entrepreneurial interest and entrepreneurship motivation influence entrepreneurial spirit and how much interest and motivation of entrepreneurship influence on entrepreneurial spirit of students. This research conducted during Juni 2019 at SMK Negeri 7 Kota Serang. The population in this research were student of SMK Negeri 7 Kota Serang, sampling using simple random sampling. The data was obtained by distributing questionnaries to 109 respondents.  Testing the hypothesis with multiple regression analysis, t-test, f-test, and coefficient of determination. The results of this study indicated that: (1) There was a positive and significant influence of interest in entrepreneurship on entrepreneurial spirit ,this was evidenced by having a regression coefficient t count> t table of (2.781> 1,982) and a significant value of 5%, (2) There was a positive and significant effect of entrepreneurial motivation on entrepreneurial spirit evidenced by having a regression coefficient t count> t table of (4,904> 1,982) and a significant value of 5%, (3) There was a positive and significant influence of interest and motivation in entrepreneurship together on entrepreneurial spirit. This was evidenced by having a regression coefficient fcount> ftabel of (50,478> 3.08) and a significant value of 5%, (4) the coefficient of determination (adjusted R2) obtained at 0.478 or 47.8%, while the rest is 52.2% Entrepreneurial spirit was influenced by variables other variables not examined in this study.

Jakarta Islamic Index is an index comprised of stocks that meet various criteria sharia. Islamic stocks beta is a measure of the risk of the shares belonging to sharia. This study aims to examine and determine the influence of fundamental factors to Islamic stock beta. Object of this research is the company that makes the Jakarta Islamic Index years 2011-2013, with purposive sampling technique gained 12 companies as the study sample. The independent variabel in this study is dividend payout ratio (DPR), financial leverage (FL) and profitability. This research using multiple regression analysis to test the hypotesis. Result showed that the variables dividen payout ratio has no effect on beta Islamic stock. Variable financial leverage and profitability variables significant positive effect on beta Islamic stock. Simultaneous dividen payout ratio, financial leverage and profitability significantly to the beta having an Islamic stock
