The meaning of the term is “ready to accept responsibility or duty obligations”.The sense of responsibility that should be very easy to understand by everyone. Butif asked to do so in accordance with the earlier definition of responsibilities, thereis often still find it hard, had a problem, there are even people who feel inadequateif given him a sense of responsibility. Most people dodge responsibility, because it'smuch easier to avoid responsibility, rather than accept responsibility. Many peopledodge responsibility, because it's easier to shift responsibility, rather than stand upboldly and declare unequivocally that, It's my responsibility. Many people are veryhappy with the throwing shoulder its responsibilities to other people.Hence came a proverb, hidden stone throwing hand. A proverb that mean someone who does not dare to be responsible for his own behavior, so he let others bearthe burden of responsibility. Could also be interpreted as some one who escaperesponsibility, and love looking for scapegoats to save himself from actions thatharm others. Some people, because they can not understand the meaning ofresponsibility; often in his life very fond of self-defense with the words, It was notmy fault. Too many people are in vain, to spend time to avoid responsibility byblaming the other person, rather than to accept responsibility, and bravely face anychallenge in front of him. Many events in this country, which is caused by people who are not responsible, instead often won or excessive relief granted by the environment with highlyimplausible. It's very sad. At the present time, many people who dodgeresponsibility, because they have gained from that attitude. More teragis again, offthat responsibility is often supported by a nearby neighborhood, his friends, hischildren, his boss, his son, even supported by his wife or her husband. Can be seen, for example, corruption, and manipulation. Most of the people in the nearbyenvironment were supportive, because they are all bound to feel the results of it'scorruption or manipulation. Prophet Muhammad Prophet's sayings: Everyone ofyou is a leader, and you are responsible for the leadership ". (Al-Hadith, SahihBukhari - Muslim).

Dr. Clouston said that when he suggested toxæmia to the secretary as a suitable subject for a discussion at this meeting he had not intended to be the first speaker, because his object was to bring out more fully the views of the younger members who had recently committed themselves so strongly to the toxæmic and bacterial etiology of insanity, and so to get light thrown on some of the difficulties which he and others had felt in applying this theory to many of their cases in practice. It was not that he did not believe in the toxic theory as explaining the onset of many cases, or that he under-rated its importance, but that he could not see how it applied so universally or generally as some of the modern pathological school were now inclined to insist on. He knew that it was difficult for those of the older psychological and clinical school to approach the subject with that full knowledge of recent bacteriological and pathological doctrine which the younger men possessed, or to breathe that all-pervading pathological atmosphere which they seemed to inhale. He desired to conduct this discussion in an absolutely non-controversial and purely scientific spirit. To do so he thought it best to put his facts, objections, and difficulties in a series of propositions which could be answered and explained by the other side. He thought it important to define toxæmia, but should be willing to accept Dr. Ford Robertson's definition of toxines, viz., “Substances which are taken up by the (cortical nerve) cell and then disorder its metabolism.” He took the following extracts from his address at the Cheltenham meeting of the British Association (1) as representing Dr. Ford Robertson's views and the general trend of much investigation and hypothesis on the Continent.

This essay asks the question “What would it mean to be a just university?” and answers to that the question may be understood in two ways. One way to understand “just” is procedural, having to do with internal governance and ensuring that a university’s policies are themselves just. The other is substantive, having to do with the university’s purpose or reason for existing. The second assumes the university is to serve some function necessary for the general good. This good is often defined in material terms: fostering a stronger economy, medical breakthroughs, more efficient use of natural resources, and so on. But such a view of the university defines its value entirely by factors external to itself. Proponents of one definition of the university’s purpose typically acknowledge some validity in the other, and universities commonly strive to fulfill the claims of both definitions. But universities also have an obligation to teach the young and to do so within the context of a common set of values that both determines the setting in which teaching takes place and encourages students to develop values that will shape their own lives. Katz argues in particular that intellectuals have a special obligation to work cooperatively to eliminate intellectual obstacles that stand in the way of commensuration, communication, and comprehension globally. It is this responsibility that he calls “intellectual philanthropy.”

This chapter first shows the equivocal nature of the definition of rehabilitation or desistance. It then provides what it sees to be the rudiments that the varying approaches to the concept have in common. These common assumptions mirror the commitments of the other common justifications for detention: social conservatism, dualism, and the ever-present threat of coercive force for those who fail to participate or do so in an uncooperative manner. The chapter then critiques what it sees to be the four dominant expressions of the rehabilitative philosophy: Risk-Need-Responsivity (RNR); the Good Lives Model (GLM); the virtuous prison; and restorative justice. Although the chapter is critical of all four of the above formulations, an effort is made to show how various aspects of the conversion paradigm are evident in these approaches. Thus, the chapter is more an invitation to dialogue and to expand the moral horizon of rehabilitative discourse than a dismissive diatribe.

Several factors have helped to perpetuate the doctrine of authorization. Including: the extension of the Ash'ari school of thought, whose authorization is one of its ways with the other way of interpretation, and their apprehension to the public that the mandate is the doctrine of the predecessor, in addition to the occurrence of some imams and the people of hadith in saying authorization, which contributed to the consolidation of the doctrine of authorization, and its survival in their books that contemporaries still infer Out on his health. Based on the results, a number of recommendations and proposals aimed at correcting the belief and showing the error of violators were presented.

Marriage is a partnership between man and woman who have been baptized. It is monogamous and inseverable in nature. Dealing with the characteristic of catholic marriage, the church forbids the mixed marriage to occur. The prohibition is an attempt of the church to protect the Catholics’ faith from the risk of mixed marriage. In the other hands, the church creates a policy which is in the form of permission for mixed marriage. Further, this kind of marriage has impacts towards the church life. One of the impacts is causing intolerance in which the Catholics become inactive in the church life. Regarding the effect of interfaith marriage towards the involvement of church life as Christians, some problems are formulated such as : 1) what is the definition of interfaith marriage? 2) how is the church life of the people who commit interfaith marriage as Christians3) What are the effects of interfaith marriage towards their church life? In this research, Qualitative method is applied. Mean while, the method of interviewing (structural) is used to collect the data. The direct interviews are conducted privately between the parties. Moreover, the respondents of this research are the Catholics who undertake a mixed marriage at chapelry of Saint Vincentius A Paulo Jenangan. Based on the result of the research, there are three things which are found. First, people have lack of understanding about interfaith marriage. They are unable to differentiate between mixed marriage of different religion or church. Besides, they do not really understand the process of gaining permission to undertake the marriage. Second, people are not active in doing the activities in the church. They said that they only involved in 2 fields out of 5 church duties. Furthermore, there are negative effects of interfaith marriage, that is the intolerance of a party who is not catholic. In the case, the intolerance itself is the different opinion which causes anger and always be brought up. However, there are also some positive effects which appears from interfaith marriage. One of them is the tolerance of a non-Catholic party who always reminds his or her partner to go to the church.

Separateness and InteractionGrundtvig’s Ideas on the Character of the People and ChristianityBy Professor Theodor Jørgensen, DD, CopenhagenSeparateness and interaction are central concepts in Grundtvig’s definition of the relationship between the character of the people and Christianity. He makes a sharp distinction between the two to ensure that the relationship between them remains a free one. It is important for Christianity, which does not want to rule but to serve the people. But this sharp distinction does not mean that Grundtvig understands the character of the people as a purely secular quantity. He sees it as spiritual, where spiritual contains the human spirit, the spirit of truth and the Holy Spirit. Regarded in this light the character of the people constitutes the prerequisite for Christianity, because it contains, albeit in broken form, the God-created humanity that is reborn in Christianity. At the deepest level the life-source in the character of the people and in Christianity is the same, i.e. God; or rather, God the Holy Spirit. And the interaction between them is God’s meeting with Himself in His creation. It is important to insist that the interaction works both ways, a fact often forgotten through a one-sided interpretation of Grundtvig’s basic principle: First a Man, then a Christian. The character of every people adds to Christianity a new faceting of its content through the gospel being preached in the native language and becoming concrete in its natural imagery. In return, Christianity adds to the character of every people the living hope in Christ, making it through Him a reborn character. Grundtvig’s view of the relationship between the two corresponds to the relationship nowadays between life-philosophy and faith. Faith receives a concretion from lifephilosophy. On the other hand there are fundamental human values, originally existing free of Christianity, which today are best defended by faith. Here faith acquires a political perspective.

Recently “entertainment computing” (EC) technology becomes a hit term in Japan. There is a well-known “projection mapping” in this EC. Projection mapping is a video technique that synchronizes real space and virtual space, and the fascinating world view that the fusion of both produces attracts worldwide attention. On the other hand, recently, works combining dancer performance with projection mapping to create a fantastic world are drawing attention. However, in order to make the content persuasive, it is necessary for the performer to perform precise work, such as accurate alignment of the image coordinates of the moving object in the projection video, and it is not easy for everyone to do so. In this study, we aim to entertain not only the people who see the projection mapping but also the performer through the interaction with the projection mapping. So, we prototyped an interactive projection mapping that changes according to user’s movement by projecting to the user. This time we focused on sports like baseball and soccer, and we projected the ball to the user by projection mapping so that we can experience pitching and lifting. Furthermore, we conducted a questionnaire survey to evaluate the sense of use of this system, and the results showed that many people can enjoy by this projection mapping.

How to regulate social, political and commercial intercourse between the people and Government of the United States and the peoples and governments of the other republics on the American continent so as to establish and maintain perfect cordiality and mutual confidence and respect, is a problem which has never been satisfactorily solved. In considering this question, which is often to the front and some times discussed with acerbity, certain disagreeable facts must be faced. In the process of understanding it American vanity will be hurt, but that is no reason for avoiding the effort to do so. There is abundant reason for believing that Americans are not popular in Mexico and other Latin-American countries. It is not the purpose of the writer in this brief essay to undertake to show why this is so. Suffice it to say that the people of the United States are viewed with suspicion, and this doubt of them and their purposes has militated against the development of American trade in the southern republics, and is a cause of irritation which ought to be cured. Diplomatic friendship has existed and does exist, but that is a relationship which can always be counted on until an open breach is imminent. Less than thirty days before the outbreak of the greatest war in all history there was an assumed—a diplomatic— cordiality between the monarchs of Russia, England, Germany and Austria. There is no danger of a cataclysm in America such as is deluging Europe with blood; but that unparalleled disaster shows that something more than formal friendships, something far more than diplomatic amenities, is desirable in the intercourse of nations.

The objective interpretation can be showed in three ways: to follow the text in its context in the Koran and interpreted its meaning; to search for the similar verses which competent one subject and illustrates the objective interpretation; or to address the whole Surah and explore it in an objective study and to explain the definition of the Surah and determine the main idea of the Surah then divided into topics and link verses with the main idea. The aim of this study is to study Surat Al- Humaza an objective study, a general definition of the surah and its topics was explored then the topics were linked with the pre - and beyond to show the miracle the connection between the topics of the Koran in the context of the Surah and its verses. Then the main idea was identified which is challenging and flawing people in their presence and in their absence, then the topics of the verses of Surah were linked to the main idea to show “with the help of God” the objective unity of the Holy Qur'an. The first verse of the Surah threat and intimidate anyone who challenges people and flaw them, because challenging and flawing people showed the evil in the heart, and the behavior of the Muslim is correct only by treating his heart after the recovery of his mind. As money is one of the motives that drive the evil hearts to challenge and flaw the people and do unfairness to other people, the Surah stated the money and its impact on the souls after the threat and intimidation on the one who slanderer that he insults and holds others in contempt habitually, the fraud and raise money to arrogance and did not pay for the right of God for the poor will all be lost, crashed and shattered all hopes and. Every oppressor arrogant to the other will be punished in the Hell, all of this were sown in the Surah and it can be seen in the unity of objectivity between the verses of Surah from beginning to end.

It was realised at the outset of this work that it would be very difficult to attempt a scientific and concrete evaluation of all the results which had been achieved by the Dominion Museum's Educational work. (Throughout this thesis the word 'museum' is to be taken as referring to the Dominion Museum's Educational work, unless it is specifically stated as not so doing.) There must be so many intangible results which by their very nature defy measurement, that any attempt to do so would be foredoomed to failure. Nevertheless such material as has been obtained by the use of objective scales of measurement does seem to me to contain some results of value.

While I have already a cknowledged to the people concerned my indebtedness to them; I feel that I must express again in this final result my deep gratitude to:

The pupils who provided the ma terial on which results were based, Teachers and Headmasters who co-operated, Mr Stannard and Miss Lawson of the Dominion Museum,
Mr Lopdell and Training college students for their help in distributing and collecting the questionnaires, and all the other people who in any way gave assistance.

The investigation was originally planned on a somewhat larger scale than is set down here, but in actual practice it was found that the work involved in what was eventually completed was quite sufficient.
