Background: – This time last year in 2020 India was under lockdown phase, many theories about India’s surprisingly low rates of Sars-CoV-2 infection included variety of factors including hot weather, natural immunity, heard immunity, robust health system, highly qualified doctors and the country’s high proportion of young people; some also attributed it to the country’s harsh lockdown. India was doing so well that in megacities like Mumbai and Delhi, officials had begun dismantling temporary COVID-19 facilities. Comparing it to current scenario in April 2021, cases and deaths are soaring. The shortage of beds and space is so acute that people are dying in car parks and other places while waiting to be admitted in hospitals. Daily rates are currently over 300,000, the world’s highest-ever daily infection rate. The SARS-CoV-2/ Covid -19 pandemic is still going on and globally as well as in India particularly healthcare system is overstressed with this new burden added with previous NCD(non communicable diseases) & CD(communicable diseases). The First human case of this global pandemic was reported from Wuhan city of China in December 2019. The first case of covid-19 in India was found in January 2020. Today India is having more than 3 lakh cases per day and thousands of deaths daily due to this pandemic. The situation is very worse as compared to previous year and is worsening day by day due to several factors. Objective: – The main objective of this study is to illustrate the key features of Covid -19 virus, host human beings factors, irresponsibility’s and environmental factors responsible for continuation and recurrence of this pandemic as well as worsening of pandemic day by day. Setting and design: – Different aspects of Covid -19 structural variations, mutations, host factors, environmental factors (internal & external) and its effect will be analysed. Brief details about epidemiological triad will be outlined. Methodology: – The explanation will be given to title through analysis of several factors responsible for increase in cases. The cause of perpetuation of Covid -19 can be understood by the way of infections and other related factors. Result: - Several factors are responsible for the continuation and worsening of pandemic situation in India of the pandemic. Of great concern today is a new ‘double mutant’ B1617 variant, identified in India last year, that is spreading across the country as well as triple variants discovered recently and studies are going on to know more. Although scientists are still investigating whether or not the variant is more deadly & more infectious, it does contain the L452R mutation that affects the virus' spike protein. This protein is very significant because through this the virus hooks on to our cells receptor. Early research suggests that this mutation makes the virus more infectious. This doesn’t necessarily mean that the variant will be any more deadly, but it means that more people are at risk. Conclusion: – In the epidemiological triad we have agent/host/environment. The clinical approach is based on individuals & standard treatment guidelines-protocols and public health approach is based on population strategy to control this pandemic. Various strategies and approaches are required to prevent epidemic through assessment of important parameters and indicators (see figure 1) to control the ongoing disaster and hazards of pandemicKeywords: – SARS-Cov-2, Covid-19, Pandemic, Strain, India, increase cases , death

Islamic education on convergence theory is based on the concept of Hablummiallah (relationship with Allah), in the sense that it is Allah who gives the initial potential so that in Islamic education that personality must be formed and developed for ma'rifatullah (knowing Allah) and fearing Allah even apart from believing in that internal (innate) and external (environmental) factors are very influential in education, and form a quality Muslim personality. So the most important thing is to acknowledge guidance from Allah as a determinant of success in education and Hablumminannas (relations with humans) as a form of change in human personality in social or environmental life, with the formation of human beings who are sure to make state apparatus aware of the law and able to become pioneers upholding the law in Indonesia.

Man was born according to his fitrah. The phylogenetic theory contains the innate, both genetically and other innate, but this is not an absolute being, but also in the developmental process that influences it. Islam also looks at genetic and environmental factors in relation to personality formation. Human beings and all the growth and characteristics are the embodiment of two factors, namely genetic factors (hereditary) and the environment. This paper is intended to enlighten that in the perspective of Islamic genetics and environment both play an important role for personality development. Because one's personal development is a result of the interaction of genetics and environment.

Abstract : Character education plays an important part because it is not only about moral and value education. It has a higher significance of moral education, because it not only teaches what is right and what is wrong. More than that character education inculcate the habit (habituation) about good things and wrong, can feel (affective domain) good value and used to do (behavioral domain). So the character education linked closely associated with persistent habits practiced or implemented. It is commonly believed that the practices of English language teaching always accompanied by the insertion of foreign cultural values which are not always in line with Indonesia cultural values. The aim of this study is to improve students’ writing skill through integrating local culture material. Therefore this study focuses on designing and evaluating teaching writing material for English department students of University Muhammadiyah Metro. The result of this study shows that students have big interest and motivation in writing a text based on their local culture. The students also get moral value and character building through the material. It influences the students’ character in their daily life. Students become more polite, honest, diligent and religious.                                                                                                        Keywords: local culture, character education, writing.

Abstract Background Fungal spores dispersed in the atmosphere may become cause of different pathological conditions and allergies for human beings. A number of studies have been performed to analyze the diversity of airborne fungi in different environments worldwide, and in particular in many urban areas in China. We investigated, for the first time, the diversity, concentration and distribution of airborne fungi in Tianjin city. We sampled 8 outdoor environments, using open plate method, during a whole winter season. Isolated fungi were identified by morphological and molecular analysis. Environmental factors which could influence the airborne fungi concentration (temperature, humidity, wind speed, and air pressure) were monitored and analyzed. The effect of different urban site functions (busy areas with high traffic flow and commercial activities vs. green areas) on airborne fungal diversity was also analyzed. Results A total of 560 fungal strains, belonging to 110 species and 49 genera of Ascomycota (80 %), Basidiomycota (18 %), and Mucoromycota (2 %) were isolated in this study. The dominant fungal genus was Alternaria (22 %), followed by Cladosporium (18.4 %), Naganishia (14.1 %), Fusarium (5.9 %), Phoma (4.11 %), and Didymella (4.8 %). A fungal concentration ranging from 0 to 3224.13 CFU m− 3 was recorded during the whole study. Permutational multivariate analysis showed that the month was the most influential factor for airborne fungal community structure, probably because it can be regarded as a proxy of environmental variables, followed by wind speed. The two analyzed environments (busy vs. green) had no detectable effect on the air fungal community, which could be related to the relatively small size of parks in Tianjin and/or to the study season. Conclusions Our study shed light on the highly diverse community of airborne fungi characterizing the outdoor environments of Tianjin, and clarified the role that different environmental factors played in shaping the analyzed fungal community. The dominant presence of fungi with potential hazardous effect on human health, such as Alternaria, Cladosporium and Naganishia, deserves further attention. Our results may represent a valuable source of information for air quality monitoring, microbial pollution control, and airborne diseases prevention.

Global climate change and human activities have resulted in immense changes in the Earth’s ecosystem, and the interaction between the land surface and the atmosphere is one of the most important processes. Wind is a reference for studying atmospheric dynamics and climate change, analyzing the wind speed change characteristics in historical periods, and studying the influence of wind on the Earth-atmosphere interaction; additionally, studying the wind, contributes to analyzing and alleviating a series of problems, such as the energy crisis, environmental pollution, and ecological deterioration facing human beings. In this study, data from 697 meteorological stations in China from 2000 to 2019 were used to study the distribution and trend of wind speed over the past two decades. The relationships between wind speed and climate factors were explored using statistical methods; furthermore, combined with terrain, climate change, and human activities, we quantified the contribution of environmental factors to wind speed. The results show that a downward trend was recorded before 2011, but overall, there was an increasing trend that was not significant; moreover, the wind speed changes showed obvious seasonality and were more complicated on the monthly scale. The wind speed trend mainly increased in the western region, decreased in the eastern region, was higher in the northeastern, northwestern, and coastal areas, and was lower in the central area. Temperature, bright sunshine duration, evaporation, and precipitation had a strong influence, in which wind speed showed a significant negative correlation with temperature and precipitation and vice versa for sunshine and evapotranspiration. The influence of environmental factors is diverse, and these results could help to develop environmental management strategies across ecologically fragile areas and improve the design of wind power plants to make better use of wind energy.
