The new technology greatly affects the way of production, consumption, communication, service delivery and ultimately on the entire supply chain. All stakeholders in the business process must invest in new knowledge and develop new business models to adapt to the changing business environment. Connecting devices over internet (Internet of things) and stakeholders’ synergy open up opportunities for new market achievements as well as for the improvement of business processes both in the supply chain and in ports. The development of information technologies has an impact on the reduction of errors, costs, time of information transfer and transport, inventory reduction and thus on better customization. There should be no weak links in the supply chain, which is especially related to the port and port processes that are the basis of the supply chain network. The port is the core of all activities of the supply chain and is also a place where supply and demand meet.

AbstractElectronic business leads to the reengineering of business processes in a company, which encompasses integrating processes through customer relationship management, supply chain management, and an enterprise resource planning system. The aim of the paper is to analyse the impact of electronic business on enterprise transformation through reengineering and integration of business processes. The significance of the research is to emphasise management problems and challenges encountered by companies due to electronic business and application of information technologies. The research applies an analytical method to examine the effects of electronic business on business processes. The main contribution of the research is to look at electronic business as an initiator and the cause of radical changes in business processes characterised as reengineering. By transforming their business practices into electronic business, companies make significant efforts in their restructuring in order to deal with the changes in the competitive environment. The basis of these efforts is a redesign and change of business processes. The conclusion is that introducing the Internet and Web-technologies in business does not require only a radical reengineering of existing basic business processes but also generation of new ones, which would support the new business environment.

The work is devoted to an overview of modern trends in the design, research and use of hydraulic machines in the drives of mechanisms and transmissions. The analysis of the use of hydromechanical transmissions has been carried out. The advantages and disadvantages of hydromechanical transmissions in comparison with mechanical ones are described. A brief overview of modern approaches to the design of new products, taking into account the existing information technologies, is carried out. We have analyzed modern software products designed to support the project at different stages of the product life cycle. It has been found that at the present time the appearance of individual variants of highly specialized software with a modern interface for synthesizing the structure of a designed product does not make it possible to solve the problems of synthesis and structural analysis of hydro-mechanical transmissions. A review of the analysis of operational factors affecting the fault tolerance and operating parameters of hydrostatic transmissions in general and hydromechanical transmission in particular is carried out. We have also considered the examples of technical solutions that allow to reduce the number of failures associated with the influence of one factor or another, as well as allow to reduce its influence on the parameters of the mechanism. The analysis of sources with information on the study of the parameters of hydrostatic transmissions using field tests or the mathematical apparatus developed by the authors is carried out. The ways of solving problems arising at the stages of design research are outlined. Keywords: design, hydrostatic transmission, hydromechanical transmission, influence of operational factors, synthesis

The article discusses the development of digital technologies in criminal proceedings and the process of proving in criminal cases in the era of global digitalization. Among the aspects that make this theme relevant are the dynamic development of information technologies, the conservatism and tradition of the criminal process, and the lack of proper regulation on this issue. The author aims at defining the concept of “electronic evidence”, specifying the list criteria for electronic evidence admissibility in Russian and foreign practice, and establishing the specifics of collecting evidence. The research methodology includes general and private methods of cognition: dialectical, formal-logical, comparative-legal, systemic, analysis and synthesis. The article provides an analysis of various perspectives of electronic evidence: electronic evidence is physical evidence; electronic evidence as belonging to other documents; electronic evidence as information in an electronic digital format obtained from a person, object or process and recorded on any material medium. The author adheres to the fourth position, according to which electronic evidence is an independent type of evidence, with its special form, media, mechanism of formation, and method of transformation into evidence. Providing examples of the use of electronic evidence in the Russian and foreign law enforcement practice, the author indicates their advantages and disadvantages and emphasizes that the complex storing, processing and transmitting digital information in an unchanged form determines the criteria for electronic evidence admissibility. Like other types of evidence, electronic one must meet the criteria of reliability, admissibility, and relevance. In addition, digital evidence should be subject to identification, authentication, verifiability, be complete (immutable) and reproducible. In conclusion, the author dwells on the peculiarities of collecting evidence, which should be enshrined in criminal procedural legislation: a) compliance with the general principles of collecting evidence; b) mandatory participation of a specialist; c) no actions causing a change in digital evidence before and during its collection; d) documenting all actions related to the collection, storage, access or transfer of digital evidence; e) responsibility of an official working with electronic evidence for all activities with it; e) ensuring the proper transmission or transportation of digital evidence, as well as appropriate conditions for its storage, depending on the category of information it contains.
