SITUATION TASKS FOR STUDENTS OF GRADES 5–6 ON THE ETHICAL FOUNDATIONS OF INTERNET COMMUNICATION

The article discusses the problem of violations of ethical norms of communication on the Internet by students of grades 5–6. Young adolescent children are found on the Internet in violation of ethical standards and often violate them themselves. The actual task of teachers is to form students' skills to protect themselves from threats to the information environment that are unethical in nature. The article presents examples of situational tasks of three types: tasks that reveal the key concepts of the ethical foundations of communication on the Internet; situations of students' search activity in the network; situations of interaction of younger adolescents in the information environment. The developed set of tasks allows organizing the practical activities of students in grades 5–6 on the development of ethical norms of behavior in the global network both at informatics lessons and during extracurricular activities.

This article aims to identify the causes of conflicts in communication upsetting the balance of interethnic relations, mutual understanding, interaction between representatives of different countries and peoples and to develop mechanisms for overcoming them in the discourse of political Internet, which occupies a special place in the Internet communication and enables politicians having access to the Internet to speak to the public. The article presents a typology of communicative failures, identifies what makes a communication conflict (situational factors, contextual factors; productive and receptive factors; ritualization of live speech communication, violation of ethical norms, leveling pragmatic speech characteristics, incorrect linear speech organization; reticence; shifting from one topic to another, etc.). Theoretical and methodological bases of the research are ontological and anthropocentric approaches: a person is recognized as a "measure of all things", he perceives the world through self-awareness in this world, and language, as a means of communication, acts as the main constitutive characteristics of thinking, speaking, and creating the reality person.

Ethics represents an important role in any society, applicable to all activities. Online information, during its evolution, applied many changes in all the domains, changes that may affect the principles of ethics. The continued freedom to use the online environment, the failure to establish clear rules both nationally and internationally can lead to many problems, most of which are ethical. Although ethics is an important value of society, in reality, it serves as an established virtue. This paper reveals the fact that the limits of ethics can be easily violated, showing which possible dangers can be met and, with attention, avoided. Using the Internet has become a priority in any domain: economic, cultural, academic, educational, and social. The most obvious change could be observed at the social level. Thus, more and more people prefer to socialize online, through social networks. Within these networks, most cases of violation of ethical norms can be observed. That is why certain ethical standards should be set clear enough to protect the privacy of users. The restrictions imposed by the COVID-19 pandemic have led more and more people to use the online environment (online work, online education). With the increase in the rate of use of the online environment, online illegalities have also increased, legalities that violate the principles of ethics. We must not neglect that any action in the online environment exposes the user to certain risks. We consider online users must get informed about possible risks and problems that may arise from browsing online. Thus, good information of the population, as well as continuously updated legislation, can help to respect the norms of ethics in the online environment

The paper examines the ways of implementation and syntactic organization of the discourse of the Russian segment of the Internet as a syncretic phenomenon that organically combines the principles of actualizing oral and written forms of communication. The methods of linguosemiotic and linguo-cognitive analysis of discourse as an information flow, based on the ideas of Yu. S. Stepanov, V. Z. Demyankov, U. Chafe and others are applied in the work. The research material is text data extracted from the Russian National Corpus and obtained by the method of continuous sampling based on the results of the author’s own Internet monitoring. The study shows that the syntax of Internet speech is not reduced to the process of hybridization of traditionally existing oral and written forms of language existence. In the usus of the information environment of the informal Internet, their own norms are developed, which are organic for the conditions of communication offered in this environment. The specific role of syntactic models of parcelling, segmentation, stringing techniques, graphic abbreviations, and other paraverbal means in informal Internet communication is analyzed. Also, special attention is paid to the originality of the punctuation design of speech on the Internet, the emergence of new punctuation norms. The author came at a conclusion that the Internet discourse is a new equal third form of language existence, along with the traditionally distinguished oral and written forms.

Copywriting is a relatively young text-making industry, which is becoming important with the development of the Global Network. Despite the great popularity and high economic efficiency, it has not acquired the systemic scientific coverage. Meanwhile, the scientific approach, the development of a proper conceptual apparatus, weighty methodological recommendations and generalizations are of necessity.Based on the existing scientific discourse, practical experience of copywriters, numerous texts presented in blogs of reputable content studios and advertising agencies, the authors come to a definite opinion and the concrete conclusions, stated in this paper.Modern media practice is inextricably linked with the content creation and SEO promotion. Journalists, PR-specialists, ordinary owners of online resources are daily faced with the problem of filling sites, their optimization for search engines and promotion. The Ukrainian and Russian segments of the Internet are filled with resources, the content of which duplicates each other, because it created using copy-paste technology. This situation contradicts the current legislation of Ukraine, violates ethical standards and reduces the effectiveness of online texts. The development of a comprehensive scientific and methodological framework will reduce the negative situation and will be useful for practicing copywriters. The activity should go beyond the limits of purely practical activities and acquire its scientific understanding.It uses the separation of the process of creating content for copywriting, rewriting, scanning, translation from other languages, copy-paste, synonymizing. According to the authors, such an approach is optimal for the current state of this activity. From the presented list, attention is focused on copywriting as the most promising technology for creating texts for websites. All types of copywriting available in UA and Runet (image, SEO, LSI-copywriting, SMM and writing texts that sell) are analyzed, and the main requirements for each of them are highlighted.

Tinker v. Des Moines Independent Community School District was a watershed moment involving the First Amendment free speech rights of students in American public schools. In Tinker, the Supreme Court affirmed that absent a reasonable forecast of material and substantial disruption, educators could not discipline students who wore black arm bands to school protesting American military action in Viet Nam. Not surprisingly, litigation continues on the boundaries of student speech, coupled with the extent to which educators can limit expression on the internet, especially social media. As the Justices finally entered the fray over cyber speech, this three-part article begins by reviewing Tinker and other Supreme Court precedent on student expressive activity plus illustrative lower court cases before examining Levy v. Mahanoy Area School District. In Levy, the Court will consider whether educators could discipline a cheerleader, a student engaged in an extracurricular activity, who violated team rules by posting inappropriate off-campus messages on Snapchat. The article then offers policy suggestions for lawyers and educators when working with speech codes applicable to student use of the internet and social media by pupils involved in extracurricular activities.

This work considers the use of digital traces in the educational environment and the specifics of their collection and analysis at the university. One way or another, all participants in the educational process, as well as those who can potentially become them, for example, applicants, leave digital traces in the digital environments of the university and the Global Network in general, and these traces can be analyzed. At the same time, even the university itself as an organization leaves a certain digital footprint on the Internet. At the moment, most researchers are very optimistic, contemplating on what positive changes can be brought by the analysis of digital traces of applicants, students and teachers for the development of the university itself, the educa-tional process, and the formation of individual learning paths. In contrast to this, the author identifies a number of possible prospects for the analysis of Big Data and the use of Artificial Intelligence for education at the university of the future. Attention is focused on how this can affect the safety of the environment and conflict with ethical standards. Participants in the educational process, falling under the analysis of their digital traces, can both suffer because of them, even if their activities have not been in any way connected with the university, and begin to hide their true digital identity, creating «false» digital traces and becoming anon-ymous. The author assumes that an increase in such control covering actions, thoughts and emotions naturally results in the emergence of the concept of a «Dark» University, which distances itself as much as possible from such methods of analyzing personal data.

The Internet Text is an extended analysis of the environment of Internet communication, an extended meditation on the psychology and philosophy of Net exchange. As such, it is concerned primarily with virtual or electronic subjectivity – the simultaneous presence and absence of the user, the sorts of libidinal projections that result, the nature of flamewars, and the ontological or epistemological issues that underlie these processes. Internet Text begins with a brief, almost corrosive, account of the subject – an account based on the concepts of Address, Protocol, and Recognition. This section “reduces” virtual subjectivity to packets of information, Internet sputterings, and an ontology of the self based on Otherness – your recognition of me is responsible for my Net-presence. The reduction then begins to break down through a series of further texts detailing the nature of this presence; a nature which is both sexualized/gendered, and absenting, the result of an imaginary site. Eventually, it has become clear that everything revolves around issues of the virtual subject, who is only virtual on the Net, but who has a very real body elsewhere. So Internet Text has evolved more and more in a meditation on this subject – a subject which will perhaps be one of the dominant modes of being within the next millennium. Finally, it should be noted that there are no conclusions to be drawn in Internet Text, no series of protocol statements or declarations creating any sort of ultimate defining or explanatory position. The entire history of philosophy mitigates against this; instead, I side with the Schlegels, with Nietzsche, Bataille, Jabes, and others, for whom the fragment is crucial to an understanding of contemporary life... Communication in the Internet is an important characteristic of modern culture. The Internet has a significant impact on the vocabulary development. Due to this process new words known as neologisms appear in the Internet communication. Neologisms penetrate actively into any language, as such words react quicklier to all changes in the society life and in the language. The given article deals with the derivational models of German-language neologisms. The study showed that the main ways to form German neologisms are affixation, compounding, abbreviation, borrowing, blends and semantic derivation

The emergence and spread of Internet communication has led to changes in social relationships, abuse of the Internet and maladaptive behavior. Among the authors who have studied the impact of these changes there is no consensus, and the results of their research are often contradictory. Some authors conclude that Internet communication strengthens networks of its users, while others believe that such communication leads to reduced participation in real social life. In a number of people, excessive use of the Internet adversely affects the mental health and social life and can lead to obsession at the expense of other aspects of life and creating addiction. The greatest risk of negative impacts of online communication is among children and young people. This paper is meant to indicate, the good sides as well as the negative consequences of excessive and non-functional Internet use
