This study aims to determinne (1)The effect of the use of Edmodo on learning outcomes of Islamic Education . (2)The effect of the ability of teachers in designing teaching materials on the learning outcomes of islamic education. (3)The effect of the use of Edmodo and the ability of teachers to design teaching materials on learning outcomes of Islamic Education. This research used the factorial-experimental method with quantitative approach and used the multiple linear regression analysis technique. Technique that was used on the sampling prosess is purposive sampling on 98 students respondent. This research has shown the Edmodo use in SMAN  and MAN Cilegon city on average 57,65 can be categorized as sufficient. While the teachers ability in designing teaching materials in SMAN and MAN Cilegon city on average 58,13 can be categorized as sufficient. For the student learning outcomes  in SMAN  and MAN Cilegon city has been seen for the posttest result on the average 89,95 and can be the great category. The results of this study indicate that there is a significant effect between the Edmodo use and Islamic teachers ability in designing teaching materials to students learning outcomes with the ‘t’ test of significance level 0,019<0,05. Then H0 is rejected and H1 is accepted simultaneously and the ‘f’ test of significance 0,000<0,05. And there is considerable influence between the Edmodo use and teachers ability in designing teaching materials to students learning outcomes with an adjusted R value squared of 0.540 or 54%.

<p><em>The purpose of this research is to know how big influence of self efficacy variable consist of; Level, strength, generality to the learning outcomes of Mawapres (outstanding students) in STKIP PGRI Bangkalan. Where, students are taken are students who follow the mawapres in STKIP PGRI Bangkalan as many as 22 people. The analysis technique used multiple linear regression analysis. The hypothesis of this study is Self Efficacy consisting of variable level, strength and generality influence on student learning outcomes. Based on hypothesis testing is acceptable. The findings of this study indicate that self efficacy variables consisting of: Level, Strength, and Generality have a significant effect on the result of learning mawapres STKIP PGRI Bangkalan. And obtained the value (R²) = 0.643 means the variable Level, Strength, and Generality gives the effect of 64.3% of academic achievement, while the remaining 35.7% influenced by other factors outside the variables studied.</em></p>

Discipline is one thing that is important in achieving the maximum target in the learning process . Besides the performance of the task is an effort to instill a deeper concept in a subject matter . With the homework expected of students actively learn and be stimulated to enhance better learning , fostering initiative and are solely responsible bold . Sengganggnya so students use the time for things that support their learning by completing activities that are useful and constructive With discipline and performance of the duties expected student achievement in the field of study of physics can be optimal.                          The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of the discipline of learning and the performance of the duties of the learning outcomes of physics . This type of research is experimental . Collecting data using questionnaires and tests . The research was conducted at SMP Muhammadiyah 1 Pekalongan , randomly selected sample . The data analysis technique used is the calculation of the linear regression analysis . The results showed that the discipline of learning and administration tasks affect student learning outcomes , it is obtained from the results of hypothesis testing on the discipline of learning on learning outcomes in Fhit = 20.32 greater than t table at significance level α = 5 % Fdaf = 4 , 10 . While testing the hypothesis on the performance of the duties of the student learning outcomes obtained with Fdaf value = 48.67 greater than the significance level α = 5 % tdaf = 4.10 . After the authors conducted a study proved that the suspect had a significant influence between disciplines home learning and task performance on learning outcomes , the authors suggest to students to be more disciplined in learning activities , so that the learning outcomes that will be obtained will be better and in accordance with the expected . For teachers to further streamline the tasks given to the students , not just the task of completing a matter of course , but the task of creating a summary and demonstrate concepts learned in class.

The purpose of this study was to determine the Effect of Learning Media and Learning Interests on Student Learning Outcomes in Man 1 MusiBanyuasin.  Students of Man 1 Musi Banyuasin were the object of this study. The sample was conducted on 87 students of Man 1 MusiBanyuasin. The sampling technique used purposive sampling in which the respondents were some of the students of Man 1 Musi Banyuasin. The data collected by distributing questionnaires using a 5-point Likert scale to measure 73 statement items. The analysis technique used was multiple linear regression analysis. The results showed that first, students' interest in learning and the use of learning media simultaneously had a significant effect on student learning outcomes. Second, student learning interest had a partial and significant impact on student learning outcomes. Third, the use of learning media had a partial and significant impact on student learning outcomes.

Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan: (1) hasil belajar menggambar teknik siswa yang diajar dengan strategi pembelajaran elaborasi lebih tinggi dibandingkan dengan siswa yang diajar dengan strategi pembelajaran ekspositori, (2) hasil belajar menggambar teknik siswa yang memiliki motif berprestasi tinggi lebih tinggi dibandingkan dengan siswa yang memiliki motif berprestasi rendah dan (3) interaksi antara strategi pembelajaran dengan motif berprestasi dalam mempengaruhi hasil belajar menggambar teknik siswa. Metode penelitian menggunakan metode quasi eksperimen dengan desain penelitian faktorial 2x2, sedangkan teknik analisis data menggunakan ANAVA dua jalur pada taraf signifikansi a = 0.05. Hasil penelitian diperoleh: (1) hasil belajar menggambar teknik siswa yang diajar dengan strategi pembelajaran elaborasi lebih tinggi dibandingkan dengan hasil belajar siswa yang diajar dengan strategi pembelajaran ekspositori, (2) hasil belajar menggambar teknik siswa yang memiliki motif berprestasi tinggi lebih tinggi dibandingkan dengan hasil belajar siswa yang memiliki motif berprestasi rendah dan (3) terdapat interaksi antara strategi pembelajaran dengan motif berprestasi dalam mempengaruhi hasil belajar menggambar teknik siswa.   Kata Kunci: strategi pembelajaran elaborasi dan ekspositori, motif berprestasi, hasil belajar menggambar teknik   Abstract: This research was aimed to: (1) the learning outcomes of students who are taught drawing techniques with learning strategy elaboration higher than students taught by expository learning strategy, (2) drawing techniques learning outcomes of students who have high achievement motive higher than students who have low achievement motive, and (3) the interaction between learning strategy and achievement motives in affecting student learning outcomes drawing techniques. The research method used was quasi experiment with 2 x 2 factorial design. The analysis technique used is the two-track analysis of variance ANOVA (2 x 2) with a significance level α = 0.05. The findings of the study indicate: (1) the learning outcomes of students who are taught drawing techniques with learning strategy elaboration higher learning outcomes than students taught by expository learning strategy; (2) drawing techniques learning outcomes of students who have high achievement motive higher than the learning outcomes of students who have low achievement motive; and (3) there is interaction between learning strategy and achievement motives in affecting student learning outcomes drawing techniques. This study aims to determine the influence of work stress and work conflict on employee performance in The Environmental Office of Palu City. Method of study is descriptive. Yype of data is qualitative and quantitative data from primary and secondary data. Data analysis technique is multiple linear regression analysis. The result of hypothesis analysis and testing conclude that: (1) regression test shows sig. f equals to 0.003<0.05, which can be interpreted that work stress and work conflict simultaneously have positive and significant influence on employee performance; (2) regression test shows that job stress has significance level t sig. of (0.029) <α (0.05), and work conflict has significance level t sig. of (0.007) <α (0.05), which means that work stress and work conflict partially have positive and significant influence on employee performance. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Pengaruh Stres Kerja dan Konflik Kerja terhadap  Kinerja Pegawai di Dinas Lingkungan Hidup Kota Palu. Metode yang digunakan adalah metode deskriptif. Jenis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah data kualitatif dan kuantitatif sedangkan sumber data yang digunakan adalah data primer dan sekunder. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah Analisis Regresi Linear Berganda. Hasil analisis dan pengujian hipotesis dapat disimpulkan bahwa: (1) berdasarhan hasil uji regresi diperoleh Sig.F sebesar 0,003 < 0,05, yang dapat diartikan bahwa variabel stres kerja dan konflik kerja secara serempak berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap variabel kinerja pegawai. (2) berdasarkan hasil uji regresi diperoleh variabel stres kerja memiliki tingkat signifikansi t sig. (0,029) < α (0,05) dan variabel konflik kerja memiliki tingkat signifikansi t sig. (0.007) < α (0,05), sehingga variabel stres kerja dan konflik kerja secara parsial berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai.

In general this research is intended to build knowledge about the extent to which the attention of parents, emotional intelligence, motivation to learn effect student learning outcomes. Therefore, the authors make the title of research is "The Effect of Parents Attention, Emotional Intelligence and Learning Motivation of Learning Outcomes Learners Educate High School 4 Sampit at 2016/2017. The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of parents' attention, emotional intelligence and motivation to learn the outcomes of learners in SMA Negeri 4 Sampit at 2016/2017. The method used in this research is multiple linear regression analysis with 76 samples. The results showed that the attention of parents, emotional intelligence, and motivation to learn partially and simultaneously have a positive and significant impact on learning outcomes of learners.

This study is a quantitative study with a population of 129 students ingrade V SDN 102028 Kampung Gelam district of Serdang Bedagai with the number of respondents as many as 27 people. Data collection techniques used were questionnaires, documentation, and interviews. Student learning outcomes are influenced by various factors that occur in the learning process both internally and externally. One of the external factors that play a role in determining the success of student learning is the learning environment of family, school and community. Of the three learning environments concerned about how parents support children's learning, the facilities at school for learning activities and how students interact with others. Without the support of these three things, will make the learning process becomes hampered. Data analysis technique used is descriptive analysis technique while hypothesis test using product moment correlation test assisted by program of SPSS version 21. Based on the results of research, learning environment and student learning outcomes in general are in enough categories. Hypothesis test with a significance level of 5% obtained results indicating that the school environment is positively and significantly correlated with student learning outcomes. Shown by the result of analysis of rhitung is bigger than rtabel (0,504> 0,381) and coefficient of determination 25%.It can be concluded that between the learning environment and the learning outcomes have a positive and significant relationship. The results of this study are expected to be useful for students, parents, students, and principals. Proposed suggestion is that the learning environment should be created safely and comfortably so that the students' learning result will be optimal.

Abstrak. Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis kualitas buku ajar kimia di SMA/MA Kelas XI Semester 1 yang dihasilkan dalam penelitian ini sehingga memenuhi standar kualitas seperti yang dipersyaratkan oleh BSNP dan sesuai dengan kurikulum 2013. Populasi dari penelitian ini adalah guru-guru kimia  di SMA/MA yang ada di Kota Medan, Propinsi Sumatera Utara. Sampel penelitian diambil secara purposive. Pendekatan yang digunakan untuk mencapai tujuan yang telah dirumuskan adalah penelitian deskriptif kualitatif dan kuantitatif. Data berupa penilaian kualitas buku diperoleh dari angket yang diberikan pada responden yaitu guru-guru kimia SMA/MA di Kota Medan. Teknik analisis data menggunakan independent sample t-test dengan SPSS 20 for windows pada taraf signifikansi α = 0,05. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa model pembelajaran kooperatif berbasis masalah dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa. Hal ini ditunjukkan dari hasil penelitian yang menunjukkan rata-rata nilai hasil belajar siswa dengan model pembelajaran kooperatif berbasis masalah lebih tinggi dibandingkan rata-rata nilai hasil belajar siswa dengan model pembelajaran kooperatif. This study aims to analyze the quality of chemistry textbooks in SMA/MA Class XI Semester 1 which is produced in this research so as to meet the quality standards as required by BSNP and in accordance with the curriculum 2013. The population of this research is chemistry teachers in SMA/MA is in the city of Medan, North Sumatra Province. The sample was taken purposively. The approach used to achieve the objectives that have been formulated is qualitative and quantitative descriptive research. Data in the form of book quality assessment obtained from questionnaires given to respondents ie high school chemistry teachers MA in Medan City. Data analysis technique using independent sample t-test with SPSS 20 for windows at significance level α=0,05. The results showed that the problem-based cooperative learning model can improve student learning outcomes. This is shown from the results of research that shows the average value of student learning outcomes with model-based cooperative learning is higher than the average value of student learning outcomes with cooperative learning model.Keyword: textbooks, curriculum 2013

ABSTRACT This study aims to look at "The influence of leadership and motivation on the performance of North Payakumbuh District Payakumbuh employees". The total population and sample in this study were all employees in the North Payakumbuh District Payakumbuh City through the distribution of questionnaires with a Likert scale model then tested the validity and reliability of the questionnaire. The data analysis technique used is the Multiple Linear Regression Analysis method, after passing the classical assumption test using the SPSS program. In this study leadership (X1) and motivation (X2) as independent variables, performance (Y) as the dependent variable. The results of this study are a). Leadership has a positive and significant effect on the performance of North Payakumbuh District Payakumbuh employees that is equal to 0.222 with a significance level of 0.026 <0.05. b). Motivation has a positive and significant effect on the performance of North Payakumbuh District Payakumbuh employees that is equal to 0.782 with a significance level of 0,000 <0.05, leadership and motivation together have a significant positive effect on the performance of North Payakumbuh District Payakumbuh City employees at 51,623 with a significance level of 0,000 <0 .5. Based on the conclusions obtained, it is recommended to further researchers, if you want to do similar research, it is expected to add other factors that can affect employee performance such as incentives, work environment, and others. Keywords: Leadership; Performance; Motivation

The purpose of this research is to examine the effect of intellectual capital consisting of value added capital employed (VACA), value added human capital (VAHU) and structural capital value added (STVA) on price to book value ratio. This study uses secondary data from all companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2016 with a population of 539 companies. The method of determining the sample is simple random sampling with the determination of the number of samples using Slovin formula that gives 230 companies. Hypothesis testing in this research is done by multiple linear regression analysis technique with a significance level of 5 percent (0.05). The analysis results show that VACA and STVA have a positive effect on price to book value ratio, while VAHU has no effect on price to book value ratio. Suggested for the company, should pay attention to the management of capital employed and structural capital so that resources are used effectively and can create value added for the company.
