Abstrak Dinas Pendapataan Pengelolaan Keuangan Aset Daerah sebagai lembaga pemerintah yang bergerak di bidang pengelolaan pendapatan, keuangan dan semua daerah yang memiliki pengajuan anggaran dari data dan informasi penting yang harus dikelola dengan baik, hal itu harus dirahasiakan, integritas, dan ketersediaan data otoritas akses diperlukan agar informasi penting tidak dapat diakses orang-orang yang tidak tertarik atau tidak dapat diubah oleh orang tidak berhak. Teknologi internet tidak lagi menjadi sesuatu yang asing bagi kebanyakan orang, sebuah situs web yang menampilkan informasi tentang segala sesuatu di  Situs tidak peduli seberapa jauh.  Untuk itu penulis mencoba untuk membangun sebuah desain layanan informasi PPKAD Kabupaten Mura Tara  menggunakan aplikasi website berbasis web mobile, melalui teknologi internet sebagai media, yang akan membantu  memfasilitasi penyampaian informasi kepada publik. Dan penulis mencoba untuk membuat website terlihat menarik untuk dapat dengan mudah diterima oleh penjelajahan setiap pengunjung dan menambah pesona Dinas PPKAD Kabupaten Mura Tara. Sistem ini akan memberikan informasi dalam informasi yang akurat, tepat waktu dan relevan dan untuk meningkatkan pelayanan kepada masyarakat, yang juga mengurangi biaya promosi yang berlebihan, bahasa pemograman yang digunakan untuk membangun website ini PHP dan database MySQL. Software yang digunakan adalah App Server, Adobe Dreamwaver CS3, Adobe Photoshop CS3. Kata Kunci : PPKAD Kab Mura Tara,Website, PHP dan My SQL.   Abstract The Regional Asset Financial Management Registration Office as a government institution engaged in income management, finance and all regions that have budget proposals from important data and information that must be managed properly, it must be kept confidential, integrity, and the availability of access authority data is needed so that information important is not accessible to people who are not interested or cannot be changed by unauthorized people. Internet technology is no longer something foreign to most people, a website that displays information about everything on the Site no matter how far away. For this reason, the author tries to build a PPKAD information service design in Mura District, Tara, using a mobile web-based website application, through internet technology as a media, which will help facilitate the delivery of information to the public. And the author tries to make the website look attractive to be easily accepted by the exploration of every visitor and adds to the charm of the PPKAD Office of Mura Tara Regency. This system will provide information in accurate, timely and relevant information and to improve service to the community, which also reduces excessive promotional costs, the programming language used to build this website PHP and MySQL databases. In general, insects and arthropods polarizing: they either fascinate people, disgust people, or both, and they generate lots of questions. Museums are perceived as reliable sources of information and, as such, a go-to destination for the public to receive answers. Since its opening in 1990, the Montreal Insectarium has offered an entomological information service, allowing the public to send questions, photographs, and specimens for identification. All requests are answered by entomologists. Spatiotemporal variations in taxonomic, geographic, and thematic profiles of the 4163 requests received in 2010–2011 and 2017–2018 were analyzed. Requests came from 35 countries, and most of those requests came from Canada. The majority of requests were identification requests. Representing 25% of identification requests, the five most frequent species were the eastern dobsonfly Corydalus cornutus, the masked hunter Reduvius personatus, the giant water bug Lethocerus americanus, the western conifer-seed bug Leptoglossus occidentalis, and the Japanese beetle Popillia japonica. A comparison with the data from the citizen science platform iNaturalist shows that the EIS can be a valuable tool for invasive species detection. Frequent subjects included school projects, entomophagy (eating insects), and wasp and bee nests. Finally, we discuss the role of entomologists in providing scientific information but also in addressing common concerns regarding cohabitation with arthropods.

Drawing upon Health Belief Model, the study investigated the psychological predictors that determine the usage intention of the Malaysian web-based health information service, MyHEALTH Portal. The results of the measurement model show the evidences of outcome expectations and internal cues as the predictors to the portal usage, while external cues was found to be insignificant. The findings would help the Malaysia Ministry of Health in identifying significant psychological factors that influence the portal usage. This would allow them to re-strategize the portal’s marketing and promotional works effectively thus to be maximally used by the public while achieving its long-term goal.

ABSTRAK Universitas adalah suatu institusi pendidikan tinggi dan penelitian yang memberikan gelar akademik dalam berbagai bidang. Sebuah universitas menyediakan pendidikan sarjana dan pascasarjana. Universitas Sam Ratulangi (Unsrat) Manado resmi berubah statusnya menjadi instansi pemerintah dengan Pengelolaan Keuangan Badan Layanan Umum (PK BLU). Pengelolaan Keuangan BLU dapat diterapkan oleh setiap instansi pemerintah yang secara fungsional menyelenggarakan kegiatan yang bersifat operasional. Instansi dimaksud dapat berasal dari dan berkedudukan pada berbagai jenjang eselon atau non eselon pada kementerian/lembaga. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah  untuk mengetahui bagaimanakah pengelolaan keuangan unsrat di era BLU dan untuk mengetahui strategi yang tepat untuk pengelolaan keuangan unsrat di era BLU. Penelitian menggunakan penelitian Deskriptif. Untuk menganalisis strategi yang digunakan menggunakan analisis SWOT. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa : (1) Jenis penerimaan Unsrat setelah menjadi BLU terdiri dari Pendapatan Jasa Pelayanan Pendidikan dan Pendapatan, (2) Jenis penerimaan Unsrat tahun 2018 lebih besar dari penggunaan anggaran dalam bentuk belanja dan (3) strategi yang tepat digunakan adalah Strategi Ekspansi dan Strategi efektifitas  Kata kunci: strategi, pengelolaan keuangan, analisis SWOT, BLU  ABSTRACT The University is an institution of higher education and research that provides academic degrees in various fields. A university provides undergraduate and postgraduate education. Sam Ratulangi University (Unsrat) Manado officially changed its status to a government institution with the Public Service Agency Financial Management (PK BLU). BLU Financial Management can be implemented by any government institution that functions functionally in activities that have operational functions. Related institutions can be selected from and domiciled at various echelon or non echelon levels in ministries / institutions. The purpose of this study was to find out how to manage the financial assets of the BLU era and to find out the right strategies for managing financial institutions in the BLU era. Research uses descriptive research. To analyze the strategies used using the SWOT analysis. The results showed that: (1) the type of Unsrat acceptance after becoming a BLU consisted of Education Service Revenues and Revenues, (2) the type of Unsrat receipts in 2018 was greater than the use of the budget in the form of expenditure and (3) effectiveness strategies Keywords: strategy, financial management, SWOT analysis, BLU

One computer-based information system is the website, usually in its online form. The amount of activity, financial management and data processing still conducted in manual bogies of difficulty. To address that problem requires easily accessible system of management, at any time, anywhere, precisely, fast and accurate by the mosque and community. On that basis it developed a web based mosque management information systems that are made with a PHP programming language, javascript and mysql database. The goal of the system is to make it easier for the mosque to manage the financial data, to manage activities of the mosque and to make it easier for the public to search for information on the existing website system. The sequence of these studies includes critical analysis, system desaign, implementation, testing and maintenance. The Darussalam mosque management system was tested by the black box method and focused on functional requirements using alpha testing. This research examination is still ina purely functionality testing phase incolving unintended objects can occur without specific testing especially on the interface part where ddynamic programming of the interface elements blending in using HTML and CSS presentation of documents. So in running the system as a web-based application, it should affect the web browser in running the system.

As information cascades across the Internet and human communication patterns are transposed into computer-mediated environments, governments around the globe race to garner the benefits of ICTs and Web-based communications (Bannister & Walsh, 2002; Chadwick & May, 2002; Falch & Henten, 2000; Heeks, 2002; Ma, Chung, & Thorsona, 2005). Increasingly sophisticated user-citizens can now access numerous electronic services, collect policy-relevant information, and communicate with governments through electronic channels (Dahlberg, 2001; Lenk, 2003). Contemporary e-government, while variable across states, has evolved significantly in the last decade, pursing increasing transparency and accountability through the implementation of various e-government measures (Jaeger & Thompson, 2003; Reddick, 2005). While theoretical contentions concerning the authenticity of e-democracy have yet to abate, collections of policy actors that seek entrance and participation in the public policy process have also emerged online (Chadwick & May, 2002; Della Porta & Mosca, 2005; Klein, 2002). This article considers these online policy communities.

Badan Pengawasan Keuangan Kepuluan Riau  Representative is one of the government institutions which get considerable attention in its financial management. All the money used should be made accountable. Responsibility of each work unit is made using SINTAG application where the result of this input will be compiled into a document of accountability. It would be an update for the treasurer to prepare financial statements. There is  a problem especially in the public relation section and administration chief representative in the input process, there is an error in inputting data  such as and error in typing or nominal numbers. Such errors would generate not accurate and relevant information for expenditure treasurer in which the inputting results will be material information in financial reporting. Based on the results of the study during an apprenticeship at the Supreme Audit Board of Kepuluan Riau Representative Office, it was found that, digital literacy in using system is one of the main concern, the financial sub-section controls this issue by cross-checking the invoice with the result of input to the SINTAG application in the form of a bill control and pay order.

Abstract“Color blindness” is a variable trait, including individuals with just slight color vision deficiency to those rare individuals with a complete lack of color perception. Approximately 75% of those with color impairment are green diminished; most of those remaining are red diminished. Red-Green color impairment is sex linked with the vast majority being male. The deficiency results in reds and greens being perceived as shades of yellow; therefore red-green images presented to the public will not illustrate regions of distinction to these individuals. Tools are available to authors wishing to accommodate those with color vision deficiency; most notable are components in FIJI (an extension of ImageJ) and Adobe Photoshop. Using these tools, hues of magenta may be substituted for red in red-green images resulting in striking definition for both the color sighted and color impaired. Web-based tools may be used (importantly) by color challenged individuals to convert red-green images archived in web-accessible journal articles into two-color images, which they may then discern.

The information system of village-owned enterprises is still done manually, and in delivering information to the people in the village of Sidokayao, Abung Tinggi Subdistrict, North Lampung Regency, so that some people do not know about Sidokayo Village, there are bumdes activities, therefore, an application must be designed using internet facilities that can used by the public in accessing information and can save time, thus in Sidokayo village a website application is needed.With the existence of a mobile web-based village-owned enterprise information system it is hoped that it can facilitate access to information and improve services in marketing businesses in the Sidokayo village managed by BUMDes.

The public demand for health service professionalism and transparent financial management made some Puskesmas in Semarang regency changed the status of public health center to BLUD. The implementation of Puskesmas BLUD and non-BLUD requires resources that it can work well in order to meet the expectations of the community. The aim of this study is to know the difference of work motivation and job satisfaction of employees in Puskesmas BLUD and non-BLUD. Method of this research is a comparative descriptive with a quantitative approach. The object of this research are work motivation and job satisfaction of employees in Puskesmas BLUD and non-BLUD Semarang regency. This Research showed that Sig value. (P-value) work motivation variable was 0.019 smaller than α value (0.05). It showed that there was a difference of work motivation of employees in Puskemas BLUD and non-BLUD. Sig value (P-value) variable of job satisfaction was 0.020 smaller than α value (0.05). It showed that there was a difference of job satisfaction of BLUD and non-BLUD. The average of non-BLUD employees motivation were 76.59 smaller than the average of BLUD employees were 78.25. The average of job satisfaction of BLUD employees were 129.20 bigger than the average of non-BLUD employee were 124.26. Job satisfaction of employees in Puskesmas BLUD was higher than non-BLUD employees.
