The article analyses the situation with the lack of systematic control over the originality of texts of students’ written works in secondary schools, including individual projects, provided by the Russian Federal State Educational Standards. The authors point out that compliance with the academic program’s requirements to observe the norms and rules of citation and absence of plagiarism in the texts of individual projects is not ensured in practice in any way. In particular, schools have not developed evaluation criteria and procedures for monitoring. Also, there is no access to the necessary text reuse detection tools. The article substantiates the necessity for secondary education to check students’ for reused text by using specialized software on the example of the “Antiplagiat” system. As a result of the study, a methodology of introducing digital tools for text reuse detection in schools is presented. We developed such a methodology for secondary schools for the first time. It will allow avoiding the repetition of methodological errors made during the introduction of tools for text reuse detection in higher education, provide methodological support to teachers, and establish adequate criteria for assessing the originality of works, considering the specifics of the school.

The article discusses the relevance of studying web technologies in basic and secondary schools. Revealed the relationship of the concepts of "web programming", "web development" and "web technology", clarified the concept of "web technology". The connection between the concepts of "competency", "educational competency", "digital competencies", "digital skills" has been investigated. The requirements for the results of studying web technologies at school are analyzed, which are contained in Federal State Educational Standards and in Approximate Basic Educational Programs of Basic and Secondary Education in informatics, as well as in educational and methodological kits of basic and secondary schools. On the basis of this analysis, the requirements for what a high school graduate should know, be able to and master at a basic level after studying the theme "Web technologies" are summarized. An attempt has been made to formulate and distinguish between basic, intermediate and advanced skills that are formed in school graduates.

The paper discusses one of the most important issues for educational process organization while teaching Biology at secondary school educational and methodological support and its main component a course book. The authors prove the urgency of this problem as school teachers face a great choice of Biology course books. The paper also contains a brief overview how the notion course book developed in Russia. The authors have given a modern interpretation of the notion course book taking into account the Federal State Educational Standards of General Education. Particular attention is paid to considering the structure of the course book. The specificity of a Biology course book for secondary schools is characterized. The authors have also revealed some variability of Biology course books for 57 grades of secondary schools in modern conditions when there are two federal lists of school textbooks. The reasons for the existing difficulties in the choice of a Biology course book by school Biology teachers are revealed. Particular attention is paid to the criteria for a comparative analysis of the content of Biology course books for secondary schools. The authors have also revealed a degree of completeness of Biology courses with various components for grades 57. The presented materials can be used by school teachers while teaching a Biology course at a secondary school.

For the first time in the education guidance, the history of service development in Russia and in the world is presented in its entirety. There are traced the patterns of the formation of the service component in the national economic systems for the periods of history. Detailed consideration of development of a services sector in the Russian Empire and the USSR is carried out, specifics of her formation in Russia are defined. The detailed material on the genesis of the separate service branches is given. The methodological basis of the course is the theory of history and the culture of daily occurrence. It meets the requirements of the Federal State Educational Standard of Higher Education of the latest generation. The education guidance is aimed at bachelors studying in the areas of "History" and "Service", but it can also be claimed as additional literature by a number of other training areas that correspond to one or another type of service activities.

The article analyzes and characterizes the content, empirics of scientific research and the practice of implementing the methodological foundations of the political culture of students, as the basis for the formation of a civic national identity and ultimately the formation of the unity of the Russian nation. The relevance of the article is due to the aggravation of the socio-political situation in the Russian Federation in recent years, which is associated with an increase in the need for peaceful resolution of conflicts, the need for preparation for civic participation in the life of society and the state, and the insufficient level of political culture of all participants in the events. It is shown that at present, the educational system of Russia contains a large-scale error of violating ideological continuity between basic general / secondary / education and higher professional education. In particular, the Federal State Standard for Basic General Education dated 2010.12.10 indicates the orientation of education in the Russian Federation “to ensure the formation of the Russian civic identity of students”, but the Federal State Educational Standard on humanitarian directions of training do not have the ideological principles contained in the standards of general and secondary education and including in the Constitution of the Russian Federation. The research problem is connected with the search for methodological foundations for the implementation of the requirements of educational standards and the continuity in higher education of the formation of the Russian civiс identity of students, their testing and dissemination of the progressive experience available in our country

The textbook consistently highlights the issues of anatomy and physiology of the pancreas, etiology, pathogenesis, classification, clinical picture, diagnosis and treatment of acute pancreatitis. Special attention is paid to determining the severity and prognosis of the disease. Modern approaches to treatment taking into account the severity of the disease, features of suppression of secretory activity of the pancreas and the role of nutritional support in the complex treatment of acute pancreatitis are presented. Attention is drawn to the timing of minimally invasive interventions for uninfected and infected postnecrotic fluid formations, as well as methods of surgical treatment in the phase of purulent-necrotic complications of acute pancreatitis. For the first time in the educational edition psychological aspects of rehabilitation of surgical patients are presented. Mastering the material of the textbook is facilitated by test tasks and questions for self-control. Meets the requirements of the Federal state educational standards of higher education of the last generation. It is intended for students of medical universities, clinical residents and doctors studying in the system of additional professional education, specialty "Surgery".

In the article we assume to consider pedagogical aspects of critical thinking, and for this purpose fi rst of all to formulate briefl y what has to enter the stated consideration. Critical thinking as the quality of the identity of the school student shown for formation at the school student by the social order and also as the quality formed at school students by pedagogical means as educational result of the school student, as the pedagogical problem solved by the teacher by means of application known and designing of own training techniques is presented in article; criteria of critical saturation of educational information and levels of formation of critical thinking are discussed. We consider necessary also to note that the didactic aspect of critical thinking assumes his consideration in a competence-based format as the requirement of the new federal state educational standard of the general secondary education.

In recent years, domestic and world science has come to the conclusion that it is necessary to introduce into agriculture ecological methods of cultivation of agricultural crops: irrigation, nutrition and care for the preservation of soil fertility. The training manual describes the main sprinkler machines for irrigation of agricultural crops; for the first time the materials for the study and calculations of water consumption of root crops, cereals, legumes when used in agriculture environmentally safe fine sprinkling. A new method of diagnosing irrigation time by temperature difference in the "sheet — air"system is presented. Meets the requirements of the Federal state educational standards of higher education of the last generation. It will be useful in the educational process for bachelors, undergraduates, graduate students and teachers, as well as specialists in the field of agriculture, land reclamation, soil science, ecology, physiology.

Deep learning is bringing breakthroughs to many computer vision subfields including Optical Music Recognition (OMR), which has seen a series of improvements to musical symbol detection achieved by using generic deep learning models. However, so far, each such proposal has been based on a specific dataset and different evaluation criteria, which made it difficult to quantify the new deep learning-based state-of-the-art and assess the relative merits of these detection models on music scores. In this paper, a baseline for general detection of musical symbols with deep learning is presented. We consider three datasets of heterogeneous typology but with the same annotation format, three neural models of different nature, and establish their performance in terms of a common evaluation standard. The experimental results confirm that the direct music object detection with deep learning is indeed promising, but at the same time illustrates some of the domain-specific shortcomings of the general detectors. A qualitative comparison then suggests avenues for OMR improvement, based both on properties of the detection model and how the datasets are defined. To the best of our knowledge, this is the first time that competing music object detection systems from the machine learning paradigm are directly compared to each other. We hope that this work will serve as a reference to measure the progress of future developments of OMR in music object detection.
