This research work develops the problem of the application of the legal framework of the right to water for its protection and reparation as well as to the environment, since this is closely related to the first mentioned right, when there is an affectation. For this, we study the case of the Santiago River, one of the most important bodies of water in Mexico and with the longest length. For this reason, when we talk about the Santiago River we will refer to the body of water located in the municipalities of Juanacatlán and Salto del State of Jalisco, which, for a long time, was contaminated by dumping various types of substances, without measures being taken to reduce said activity to date. This is done with the study of the national and international legal framework on the matter, to later develop the circumstances in which they caused the damage to the River, and like these, they encouraged the various authorities to issue resolutions trying to repair the damage. Despite the existence of such determinations, they are not sufficient for the protection of this right, so in the end we propose the creation of an environmental court that is capable of solving these types of problems.

The article examines the content of freedom of the high seas at the present stage of development, the role of the Conventions Maritime Law in the formation and formation of freedom of the high seas as an institution of international maritime law and analysis of the results of the Conventions. The author considers the legal genesis of the concept of freedom of the high seas and current trends in the transformation of freedom of the high seas in modern international maritime law. The principle of freedom of the high seas expresses the objective need of States and peoples for the free use of maritime space for international economic, political and cultural ties, as well as for the use of living ocean resources. An important transformation of international cooperation and legislation is also related to the principle of exclusive jurisdiction of the flag state. All four conventions have been widely recognized by the member states and are considered to be the most important stage in the codification of international maritime law and its further progressive development. The adoption of the four conventions meant that the unity of the law of the sea was lost, but there may be advantages: for example, the adoption of conventions and a single protocol, instead of a single legal act, tried to involve more states in at least some of the conventions. The creation of marine protected areas in the open waters of the world’s oceans outside national jurisdiction has no legal basis. The 1982 Convention does not give states the right to extend their jurisdiction to certain parts regardless of the objectives pursued, so the creation of marine protected areas on the high seas is impossible within the existing international legal framework.

Nutrients like proteins, vitamins, minerals, carbohydrates and lipids are required for the right function of our body. Nutritional deficiency disorders are a major problem faced by the world, millions of people in the world suffer from undernourishment. Deficiency occurs when the food we are consuming does not contain the required amount of nutrients or when our body is not being able to absorb nutrients due to some genetic disorders or other secondary reasons. Nutritional deficiency is considered as the ‘hidden hunger’ and a person can suffer from deficiency of vitamins, proteins, minerals, carbohydrates and fatty acids. This review describes the different types of nutritional deficiencies, their causes, symptoms, treatment and prevention. The deficiencies are mostly asymptomatic but in a long time can very adversely affect the body functions and impair the immune system and cause chronic illness and infections. The severity of symptoms and the treatment varies from person to person. Poverty and low health literacy are the most important reasons for the prevalence of nutritional deficiencies in the world. However, these deficiencies can be prevented by promoting health education among adults, encouraging a healthy and active lifestyle and providing nutritional and healthy food to the ones who do not have access to it. Nutrition campaigns, supplementation and genetic engineering of plants and food crops has decreased the pervasiveness of deficiency disorders.

Women's subordination is not new in the world. As society became human rights conscious, many countries started abrogating or scrapping discriminatory laws and attitudes towards women, in particular married women. However, it has taken Eswatini more than 100 years to deal with the fact that the common law principle of marital power discriminates against women. This paper traces the reception of marital power into the legal framework of Eswatini and how advocacy groups on women's rights and freedoms have opposed women's subordination, fortified by research. This paper presents a desktop review of selected literature and case laws touching on women's emancipation in Eswatini. This research work is significant in that it adds to the body of knowledge by recording the origins of women's subjection to marital power and their eventual emancipation in the landmark case of Sacolo v Sacolo (1403/2016) [2019] SZHC 166 (30 August 2019).

The purpose of the work – study of morphophysiological profle and non-specifc protective forces of the body of service dogs in the conditions of a canine center against the background of prevention of immunodefciency with biological preparation Dog-Stim-N-B and Prevention-N-E. Methodology. Research work was carried out in the conditions of the center of the canine service of the Ministry of Internal Afairs and the Aibolit veterinary clinic in Cheboksary during 2016-2020. For research work, 3 groups of dogs of one breed were formed at the age of 2 months, 5 heads in each group. In order to prevent immunodefciency of the body, dogs of the 1st experimental group were injected intramuscularly with the biopreparation Prevention-N-E at a dose of 0.1 ml/kg of live weight twice on the 61-63 and 68-69 day after birth, dogs of the 2nd experimental group at the same dose and at the same time injected with the biopreparation Dog-Stim-N-B. Results. Two-fold intramuscular injection to service dogs of the 1st and 2nd experimental groups of DogStim-N-B and Prevention-N-E biologics on the 61-63 and 68-69 day after birth increased blood hemoglobin concentration compared to 2 control.0-5.0 and 4.0-15.0 g/l, number of red blood cells - by 1.09 and 1,10 × 1012/l, the concentration of total protein - on 2.8-5.4 and 2.8-8.2 g/l, including the albumin fraction - on 2,5-3.4 and 3.3-4.3 g/l a γ-globulin - by 0.8-2.4 and 0.3-2.9 g/l. In addition, biologics contributed to an increase in plasma lysozyme activity and bactericidal activity of dog blood serum, which indicates an activation of the humoral link of the body's nonspecifc resistance. Conclusion. Biopreparation Dog-Stim-N-B and Prevention-N-E activate hematopoiesis, cause physiological eosinophilia, neutrophylopenia with neutrophilic nucleus shift to the right and lymphocytosis, stimulate protein exchange, synthesis of albumins and γ-globulins, increases cellular and humoral factors of non-specifc resistance

Body alteration and body adornment practices are becoming increasingly popular and varied in form.  However, these activities constitute a prima facie assault by the body alteration artist on the recipient.  Many activities, such as organised sport and surgery, are recognised as legal "exceptions" and consent is available as a defence to an assault charge.  Tattooing and ear piercing are activities included within the recognised "exceptions".  These are also forms of body alteration.  The issues explored in this article are whether less mainstream forms of body alteration should be similarly considered a legal "exception". This article examines the current legal framework of consent to assault in sport, dangerous exhibitions, surgery and sado-masochism, and its application to body alteration.  It is concluded that the creation of a separate "exception" category for body alteration is the appropriate legal response.  In addition, to minimise health risks associated with body alteration it is suggested that the activities of body alteration artists be subject to government regulation.

The article covers the creation of central executive bodies, whose activities are aimed at the implementation of e-government and the development of digitalization. The process of creation of relevant agencies from the beginning of the introduction of information technologies into public administration to the present time, which actually covers the entire thirty-year period of development of Ukrainian statehood, is analyzed. It is noted that the creation of agencies took place within the stages of introducing information technologies into the life of society, which can be divided into informatization, e- government and digitalization. It is noted that for a long time the departments were constantly reorganized and transformed, which indicates the lack of a clear approach to determining the role of e-government in systemic public administration. It is noteable that the powers of the central executive bodies created reflected the growing importance of e-government in public administration. It is emphasized that with the transition to the policy of digitalization, it is quite logical to create a separate specialized ministry – the Ministry of Digital Transformation of Ukraine. The structure of the ministry is briefly considered. The article also covers the legal framework and the process of establishing a coordinating and advisory body under the government – the inter- industry council. The comparison of the composition of the intersectoral council, which was declared in the normative documents of 2009 and 2020, was analyzed and compared. It is noted that the coordinating role of the intersectoral council as an institutional mechanism has been repeatedly criticized in government documents and in the analytical materials of experts. Emphasis is placed on the expediency of establishing the work of the intersectoral council to implement the tasks set before it. It is pointed out that the absence of its meetings in 2020-2021 can not but affect the work of the Ministry and the development of digitalization policy in general.

Laboratory and numerical experiments have been conducted on the flow of a linearly stratified rotating fluid past isolated obstacles of revolution (conical and cosinesquared profiles). Laboratory experiments are considered for a range of Rossby, Ekman and Burger numbers, the pertinent dynamical parameters of the system. In these experiments, inertial, Coriolis, pressure, viscous and buoyancy forces all play a significant role. Emphasis is given to examining the nature of the time development of the flow fields as well as its long-time behaviour, including eddy shedding. It is shown, for example, that increased stratification tends to diminish the steering effect of the obstacle, other parameters being fixed, at elevation levels above the topography. At levels below the top of the obstacle, increased stratification tends to force the fluid around rather than over the body and this, in turn, tends to develop vortex shedding at smaller Reynolds numbers than would occur in corresponding lower stratification cases. Data for the cone reveal that the Strouhal number for the eddy-shedding regime is relatively insensitive to the values of Ro , Ek and S for the range of parameters investigated. Stratification tends to induce lee waves in the topography wake, and the nature of this lee-wave pattern is modified by the presence of rotation. For example, it is demonstrated that for vertically upward rotation, the lee waves on the right, facing downstream, have a larger amplitude than their counterparts at the same location on the left. The steering effects, as predicted by a three-level quasigeostrophic numerical model, are shown to be in good agreement with the laboratory results for a narrow range of parameter space. The numerical model is used to examine the effects of rotation, friction and stratification in modifying the flow. The quasigeostrophic numerical simulations do not produce eddy shedding, and it is concluded that a full, primitive equation numerical model would be needed to explore this phenomenon.

Iron was silvery white, clay, and can be formed.  it was usually obtained as hematite in nature. Iron was a chemical element that could be found in almost all places on the face of the earth, in all parts of the geological layer, and all bodies of water. In surface water, Fe was rarely found more than 1 mg / L, but in the water, Fe content could be much higher. When it accumulated in the body, iron could cause health problems, such as skin irritation, respiratory problems, and cause cancer in a long time. This study aims to determine the reduction of iron content in well water at the Universitas Muhammadiyah Surakarta (UMS) using the Spectrophotometry method with phenanthroline reagents. The samples were taken as many as five points in three different regions, namely Tanuragan (near the river), Menco and Nilasari (dense settlements), and Gonilan (near the rice fields) showed positive results containing iron with the highest levels in the sample without filtering at 9,478 ppm. These levels decreased after filtration using four filters, namely filters made of carbon, cotton, foam, carbon three layers in each sample. The iron content reduction was best to use cotton filters with 100% reduction in percent.
