Dengue Hemorrhagic Fever (DHF) is a disease that always increases and spreads widely. South Tangerang City is the highest city with several 417 cases in 2019. The role of the community is needed to break the chain of transmission using vector control through Mosquito Nest Eradication (PSN) activities. Activities such as eradicating mosquito eggs and larvae using 3M plus. This study was conducted to determine the factors related to the behavior of Mosquito Nest Eradication (PSN) in the Community in the Rawabuntu. The method of research is quantitative analytic with a cross-sectional design, univariate and bivariate analysis, primary data collection by filling out questionnaires using the PPS technique, and then by purposive sampling with an amount of 150 respondents. The result of the chi-square research shows that there is no correlation between knowledge and PSN behavior with a p-value (0,132), there is no correlation between attitudes and PSN behavior with a p-value (0,757), there is a correlation between information availability and PSN behavior with a p-value ( 0,001), there is a correlation between the role of health workers with PSN behavior with p-value (0,011). The result of this study there is no correlation between knowledge and attitudes with PSN behavior, but there is a correlation between the availability of information and the role of health workers with behavior (PSN). It is expected that health workers will provide information and monitor community activities to carry out PSN activities and for the community to make efforts to increase knowledge and attitude regarding PSN by conducting 3M plus regularly to prevent dengue fever.

Female adolescents who experience anxiety will have an increase in prostaglandin synthesis accompanied by decreased levels of estrogen or progesterone, causing uterine muscle contractions, uterine blood flow, uterine ischemia resulting in dysmenorrhea. The prevalence of dysmenorrhoea varies between 15.8% - 89.5%, with the highest prevalence in adolescents, this shows that adolescents are very vulnerable to anxiety which will lead to the incidence of dysmenorrhoea. This study aims to determine the correlation between the level of anxiety during the Covid-19 pandemic and the incidence of primary dysmenorrhoea in adolescents at SMAN 1 Sindang Indramayu in 2020. Non-experimental research with correlational analytic design with cross sectional approach using primary data of 50 female adolescents who were taken by quota sampling technique. Collecting data using an electronic questionnaire which is analyzed by the Spearman rank test. In the univariate analysis, 36% of 50 female adolescents had mild anxiety and 72% had mild primary dysmenorrhoea. Bivariate analysis with the Spearman rank statistical test obtained significance or P value = 0.003 <0.05 and a correlation coefficient value of 0.418 and is positive. There are correlation between the level of anxiety during Covid-19 pandemic and the incidence of primary dysmenorrhoea in female adolescents at SMAN 1 Sindang Indramayu with the strength of the correlation between two variables in the sufficient category and positive, which means that if the variable level of anxiety is high, the primary dysmenorrhoea variable is getting higher.

The sampling technique was accidental sampling, a sample of 75 respondents. The data used are primary data by distributing questionnaires, secondary data, and tertiary data while the data analysis used is univariate analysis and bivariate analysis with Chi-Square test. The results of this study with stastic test showed that the p-value result was 0.033 (<α 0.05), so there was a relationship between the level of anxiety and the quality of sleep of patients undergoing hemodialysis in the Rasyida Kidney Special Hospital Medan. The conclusions in this study indicate that there is a significant correlation between the level of anxiety and sleep quality in patients undergoing hemodialysis in Medan Renalida Kidney Special Hospital. It is recommended for patients to control anxiety so that sleep quality will be better and recommended to health workers especially hemodialysis nurses to further enhance the knowledge of patients who increase hemodialysis by providing education/health education related to the effects and complications of hemodialysis.

Disasters cause material losses, morbidity, and deaths. Support for the role of hospitals and health workers, especially nurses, is needed to reduce the number of victims in each disaster. Using a cross-sectional survey design, this study aims to analyze the relationship between nurse’s perceptions of hospital facility support and disaster preparedness. One hundred sixty seven respondents were selected using proportional random sampling. Disaster preparedness evaluation tool (DPET) was used to assess the participants’ readiness, and the Health Sector Self-Assessment Tool for Disaster Risk Reduction was used to assess nurse’s perceptions of hospital facility support. The final results of the analysis using the Spearman Rank test showed a significant correlation between hospital infrastructure support and emergency nurse’s preparedness in disaster preparedness with a p-value (0.00). The higher the nurse’s perceptions of hospital facility support, the higher their preparedness in disaster management is. Strengthening guidelines of disaster planning in hospitals, especially regarding the ability of hospitals to overcome the impacts of disasters, will provide optimal support for emergency nurses during a disaster crisis.
