According to research results, the theoretical component of the article defines the process of organization of labor manager, as such that is carried out on the same basis as the organization of work of the entire collective. The organization of labor is based on social laws (Law of Labor District, Law Cooperatives, Law of Labor, etc.) and subjective organizational principles (principle of rhythm, principle of proportionality, principle of continuity, etc.). But in the methods of organizations of management labor are the features arising from the specifics of the management processes of the organization. They are due to the separation of managerial labor from the work of the executive, which is a form of manifestation of division of labor in society. Global Competition, Many Markets, Costs Increasing, Consumer Caution, Prejudice to top managers and owners of companies, Permanent Public Supervision, Instant Distribution of Information, Limiting Natural Resources, Future Future – All this imposes a print of management and work of managers. Management in social structures includes not only psychological interconnections between people, but also important for the implementation of social groups economic, cultural, political, legal, law enforcement, production, environmental and other attitudes in which the specific activities of people are carried out.

A theory of aesthetic value should help us to make sense of how our aesthetic commitments matter to us as members of collectives. Aesthetic policies endogenous to aesthetic practices are directly justified by the network theory. The chapter looks at what aesthetic reasons we have to adopt exogenous aesthetic policies. Many argue that aesthetic practices deserve public support because aesthetic goods are public goods. A case is made for an aesthetic opportunity principle: larger social groups have reason to foster the aesthetic opportunities available to their members. The principle is applied to arts education and to communication technologies subserving aesthetic exchanges. The chapter ends with a discussion of how aesthetic opportunity interacts with—and can potentially counteract—oppressive social structures.

In modern business conditions, human resources have become the most important resource of enterprises, and many authors point out that this is especially true for SMEs, in which, due to their specificity, human resources create a competitive advantage of the company and affect its survival and development. SMEs are faced with a strong, global competition of large enterprises and in order to survive and grow in the market, they must find specific strengths within themselves, develop and use them. Creativity is one of the most powerful tools that enable SMEs competitiveness, survival and development in the market. The basic objective of this research is to determine whether there is a correlation between recruitment and selection of human resources and organizational creativity in SMEs. The survey was conducted in SMEs in the Federation of B&H in 2019. An original questionnaire was created for the research, which collected the opinion of top managers on the recruitment and selection of human resources and organizational creativity in small and medium-sized enterprises. Data have been analysed using IBM SPSS Statistic 25.0. From the statistical procedures, the following were used: Shapiro-Wilk's test, Pearson's coefficient of correlation, Mann-Whitney U test and t-test for independent samples. The results of the survey showed that there is a correlation between the recruitment and selection of human resources and organizational creativity in SMEs and that there are differences in the correlation between the recruitment and selection of human resources and organizational creativity in the enterprises in terms of their size.

As the world moves online, various pressures drive changes in the way industries and organizations do business: market pressures, for example, global competition; technological pressures, for example, the use of e-commerce to lower the costs of production; and societal pressures, for example, government regulations (Turban, King, Lee, & Viehland, 2004). In considering the implications of the online world for industry, it is necessary to consider both structure and process, where process includes change processes (Gregor & Johnston, 2000, 2001; Johnston & Gregor, 2000). In Giddens’ (1977, 1984, 1991) theory of structuration, process (activity) and structure are reciprocal. As Giddens (1977) states, “social structures are both constituted by human agency, and yet at the same time are the very medium of this constitution”(p. 121) or, as Rose (1999) puts it, “agents in their actions constantly produce and reproduce and develop the social structures which both constrain and enable them” (p.643).

The issue of coercion by law enforcement agencies significantly affects the rights and interests of an individual as a person, despite the fact that this person is most often the offender. At the same time, both international law and the national law of any state recognize the possibility of applying coercive measures to ensure order and security. Thus, the principle of proportionality requires the legal definition of the authority powers to interfere in the rights, freedoms and interests of the objects of influence and the proportionate exercise of these powers depending on the specific circumstances of the case, which would ensure the necessary balance between government, community, legal entities and individual citizens. The article analyzes the national legislation that is directly related to the legal framework and legal grounds for the use of coercion by law enforcement agencies of Ukraine. It also covers international legal acts ratified in the prescribed order, and international documents on diplomatic relations and immunities of diplomatic agents with regard to respect for human rights in the use of coercion by the relevant authorities: whether physical influence (force), or special means, or, moreover, firearms, which is most often related to the harming a citizen. Special attention is paid to the peculiarities of departmental regulation of this issue. It is noted that the legal grounds for the application of coercive measures regulated at the level of laws are not a departmental prerogative power of any ministry or other executive body. In addition to the above, it is emphasized that law enforcement officers must take into account the norms and principles of professional conduct in the performance of law enforcement functions in their activities. Thus, the legal grounds for the use of coercion by law enforcement agencies are widespread in regulations of various legal force. At the same time, the grounds and conditions for the application of coercive measures are regulated only by acts issued by the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, namely, by laws

Despite the importance of Los Guachimontones within the larger Teuchitlán tradition of ancient west Mexico, little is known of its socio-political organization and underlying sociocultural structure. Departing from a dual–processual framework and utilizing spatial analysis, this chapter analyzes variability in the spatial syntax, formal characteristics, and distribution of architectural groups in the nuclear core and Loma Alta sectors of the site. Variability, in terms of differing degrees of openness and/or connectivity, suggests distinct functions of discrete areas within the site, and demonstrates how the socio–structural organization of the groups that occupied Los Guachimontones was negotiated, reflected, and reified in the built environment. Results of a comparison of architecture in these site sectors suggests that discrete physical spaces were utilized in diverse manners as architectural discourse to communicate distinct messages to different social groups, even when the built environment of these sectors presents a high degree of formal homogeneity and contains the same architectonic elements. This chapter thus adds a new analytic axis and alternate framework that provides insight on both architectural variability at Los Guachimontones and the social structures that gave rise to these architectonic configurations.

In today's uncertain environment, companies should develop solutions to meet the global competition trends and the rapidly changing customer demands. In fact, to gain a competitive advantage, organizations should be equipped with knowledge, which is considered as an essential resource, rather than with traditional resources, such as durable assets or material/technical resources. In other words, investing in intangible assets that are difficult to imitate, such as social capital, promotes dissemination and exchange of accessible knowledge used by organizations. Such knowledge management processes enable firms to enhance their capacity of innovation as well as their creativity skills. The objective is therefore to develop a literature review that helps enrich and in-depth understanding the dynamics of social capital within an industrial cluster (i.e., a common geographical area).

AbstractOn the basis of a review of research on prostitution and prostitution in law enforcement in Canada, Brannigan and Fleischman have argued that prostitution is as mainly adult occupation motivated by financial gain, not “pathological work undertaken by the emotionally damaged and the young.” In this paper, an alternative interpretation suggests, among other things, that: 1) although the majority of Canadian street prostitutes are adult, most of them began their careers as youths; 2) a much larger proportion of street prostitutes report childhood “sexual” and other “abuse” than do non-prostitutes; and 3) the “choice” to prostitute ought to be understood in terms of the social-structures which circumscribe that choice.

With the end of the military phase of counteracting religious extremism and terrorism, the ideological confrontation of individual social groups has become latent and weakly expressed. Today, in the vanguard of this confrontation are young people who are studying, and in their social enviroment there are obviously some ideas of social justice, morality, and morals that may be reinterpreted from the standpoint of Islamic dogma. This sociological research has shown that the majority of students at secular schools and universities in Dagestan show a weak dependence on the opinion of religious figures. However, about 10 % of students are under their influence. This may have some negative consequences in the situation of continued distrust of law en-forcement agencies on the part of 60 to 70 % of civilian population, which is not prepared to cooperate with law enforcement bodies in counteracting religious extremism and terrorism. In this regard, the authors propose to include in the preventive work the measures aimed at increas-ing the level of trust of citizens to law enforcement officers.

Social relationships which are at the base of social capital enable access to different resources. As a set of resources available through social relationships, social capital is in fact social and political phenomenon; resultant, in the sociological science, from institutions and activities of social groups. At the same time, social capital has its economic dimension reflected in the additional productivity which results from the synergy of social relationships. However, there are disputes among authors about whether we could those aspects of social structures which are usually labelled as social capital really regard as a form of capital. The aim of this paper is to investigate justification of use of the term ?social capital? to indicate resources available through social ties, which could enhance welfare of individuals and of the entitire society.
