The ground as a system that dynamic, the ground can be turned off than time to tim , according its properties which includes the physical properties , the chemical nature and the nature of mechanical, as well as the state of the environment that productivity a whole determine the ground .A pattern of land use affect the trait of land especially the physical properties of a soil , because the use of or cultivation of the land can result in a system of capillaries on the dotted the ground and the breakdown of the limits of the horizon the ground which gives rise to a setback the physical properties of soil and chemical , as forfeited to the element of the disturbances and organic matter .  The opening of the woodland plant industry ( HTI ) indirectly affect the physical properties on the ground .Reason this is research objectives , which is to know the true nature of the physical land in the land clearing areal woodland plant industry (HTI). This research is divided into two (2) , activities in the field of the sample collection and testing the sample in the laboratory .The sample collection in the field in a purposive sampling .While the sample done in a laboratory to determine soil texture ,the permeability, the heavy volume ,a color of soil ,the stability of a structure. The result showed that a color of soil the area of land clearing dominated by the orange color criteria class texture clay , to be the area of natural forest dominated by a shade of brown with class criteria soil texture loam clays , and to the acreage the planting of crops jabon the age of 4 years is dominated by a shade of brown with class criteria soil texture loam clays .Permeability class each area ranged ranging from class criteria rather slow until with the class rather fast.

The study aims to investigate changes in the physical properties of soil depending on the utilization conditions of the Special Protected National Park compared to the area fenced for more than 10 years. The stability and stabilization of the stabilized mountain meadow soil stabilization and physical properties of soil in the Gorkhi-Terelj National Park (GTNP) resort and limited concentration of tourism. As a result of the study, the stability of the soil structure was 2.8 points in the area of vegetation cover 0-3 cm outside the fence, while the 2.6 layered soil layers above the soils of the vegetation cover. However, the area with vegetation cover within the fence is 4.2 points in soil 0-3 cm and 4 leaves in soil without vegetation cover.

Daun afrika (Vernonia amygdalina) contains flavonoids, tannins, saponins, and terpenoids that can be used for pharmacology activity: annihilate the parasites that causing schistosomiasis, malaria leishmaniasis, antiamoeba, antitumor and antimicrobials. The purposes of this research were to screen the phytochemistry of african leaf, formulate and test the stability of vanishing cream (VC) base. The methods used were sample collection, extract preparation, formulation, and stability evaluation. The results showed that extract afrika leaves had alkaloids, flavonoids, tannins, saponins, steroids, and triterpenoids. Extract of daun afrika can be made to good VC base formula including organoleptic test, homogeneity test, pH test, spreading test, sticky test, and VC safety test by distributing questionnaires. The cream was stabil for 21 days at room temperature. Observation of physical properties good performed every week to organoleptis, pH, adhesion, and spreading power.  Key words: stability, V. amygdalina, kill parasites, Vanishing Cream

ABSTRACTThis study aims to: to determine the physical properties of soil and the chemical properties of soil after extracting bricks to be made into rice fields. The variables used in this study are soil texture, Ph tanh, soil drainage class, effective soil depth, soil CEC, air temperature, rainfall and slope. Sampling in this study using Matching techniques. The results showed that the Gentungang Village can be divided into five (5) land units. Based on these land units, the land suitability for paddy fields is obtained according to the marginal class. Land suitability class for paddy fields in Gentungang Village especially in the sampling area is obtained by two land suitability classes namely S3-nr4 and S3-rc2nr4. Each land suitability class can be repaired according to the heaviest limiting factor, phosphate content, except soil texture cannot be done repair. Soil characteristics in the Gentungang Village are divided into two (2) namely physical and chemical properties. The physical properties include the drainage class is rather slow, the soil texture is moderate to slightly smooth, and the soil depth is> 50 cm. Meanwhile, chemical properties include CEC (> 16 and ≤ 16), pH H2O (6-7), Nitrogen content (low-medium) and Phosphate content (low-very low).

The paper presents a method for rapid multi-omics investigation of biological samples using polypropylene bulk porous samplers. The use of porous samplers makes it easy to collect samples from the surface of the skin, mucous membranes, and biological fluids even in a field, and the surfaces of wounds and injuries. Collected samples do not require special storage conditions, and the samplers are lightweight and very compact. They can be used to monitor the condition of cosmonauts before, during, and after the spaceflight with the same sample collection method. The analysis of biomaterial applied to the sampler is performed using direct mass spectrometry methods, similar to the dried blood spot technique that is already used in clinical practice. However, bulk porous samplers allow expanding the range of analytes ionization conditions, which increases the stability and reliability of the ionization process, which expands the variety of analyzed molecules. The proposed method can be used to study compounds of various classes, including proteins, lipids, and metabolites, to systematically monitor the status of people in extreme conditions (athletes, astronauts), or to study the condition of patients in the clinic.

Under the tuning of an external electric field, the variation of the geometric structures and the band gaps of the wurtzite semiconductors ZnS, ZnO, BeO, AlN, SiC and GaN have been investigated by the first-principles method based on density functional theory. The stability, density of states, band structures and the charge distribution have been analyzed under the electric field along (001) and (00[Formula: see text]) directions. Furthermore, the corresponding results have been compared without the electric field. According to our calculation, we find that the magnitude and the direction of the electric field have a great influence on the electronic structures of the wurtzite materials we mentioned above, which induce a phase transition from semiconductor to metal under a certain electric field. Therefore, we can regulate their physical properties of this type of semiconductor materials by tuning the magnitude and the direction of the electric field.
