Adolescent pregnancy is a problem that societies face, regardless of the level of development. Pregnancy in the period of adolescence irreversibly changes the lives of minors. It has an influence on their health, their education, social life and their future as adults. Also, the families of the under-aged parents are directly affected by the consequences, disrupting the functionality of the family. This study empirically examines the family as the basis of social capital education. Furthermore, generations need social capital to grow and develop as moderate, tolerant, and caring characters towards humanist environmental issues. The main and fundamental task of the family is to conduct educational function, which is inherently social and religious in preparing generations. Therefore, it is necessary to have the right effort or approach to actualizing social capital for effectiveness. This helps develop a religious climate and form a pattern of behavior for each family member. Religion is used as an instrument that facilitates the internalization of social capital values in children and shapes their personality with a humanist character. Therefore, families significantly counteract radicalism in social life.

The family is the first and basic institution among the various responsible social institutions for preparing the child to enter social life, to be a good and effective element in its maintenance on the basis of righteousness, goodness and effective construction. It is the starting point that affects all stages of life, positively and negatively. The first is the marital relationship through birth, nursery, pre-puberty and ending with complete independence after the self-reliance. Childhood took a large part in the Hadiths of the Messenger of God, and the scholars of Hadith who unanimously agreed on the honorable Sunnah of the Prophet took care of this aspect, and they did not neglect the provisions and manners related to the child in all of their books in the field of Hadith. We will follow in this study, the method of children's education, which was mentioned by the hadiths of the Noble Prophet. The Messenger of God, gave the birth of a child a dignified care, for he birth of a child is not an ordinary matter that passes without attention. It is the right of the newborn baby to be called and choose a good name for him, to remove the harm from him, to be tender, to be called upon, to bless him, to teach him and to watch him, and to treat him.

Adolescent pregnancy is a major child health problem in the United States. Nearly one million adolescents became pregnant in 1977. Adolescent pregnancies result from earlier biologic maturity and sexual activity. The average age of menarche in the United States is approximately 12.6 years and has declined four months during each decade in the last century. Boys also mature earlier than their peers of previous generations. As a result of better nutrition, the minimum age of biologic maturity has probably been attained. More young people are sexually active now than they were 25 years ago. In the late 1940s, 20% of unmarried women between 16 and 20 years of age reported having had intercourse. In 1971, 46% of unmarried women aged 19 years reported having had intercourse at least once and in 1976, 55%.1 In 1975, 69% of a sample of adolescent males were sexually experienced with black and Hispanic youth having had their first coital experience at the earliest ages.2 Of the approximately one million adolescents who became pregnant, 570,622 delivered children and approximately 370,000 had abortions. Birth rates to adolescents decreased between 1965 and 1975 for all ages, except for blacks and whites under 15 years and whites 15 to 17 years of age.

In the political and social life of the last centuries, almost every social aspect has been debated in a context of political influences and interests, of the opposition of different groups of more or less political nature. The family has always been the most favorable environment for the birth and perfection of the human being. The procreation, care, upbringing and preparation for life of a new creature have been and are a fundamental concern of any family. Children represent the "golden fund of a people" and maintain the natural human potential, give natural and spiritual strength to a people. One of the aspects that received special attention was the right of women to have a say in their own reproduction, namely the right of women to choose whether or not to keep a pregnancy. Immoral in terms of  the Church, outlawed by the legislation of some states, the right to abortion has had a sinuous evolution on the social scene of many states. This issue has many political, moral and social connotations, being politically regulated differently by different states.

After the end of World War I and Poland regaining independence after 123 years of captivity, its situation was difficult in every respect. Entangled in various political problems, Second Polish Republic could not direct the right forces and resources to those areas of social life that were the most neglected and required quick and radical action. Lack of work after the war and increasing unemployment every year resulted in the deepening poverty of those less resourceful, inheriting poverty from generation to generation. Often the only salvation for the family was sending the children to work immediately after graduating from primary school or even earlier. The Polish government, aware of this situation, did not have the possibility to address the problem properly. The aim of the article is to show how difficult the situation of children and families can be when the national support system is ineffective. By analogy, it is also intended to emphasize the importance of activities undertaken by the present government for the benefit of children and families. Owing to the interest and various forms of support, children, regardless of their financial status, are provided with opportunities for development and a dignified life.

Abstract Background Studies indicate that women with intellectual disabilities (ID) face various personal and socio-environmental barriers in their sexual lives. This study aimed to identify the concerns and sexual health needs experienced by women with ID. Method A systematic review of relevant qualitative articles was conducted in PubMed, Web of Science Scopus and PsycINFO databases from June 2018 to August 2018. We designed our search strategy according to two main foci: (1) sexuality; and (2) women with ID. In the study, searches were limited to articles published from January 2000 to December 2017. In this review, studies on women ages 16 and over were included. Results Within the four databases, the search found 274 unique articles. After three steps of screening (title, abstract and full text), 22 studies were included in the final review. The articles mentioned difficulties with lack of sexual experience, negative experiences with sexuality, negative attitudes towards sexuality by nondisabled individuals, limited cognitive capacities to understand sexual identity, difficulty with finding the right partner, lack of access to sexual health information, lack of school-based sexuality education, violence and sexual abuse, lack of support from families and caregivers about sexuality, fear of sexual acts and unwanted pregnancy, shyness in expressing sexual desires, and limited knowledge of sexual behaviors. Conclusion Our findings indicate that women with ID need to be provided with school-based sexuality education tailored to the level of understanding needed to attain the requisite knowledge to form relationships, understand sexual and romantic relationships, and practice safe sex when they choose this option. Families along with education and healthcare systems should provide opportunities for women with ID to talk about their sexual needs and make their own choices.
