This research was conducted to determine the impact of customer's perception and religiosity on the decision making to choose a gold pawning product at PT Bank Syariah Mandiri Medan KCP Iskandar Muda and to find out the most dominant variable which effect the decision of choosing a gold pawning product at PT Bank Syariah Medan KCP Medan Iskandar Muda. The dependent variable in this study was the decision to choose while the independent variable consisted of perception and speech.  The sample used in this study was 50 people. Data analysis method that used in this research is the multiple linear regression analysis, classic asumption test, T test, F test, coefficient of determination test. The results showed that perception and religiosity partially significantly influence customer decisions, also, perception and religiosity simultaneously have a significant effect on customer decisions. The most dominant variable which influence the decision to choose a product is perception with an R Square value of 29.8%, so that if customer perception continues to be improved it will affect the increase in the number of gold mortgage financing customers at Bank Syariah Mandiri Medan KCP Iskandar Muda.

This study aims to examine and analyze the effect of the application of fingerprint attendance on employee discipline in Markas Komando Direktorat Pengamanan Badan Pengusahaan Batam. Data collected through distributing questionnaires to 55 respondents. A sampling technique uses a saturation sampling. The data analysis method used is quantitative analysis using validity and reliability testing, classic assumption test, F test, t test, coefficient of determination and multiple linear regression analysis. The results of data analysis show that 1) the practical dimensions of fingerprint attendance have a positive but not significant effect on employee discipline, 2) the accurate dimension of fingerprint attendance has a positive but not significant effect on employee discipline, 3) high securities fingerprint attendance has a positive and significant effect on employee discipline, 4) the dimensions of fingerprint attendance hardware have a positive but not significant effect on employee discipline, 5) practical, accurate, high security, and fingerprint attendance hardware simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on employee discipline.

Effect of Motivation, Leadership and Competence on Employee Performance of Makassar City Bappeda Office. The purpose of this study was to determine the Effect of Motivation, Leadership and Competence on Employee Performance at the Makassar City Bappeda Office. The population in this study all employees in the Makassar City Bappeda office were 50 with ASN status, all of whom were respondents. Data collection methods in this study were questionnaire, interview, and documentation. The data analysis method uses descriptive and quantitative methods, namely multiple linear regression analysis used to measure the effect of motivation, leadership and competence on employee performance at the Makassar City Bappeda Office. The results of this study indicate that the independent variable Motivation, and Competence together have a positive and significant influence on the dependent variable (employee performance), while the leadership variable has a significant negative effect. The coefficient of determination (R2) is 0.622, the coefficient of determination states that the variables of motivation, leadership and competence can only explain or contribute to variations in changes in employee performance by 62.2 percent.

This study aims to determine the effect of product quality and price on consumer loyalty at Mitana Cafe in Langsa City. The number of samples in this study were 96 respondents. The data analysis method used in this study is the classical assumption test, multiple linear regression analysis and proof of the hypothesis using the coefficient of determination analysis, t test and F test. price affects consumer loyalty of Mitana Cafe in Langsa City by 24.3% and the remaining 75.7% is influenced by other variables not examined in this study. From the results of the t test it is known that product quality and price have a significant effect on consumer loyalty at Mitana Cafe in Langsa City. From the results of the F test, it is known that the product quality and price simultaneously have a significant effect on the consumer loyalty of Mitana Cafe in Langsa City.

This study aims to analyze the effect of rentability, profitability, and solvability on audit delay. The population in this study was 5 manufacturing companies listed on the Stock Exchange in 2015-2018. Sampling using purposive sampling. The sample in this study were 20 manufacturing companies (food and beverage subsector) listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX). Data analysis techniques using multiple linear regression analysis. The results of this study indicate that partially rentability and profitability had a strength significant effect on audit delay, and solvability has a weak significant effect on audit delay. Simultaneously rentability, profitability, and solvability together have a significant influence on audit delay. Adjusted R-square value is 0,516, meaning that the magnitude of the coefficient of determination is 0.516 which states that the independent variable explains the dependent variable of 51.6 %. The remaining 48.4 % is influenced by other variables that is not in researched.

This study was conducted to determine the effect of individual characteristics and job satisfaction onemployee performance at the Cut Meutia Hospital, Langsa City. The sample in this study amounted to 86respondents. The data analysis method used is multiple linear regression analysis, hypothesis testing usingt test, F test, and determination test (R2). The results showed that Y = 0.895 + 0.151X1 + 0.805X2. The resultsof the t test for individual characteristics sig <α 5% (0.019 <0.05), it can be stated that individualcharacteristics have a significant effect on the performance of the employees of Cut Meutia Hospital, LangsaCity. The results of the t test job satisfaction t sig <α 5% (0,000 <0.05) can be stated that job satisfaction hasa significant effect on the performance of the employees of Cut Meutia Hospital, Langsa City. The results ofthe F test are known from F sig <α 5% (0,000 <0.05), it can be stated that individual characteristics and jobsatisfaction simultaneously have a significant effect on the performance of the employees of Cut MeutiaHospital, Langsa City. The results of the coefficient of determination (R2) obtained results of 0.737 or 73.7%of individual characteristics and job satisfaction affect the performance of employees at Cut Meutia Hospital,Langsa City and the remaining 26.3% is influenced by other variables.

The purpose of this study was to determine the impact of the quality of goods and advertisements on the decision to buy Gembira bread brand. The independent variable of this study consists of the quality of goods and advertisements, while the dependent variable is the buying decision. This research is quantitative descriptive. The research was conducted on the community in the Padang Hilir District, Tebing Tinggi City. The data used are primary data obtained through questionnaire answers from 50 respondents. Data were analyzed using multiple linear regression analysis method. The results showed that the quality of the goods had a significant impact on buying decisions. Likewise, advertising has a significant impact on Buying Decision. For further researchers, it is hoped that they can examine other factors that are not revealed in this study.

ABSTRACT The purpose of this research is to analyze the influence of exports and foreign debt which can affect Indonesia's GDP (Gross Domesty Product). The variables of this research are the foreign debt value of the Indonesian government and the value of Indonesian exports as the independent variable, and the value of Indonesia's GDP as the dependent variable. The data used are supporting data for the 2015-2019 period from the time series (time series) of Bank Indonesia and BPS. The data analysis method used multiple linear regression analysis. The results of this study are the value of the Indonesian government's foreign debt and the value of Indonesia's exports have a significant effect. Meanwhile, the results of the partial test (t-test) show that the value of foreign debt and exports of the Indonesian government greatly affects the value of Indonesia's GDP. Organizational commitment is a level or awareness of a person to recognize the extent of an organization and is bound to its goals so as to accelerate the organization to achieve its objectives. Competence is knowledge, skills, and abilities that are mastered by someone who has become a part of him, so he can do cognitive, affective, and psychomotor behaviors as well as possible. Employee performance is the result of work in quality and quantity achieved by someone in carrying out their functions in accordance with the responsibilities given to him.The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of commitment and competence on employee performance at PT. BPR Duta Bali. The sampling technique used is a saturated sampling technique. The sample in this study was 40 employees. The data analysis method used is multiple linear regression analysis with the SPSS program. The results of the study state that the commitment variable has a positive effect on employee performance. Competency variables do not affect employee performance. Commitment and competency variables simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on employee performance

This study aims to analyze the effect of tax sanctions, tax socialization, tax system, and tax avoidance on the barriers to the tax collection. This research method was quantitative. The population in this study are all individual taxpayers who do free work in Jember Regency. By accidental sampling, the samples are fifty respondents of Individual Taxpayers who do free work. Data collection using a questionnaire, and the data analysis method uses multiple linear regression analysis. The results showed that tax sanctions, tax system, tax avoidance had a significant effect on the obstacles to tax collection, while tax socialization has no significant effect on barriers to tax collection. Since the tax socialization had no impact, fiscus should use the strategy to avoid the barriers of tax collection by using account representative assistance in active counseling to the taxpayer.

This purpose of this study was to determine the effect of leadership, motivation and discipline on employee performance. The independent variables were leadership (X1), motivation (X1) and discipline (X3). The dependent variable was employee performance (Y). This was explanatory research with a quantitative approach. The study was conducted at PT Surabaya Marine with employees. Data analysis was carried out through multiple linear regression analysis with the F test and t test.
